Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a Tata Photon user for the past one year. I am a female currently staying in Chennai. I had to resort to Tata Photon as my hostel does not provide wired broadband faciility.
The reason I am forced to register this complaint is not anything to do with the device functioning or the connectivity. But it is to do with the manner the customers, specifically the lady customers, are treated by one of your Franchisee.
I had to walk into the above said Franchisee's office to enquire about an issue I am facing with the billing. The manner in which me and my friend who accompanied me was treated was absolutely ridiculous. Let alone that they had no intention of listening to the compalint or offering a solution, the way couple of male employees/owners treated us was not at all befitting a company of the reputation of Tata Co, who always thrive to set a high bar on cusotmer satisfaction and always was in forefront on protecting the woman's rights. Their behaviour was not much different from the eve-teasing you see daily on the roads. They were just making fun o[censored]s and passing comments instead of listenign to the issue or offering any solution or alternatives.
If this is the way the Franchisees are let to behave to the customers I do not think you will be able to retain the customers for long. Atleast not me, if faced with a simialr incident again.

Tata Docomo Postpaid — Poor Services and stopped Outgoing facility without information
Dear SirI have purchase two TATA DOCOMO post paid SIM Card No. [protected] and [protected] two week ago. I submitted necessary document for the post paid connection. But I dont know why I can not use it properly, from last two day my out going services are stopped by Tata docomo services centre without any information or quarry.
I paid Rs. 600 for that SIM card and I have to pay Rs. 200 per each month for the rent. Till date I can not use the service and this month will complete within three days. I have to pay Rs. 200 each on 1st Sept without useing any kind of services. I personaly visited on Tata Docomo office at Ahmedabad for two time but not get result and answare from the customer executive.
I think, I make big mistake choosing TATA DOCOMO. Be cause of their poor services I waste my money and time.
I want to complain about thsi and want solution.
Please help me in this matter and do the need full.
