MY name is BHAVARTH BHATT.(from surat,gujarat) & contact no. is [protected].
My complain is about wrong deducted balance of around rs. 30 for internet usage.
FACT:
4/nov 3:37 p.m. My main bal. is 609.43 , 12.30 mb validity 10/11/2010
After wrong deduction of my balance
5/nov. 10:23 a.m. My main bal. is 585.16, 7 mb val 10/11/2010
(WRONG CHARGE OF RS. 24.27(609.43-585.16))
I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE,they said that nothing deducted from you’re a/c. try again latter. Our system dosen’t update anything.
Then after 4-5 hours,I called again-and-again but all lines were busy WHOLE DAY(afternoon,evening& even at night).
NEXT DAY, 6/nov 2010
6/nov. 9:24 a.m. My main bal. is 570.30, 4 mb val 10/11/2010
(again WRONG charged around 7.52 rupees)
I complain to CUSTOMER CARE around 10:30 am. MY COMPLAIN NO. IS “GBL[protected]”
They said your complain will be solve within 10/nov. 8 p.m.
DAY 10/nov. 4:57 P.M. CALL FROM [protected]
The person said you are properly charged as per your tariff. I argued that please check my balance at that time.
He replied:sir, I have already checked that. I am here to just inform you that you are not wrongly charged And Not to listen your complain again.
AND CUT THE CALL.
Then I received 2messeges that “your complain “GBL[protected]” has been resolved.We hope you are satisfied.”
“Dear customer you are properly charged as per your tariff"
ON THE SAME DAY:
I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE, the person just listen to my complain and CUT THE CALL, NOTHING ELSE.
At the Second time,
I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE and they said your complain is solved. Now you can’t complain again. Your time period of 48 hours has expired. And cut the call.
NOW PLEASE TELL ME “IS THIS THE WAY TO TREAT YOUR VALUABLE CUSTOMER IN SUCH A MANNER”
11/nov. I email them at [protected]@tatadocomo.com and they replied me that the charges is for used DIVE IN services. But actually I don’t used it any time.
PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT TO DO?
