downloading Speeds and Network problem in Koparkhairne from Tata Photon speed getting upto 39 kbps only and my scheme is 3.1 mbps . My Tata Photon no.[protected] from Tushar kajaria please taken some action ...and refer to me...on my contact no.[protected]
dear tushar,

Iam using that same device in Cochin kerala . was dissatisfied at first but the technician explained to me in detail .first we need to understand.difference between Kbper second and KB persecond.the latter is 8 times the former.3.6Mbps is the max speed under ideal conditions which are not always met.it also depends upon the signal strength.simple rule check with a tata indicom mobile phone whether U have full range .check speed on website of speedtest .com 3.6 mbps is the browsing speed and not downloading speed.there is a great diffrence between the two.

    I am sick of the irresponsive behaviour of the Tata docomo Customer Care and bad services. Tata Docomo cuts unwanted balance from their customers. and when u call the customer then u will have to wait 5 to 20 minute to recieve ur call. and when u talk about ur balance deducation then they(c.c) reject ur call. Tata docomo like a robber so plz dont link with tata docmo i m expressing my experience so plz will have better i[censored] dont try it.
    i m agree with u, tata docmo ki sali bhatiya sewayen hai.
    very worst customer care.. i was charged 30 rs without my knowledge and i did not subscribe for anything. i was trying for three days but still i did not get a connection to speak with customer care.. this is really irritating so much.

      Dear sir,
      I am quite disappointed by your GPRS services. I have been hearing that normally the speed should remain around 30-35 kbps. In spite of having an edge phone it doesn't even goes more than 5 kbps. I changed my previous service provider just because of the speed i heard you have been providing. Even i saw with my own eyes that my friend was downloading at a speed of 28 kbps.
      It would be a great help if you could resolve my problem.

        I have TATA DOCOMO no. [protected]. The company had activated the live astrology serivce without my confirmation on 24/01/2010 and Rs. 10/- deducted from my balance. I had call to customer care but the executive replied me call on 5330013 for deactivation of this service but When I called on that No. I heard please press 1 for subscription of this service. there is no option for unsubscription. I had called to customer care for help, but the executive told me we are unable to deactivate this service from our side. I had made complaint GBL[protected] and senior executive by name Mohsin refund me Rs. 10/- but still the service live astrology is activated on my No. the balance deducted on 24/01/2011, 31/01/2011 and 07/02/2011. please help me.

          Sir,

          I have ported my number ([protected]) from Airtel to Tata docomo.The number was successfully ported from Airtel to Tata Docomo on[protected],but then onwards I am not able to send SMSes to short code numbers like (567676,58888,54242...etc).When ever i send a SMS I do not get any reply from these number or I get a message stating that my number cannot be processed.Simultaneously I have been try to send SMS to these numbers from other mobile numbers and it is working absolutely fine and I am getting the necessary reply.
          Due to this issue I am unable to use my banking application (567676).I have made repeated complaints to Tata docomo ,but my issue remains unresolved.
          I request you to take necessary action so that my issue is resolved as soon as possible.

          The steps that you have mentioned above was given to me by the customer care when I first registered my complaint and I also informed them that the issue is still continuing.I escalated the issue complaint number "NWK[protected]" after that I received a few calls from the technical department asking to me to send a few SMSes to analyze the issue but after I have'nt received any sort communication from Tata DOCOMO.I would like to know If the issue can be resolved or not.

              My Docomo number is [protected]. i wish to change this number to vodafone.. so sent sms for porting on 21.01.11. but till now docomo is not giving approval for MNP to vodofone.. when i call the vodafone executive he is telling simply telling that sir no MNP request is received from Docomo then how can we activate your connection sir.. if i contact docomo executive. he is not telling the MNP request is given or not.. its already 16days completed.. docomo customer care is very worst..

                I got new Docomo connection on October 2010. Within one hour I called the customer care and asked to provide me unlimited gprs scheme as available in airtel and aircel. But they said that option is not available. So I asked them to disconnect my connection. But they did not disconnect and sent the bill for October and november. I again called the customer care and asked them to disconnect my connection and also informed that i did not use their connection not even for one hour. i also sent email regarding this. but they did not disconnect and sending bills every month. as usual i am calling and sending emails but they are not disconnecting. this is going till this month February. i donot know what to do?

                  Docomo — MNP not yet done

                  I am presently an Airtel customer. Through MNP, wish to move to Docomo. I have submitted the UPC code & application form on 3rd November 2011. But yet the number is not ported. At the same time, I am unable to port to any other service provider because unable to get any UPC code. What should be my next step?

                    I like to make a complain regarding supporting of docomo sim with various handset.

                    Approximate one year ago i got a problem with docomo when i was using NOKIA 1650 model handset. Whenever i was inserting the sim in my mobile, after 1 min mobile was getting hanged. I called to customer care, they told me sir it is because of problem in my handset. I went to NOKIA care for the same but they didn’t find any problem in Handset. i used other sim in the same mobile then i didn’t get the problem. next time when i called docomo customer care told me to select the network manually. I did the same . After that also i got the same problem.

                    Next day i found my mobile had stopped working. Again i went to customer care they told me that because of short circuit in sim socket because of sim it got problem. Agian I called to docomo customer care they told me ” DOCOMO sim doesn’t support NOKIA 1650 so use other mobile . Again same thing happened in other set also. Because of sim problem my two mobile got damaged.

                    I asked customer care to tell will NOKIA 2690 will be supporting by DOCOMO sim? They told yes, so I bought the same. Now again I am getting the same problem with NOKIA 2690. Docomo customer care people again told me the same whatever i have written above. And now they are telling sir get a new sim . For that i have to pay some amount.

                    Now plz tell me what should i do. Already my two mobile got damaged because of this sim. Who will pay for all these. And again the same acts that I have to pay for the sim. Why will I pay because of their mistake? Plz do in my favour.

                      For my new connection, Docomo people wrongly selected 499 plan instead of 299. I applied for 50Rs GPRS plan, and it was not activated. I used data and my usage crossed the limit and outgoing got barred. I was complaining to Docomo from last 25 days, but nothing happened. Everybody assuring it will be solving in 2nother 2or3 days. My first experience with Docomo is really bad.

                        I have taken the Docomo connection for 2 months. In my first bill I have been charged for Rs 396 for Java game pack and Rs 99 in my second bill towards game pack. I have no clue about these packs. I have not received proper resolution towards. At first instance I haven't downloaded these games.

                        I have only solutions for you people is provide me a waiver fee for Rs 494 for incorrect billing and settle the issue at the earliest. I am if your company gives discount for unpaid amount. I keep receiving SMS saying we will Rs 50/- off for today for unpaid amount. I never had a proper resolution from my first bill.

                        If this is issue is not settled in next 2 days I will apply for number portability to switch to different operator(Ref:TA346674). It’s been a worst nightmare dealing with customer care.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          Please allow me TATA DOCOMO 3G service, I am waiting since last 15 days. You had stopped my service due to mismatched document, But afterward I submitted correct document (on 19 Feb 2011) to Rahul (contact no. [protected]), Croma Pune office who was provided me Data internet connection. Problem is that, that guy tells me I forwarded your document to main TATA Docomo office & your internet will start very soon (which was totally wrong commitment) , and customer care says we didn't get your document for restart your internet service. now please tell me what to do from my side. I am so frustrated for not restarted internet service, Please consider my request as a prior. Actually I turned to TATA Docomo due to better service.

I recieved a message from docomo saying that the service will be renewed in 72 hours and RS 30 will be deducted from my account. When I try to deactivate the service it says you are not subscribed to any service.

                                Tata docomo customer care person Mr. Mayank (Kamla Crossroad, Pimpri,Pune) is misguiding the customers =>

                                Tata Docomo is advertising everywhere about using MNP and switching to Tata Docomo without changing the number.
                                But their sales person Mr. Mayank from your customer care centre located at Kamala Crossroad, Pimpri, Pune is bent upon making bad publicity of tata docomo prepaid.
                                On 28th Jan 2011, I walked into your aforesaid outlet with 4 Prepaid mobile numbers (Airtel, Idea, Bsnl) of other operators and wanted to switch to tata docomo.
                                I had four set of documents ready along with photographs and everything.
                                Therefore I went there and met Mr. Mayank.
                                I requested him to accept these numbers into docomo and i was ready to pay initial amount.
                                But Mr. Mayank started telling me that Tata Docomo is not accepting new customers in prepaid mode and one can only migrate to docomo with a postpaid plan.
                                He started convincing me saying that please go for postpaid plans and if you wish you can then convert your plan into prepaid after three months.
                                When I told him that currently my numbers are prepaid therefore I'll be migrating to prepaid plan of docomo and not the postpaid.
                                Then he refused to accept my application of Airtel/idea/bsnl to docomo migration and told me that Tata Docomo Prepaid migration is not possible.
                                I would like to know, is this information provided by Mr. Mayank true ? (that a prepaid customer of other operator can not migrate to docomo prepaid)
                                And if his version was not true then what action will be taken on this sales person for misguiding the customers ?
                                And when this action will be taken ?

                                  I was really irated with the way the agents put you on hold for more than an hour for a simple solution.They CANNOT speak english thats for sure.And more over there simply is a problem with lots of egoistics agents working.I request the authorities to please look into the matter .

                                  its not working properly.so i make a call 2 customer care i want 2 take new sim card on same number.for that they said submit u r id proof with photo near tatadocomo service center &paid 49rupees u wil get sim replacement immediately.
                                  then in nellore i went 2 dhargamitta tata docomo service center near tvs show room.then they said that office shifted to gandhi center in nellore then i went there & told my problem to them then they said that the main branch is at RTC bus stand near pavani residency then i went there and asks mam i want sim replacement, i.e sim with me only but it is not working properly so i want new sim on same number then she said that 100rupees is amount u have to pay to get sim replacement.then i told 2 them no mam only 49rupees only.but she refused & told to me i[censored] want same number u hav 2 pay 100rupees thats all.
                                  this is very ambiguity to the customers very irresponsible answering with customers i[censored] continue like this on one day u hav 2 face the consequences mind it

                                  i had with draw my net connection which is on number [protected] and now also i am getting bill for it i refused to pay bill they a arrest warrant will issued on u . u want to pay bill and giving warning to me i complaint to all tata customer service but i didnt get any action on it please take action on them

                                    Hi, I am using TATA DOCOMO since a month. signal is very bad. I don't get the signal at my home(My home is at one of the crowded place of the city). when i complainted about it i got the smashing reply from customer support.

                                      I am Anit Nain using prepaid no. [protected] which is blocked by operator due to Non Submission of CAF and respective documents. While I have already deposited my all required documents and my no. is activated from last 6-7 months. Suddenly they block my services without any intimation. And I have also asked to customer care on 121 many times that if I have to submit my documents again I will submit. But they told that my documents are already submitted. But now my no. is blocked due to same reason.

                                      You are requested to take necessary action and let my no. unblock.

                                        Dear Team,
                                        On 21st made a port in request near TATA Docomo, to switch from my previous operator Vodafone in Cuttack(orissa) circle. I submitted all the needful to the retailer where i made the request. I'm a postpaid customer and i have a clean & clear payment record till date near Vodafone.

                                        I also got all the confirmation sms as well as i got a call from Docomo regarding my request confirmation. Again i got the final msg stated as request will be processed within 96hours TAT. Previously i get several calls from vodafone And finally though the 96Hrs has already passed i inquire from vodafone, and they also confirmed me that they have already pocessed my req. But i'm not getting any msg neither from DOCOMO or Vodafone regarding the time when my number will be ported.
