Gprs speed is too slow

Dear sir,
I am quite disappointed by your GPRS services. I have been hearing that normally the speed should remain around 30-35 kbps. In spite of having an edge phone it doesn't even goes more than 5 kbps. I changed my previous service provider just because of the speed i heard you have been providing. Even i saw with my own eyes that my friend was downloading at a speed of 28 kbps.
It would be a great help if you could...

Unable to send SMS to shortcode numbers

I have ported my number ([protected]) from Airtel to Tata docomo.The number was successfully ported from Airtel to Tata Docomo on[protected],but then onwards I am not able to send SMSes to short code numbers like (567676,58888,54242...etc).When ever i send a SMS I do not get any reply from these number or I get a message stating that my number cannot be processed.Simultaneously I have been try to send SMS to these numbers...

MNP Porting delay

My Docomo number is [protected]. i wish to change this number to vodafone.. so sent sms for porting on 21.01.11. but till now docomo is not giving approval for MNP to vodofone.. when i call the vodafone executive he is telling simply telling that sir no MNP request is received from Docomo then how can we activate your connection sir.. if i contact docomo executive. he is not telling the MNP request is given or not.. its already 16days completed.....

Not cancelling my connection

I got new Docomo connection on October 2010. Within one hour I called the customer care and asked to provide me unlimited gprs scheme as available in airtel and aircel. But they said that option is not available. So I asked them to disconnect my connection. But they did not disconnect and sent the bill for October and november. I like to make a complain regarding supporting of docomo sim with various handset.

Approximate one year ago i got a problem with docomo when i was using NOKIA 1650 model handset. Whenever i was inserting the sim in my mobile, after 1 min mobile was getting hanged. I called to customer care, they told me sir it is because of problem in my handset. I went to NOKIA care for the same but they didn’t find any problem in Handset....

Activation & plan related issues

For my new connection, Docomo people wrongly selected 499 plan instead of 299. I applied for 50Rs GPRS plan, and it was not activated. I used data and my usage crossed the limit and outgoing got barred. I was complaining to Docomo from last 25 days, but nothing happened. Everybody assuring it will be solving in 2nother 2or3 days. My first experience with Docomo is really bad....

I have taken the Docomo connection for 2 months. In my first bill I have been charged for Rs 396 for Java game pack and Rs 99 in my second bill towards game pack. I have no clue about these packs. I have not received proper resolution towards. At first instance I haven't downloaded these games.

I have only solutions for you people is provide me a waiver fee for Rs 494 for incorrect billing and settle the issue...

There is a offer going on for Tata photon plus which is offered just to Kotak Mahindra Bank customers. I being a Kotak Bank customer visited the head office of Tata service provider to get a new connection for Tata photon plus.
