i used tata docomo online recharging facility but my bank a/c is dedited of Rs -50 but my mobile is not recharged .my mobile no is [protected] and my transsaction id is IG44886705 ON 19th march,2011
i also face same problem in online recharge of rs.125.
SUB :- COMPLAINT FROM DEMO SIM NO. [protected] FOR INCORRECT RECHARGE INADVERTENTLY.

KINDLY REFER MY COMPLAINT NO. 1851212 DATED 13.07.2011 ON YOUR HELP DESK MOB NO. 52202. THE AMOUNTS OF RS. 150 & RS. 101 WERE WRONGLY RECHARGED TO MOB NO. [protected] INSTEAD OF [protected] VIDE TRANSACTION ID [protected] & [protected] AT 18: 51 & 18:53 ON 12.07.2011.RESPECTIVELY.

COMPLAINTS WERE LODGED THREE TIME WITHIN 24 HOURS BUT AMOUNT OF RS. 150 WAS NOT REVERTED BACK AS CREDIT TO MY DEMO SIM FOR NO FAULT OF MINE. ON THE PLEA THAT AFTER 24 HOURS COMPLAINT CAN NOT BE ACCEPTED. PLEASE NOTE THAT MY COMPLAINT WAS WITHIN TIME & NO ACTION WAS TAKEN BY YOUR HELP DESK. IF NO REPLY RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS ACTION AS PER LAW OF THE LAND TO RECOVER THE AMOUNT WILL BE TAKEN AS IT IS COMMISSION IF AMOUNT RECHARGE FOR MORE THAN 6000.

    with due respect i want to state that for buddy chat services my account was deducted with rs.30,without even giving me a prior notice of this seervice.A message was send to me that rs.30 has been deducted for buddy cjat seervices.Furthur when i tried to unsubscribe it,there was no response.This is the second time today that my amount is being deducted.my number is [protected].
    I request you to unsubscribe this service as soon as possible and refund rs.60 in my account

    My self Bhola Nath Singh having TATA docomo numer ([protected]) we have not suscribed for any services but in every week from my balance. amount are deducted by the Tata Docomo services

    Due to this reason we are going stop service with TATA docomo..

      the company is deducting amount and activating schemes without any request or notice they just deduct the amount and tell me that your scheme is activated

      please ask them to stop these nonsense things otherwise i wont use or ask anybody to use this simcard
      i am trying to call customer care from arround 5 days and it is showing that they are busy.the last chat i had with geetha.She said that within four hours my problem would be solved.she is the superior.she doesnt know how to solve problems.the second day i called on the same issue and she said that there was network problem and i would be solved within 4 hours again.so i kept quiet.then next day my complaint was not solved and i was not able to call customer care.from past 5 days i think i am not able to call customer care.it is telling that customer care are busy and i feel she has blocked my number so please help me.my number is [protected].you can email me in my email id which is provided
      may i know when my issue will get resolved.if i want to chat online it is telling they are busy

        tata docomo mobile services — some message disturbance

        Sir,
        My mobile Number is 91-[protected] ( TATA Docommo) and as on 10.11.2011 , I had received one message ( double meening one )from Mobile Number91-[protected] which is un-known number. On going through the Two way SMS Map locator it has been come to know that the said number is AIRCEL Number from Park town , Chennai. I thought that I may produce this number to Park Town police station, Chennai alongwith the message details. But before that I decided to lodge a compliant in this regard to your Org. for consideration. Please take immediate action and inform me as such messages can spoil the good relation ship / life of Husband and Wife.

        AN IMMEDIATE ACTION IN THIS REGARD IS ANTICIPATED PLEASE

          Service alert message getting and they are chargng 30rs for a week. i went to serive center they deactivated that service and told me that it is been deactivated and i wont get that message again. but after some days i got the message the servce will get reneved and you ll be charged 30rs and it got reneved and charged again 30rs. so the kind of service they are providing its very bad. and the call center people wont reply correctly.. they will tell to wait and then they ll disconnect the phone. so please take immediate action against tata docomo service provides...

            Hi,

            I'm having Docomo Number [protected]. My complaints are regarding DND & Wrong Balance Deduction

            1)DND: I had registered for DND on 07-Jan-11, Now 69 days over, but still i'm getting promotional SMS to my number. I had already escalated the issue with Customer care. I called manytimes regarding the issue, but issue still persists.I had spent nearly 5 hours for the same. You can hear my call recording as well. Some one from nodal desk also called me previous week & said that my complaint has been resolved. But on the next day itself i got one Cricket related SMS to my number. The last SMS i got on 14-Mar-11 from 57775. The content is "Answer and Win Rs.25000 now! one over has? A.6 balls B.12 balls. SMS A or B to [protected]@3/- SMS".

            2)Wrong Balance Deduction: On 24th Feb 11, i had raised a complaint regarding wrong balance deduction on my account. The customer care executive told me the amount of Rs.20.50/- wil, be refunded within 28-Feb-11. But it was not done. I called many times to customer care for my amount refund. Each one at there asked me 24 hrs. for the refund. I had spent nearly 2 hours to speak with customer care executives there at may times. Yesterday i called again, but the executive there said, it was deducted due to Java Game pack download through Dive In Internet. I told them it is TATA DOCOMO INTERNET settings saved in my handset.But they are not about to here my voice. They sturdily said it was due to Game pack download. I'm active with 2GB GPRS pack. Then why should i download game from payable site even i need it. It is Tata Docomo Internet settings that is saved as default settings in my handset.So i want my amount to be refunded with immediate effect.

            I want to get a complete resolution on these two complants & reasonable amount as compensation on these complaints at the earliest on the basis of my valuable time consumption & mental pressure due to this.

              Hi Sir,
              Am Ramkumar.M & My Mob no is [protected].i activated Rs 33 Gprs Night
              pack on 05.03.2011.after Confirming your CCE(Your CCE told both Gprs
              packs are activate at same time),so i put Rs 15 Gprs one week pack on
              08.03.2011.After completing 7 days, My Week pack Expired and am not
              getting My Rs 33 Pack Balance & Validity.So i called to 121,CCE told
              Rs 33 Pack Usage is finished, that means I used 1 GB fully?As per CCE
              Comment,I used 1.5 GB within 9 days(1GB+500MB)?
              Depends Upon Your Network Signal & Data Speed,You Know This is not
              Possible Ever.I well know, I used 370MB only in Rs 15 pack and Am
              Using 10 MB only in my Rs 33 Pack.I want My Money Back or else i want
              My Free Usage.This is Caused By Your CCE gave Wrong Information at
              that time i Enquired.

              Today Morning I called for this problem.CCE Told,Rs 33 Pack is Still
              active but your Usage is finished.Am 100% sure am Not using at Night
              till.So please do the Needful.

              Try to Improve Your UNCARE Customer care & Avoid Wrong information to
              Customers.It'll Affect Us.

              Am Not Satisfied With Your Service.

              Today I activated Rs 48 Pack.[for Info].

                I get recharged my device every month with 1500 rupees adn i am not able to connect it after my office timings(9 AM -6 PM). they told me it is a network congestion problem...if it was told me before that the service will not be available in the evening i would not have taken the connection before...they told me false information and gave me device worth rupees 5000. I am not sure what to do now...

                  Why Should I give more time to you people. I am foolish man in this world who took the service of TataIndicom . I am facing the problem since when I got this connection .But you people didn't give any importance to my complaint. And even your website and IVR is in updation mode since four to five months. You people are not working on it . And asking more time .
                  Give me one simple answer Why should I need to stay connected with Tata Indicom .

                  Problem is the my internet ,while working it goes suddenly in webpage not found. This problem I am facing since I purchase this Tata Photon connection, Not even that website account and IVR not showing my updated OT and Payment details , Answer giving from CCC agent since last 4-5 month we are working on it,Its a temporary problem, please bare with US, Will some tell me I am paying my bill on time and what the hell I am getting from your side(Tata Tele) insult by agents , agent not even have any soft skill thing in them are very very harsh towards the customer. I am not getting the darm service from this company which claim that they are No:1 service provider.

                    I bought the Tata Photon device in the month of January of 2011 of no. [protected]. As per the subject mentioned above i have alots of complain regarding the Tata Photon which i have marked in Tata Photon Customer Care from the day i bought the device. I use to complaint twice every day. I told me alots of thing to do with my laptop but still nothing happened. After 4-5 days they told me that there is some work is going on regarding increasing the tower in Dwarka - Delhi side so i have to face this problem till 28the of Feb 2011. i don't know any thing regarding your technicality.
                    So as a costumer i bought the device after paying 1700 Indian rupee and didn't get any benefit after purchasing the devise. So now i don't want to pay any money till 28th feb 2011 due to your problems and unprofessional way or problem in server. As a customer i payed the money for benefit not for my own head ache.
                    Another unprofessional way of working is when i didn't get the bill of 1st month at my address not on mail - id:. When i asked them then they sent on my another id after the due date. Below mail is for your reference.
                    For your kind information i don't have any extra money. So i am fed up from your unprofessional staff and bad network.
                    So please solve this issue and stop my Data Card services from the day. i don't want to use this worst data card any more. and the balance charges from 29th feb 2011 till date of closing my services I'll pay. At lease keep it on priority.

                    I bought the Tata Photon device in the month of January of 2011 of no.

                    regarding the Tata Photon which i have marked in Tata Photon Customer Care
                    from the day i bought the device. I use to complaint twice every day. I told
                    me alots of thing to do with my laptop but still nothing happened. After 4-5
                    days they told me that there is some work is going on regarding increasing
                    the tower in Dwarka - Delhi side so i have to face this problem till 28the
                    of Feb 2011. i don't know any thing regarding your technicality.
                    So as a costumer i bought the device after paying 1700 Indian rupee and
                    didn't get any benefit after purchasing the devise. So now i don't want to
                    pay any money till 28th feb 2011 due to your problems and unprofessional way
                    or problem in server. As a customer i payed the money for benefit not for my
                    own head ache.
                    Another unprofessional way of working is when i didn't get the bill of 1st
                    month at my address not on mail - id:. When i asked them then they sent on
                    my another id after the due date. *Below mail is for your reference.*
                    For your kind information i don't have any extra money. So i am fed up from
                    your unprofessional staff and bad network.
                    So please solve this issue and stop my Data Card services from the day. i
                    don't want to use this worst data card any more. and the balance charges
                    from 29th feb 2011 till date of closing my services I'll pay. At lease keep
                    it on priority.

                      Hello Sir,

                      I'm using tata docomo internet service and last one month we faced the yahoo mail site is not open in mobile as well as computer while we asking so many time in call centre they are just put on hold us not reverting satisfy answer and while we ask to giving to his supervisor then they joke us & given that his co-employee also they are disconnect the phone while discussion has been if continue over the phone and after they put the customer call as disconnect automatic mode when we try in call centre the buzzer recording has say that "all are Customer care executive is busy other call & please E-mail us" then call automatically disconnect.

                      Yester I had try to lots of time talk with customer care centre because of the yahoomail is not working past one month & I had also talk with Navdeep (Senior Supervisor) & Hiren (Customer care officer) while I had talk with Navdeep (Senior Supervisor) then time the put me on hold & they had disconnect the phone same time when I'm waiting his positive reply, I had also talk with Hiren (Customer Care Officer) and while I'm asking to call attendence of supervisor but he is not giving him and also when I was telling him to register my complain against my problem as well as against your supervisor but he had niether register my complaint nor register problem precaution & he was also disconnect the line.

                      As per routine work & emargency of business mail I'm facing this problem past one month but yet not received any solution against the problem same we are unable to change the cell number and also would'nt like change my provider but should be change the call centre and also they should be treat the customer with good behavior & good positive answer.

                      I requesting you sir please take a stricy action against the call centre so they will not mis behave any other customer of the same company as well as other company callcentre.

                          Hi I brought a Tata DOCOMO 3G connection paid 1999 accordingly on the spot submitted documents had an verfication done. i.e the person visited my house and next day I got a call from Mumbai office regarding details of plan/monthly rental etc. and the next morning it show disconnected. When I called up customer care was guided to service center when visited service center no clear idea was given why it was disconnected the only reason they stated is address verification turned negative ... due to the comments that my building/Flat falls near a slum area now in india is there any rule that post connection can't be given to a person who stays in or near by a slum area ?????

                          Now reversing money more headache they are telling it will take 30 days to reverse out my money which I paid instantly... this is not done ... are they issuing post paid connections looking at the person's capacity to pay the bills or where he/she stays and if this is the case what about the SLUM areas these poor guys don't have the right to use present days technolody even if they have the capacity to pay this is what INDIA is ????? and the service providers so called Indians

                            Tata Docomo — Dishonest service

                            After facing a bad & dishonest experience from a lot of telecom companies, I bought a Tata Docomo sim card ([protected]) as a second number, thanks to your advertising and my trust in the house of TATA.
                            My internet on the connection was slow, so I requested to activate 3G services, which were promptly done by your customer care.
                            After activating the '3G' I can not connect to any website. Surprisingly, I am being charged for every 'attempt' to connect to the internet, but never getting connected.
                            I called your helpline (121 + 9) to complain. The gentleman put my call on hold saying that he will check it and then disconnected me. I have tried calling your helpline at least 10 times after that, but every time I get the message 'all our executives are busy, please write to [protected]@tatadocomo.com'.
                            You would have electronic records for all these activities, so please check.
                            I'm used to being fleeced by telecom operators in India, but did not expect this from a TATA company.
                            Hope you can do something about it.
                            tata docomo and relaince are worst and use dishonest methods to earn money. they dont send message to activate something but simoply comes on ur screen i[censored] dont want this package say no. its rubbish. if phone is in the hand of children, surely lot of money wil be deducted from ur account. they are completely opposite to as show in add by ranbir kapoor.

                                Contacting customer support of Photon seems to be a difficult task.
                                I am facing some minor technical issues with my network but I am not finding any other way to let them know it.

                                First I called [protected], they asked me to choose an array of options & finally when they connected me to a line it said "the call can not be completed now" or something to that effect. It was around 2pm on a working Thursday. If that is now working hour what is?

                                Then I tried to post my issue on their online complaint form in the Photon website. It was repeatedly geting disconnected or asking for random entries while not giving me the options. Finally I failed to submit it there also.

                                I just want Photon people to know that they need to improve their customer support interface. They occassionally call customers for different issues but they must be available and accessible to customers when they actually need them.

                                This to inform you that I have submitted my request regarding migration of tata photon data
                                card from post paid to pre paid in Nala road tata outlet centre, Patna

                                My Tata Photon no.[protected] and services reference number[protected] on July 07, 2012.

                                I have enclosed and submitted all the supportive my proof documents to Tata outlet executive
                                person on July 07, 2012 and cleared all the outstanding payment Rs. 2641/- despite of it I have
                                not received any
                                messages regarding my request.

                                However, I tried of many times to follow-up with my tata outlet executive person as well as
                                customer care executive. They all said we have no idea what is the problems.

                                Could you short out my problems urgently basis.

                                  i am ashish patil. i m using dokomo service..having no [protected]..i am receiving messages from Airtel live..circket score from last 4 days.they charged me 5rs/day.i have lost my 20 rs.i didnt subscibe any service. i dont know how i get msgs from airtel while using dokomo service...i also contact to tata dokomo customer care 4 times.i also made online complaint on their website..but they couldnt do anything .plz check out. I want my refund also.

                                    Please people beware of Tata docomo they have the worst network and they do not refund your deposit once you have made them. Read the mail i had written to them and you will get an idea about my problems.

                                    To tata docomo,

                                    I have sent several mails to listen.[protected]@tatadocomo.com and called and visited the customer care centre a number of times but my problem is still unsolved. I had 21 tata docomo connections in my name Gaurav Kainya and the numbers were [protected], [protected], [protected] and so on. I had cancelled all these numbers more than 2 months back and still have not received the refund of the deposit amount which comes up to a total of 22,250. I visited today the dadar branch and again requested for refund, Mr. Ali handling my complaint said that he has forwarded a request regarding the same to higher authorities but a request number was not given. At the time of cancellation i was told that i would get the refund within 45 days but its more than 60 days now.
                                    Please look into the matter and respond to my complaint as soon as possible.

The fault being from Your side, I re-submitted fresh documents and assumed the matter being solved. After 2 months when the no not in use I contacted the VASAI(W) centre, the matter remains the same. The reply I got from them is that they are not responsible for the errors, they only forward the forms.
                                      Please let me know whom should I contact to solve this problem as I am not interested in using a connection in others name inspite the original document in my name.

                                      nobody from TATA DOCOMO seems interested in replying to the complaints, it's wastage of time running behind such companies. Can I get any responsible person details who can solve my problem.

                                        The photon device is giving hard time not only to me , but also to lot of people, its strange they spent millions of rupees on advertisement to lure the customer , i too was lure due to the advertisements but in reality there service is so poor and pathetic that they are giving bad name to whole of the tata group . people have trust in tata company thats why they try their new product, but the photon is really poor device.

                                        i was getting poor speed for the whole month of januaury and feb. after atleast 20 calls to them , their engineer gives the visit . and he gives the reason that due to low bandwidth alloaction , you are getting lower speed. it takes 15 days more to resolver my issue.

                                        since i was not able to maccess the internet for the whole months of jan , feb , ethically company should not charge me , but they have barred my connection , and i am not able to use the internet.

                                        its my humble request to consumers , please search for alternatives. So that you will not be conned by tata tele services

                                        Tata Photon — VERY POOR SPEED AND FALSE PROMISES

                                        I bought a Tata Photon Plus with the plan of 3.1mbps download speed.Which promises to give me the speed of 3.1mbps upto 5GB and later on 160-180 kbps. with a monthly rental of 750 +taxes.

                                        But they never provde such speed, only for around 5 days a month i get high speed later days its only limited to the browsing speed of 180 kbps and maximum download speed of 25 kbps even when my usage is under 5Gb.

                                        I complained to the customer care they give me a Complain number and said my problem will be solved within 2days. But i got a call from their side after 5days or say...I abused them and they disconnected the call with a Autogenerated msg being delivered to me which says, "i hope we have solved your problem" when they never did solved anything for me.

                                        SO PLEASE PLEASE DONT TAKE PHOTON,IT SUCKS.... YOU WILL REGRET WASTING YOUR MONEY OVER IT..... better go for Airtel broadband plans or BSNL.... but never opt for photon.
                                        This is to anyone who is reading me, please never every buy tata photon plus. There are just few problems but things are bad with tata organisation from A to Z. Their marketting team will make any number of false promises so that you just buy it and after you do, you will never see those people again and you dont exsist for them. and activation department has no clue about anything. Nodular department doesnt pic the phone as they must be so tired of taking millions of compains everyday and their call centre always promise that they will arrane a call back and your complain is registered but you will never ever hear from them again,

                                        I took tata photon on 2 march from a man named Mr Inder sharma and his no. is [protected] who promised me for the good service and also said if iam not happy he will take it back but after i took the photon, he never bothered to give any services and today is 7 day and my photon is still not activated and for 3 days he didnt take my call and when he did he misbehaved, shouted and did every thing rather than helping me out. Then i reached every other department for the help from marketting to activation but nobody helped. I tried calling on customer care and they promised to return the call but i havent heard from them till now. I cant even put a consumer complain with tata because iam not even given my account no. as they asked for it to let you in.


                                        I could never understand why these people talk so big big and advertise their produc, t what for? if you cant even give the services and spoiling the name of Mr. Ratan Tata.

                                        They dont even give the basic training to their people to even how to talk to the constomer, it sucks.
                                        Tata is not even 1 % of airtel as i was very happy customer of airtel.

                                        I feel cheated by this Guy Inder who promised to take it back and now he doesnt even pick my call.
