Dear Sir/Madam,
Please allow me TATA DOCOMO 3G service, I am waiting since last 15 days. You had stopped my service due to mismatched document, But afterward I submitted correct document (on 19 Feb 2011) to Rahul (contact no. [protected]), Croma Pune office who was provided me Data internet connection. Problem is that, that guy tells me I forwarded your document to main TATA Docomo office & your internet will start very soon (which was totally wrong commitment) , and customer care says we didn't get your document for restart your internet service. now please tell me what to do from my side. I am so frustrated for not restarted internet service, Please consider my request as a prior. Actually I turned to TATA Docomo due to better service.

Iam using that same device in Cochin kerala . was dissatisfied at first but the technician explained to me in detail .first we need to understand.difference between Kbper second and KB persecond.the latter is 8 times the former.3.6Mbps is the max speed under ideal conditions which are not always met.it also depends upon the signal strength.simple rule check with a tata indicom mobile phone whether U have full range .check speed on website of speedtest .com 3.6 mbps is the browsing speed and not downloading speed.there is a great diffrence between the two.
