Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a Tata Photon user for the past one year. I am a female currently staying in Chennai. I had to resort to Tata Photon as my hostel does not provide wired broadband faciility.
The reason I am forced to register this complaint is not anything to do with the device functioning or the connectivity. But it is to do with the manner the customers, specifically the lady customers, are treated by one of your Franchisee.
I had to walk into the above said Franchisee's office to enquire about an issue I am facing with the billing. The manner in which me and my friend who accompanied me was treated was absolutely ridiculous. Let alone that they had no intention of listening to the compalint or offering a solution, the way couple of male employees/owners treated us was not at all befitting a company of the reputation of Tata Co, who always thrive to set a high bar on cusotmer satisfaction and always was in forefront on protecting the woman's rights. Their behaviour was not much different from the eve-teasing you see daily on the roads. They were just making fun o[censored]s and passing comments instead of listenign to the issue or offering any solution or alternatives.
If this is the way the Franchisees are let to behave to the customers I do not think you will be able to retain the customers for long. Atleast not me, if faced with a simialr incident again.

my name dinesh & i use to regular Internet throe tata docomo sim card to may computer & my mobile divaice samsung c5212 but problem is low speed & i not surfing to daily only 1kbps speed & my home nearest 30mtr up tata docomo tower and signal strength is very power full but not speed up tatadocomo Internet how can speed up Internet to tatadocomo thru please ans. My Name is Pradip.Hey I am using tatadocmo EDGE. But speed is very slow and only 2 to 5 KB/s. I have complaint so many times but they always told me that our team is working on your complain. The problem is since last 3 to 4 months. Last time i called C.C. they told me there is very high data usage in your area so the bandwidth is shared between users. Why they told me that? Do gprs charges shared by users in our area? We pay full charges so why they share their services between users? Please do not announce about 3G loudly where We are getting lower then dial-up speed with EDGE. My DOCOMO No is [protected]. Now our last weapon will Consumer Forum Court.

Tata Docomo — Slowly Slowly service is getting worse.
The main reason for giving complaint is When your service was new in 2009 from that time your service was very nice. But now your service is not like that. Slowly slowly the benefits are going. What is the reason you people only know.Ex : Miss Call alerts use to come when my phone is switch off.
but now it not coming why.
Now when you will replay to me.
I want replay as early as possible.
