dear sir,
I B.Bharghav living at a (LATITUDE- 17°38'27.30"N) & (LONGITUDE- 83° 7'37.34"E)... which is near steel plant check post, sai nagar colony, despatrunipalem, Paravada(mandal), Visakhapatnam.
Here there is lack of network signal for TATA DOCOMO, even outside in open area..
i kindly request u to improve the network so that i can make a good relationship with this network ,. please its too low that the network and the signal is nill here in this please ,
please take a immediate action....

i m jagadeesh from gudilova near to anandapuram, visakhapatnam. sir recently i changed my number to docomo and shocked to know that the docomo signals are cant able to reach ou area .our area has mare number of colleges industries nad schools so they are also changed their numbers to other numbers lake of docomo signals..., so please kindly improve signal, so that we can keep good relation with your network and promote your network.so kindly improve the docomo signal to our area

    I am using docomo and uninor numbers.....

    one time i sent a sms docomo to uninor(29/11/10) but sms sent successfully but uninor not received that sms. 1 week am wating i not received that message. i complained docomo but no use.

    i sent docomo to many other uninor numbers message sent successfully. all uninor numbers not received messages...

    so i checking my friends docomo to other uninor numbers same problem.....

    i think total tamilnadu docomo to uninor sms problem.....

    anybody check it reply it...... who solve my problem? help pls............

      Every time when I recharge with Rs.150/-, Tata docomo promotional service number 54321, giving unwanted messages like health tips, jokes and some other offers via sms. and within few hours, message will be displayed as your account will be deducted for health tips and Kannada weekly news etc.
      This is all happening without answering any call or replying to sms.
      I tried to get solution with customer care so many times through 198 / 155223/ 1909 and with local office staff. but i did not get correct response.
      Customer care staff they say that we are sorry for the inconvenience and we will deactivate that particular service.
      Again after few days the problem is getting repeated and I am just worried about my recharged amount getting deducted without doing anything.

        A SMS based service "GENERAL JOKES" was activated in my cellphone number [protected] about in October 2nd week, but certainly not by me and not by anyone else as I don't lend the number to anyone. I have get not a single SMS based on that service but I automatically get charged each week saying the service is renewed. On calling Activation/Deactivation Portal number I receive an answer from the IVR saying "No such service is activated in my number", on calling customer care they say "GENERAL JOKES service is activated in my number" on saying them to stop that service, they say they do it but nothing such happens. I have called the customer care 3 times and every-time they say they have stopped but the service gets renewed every week since October.
        The service be deactivated from my number and the exact reason for this error be found out.

          I am using tata docomo sim. 5 days back i have recharged it with Rs. 150/-. and activated internet pack of rs.5 and browsed internet, after browsing internet they r showing my balance as rs.48. I am sure i have not used internet in excess of 10MB. and once again they r sending service messages which while deleting accidentaly connectd to internet they again charged rs.30.

          I am very much dissapointed because of their behaviour and the game they r playing with citizens. Please help me.
          i am sure u have used DIVE IN as your APN.
          use TATA DOCOMO INTERNET as ur APN.That will solve ur problem.

          I have been e-mailing since last 4 days to [protected]@tatatel.co.in the customer care of Tata Docomo for the change of address, but they are not receiving the e-mail. I have copied the e-mail to my brother and my second e-mail id which are received. The customer care is harassing me and as this is my last day in this house, I do not know what will happen tomorrow ?
          Worst possible customer care! Mr Gilbert from Tata Docomo office kandanchavadi, had the blooody nerve to laugh at the customer and taunt back when I put forth a serious query. I couldnt pay my bills over a period of time since I was out of town and my number got de-activated. I genuinely asked him whether they would send a mail before deactivating, he had the bloody nerve to laugh and taunt back! Worst customer service I have every seen!

              sir i have visited your tata docomo showroom in south city mall in which i have ask for a number which is [protected] with alkatel mobile as i am using same series number in cellone vodafone airtel.they have taken my my time nearly 2 hours and at last nearly at 7:30 pm they have finalised me to give that number at that moment of time i was not carrying my document i told them that i am giving money to book that number in my name and i will submit the document next day before 12:00 am.all the dealing were finalise.

              The problem arise after that finalasation one customer come and after hearing my conversation ask for same no. and the person who have finalise that no.sell the same number to that customer .i was shocked after that decision i told him that i have booked that no. and how you can sell this no. to other customer the reply from your authority was shameless
              i am complaining this because i have visited showroom of company .Is this the way to treat a customer. i am using nearly five connection of tata indicom if in this matter no positive action have taken i am confirming that those connectin will be surrendered my mobile no.is [protected]

                  I recharged my cell with Special Recharge option from HDFC online mobile recharge facility but instead of talktime of 444 on recharge amt of 444, only 400 rs (aprox) credited to my account..

                  I spoke to customer care but she was telling that recharge which i opted was normal(flexi) recharge but i am quit sure that i did was special recharge as per website(tata docomo offical).

                  They are making fool of innocent customers to make money..

                  i really disappointed with such kind of reply from customer care and when i requested to speak to supervisor, she didnt pass the phone ,which clearly shows their CUSTOMER ORIENTATION .
                  and These FOOLS are LAUNCHING 3G which i was thinking to OPT.

                    I disconnected TATA Photon on 4th of october 2010 and all my bill was paid upto the date. I stooped using the connection after that date mentioned above and I also submitted a written application to disconnect it but there was regular unbidden bill which came from TATA Photon and they used to force my parents to pay that bill in any way.
                    During the submission of the application they assured that the connection would be disconnected immediately but then also the bill for the next month was produced without any usability from my side.They even forced my parents and literally tortured them by saying that they would harm me as there only son.The person who was linked with all the inhuman behavior is Mr.Sumit and the contact no of this person is :[protected].(A strict action should be taken against him as quickly as possible)

                          I have been using DOCOMO services now for over an year. Everything was fine until their launch of 3G service. They launched free trial of 3G services for 7 days and things really did seem to be what they had promised with respect to Internet speeds. I was getting a fairly good speed of 1.3-1.7 mbps in the free trial period. Once the free trial period got over, all the hype surrounding 3G deflated. Their speeds dropped back to 2G (100 kbps to 120 kbps). I called customer care service several times a day for 10 days. Every time, they told me its problem with my handset or it is due to congestion. Note: Speeds remained the same throughout the day and night, no change. I even spoke to their supervisors telling them about my plight with Internet speed being very slow, as I work from home and Internet is my back bone without which I would be out of work. They promised it would be resolved within 24 hours (their standard dialogue), but nothing seemed to happen. I even disconnected my previous net connection during the trial period coz it was good enough then but now I regret doing so. I really do not understand what the problems is, coz nobody is telling the exact reason for Internet speed going down to such pathetic low levels. I am not asking for 21 mbps as their sms advertisement claims. All I need is a modest 1 mbps speed.

                          Any help with regards to this is greatly appreciated.

                          Tata Docomo — very very poor network and pathetic customer care service

                          Hi,

                          I purchaged tata docomo card before 3 weeks, since then i am not getting STD incoming calls.
                          I raised complains for twice. And they said this problem is resolved (even without checking the complain), but still i m facing the same problem. I have purchased this card for my official use, but if i m not getting incoming call, this card is of no use. Trying to contact customer since last 4-5 days, but even i was not able to contact them saying that i cant contact due to some technical reason or please hold on our customer care people are busy with other customers an so..I really stuck up with this card..No USE. If any tata docomo person is reading this meddage then please do ur best, or wind up this type of pathetic tele service.

                          Pls do not say that you were not able to reach me despite your best effort things. I don't even know for sure whether its a bot or a real person responding. I have seen the same message on many customer complaints. I am very much available on the same number 24/7. Lets try this, this is my mail address [protected]@yahoo.com. Now give it a try. My problems have still not resolved even after talking to many senior executives. I am calling at least twice everyday. Nobody is technically qualified to answer my queries. Customer care department executives have no idea what they are selling or what they are doing there in the first place. They have absolutely no idea of what plans they have, each and every other customer care executive gives a different story altogether with regards to plans or devices or the problem. One even told that the 3G services are newly launched so it will take some time to rectify the speed problem.

                          If that is the case, my question is why did u even launch the service in the first place, if it is not tested properly.

                          Tata Docomo — 3g NET BROWSING-HEAVY BILL

                          TATA docomo 3g sucks. they have billed 1ps/kb rate for browsing regardless of my 500 mb 3g plan. I had used only 60MB.They said i don't have 3g converage and i am using 2g to browse. And now when I switched to GPRS 6GB plan. My bill is 1860rs for 4 days. Saying I browsed 180 MB regardless of my 6GB free plan. They said I used 3G to browse.
                          Their technical dept confirmed that i don't have 3g range, then why the hell are they charging my with lame reasons???

                          The cust care sucks... they will confuse you and will never resolve your issue. I escalated the issue to Nodal officer, but they said the cust care is perfectly right and i have to pay the hafty bill of 1860rs.

                          3g life sucks.

                          Hi Guys, I do agree with the issue stated. I have used both MTS MBlaze and Tata Docomo, its really horrible.

                          Currently I am using Tata Photon and My brother is using Reliance Net connect, we stay in Bangalore, BTM, LAYOUT. Its really great service. Trust my words and buy. Its worth investment.
                          Minimum speed I get in Photon is close to 1.8 and max of 2.6 MBPS. In Reliance min speed is 1.3 and max we had got 2.9. Both are really good and even their customer service is good. When compared to Photon, Reliance is overall doing very good.
                          I agree with you. i am also face this problem.
                          docomo is just fake they provide nothing i got now 3kbps with their plan of rate 1000/-. totally useless docomo 3g.

                          After buying a 3G enabled handset (Apple IPHONE4) few months back, I took a Tata Docomo post-paid connection in a anticipation that 3g services will be launched on Diwali but it happened on 10th of march in Raipur. I took everything to use it like activation, plan selection etc but to my surprise, I am unable to get speeds beyond 128kbps. Just to be sure, I checked the speed (using the Speed Test app. ) in various locations around the city at different times, but the download speed never going above 128kbps.
                          I called CC and technical support almost 60 times, register the complaint talked to varisht adhikaries like, Ali, Fakhruddin, Suresh, Farid, Zahir, Meghna, aarif, Munmun etc and etc but nothing has happened as yet. Just to highlight my compliants were closed twice without giving any proper resolution. They have closed it by updating fake informations. This is the kind of customer service two big names like Tata and NTT Docomo is rendering to the customers. Frauds...

                          hello respected sir in my area (mahuva road) net speed is very very slow,
                          when i try to connect internet its get connected but very slow bite rate recieved so site is opening after 15 minutes or more times it takes.
                          so please do something here i get 3g network but not even edge or 2g speed comes.

                          I am using 3G docomo E stick from 1 month and before that I was using 3G from mobile for my Internet needs. Its wonderful. I have always got speed from 2Mbps to 3.5Mbps.

                          Now I own a estick 7.2Mbps from 1 month.

                          Very good download speed and fast response. Only the issue is the device is taking 5 to 10 minutes to catch the signal and get started.

                          Most pathetic and useless customer care service in the World I would say... The CSR have no proper telephone aticates and there is no CSR who can converse with you in English.. even english options direct you to Hindi or other languages. You will always get reply from the CSR 9 time out of 10 times that their system is not working pls call after 1 hour. But after 1 hour you will hear them say the same thing. Can some one tell TATA that their name is not a big name any more in Telecom... the worse N/W and pathetic service is only what they can offer to their customer.
                          same happened to me also.

                          This message I am posting so that post paid users will get alerted when they select the 3G add-on packs thinking it is worth for money and finally paying the entire month salary for the 3G data usage.

                          I am a Tata Docomo mobile network user. April month I activated 3G add-on pack worth Rs.200 with free data usage 512 MB. I wonderd how I will be knowing the data usage. That time the customer care person told me I can check my daily data usage through my accounts in tata docomo website. I started using 3G and also checked day to day usage in My accounts. Eventhough my data usage is less than the 512 MB free usage, the bill was generated based on one paise per kb basis. So I got scared and before reaching the maximum usage 512 MB, , I gave a request in person to stop the 3G services for my number to Tata docomo office at Koramangala, Bangalore. After that my 3G connection was stopped. But when I received my april month bill, I found that ( in addition to my mobile bill) instead of Rs.200 for the 3G add on pack, it was showing Rs.1871 chargable for my data usage. This Rs.1871 is based on one paise per kb for around 183 MB. Imagine if I used the 512 MB my bill will be Rs.5120.

                          When I am looking for clarification from customer care, They told the Rs.200 3G add on pack is valid for one month and since I disconnected 3G service before one month, they converted the data usage based on per kb basis. With whose consent they changed and charged me like this. I gave disconnecting request in person to tata docomo office. If they told me about this hidden rule, i wouldnot have disconnected my 3G service. In their website also these hidden rules are not specified (I have the screenshots of your website). It seems that the customer care people don’t know the guidelines and also the Tata docomo bill generation software lacks some basic calculation. I paid my mobile bill plus Rs.200 for 3G add on pack and sent a complaint to Tata docomo. My complaint reference id regarding this issue is xxxxxxxxxxx. The person who contacted me unable to clarify my genuine concerns and finally sent one sms to me saying my issue sucessfully resolved. Again I sent a email to their official id. I got a reply they checked my account and what they charged is correct only for my data usage. So finally that RS.200 add-on pack is a sad joke.

                          So dear consumers, whatever network you are using if you are under post paid subscription, don’t activate 3G. Remember If I used prepaid the network operator will not get the chance to charge me a huge bill.

                          I bought the Tada Docomo 3G data card more than 1 month ego it is still not activated. They have also disabled my SIM so i had to buy new SIM. But even new SIM is not activated and also they are saying you will not get 500 rupess discount on your bill which was there earlier.
                          Its being 1 month and 6 days i bought the 3G new data card and i have just used it for 2 Hours. Its customer care service is also pathetic.
                          I never recommend anyone to but Tata Docomo at any cost.

                          Tata DoCoMo 3G — Very Poor Customer service

                          I have bought a Tata DOCOMO 3G connection and it has been a nightmare ever since. Within a few days of buying their product which they are all out trying to sell the equipment doesnot work. It took over one week for them to figure out the problem then the instrument had to be replaced which took another 4 days. The technicians who come to install and look at the problems are glorified courier boys who can just about read. They still billed me for the 10 days of not being able to use the equipment. I did not complain as I thought it was not worth talking to a nincompoop call center personnel. The new equipment also has problems as it just goes off when left idle for over 10mins and needs to be rebooted.

                          That was not all suddenly the internet service just did not work. On calling their customer care center (I think they should rename that as custome hate center)- they said the problem would be solved in 24hrs. 36 hours later the internet is still not working. Once again I call the call center and after spending 20mins with her she tells me it will take another 24 hours to fix the problem. I was furious and asked to speak to the supervisor Rakesh who managed to put me on hold for more time than I could talk to him. I think he is definitely trying to cheat people as he asked me to give my credit card number over the phone. I do not know if Tata DOCOMO is aware that they employ people who are trying to cheat their customers. I asked him to transfer the call to his supervisor but vwas told that their supervisor was unavailble. The result my internet is still not working. I wish Tata would spend less money on advertisement and more money on trying to build a better support system.
                          I was thinking of getting 3G but after reading the above, I have decided not to. Thanks for the info.

                          Docomo Photon — Forced to Pay without failing provide agreed Quality of service

                          As per initial agreement It was told to me that Speed of data card would be 3 Mbps. But When I purchased that card service was working for as was expected. I logged complaint and company sent Engineer to look into matter and He was not helpful too. I logged several Complaint with Help desk but that also went in vain.
                          Finally out of frustration I asked them to disconnect my service and pay my amount back but that action never done by Company and I was forced to Pay bill of about Rs. 2000.

                          Never go for tata photon as this is very frustrating to use. There is a huge network problem in ayyappa nagar, KR puram, Bangalore. i complained many times but waste. No resolution was provided. Everytime i get a answer from customer service that new site would be setup in 3 months and now its been more than 1.5 yrs and nothing is improved. i get around 0.2 and 0.3 mbps. never go for TATA as this is a cheating service

                          I was happily using Vodafone 3g-postpaid for myself and docomo 3g - prepaid for my spouse.
                          Lately there was an issue on vodafone network, and being impressed by the docomo prepaid 3g service i decided to port to docomo.
                          However not such a wise decision, since then all hell broke lose for me. I was getting disconnected every now and then, getting connection back was a challenge. Once this issue was resolved, I get speed pathetic than 2g networks. Its hardly10-12/kbps, whereas my spouses (prepaid) speed works perfectly, the same file takes ages for me to download whereas on her mobile it does it in a jiffy.
                          I have 2 concerns
                          1) do you take your post-paid customers for granted?
                          2) are you really serious about providing good service?
                          The misery does not ends here, when I called customer care, the executive has no clue/system not working and the best of all - there is an issue with my phone. I mean "WOW".
                          When you ask the executive what might be the reason, he says am i getting network, when i ask him why is speed so slow, he asks is the net working?
                          I fail to understand if these guys(customer care-however care is missing) are really paid or some charitable organization which is running the customer support arm?
                          Kindly let me know if you guys can rectify this, else I will be happy to port out just like I ported inn.

                          TATA DOCOMO most most pathetic, most worst, most worthless, full of baseless promises... I have ever use any mobile, dongle o data connection in the world. After This Post M right gona throw my sim and dongle in my toilet to flush it, where it should be in.
                          Data connection :- after few mins have to restart the cell to get it back..very slow very pathetic.
                          Customer care on this:- Your cell have a problem, though i bought a new phone.

                          Tata Photon:- Within 10days of a new bill month my speed gets low as they said i used my capping package of 5gb where as i was out of town for more then 8days.Its happened every month as i have to spend more time outside of my town for a business trip. I use Wifi at my office all day. just at home i use to checks mails just for few mins and i finished my capping as per them...

                          Customer Care on this :-1) Our system shows you used full month everyday

                          I had Tata Photon 2g device. Because of low speed issue i have took Tata Photon 3g connection reently. The new connection is not giving me the 2g speed also. Its will give the fluctuated speed any way. Some times you will get download speed as 0.00 Kbps. Then you stuck with your work. Re-connect it and...the same after few mins.

                          Customer care is not taking any proper resolution against this. They will send the Technical engineer to your home, he will write and call slip and give it you. Finally you will receive a call from customer care saying that, your area is peak usage area. And you have already consumed the free usage etc.. They will close the request asap.

                          This is actually fooling customer.

I purchased Tata Photon with a hope to get a good speed when I am not in my office but to my horror it was the most pathetic service provider I have ever experienced in my life. The speed is horrible 0.01 kbps when I checked with speedtest.net.in, It took 7 minutes to open the page of speed net!!! More over whenever I complained they said Sir we have problem in your area due to network conjunction. I called every 3rd day and said I am now operating from different area but they still said Sir we have problem in that area. Likewise I changed the 11 areas and every time the same answer that we have issue in that area. This people have spoiled the name of Tata trust. I have asked when the problem will be solved. They said we can’t tell you any time line!!! This I am facing for the last 4 months and I asked why do you charge the full bill when the problem is at your end? There was no answer to the question. I highly recommend not subscribing Tata Photon at all.

                            i have activated GPRS(recharge of 48 for 1 month) on 15 November my phone(2700 classic) whose number is [protected] of TATA DOCOMO service provider, it was activated at that time for 2 hour but after that it get disconnected automatically , after that it is not connecting and giving problem that "subscribe packet data first " i have register my complaint there they gave me complaint number NWK[protected] and said we will solve your problem by 18 of November but till now they didn't sove my problem, i change my phone to check if there is [roblem in my phone or sim card but in that phone it gave me same problem,i called customer care several times but they unable to solve the problem, please help me out

                              I am using Tata DOCOMO sim from last 1 year. Few days back while I was making a call I got a flash message for which I by mistakenly pressed Ok, when I actually was making call, without any intent. Within a few second I got a message that I am charged Rs 30 for cricket alerts from Dive-In. I don't want to get charged any money for this.I don't like cricket and I don't need any cricket updates.I am getting irritated when 30-40 messages are coming to mobile from Dive-In. I tried to call customer care but that is of no use. No one responded. How to de-activate this cricket alert from Dive-In. My number is [protected]. Please do the necessary things as soon as possible.

And whenever i call at TATA DOCOMO customer care, they reply me that they do not anything about that. Further, i do not even no how to deactivate such things.

                                    I am Thiyagarajan.G Today I have received a call from this Number ( 0 [protected] ) the person said his name is Mr.Satish and he is calling from Tata Docomo ,Bangalore he started with bad words telling that my Mobile bill is pending I have to make the payment in ½ time if not he knew my family member’s phone numbers and he will harass them , and mainly he know my home address in Vellore also he will come in two days time and kill all ,while talking with him he was using all bad words ( like thevidiya paiya many bad words which I cant describe here) he said he will kill me in 2 days time if I don’t pay in ½ time , and they knew my home address, they same way they called my father at Home (vellore) and told the same. And same happened to my wife & my sister also, all are so scared and this person keep on calling them and using all bad words, if they don’t pick the call then he sends in bad words in ( Hey thevedeya lift the Call ) SMS, he is keep on threatening all,and I have made a complaint about this to Tata Docomo Customer care, but there is no action taken, one think which i didnt understand such a big company appointed this kind of people to handle the CUSTOMERS

                                      I bought Tata Docomo SIM 1 month ago and it was working fine in my Nokia N97.

                                      Suddenly it stopped working and message appeared "SIM Registration Failed".

                                      This SIM is working in all other phones and other SIMs are working in my phone.

                                      I contacted customer care and no one is helping.

                                        respected sir, i am Asit Kumar Panigrahi from Sonepur, Orissa. My docomo no. is [protected]. on 20th november at 12.36 pm i had a call from [protected] which used to be customer cares number. i rejected the call because i was very busy then. then suddenly in a few minutes a had two sms from 543211. the two sms are as follows. 1st one is ."thank you for subscribing to call me tunes.Rs0 has been charged for 5 days" and the 2nd one is "thank you for downloading tu jab jab mujhko pukare.Rs.15 is charged." so i don't understand that how this call me tune activated automatically. . when i called to customer care the representative without proper inquiry about the matter as well as not going through the duration of the call i got, he told me that you have activated this service yourself. he further told me that write DATA and send it to 121 to get your data usage information. when i sent the similar to 121 then i got the reply sms as "Dear customer, You have no data usage till date." then i tried to connect to the care for several times but each time it got disconnected. i further tried to connect them from another number but again without proper query they told i have done everything. my complain is that for a student 15 rupees on phone is not a joke. you'll be astonished to know that" i'll never avail this service if it'll supplied free of cost". so sir my complain that when i've not done all these how someone can held me responsible for the same. so please help me please make a proper investigation i've still that msgs and call logs which i can supply if i may be asked. i want my balance back so sir plz help me.
                                        when balance on mobile is high then tata docomo is deducting balance forcefully and the representatives are not inquiring the matter properly and forcefully giving the fault on the customers. so many people are facing this problem.
