Illegal Deduction From Airtime

My tatadocumo phone number is [protected]. For two months now tatadocumo has been making unauthorised monthly deductions of Rs30 from my airtime under a so-called Buddy Chat subscription which I never did. automatic unwanted subscriptions to paying services

i receive messages saying "hey, you've been subscribed to this and it costs 30 Rs, you can deactivate with this number".

Wrong Charges deducted for VAS which not subscribed for

I asked him to recharge 55 special for STD minutes twice and he recharged the normal in which I got only talk time and he took money from me as his account got debited.

Tata indigo car

I bought a Tata Indigo when it was newly introduced to Sri Lanka through Dimo (Tata agent). This car started giving trouble in the first 6 months when it was used. The problem was the Air conditioner. Took it to Dimo and they said nothing wrong!!! Time to time the engine has been given trouble and Dimo does not carry all spare parts. I purchased a samsung product and got a voucher of tata photon 10GB free offer for 3 months.
So, I purchased tata photon device on 11th Dec 2010. I had to take Rs 750/month plan to use the 10GB free usage option. So, I took Rs 750/month plan.
