respected sir, i am Asit Kumar Panigrahi from Sonepur, Orissa. My docomo no. is [protected]. on 20th november at 12.36 pm i had a call from [protected] which used to be customer cares number. i rejected the call because i was very busy then. then suddenly in a few minutes a had two sms from 543211. the two sms are as follows. 1st one is ."thank you for subscribing to call me tunes.Rs0 has been charged for 5 days" and the 2nd one is "thank you for downloading tu jab jab mujhko pukare.Rs.15 is charged." so i don't understand that how this call me tune activated automatically. . when i called to customer care the representative without proper inquiry about the matter as well as not going through the duration of the call i got, he told me that you have activated this service yourself. he further told me that write DATA and send it to 121 to get your data usage information. when i sent the similar to 121 then i got the reply sms as "Dear customer, You have no data usage till date." then i tried to connect to the care for several times but each time it got disconnected. i further tried to connect them from another number but again without proper query they told i have done everything. my complain is that for a student 15 rupees on phone is not a joke. you'll be astonished to know that" i'll never avail this service if it'll supplied free of cost". so sir my complain that when i've not done all these how someone can held me responsible for the same. so please help me please make a proper investigation i've still that msgs and call logs which i can supply if i may be asked. i want my balance back so sir plz help me.

my photon number is [protected] and i have subscribed to Rs 950/5 gb unlimited plan.But after every second day my connection is disconnected and your operator tells me that I have exceeded my credit limit of Rs 500. I can't understand why my credit limit is Rs 500 when i have subcribed for an unlimited rs 950. i am suffering a huge loss in my company because i cannot connect to my clients when i want to.i have given my complaint to your tollfree number( request no[protected],[protected],[protected]. i am extremely unhappy about the kind of service that tata-teleservices is providing.I hope Mr Ratan Tata is proud of the services his company is providing....

I have purchased tata swach purifier from CROMA Sion, now its bulb is to be replaced but last 20-25 days i am not getting tata swach bulb anywhere in market even in Croma sion showroom also. there is no use of my water purifier without bulb.

I opt for Tata Docomo postpaid connection 1.5 month back and provided my clear passport copy as address proof.But while activating, someone did lot of typo mistakes and made my address funny.

After 1st billing cycle, i requested Tata Docomo to correct my address as per document provided.They called me also and accepted and verified the mistake.

Just now got SMS that my request couldn't process due to incorrect document.I called 121 and they suggested me to visit field office for the same.

Complaints:
1. How can Tata Docomo say the document are not correct when they are valid?
2. How can someone enterned data like this?
3. Why should i visit office when the mistake is of Tata Docomo end.

I want you to reslove this asap else i would like to surrender my connection

I have a tata docomo mobile number-[protected]. since last one month 38 rupee has been deducted for vastu pack service which i never activated,where as customer care number is unable to solve my problem neither they deactivate this service nor refund money.they told me that any type of this pack is not activated on your number.

kindly do the needfull.

i prakash yashwant singasane. my tata docomo no. is [protected] customer of tata docomo network user of tata tele communication.
while using this service i go so much problems like submission of documents which i prowide them three time in five days still my services are barred. even my verification was clear. i talked with customer care they do not attend call directly they disconnected, it happens with me many of the times even when they attend call hold me for 16 to 17 min and directly disconnect call i have many complaints about the services.
sir i fill they dont need their customers. if they dont want customer please told clearly we will never use tata communication services.

I was using e-buddy messenger on my mobile phone,and i click on an advertisement given on that page,i just browse that page and then i log out ,after that a message on come my mobile that i had been charged Rs.30 for download "GAMES PACK ON TATA DOCOMO DIVE-IN WAP SERVICE",but there was no such thing is mentioned on that page.And i had also recharged my mobile with 2.5GB GPRS pack in which both downloading and browsing are included.So how could i charged for that browsing ,even in my mobile internet setting i selected tata docomo internet service, then how could i charged for"TATA DOCOMO DIVE-IN" even without activating it, and they even did not ask me before activating that service.

My Tata Docomo Number is [protected]. It was obsolate for quite a time. I have recharged it with Rs.111/- today, on 14th November 2010. When I insert the SIM in to my SAMSUNG phone, it shows "Limited Service". I have tried the SIM on Micromax mobile also. It shows "INVALID SIM". My BSNL SIM is working fine with my SAMSUNG mobile. Please help.

FACT:
4/nov 3:37 p.m. My main bal. is 609.43 , 12.30 mb validity 10/11/2010
After wrong deduction of my balance
5/nov. 10:23 a.m. My main bal. is 585.16, 7 mb val 10/11/2010
(WRONG CHARGE OF RS. 24.27(609.43-585.16))
I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE,they said that nothing deducted from you’re a/c. try again latter. Our system dosen’t update anything.
Then after 4-5 hours,I called again-and-again but all lines were busy WHOLE DAY(afternoon,evening& even at night).

NEXT DAY, 6/nov 2010
6/nov. 9:24 a.m. My main bal. is 570.30, 4 mb val 10/11/2010
(again WRONG charged around 7.52 rupees)
I complain to CUSTOMER CARE around 10:30 am. MY COMPLAIN NO. IS “GBL[protected]”
They said your complain will be solve within 10/nov. 8 p.m.

DAY 10/nov. 4:57 P.M. CALL FROM [protected]
The person said you are properly charged as per your tariff. I argued that please check my balance at that time.
He replied:sir, I have already checked that. I am here to just inform you that you are not wrongly charged And Not to listen your complain again.
AND CUT THE CALL.
Then I received 2messeges that “your complain “GBL[protected]” has been resolved.We hope you are satisfied.”
“Dear customer you are properly charged as per your tariff"

ON THE SAME DAY:
I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE, the person just listen to my complain and CUT THE CALL, NOTHING ELSE.
At the Second time,
I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE and they said your complain is solved. Now you can’t complain again. Your time period of 48 hours has expired. And cut the call.

NOW PLEASE TELL ME “IS THIS THE WAY TO TREAT YOUR VALUABLE CUSTOMER IN SUCH A MANNER”

11/nov. I email them at [protected]@tatadocomo.com and they replied me that the charges is for used DIVE IN services. But actually I don’t used it any time.

PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT TO DO?

I have reported the issue with my Tata Photon connection no. [protected] with the account no.[protected]. Having problem with the connection which is keep on halting and some time it starts but speed is around 40 to 60 kbps for 3.1 mbps connection. Reported the same to the concern customer care viz. Complain no. -

1. 19 Oct.2010 - [protected]

2. 10 Nov.2010 - [protected]

3. 11 Nov.2010 - [protected]

But no satisfactory action has been taken by Tata Photon Customer care person.

Please do the needful and assist.

My mom mistakenly subscribed to the news alerts for which I was charged Rs 30..........
After a month a message came that if I wanted to unsubscribe these alerts I had to dial 155223.
I did so but then a voice came that this is not a valid no.and I had to prefix 0.
I did so and tried but then too i was said that it was not a valid no.
It is all being continuing since many months...........
My dad works in Tata Teleservices but he too could not get rid of these unwanted alerts .....

my tata docomo no [protected] has a service called love tips which is sending vulgar message i request you to please cancel that service this service came to our phone
last month it by itself got activated and charged us with 27Rs and after sending the complaint a message came as billing not done and our money was returned so because docomo is charging like this we decided to recharge not more than 20Rs
but since the money was returned back we believed on the company and made a recharge of 50Rs again the money got disappeared and vulgar message is repetedly coming to my phone no I humble request you to please deactivate this service from the mobile no

As i was a prepaid customer of TATA DOCOMO i was enthusiased to switched to 3G Service of TATA DOCOMO and i've Succeded it to Convert My Mobile Number to 3G, But Indoor Coverage is Very Bad. Whenever i entered into my home it will show only 1 Signal Bar or No Network at all Other 3G Service Licensed Providers Like Aircel (I've Tried it's Good in Indoor and Outdoor, But Still not yet Launched Commercially) and BSNL having Good Coverage if TATA Won't improves it's 3G it will Lose a Mass of Customers

My Name is Pradip.Hey I am using tatadocmo EDGE. But speed is very slow and only 2 to 5 KB/s. I have complaint so many times but they always told me that our team is working on your complain. The problem is since last 3 to 4 months. Last time i called C.C. they told me there is very high data usage in your area so the bandwidth is shared between users. Why they told me that? Do gprs charges shared by users in our area? We pay full charges so why they share their services between users? Please do not announce about 3G loudly where We are getting lower then dial-up speed with EDGE. My DOCOMO No is [protected]. Now our last weapon will Consumer Forum Court.

tata docomo gprs speed is not good in sriperumbudur......just rarely upto 7kbps and mostly its 1 to 3 kbps i am experiencing this since nov 1 2010 before that docomo was good with upto 33kbps with average speed 15 kbps(with this speed i watched youtube videos in good streaming quality).
I recommended tata docomo to my friends. but, now i am looking for some another service provider. Who is the best service provider in tamilnadu gprs network pls don't offer me airtel :D
