SUBJEST: COMPLAIN AGAINST TATA DOCOMO FOR BAD CUSTOMER CARE, BILL DETAILS,BAD NETWORK AND CUSTOMER DISCRIMINATION
Respected Sir/ Madam,
I am Dhruv. A resident of Pune (Maharashtra). I am using a DOCOMO number i.e. +[protected] since past 8 months so are members of my family. We altogether have 4 DOCOMO postpaid connections, out of which 3 are in my Father’s name and one is in my name. This because DOCOMO doesn’t allow more than three connections on one name. NETWORK PROBLEM is always there with DOCOMO. Whenever I pickup my DOCOMO number to make an important call there is an error and call never gets connected. So I have to use other number to make call for that time even though I have free minutes with DOCOMO for which they charge me Rs. One Hundred and ninety-nine. This is not it. DOCOMO sends me texts every two months asking am I satisfied with their service to which I reply No. So they send another sorry text and assure that someone from their end will call to know the problem and help, but Call hasn’t come till today. They only had called me once for address verification after that I haven’t received a single call from them.
Furthermore I never receive text from them regarding my bill stating amount to be paid or amount paid, but my parents always receive text regarding their unbilled amount every month. Maybe because I pay them Rs. One thousand at a time (In Advance for around five to six months) so they don’t care since they have received the money in advanced. I had also paid a Security Deposit of RS.1,000 during activation which is not mentioned in the bill anywhere. But under this heading they showed Rs. Zero!!! So where did my Security deposit go???
Now my problem was yesterday, when I received the bill from DOCOMO. It said I had sent 3 texts from my number, which I don’t do because I always send text from other number of mine since it is cheaper than 60 paise(Which Docomo charges). To confirm the same I called their Customer Care and spoke to “Mr. Sajid” and asked him to give me the number to which I have sent 3 texts. To which Mr. Sajid put my call on hold to check the system, on reverting he said he cannot give me the information because I have not availed the service of “Itemized Bill” and to avail this service they will be charging me Rs. 25 per month!!! Surprisingly my parents get an “Itemized Bill” for all the three numbers without paying single paise extra!!! So I asked Mr. Sajid if there is anyone superior to him to whom I can talk to. To which Mr. Sajid said NO. Further I asked Mr. Sajid which department he works for and he gave a shocking answer Tata Docomo. I told him that’s the name of the Company and not the department. To which Mr. Sajid gave another shocking reply as “I cannot give you that information”. I also asked him his employee ID so I can write a mail to someone quoting this id to this as well he gave the same shocking reply and when I demanded on talking to someone superior to him, He DICONNECTED the call!!!
So I called back DOCOMO Customer Care and as soon as I said Hello my cal was again disconnected.
I redialled and spoke to Mr. Amit from DOCOMO Post-paid Department, but he also was not able to solve my problem.
I am ok to pay the charges BUT why this discrimination among Customers?
DOCOMO says that they will pay a fine if anyone spots an error in bill. How will someone spot an error if they don’t provide details in bill???
Request you to look into the matter and help me.

USB drive — poor service
I have bought an USB Flash drive from your kesavadasapuram showroom, Trivandrum, Kerala. I have returned that product on 9/01/2010, which is with in the warrenty period.To my surprise their dealing towards the customer is ridiculous.After waiting for 45 minutes, a person named sooraj told me that it will be either repaired or replaced within 2 weeks time and they will call me back within this time. Even after 4 weeks they are not bothered of calling me
Is this your customer service.
Also when i went to the shop for buying this product I have seen the streched smiling face of the sales person, but if something happens to the product they don't know how to behave to a customer. Are they not well trained?.
Any way I just want to get my USB back. How long it will take??
