Sir,
Last evening(26.04.2011 on 07.03 pm IST), I have received a message named DM-Great on my mobile no-[protected] subjecting an offfer of $3000 cash prize with the ph no-[protected]. After that, An amount of Rs.46 has been deducted. So, plz help me in getting my balance back.

I have also registered in 'START DND' Scheme with Tata Docomo near about one year before, but this is not functioning yet. A lot of fake calls so also fake messages are disturbing me everyday .So Kindly help in taking an action and also solve my above problem.

    I bought a Tata Docomo 3G USB Stick. I have paid Rs.2500 to the Executive in the first week of Feb, 2011. When I called the Customer Care, they told that I am Eligible to get Rs.400 discount because I bought the device for Rs.1999 which is incorrect. I have to call them(Customer Care) every month to get the discount of Rs.400. My bill has been generated yesterday and I haven't got any discount on that. I will not pay the bills UNTIL THEY COME BACK TO ME WITH THE RESOLUTION.

    I am supposed to get Rs.500 as discount for 5 months from the second bill.

    USB drive — poor service

    I have bought an USB Flash drive from your kesavadasapuram showroom, Trivandrum, Kerala. I have returned that product on 9/01/2010, which is with in the warrenty period.
    To my surprise their dealing towards the customer is ridiculous.After waiting for 45 minutes, a person named sooraj told me that it will be either repaired or replaced within 2 weeks time and they will call me back within this time. Even after 4 weeks they are not bothered of calling me
    Is this your customer service.
    Also when i went to the shop for buying this product I have seen the streched smiling face of the sales person, but if something happens to the product they don't know how to behave to a customer. Are they not well trained?.
    Any way I just want to get my USB back. How long it will take??

      i am a holder of the number [protected], and this is to inform you that my balance has been deducted automatically by tata docomo and a personality pack has been activated yesterday, 26th day of April 2011 nearly 12:30 p.m.and have been debited with Rs. 30 from my balance.
      I have made repeated calls at the customer care but have not been credited with amount of Rs. 30 yet.

      Kindly look into the matter n get my amount refunded and relief me of such practices in future.

      99 rs deducted frm my prepaid account and customer care gave me the description that these are deducted for game value pack.

      Neither i am getting or using any kind of game nor i am able to call annyone because all the balance i put into my account is only for your game value pack deductions.

      if my complain is not solved in few days then i shall go to consumer court against this fraud.it is not a matter of money its about fault services.

      if its possible for you, please resolve this problem.

      on 1.2.2012 to which I did not subscribe.Please see that my money is refunded and such things do not happen in future

            My tatadocumo phone number is [protected]. For two months now tatadocumo has been making unauthorised monthly deductions of Rs30 from my airtime under a so-called Buddy Chat subscription which I never did. In March I complained and after a rigorous process they told me that I have been unsubscribed. Yet, in this month of April, they still deducted from my account telling me it was the renewal of my subscription. They gave a number to call if I wanted to unsubscribe but when I called the number, there was no response though I was charged. They sent another number to me by sms, and when I called that one there was no response again. Another number was texted to me. And that was what happened on and on. At the end, there was no headway.

            The whole thing is fraudulent because I never, and will never subscribe to such infantile products. It is a crude way of dupping subscribers. How can a brand like tatadocumo damage its image and loose subscribers because of cheap frauds like this.

              I m am member of this site and want to share something with u..

              For your problem and the next costumer care problems u face in future, u just need to find the emails of all the HOD of the company (google it) and send a feedback regarding the bad service and problems u are facing.
              the them about all your problem u faced and facing and send it to them..
              try being RESPECTFUL and SAD in the mail.

              subject it as :- feedback from a TATA DOCOMO user regarding service
              write the matter and all the problems u faced and facing. U will get a positive response in a day and if not then u can put a complain in Consumer Court with the copy of the Mail..


              Note :- if the matter is resolves, send a appritiation mail to all the HOD to whomu have send the feedback mail before for fast resolving on the issue saying u r a golden employ of the organisation etc..

              but till yet we haven't received any number from your company just we are getting only few bluddy excuse from that guy...

                I m requesting you here stop playing with my no. and whatever balance deducted by you peoples return back to my no .

                If this is not solving within 2days ,,, I will come personally to yours office and complaint to police station regarding this as well as consumer court.

                Tata Docomo Prepaid — Wrong tariff-network problems-prepaid balance

                My mobile no [protected] prepaid SIM card purchased on 10/Aug/09 and recharged with Rs.100. No signal for first 45 days and when I get a connection on 29/Sep my balance only Rs. 5 and when I made a STD call it got charged for Rs.1.5 / min as against 1 p / sec. Once again recharged with Rs.100 but still charging STD @ Rs.1.50 /min. Complaint with Tata Docomo NWK09225774 but no solution. After I filled a complaint they are now asking for address verification ( 2 months after connection) and threatining to disconnect.

                Complaint to Nodal officer and no response till this time.

                tatadocomoprepaid — wrong deduction of tariff

                On 11 sep 2010 I was in Dabwali, Haryana on roaming as my mobile is of Rajasthan. I made two calls within a span of one hour. First call was charged at the rate docomo stated i.e. 1p/sec but second one was charged at 1.50Re/min which is not the tariff mobile service provider quoted when i complained about the same to customer care they replied in a round about way sometime telling that i made the second call on tata walky or second call was from the hutch network which has latched on when i made tha second call. callcentre executives namely Ms. Shikha; Mr. Amir & supervisors Mr. munish & Ms. manisha tried to explain that at the same place some different network has latched to my mobile when i made the second call. Even my official complaint was also not booked system problem being the reason i was told. I want my wrongly deducted balance back & no such fuss in future.

                  please note the above 287089 KB amounts to about 287 MB which is way
                  below the limit of 1.25GB.
                  I should not have been charged for the above within limits usage.

                  What happened
                  This message I am posting so that post paid users will get alerted when they select the 3G add-on packs thinking it is worth for money and finally paying the entire month salary for the 3G data usage.
                  I am a Tata Docomo mobile network user. April month I activated 3G add-on pack worth Rs.200 with free data usage 512 MB. I wonderd how I will be knowing the data usage. That time the customer care person told me I can check my daily data usage through my accounts in tata docomo website. I started using 3G and also checked day to day usage in My accounts. Eventhough my data usage is less than the 512 MB free usage, the bill was generated based on one paise per kb basis. So I got scared and before reaching the maximum usage 512 MB, , I gave a request in person to stop the 3G services for my number to Tata docomo office at Koramangala, Bangalore. After that my 3G connection was stopped. But when I received my april month bill, I found that ( in addition to my mobile bill) instead of Rs.200 for the 3G add on pack, it was showing Rs.1871 chargable for my data usage. This Rs.1871 is based on one paise per kb for around 183 MB. Imagine if I used the 512 MB my bill will be Rs.5120.
                  When I am looking for clarification from customer care, They told the Rs.200 3G add on pack is valid for one month and since I disconnected 3G service before one month, they converted the data usage based on per kb basis. With whose consent they changed and charged me like this. I gave disconnecting request in person to tata docomo office. If they told me about this hidden rule, i wouldnot have disconnected my 3G service. In their website also these hidden rules are not specified (I have the screenshots of your website). It seems that the customer care people don’t know the guidelines and also the Tata docomo bill generation software lacks some basic calculation. I paid my mobile bill plus Rs.200 for 3G add on pack and sent a complaint to Tata docomo. My complaint reference id regarding this issue is xxxxxxxxxxx. The person who contacted me unable to clarify my genuine concerns and finally sent one sms to me saying my issue sucessfully resolved. Again I sent a email to their official id. I got a reply they checked my account and what they charged is correct only for my data usage. So finally that RS.200 add-on pack is a sad joke.
                  So dear consumers, whatever network you are using if you are under post paid subscription, don’t activate 3G. Remember If I used prepaid the network operator will not get the chance to charge me a huge bill.

                  i had the same problem waiting for resolution. i used 70mb data and m charged 700rs even though

                    My name is Salim khan and my mobile number is [protected].Further it was the airtel connection which I have converted into tata docomo connection (MNP) for which I have submitted my complete documents on 15 feb 2011. But the number haven’t started after 7 days. As told by the retailer or service provider and both the number have been blocked because of which I have to face problem for several days. After so many complaints my sim started on 2nd of march for which I submitted my document twice,one in Haryana docomo office and 2nd in dehradun docomo office but after a week i got a call from docomo to submitt my documents in their offices or in concerned shops.then i got another message from docomo site to submitt my documents. Then i went to the retailer to tell about the calls i am getting from docomo. they told me that there is no need to submitt my documents as i had submitted them to the retailer earlier.on 9 aprail morning my cell show that my sim card registration has been failed.on very same day i went to docomo head office here in dehradun. They told and also show me that my documents has been submitted. and on 11 aprail my sim again get started.but the five plans(mobile t.v,gprs,sms,local call plan,and tata to tata 10 paisa plan) that were activated in my number were not working.i went docomo office i dont got my plans.Customer care said first that they will be activated in 24 hours but then they said that they are not responsible for these plans and they cant do any thing and suggested to talk to retailer and retailer says to talk to care. and even after recharging gprs pack again am unable to use gprs services in my phone.. only my this sim not working in my phone when i use internet but when i use another docomo sim then internet works on my mobile...
                    I am not having any problems with plan but from the calls to close my sim as i havent submitted my documents and still evey day m getting msg regarding application form and documents...i am having this no. in all my important profile documents.sir please solve my this problem as i am fed up form these calls and uninterrupted service..

                      i have got a TATA PHOTON DEVICE with a/c no.[protected] on the name of M/S HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED.I have not received my billing details till date.I want to know month wise how much i have paid? And through which mode(cash/online payment).So far i have visited more than 10 TATA STORES IN Delhi ,but they all washed their hands by simply saying they cannot do or they their system is down.

For your kind information I would like to inform you also that I have recharged this number of mine with Rs.- 300/- on 22/04/2011. I am outside West Bengal now and in deep trouble due to this irresponsible doing of DOCOMO.

                        I Have taken Postpaid Sim card from Tata Indicom Sales Executive (Ms. Neetu) before 10-15 days but today is 18th June but Sim Card is not working it shows that the Card is Invalid.                         My name is Gopu V R Muni Kumar. I am a tatadocomo customer since 2 months. And My mobile number is [protected].
                        Suddenly they have blocked my out going 10 days back. When I have enquired about the reason, they told to submit the documents ( Which I have already Submitted). To not complicate the matter, I have resubmitted and was waiting for my out going to get activated, for which they told a time deadline of 72 working hours. And after 72 hours, instead of activating my out going, they have disconnected my connection. Now I get "Sim registration Failed". When I asked the customer care people at the TaTA docomo out let they say that the sim is blocked by donor. Before the 2 months, I have the same number as TATA INDICOM, which I have ported to DOCOMO. When I enquire Indicom people, they say, they didnt do any thing. and Everthing is fine with them.
                        As I have been using the number for about 4 years now, I have lots of places, which I need the number. This kind o[censored]n informed, non- reasonalble barring of serivce is a pain to the mobile users. Please consider the same and help me out.

                        Actually I buy a tata docomo card 6 month ago. but i didn't used card nearly 5 month but from the last one month i used card.firstly i recharged 48 rs for tata docomo internet and there after i recharged 29 rs which was specially recharged offer for me from the mobile company and there after i recharged 100 rs. but after few days it suddenlly deactivated(i.e. indicated registration failed) from tata docomo. i complaint from my friend's mobile but compan's customer care executive wasn't give answer properly (dissatisfied).he told that your card was not in use so card is deactivated.but i questioned that if i am not using from the long time that why your company not give me notification when i recharged 48rs.why it was accepted the recharged.and also thereafter two recharged accepted.and there after deactivated my card that time i have balance in my mobile near by 64 rs and also my internet pacage also balance. so please consider my compalint and process on it.
                        i am not gettin network at.. it shows a message, ... Sim card registration failed... and i cannot access futher.. kindly look into this matter.. or i hav switch to another sim card...

                          Tata Docomo customer care does not respond properly.Even they don't know hindi and english.Only kannada language they know.I am not against of kannada language.Atleast they should know the english for better service to the customer.When I dial 121,I have selected the Hindi language department but my number transferring to the kannada department.It doesn't matter that my call is transferring in the kannada department but atleast they should know the english.Even single word they don't know.Is this the customer support service which has been provided by the docomo????? When docomo came to market on november 2008,on 4 Aug 2009 I took docomo number and since that day i did not go for any other network.But now i should think to go for other network because docomo customer care service has become worst and worst.This is my favourite company but now i has become the worst due to this attitide.They should think that customer is god but they are thinking that they have become the god.Customer care shout to customer and even sometimes they abuse.They say that we are disconnecting the call,without response they transfer the call,they dont drop the call.Even They put for long hold.Even them supervisor and manager support them.We are unable to reach them.In the name of high call flow they are doing these nonsense thing.Please suggest.What need to be done for this case?Should i stay with docomo or should go with any other network????????????????????

                          I chat live with customer care.I told the same issue but no response from there also and they are not able to solve my issue and i dnt have any alternate number.I have only one number [protected].Email : mayank.[protected]@wipro.com.What is the resolution of my query???this is not only my query..this querry is for all who is facing this type of issues from the Docomo Cusoter care.I want that you make your service good because this is my favourite company.I love docomo tone so much. I f customer care is not allowing to me to talk with them supervisor and managers then where i will say my concerns? where i can say my ideas? These days customer support staff of docomo abusing the customer, dnt respond properly.They are thinking themselves a great person.They have so much attitode even they scold also.Is this the service which docomo is providing to the customers? Always remember one thing, nowadays so much competitive companies are in market so customers can go anywhere.Nowadays call rates are also approximately same.Only customer care services makes the difference between them.If this will be the situation from docomo end so really i am very sorry to say to docomo we have to think about it and go for other network.I am a big fan of docomo and these thinks are making me sad.I am very much disagree with docomo customer care services since last 2 months.If there is high call flow in customer service centre so recruit more employee, if not able to do this so please give good service so that we dont make a call to care centre twice.If issue will not be rectify at one shot so obviously we will call twice thrice.like this call flow gets high.This is the basic thing which docomo have forgot that customer satisfaction inmportant not only making money or to do the cost cutting.if customer will be satisfy then obviously business improves otherwise i think you have got what i want to make you understand?
                          I have the Tata Docomo photon+ at present i disconnected the connection of it.But there is a option for sim slat which is not working but memory card slat works why this cheating the customer like that or is there any other option for it. i used the same domcomo sim but not works. could you give explanation for that.

                                SUBJEST: COMPLAIN AGAINST TATA DOCOMO FOR BAD CUSTOMER CARE, BILL DETAILS,BAD NETWORK AND CUSTOMER DISCRIMINATION

                                Respected Sir/ Madam,

                                I am Dhruv. A resident of Pune (Maharashtra). I am using a DOCOMO number i.e. +[protected] since past 8 months so are members of my family. We altogether have 4 DOCOMO postpaid connections, out of which 3 are in my Father’s name and one is in my name. This because DOCOMO doesn’t allow more than three connections on one name. NETWORK PROBLEM is always there with DOCOMO. Whenever I pickup my DOCOMO number to make an important call there is an error and call never gets connected. So I have to use other number to make call for that time even though I have free minutes with DOCOMO for which they charge me Rs. One Hundred and ninety-nine. This is not it. DOCOMO sends me texts every two months asking am I satisfied with their service to which I reply No. So they send another sorry text and assure that someone from their end will call to know the problem and help, but Call hasn’t come till today. They only had called me once for address verification after that I haven’t received a single call from them.

                                Furthermore I never receive text from them regarding my bill stating amount to be paid or amount paid, but my parents always receive text regarding their unbilled amount every month. Maybe because I pay them Rs. One thousand at a time (In Advance for around five to six months) so they don’t care since they have received the money in advanced. I had also paid a Security Deposit of RS.1,000 during activation which is not mentioned in the bill anywhere. But under this heading they showed Rs. Zero!!! So where did my Security deposit go???

                                Now my problem was yesterday, when I received the bill from DOCOMO. It said I had sent 3 texts from my number, which I don’t do because I always send text from other number of mine since it is cheaper than 60 paise(Which Docomo charges). To confirm the same I called their Customer Care and spoke to “Mr. Sajid” and asked him to give me the number to which I have sent 3 texts. To which Mr. Sajid put my call on hold to check the system, on reverting he said he cannot give me the information because I have not availed the service of “Itemized Bill” and to avail this service they will be charging me Rs. 25 per month!!! Surprisingly my parents get an “Itemized Bill” for all the three numbers without paying single paise extra!!! So I asked Mr. Sajid if there is anyone superior to him to whom I can talk to. To which Mr. Sajid said NO. Further I asked Mr. Sajid which department he works for and he gave a shocking answer Tata Docomo. I told him that’s the name of the Company and not the department. To which Mr. Sajid gave another shocking reply as “I cannot give you that information”. I also asked him his employee ID so I can write a mail to someone quoting this id to this as well he gave the same shocking reply and when I demanded on talking to someone superior to him, He DICONNECTED the call!!!
                                So I called back DOCOMO Customer Care and as soon as I said Hello my cal was again disconnected.
                                I redialled and spoke to Mr. Amit from DOCOMO Post-paid Department, but he also was not able to solve my problem.
                                I am ok to pay the charges BUT why this discrimination among Customers?
                                DOCOMO says that they will pay a fine if anyone spots an error in bill. How will someone spot an error if they don’t provide details in bill???

                                Request you to look into the matter and help me.

                                Dude the last point yu said about n erroe was really cool. Its absolutely right that if we dont get the details how will we spot the erroe?! Network of DOCOMO is a disaster so when yu want to make a call use other number. I too do the same thing. I also have a TATA DOCOMO Prepaid and network is always an issue. Dont worry this site will help as it has helped me when I complained aour Reliance GSM.

I have put up a complaint on this forum, you call me if you want to solve YOUR PROBLEM. As it is all my family members are faceing the same problem... If you can solve well and good or else you will loose customers as there are many BETTER service providers in town.                                   i am sanket patel and i am using nokia n97 mini.i have a tata docomo prepaid card which belongs to my father mr.kantilal patel.
                                  I use internet since last 2 years and in this last 1 year i use tata docomo 48rs.2gb free internet plan daily!
                                  In this last year with tata docomo there were so many unfair charges has been cut from my prepaid account.. But since this last 2 months it was unbearable.
                                  This is 4th or 5th time that they cut balance from my prepaid account showing reason that i have downloaded java games which is totaly wrong!
                                  Even if i download games then it must be in my cell or i can play it or get its file but i cant!
                                  Anything going to be download in my mobile i can see and notice!but this all was fake! I cant see any downloading in my mobile!
                                  And when i dont download anything then why i have to pay for it!
                                  When i call to customer care they have no any answar and cut my call!!! Then i have to try their from another mobile!!
                                  This is fully cheating with customer!
                                  And the new style since last 2 times is that they cut rs.23 if my balance was 24,cut rs.28 if my balance was rs.29.
                                  I have no tree of money so i can not affort this unfair charges! So please i want my balance recovery of my last 2 month cut which is around 100rs.

                                  in this last 2 months this is 4th or 5th time they cut my balance from my account while i use internet on my mobile! 1st i tell u that i can understand english language easily and using nokia n97 mini and also use internet daily for last 2 years!!

                                    my number is [protected] and tata docomo keeps subscribing me to services without my consent.
                                    i receive messages saying "hey, you've been subscribed to this and it costs 30 Rs, you can deactivate with this number".
                                    checking my balance, those Rs are immediately deducted, even if i call the deactivation service, which most of the time doesn't realize i'm subscribed to these services.

                                    this has happened 4 times for now, so TATA DOCOMO has taken illegally 120 Rs from my account.

                                    I have just been subscribed to another service, Jokes Alerts.
                                    Another 30 Rs.

                                    That makes it 150 Rs TATA Docomo owes me.
                                    So, even thought Tata DOCOMO promised to ensure this issue would be resolved soon, I had to take action and call the service myself.
                                    They deactivated all the services I had at the moment (which were quite annoying already) and said they could not give me the money back.

                                    Alright. I charge my phone again, and there we go, automatic subscriptions again.
                                    And funny fact: the deactivation number does not work anymore. (as in, it doesn't even let me try)
                                    Not holding my breath for "Do Not Disturb" service.

                                    "Kannada Regional Love Tips" 12 Rs (seriously?)

                                    so, 182 Rs that I'm owed.

                                    Seeing as the issue of automatic subscriptions has not been solved, I am going to try a new approach.

                                      I, M Madhupriya, residing in Chennai. I have been using my mobile TATA Docomo Sim / prepaid card no.[protected]for the past 1 year. Recently, I am facing the problem with the TATA Docomo. I am surprised that it is automatically debit the account from my prepaid card for using the Cricket news WITHOUT ACTIVATING MYSELF FOR CRICKET NEWS. They have debited the amount more than Rs.50/- regularly. In this regard, I have complained to the Customer Care Manager repeatedly. But nobody take action though they are deducting the amount frequently.

                                      Now, I am complaining thorugh consumer complaints to direct the issue to the concerned officials for sorting out the problem. Because of lethargic manner of the officials of TATA, I faced Stress and Pain for the past one week. Hence I need a proper compensation by providing an amount of Rs.50,000/- by Cheque as against irresponsible activities of the TATA Cusotmer Care People.

                                      It is unfortunate to inform that TATA is brand name thats why I have activating the SIM rather than other service providers. Because of irresponsible officials, TATA name is spoiled in India.

                                        I am Sanjay Dugar having mobile no [protected] (Rajasthan no). Past 2 months Rs 30 got deducted every week for cricket alerts scores which I have not subscribed for. For this I have made many complaints in the past but no resolution regarding my complaints.

                                        Recently I have again made the complaints regarding this & the have refunded me only Rs 30 which got deducted on the next morning even after the service got deactivated. But when I have again made the complaint they have deactivated my sim & "MY SIM STARTED SHOWING INVALID" from their end. Then when I talk to chat representative, then he told me that new sim is Rs 49. Kindly change the sim, but in actually they have added my sim address to lost & found section & blocked the sim.

                                        When I asked them regarding the refund they simply told me that they can't refund the amount because service has been activated. So no refund. Again I have made the complaint & got my service deactivated again but on the next day another service got activated & i.e Bollywood Gossip for which I was charged Rs 30 which they have refunded me back. Here are some of the complaints :-

                                        Now, I am requesting you to kindly refund me back my money which you have charged me & deactivate all VAS else I have no other option to switch my no.

                                        Again charges deducted for SDP - Subscription and Renewal 2 days back for which I have not received the amount yet..
                                        No reply from your end yet.When will I get my refund back..

                                        Tata Docomo — Wrong Charges Deduction

                                        I have already using internet pack from TATA DOCOMO with validity of pack up to 10/12/2011 (DD:MM:YY) & usage of 2 GB. I have trouble with using internet on my phone, so i send message for taking fresh internet setting. But they instead of giving setting deduct from my balance another charges & give me another internet plan of 50 MB. my old balance of 1900 MB(approx.) also not available. I can't use internet on my phone still. Please do the needful.
