Hi,
This is Ajay here. My complaint is to the tata docomo engineers and customer relation officers. I had brought my new prepaid number [protected] about a 5 days back the reason that i heard a lot about the gprs speed of its, and straight away i chose for monthly pack of rs 95. But really sorry to say that from the day of activation i m only getting the speed around 2 to 3 kbps,all the day and from last two days it is coming less than 1 kb and that is really pathetic as compared to other networks on my nokia 3500 c although it supports EDGE also . I had so many talks with the customer service executives but they were not able to help me out. After hearing the extension in downloading limits, my group and friends are asking my feedback on the network speed and service of docomo. So tell me what should i say in this regard? Is there anyone to fetch my issue and resolve it?

My Name is Pradip.Hey I am using tatadocmo EDGE. But speed is very slow and only 2 to 5 KB/s. I have complaint so many times but they always told me that our team is working on your complain. The problem is since last 3 to 4 months. Last time i called C.C. they told me there is very high data usage in your area so the bandwidth is shared between users. Why they told me that? Do gprs charges shared by users in our area? We pay full charges so why they share their services between users? Please do not announce about 3G loudly where We are getting lower then dial-up speed with EDGE. My DOCOMO No is [protected]. Now our last weapon will Consumer Forum Court.

i complaint to many time for my superb tata docomo speed about 1kb/s-4kb/s.but your customer service so many time told me that sir please wait for today and after that your connection speed will be increased.but nothing happen.so i request to you that please increase your gprs speed or pls sir dnt cheat the people by saying that 40kb/s gprs speed.

Tata Docomo — Slowly Slowly service is getting worse.

The main reason for giving complaint is When your service was new in 2009 from that time your service was very nice. But now your service is not like that. Slowly slowly the benefits are going. What is the reason you people only know.
Ex : Miss Call alerts use to come when my phone is switch off.
but now it not coming why.

Now when you will replay to me.
I want replay as early as possible.

I recently purchased tata docomo internet 1gb data plan, but the internet speed is very bad and dead slow, called customer care couple of times but they couldnt resolve and even hung up on me.
This such a bad service from Tata docomo and i strongly discourage customers avoid buying tata doccomocomo services.

    I am using tata docomo postpaid mobiles [protected], [protected] & [protected] since last 1 Year. Since last three months I am requesting the customer care staff to convert my mobile service from postpaid to prepaid, but they are saying there is no such option to me. When i purchased my numbers [protected] & [protected], sales executive promised me that i could migrate my numbers anytime after completing three months. but now company is not ready for it.

    May request you to look into this and advice how to procede further on this.

      Hi,

      Here i am complaining about the Tata photon plus and Device no. [protected]. I bought new Samsung N170 Net book from Digitus Electronics, Nehru place, and I got Tata photon device by giving 1500/- and i was told that i will be getting 30 GB download free for 2 Month and then i will get welcome call from the customer care for plan confirmation OR i (Tata Indicom Representative, Mr. Rahmaan - [protected])
      will fill the form for 750/- Monthly rental plan and it will activate after 2 month.

      This is the scenario while purchasing the accessories, after 2 month i did not get any confirmation call from other side and i was waiting for the same after some time i called to customer care and i knew that 1500 Monthly plan was activated without information and i raised a complaint at the same time,

      After few days i received a call from the tata indicom, that the executive closed my call with his own statement, which was not at all my words. i again raised a complaint, i thought it will help me but no satisfactory answer from the other side,

      First time i use this tata service and i am fade up completely.

      tata docomo was cheatingly cutting money from my balance.even i have not applied for criket, i have been charged with 5 rupees. they are saying that they will cut money on the match days. when iam sending unscribe even if i had not activated any thing. but it is not accepting that. please take action against Tata Docomo and do justice to me.       TATA Indicom — Filled and signed my application and deactivated my connection

      I have a worst experience that's worth lodging police complaint about your organization. I purchased Photon Plus card on 21st Jan 2011 and found that my application and signature is done by someone unknown. I got to know about this when some agent came to my house for Address verification. When I asked who did my signature. he said, I dont know. When I complained your service provider he said, he will check and get back to me. Now, I found your company has deactivated my connection. This is extremely bad, I have paid for photon plus and also getting bill. Can you refund the amount I paid for the card or give free service till end of this year . Your company is responsible for all this problems. I am not able to use the card but still you expect me to pay bill.such company people need to be behind bars.Can you call me [protected] to help me resolving this problem.
      I faced a lot of problems too when i had to get the Tata Photon data card. I had to make atleast 10calls a day to get the thing activated and i am repenting for purchasing it as there is barely any bandwidth. It takes me almost 5 mins to open even a single page that is if it manages to open. Will wait for a few more days, if this problem is not resolved will have to take some action.       I would like to bring to your notice a case of how I have been cheated by Tata Indicom Vasai West centre. I had a postpaid Tata photon internet connection which on my request has been converted into prepaid on a Rs200 plan. This was done because of no usage by me. Ever since the conversion has been done the device has never worked & keeps showing errors. The staff had recently taken the device & returned it after 7 days after doing nothing. On top of that on 2 occasions they claimed that the a/c needed recharge which I promptly did for Rs 200/- each. They promised me that it would work but it never did. On top of that they are rude & non-cooperative at all times.

      I tried following their escalation hierarchy from their website but that doesn't seem to be functional & the complaints never get submitted.

      I would be grateful if you could help me with this as I also have a landline connection with them which I have not had issues with. However I have been harassed greatly as I sometimes need the internet connection for my small business & have wasted money on the service with absolutely nothing in return.

      Tata Docomo is Fraud. Auto deducted balance
      Tata Docomo GSM is fraud or they have a special kind of virus in their systems, Last month i activated my sms pack for 30rs.

      After 20 days (in my free sms pack period) I got a massage from

      Tata Docomo -

      "your sms pack activated for 30 days and 30rs deducted from your balance"

      Exactly after 8 seconds i received one same massage again and total 30+30 Rs Deducted from my balance.

      Then I call customer care for this automatic drama... They made me fool said that you send sms for this service.

      I was very busy at 10-May-11, I really did'nt send any type of massage to sevice provider also check my sentbox. (no chance of virus in my phone bcoz i did'nt connect my phone with any pc or mobile from last 30 days, i have good knowladge about os maintenance )
      Also i did'nt send any sms to my friend or any number on that date.
      Am i mad ki ek service ko duabra dubara activate karu.

      I feel very helpless and very angry with company, they do not care about this. I wanted to tell this via newpaper to all. Finally i found this site and posted my massange.

      Tata Docomo is not able to solve this issue.
      So friends think 10 times before choose your service provider.

      I have corporate docomo mobile number. Few months back one Executive from tata docomo customer care call me and told me about GPRS facility. I was satisfied with that plan and i told him that i will take this plan. and started using GPRS service. now i got bill of Rs 3600 in which Rs 3000 was for GPRS only.

      Then i again called customer care about this, then he refused and said that there is no GPRS facility in corporate sim.
      If there is no such facility in corporate sim then why earlier customer care executive called me and told me to use 2 GB GPRS service only in RS 98.

      My TATA PHOTON NUMBER IS [protected], i was always in the 5gb unlimited plan and suddenly they said i m in limited plan. You could check when i have taken this connection i was in unlimited plan. Let me ask you one thing who the hell on earth will take limited plan when u r getting the same with Unlimited plan. I was loyal customer from past 2 yrs and i paid my bills on the right time and now i am using your 3g connection so i asked them to disconnect the 2G connection. When i called the customer care no body was able to help me and they keep on saying i have to pay 4800 something which is pathetic. If this is the case i will throw this 3G connection also and will not recommend what tata is giving to us to any one. I feel so pathetic and wasted my saturday because of this. I m really feeling sad about this and no supervisor can help me on this If this is the case i m thinking y did i pay for 3g for 3 months in advance is a total waste of my money. In future i would not recommmend Tata Photon to any one.

      I opted for Tata Docomo broadband connection in March 2014 where in the engineer who came for the installation and connection gave me 2 options.
      1. Pay 527 Rs for Installation and router ( Router will have to be submitted back on deactivation )
      2. Pay 1124 Rs and the installation charges and router charges would be free and the amount will be the security amount refundable after deactivating services if bills are cleared.

      In Dec 2014 I got the services deactivated and received a call saying that I need to pay the remaining bill of 724 Rs where I told them that rather they Owe me approximately 400 Rs after deducting this amount from the security deposit and then they said that I have to submit the router to the Tata outlet. I asked them of how they would make the payment to me and they said that our representative will call you back.

      I thought submitting the router back would not be a good Idea untill they pay me the rest amount.One day I received a call from Tata saying that there was no such offer and 1124 Rs were the installation charges which I responded saying that why then you guys also offered me 527 rs installation which they completely refused.

      For 3-4 months I haven't received any call or mail and all of a sudden I started receiving calls and final reminder emails to my surprise from third party recovery agency( Swift ).

      To which I explained them the situation I mentioned above and they like completely ignored my response and kept sending the same email again and again though they stopped calling.

      Finally I received a Legal notice on an email which I know is completely Fake and sent by one of their Lawyer to threaten me.

      Its not a complaint rather I need to showcase the level of these telephone companies especially company like TATA as they call themselves a brand.

I have tried calling the person in order to make this stop, but without results. The person will not pick up the phone and continues to send me messages, several times everyday.

        Please do something(block or warn) about it in order to make it stop.

            i have been using tata docomo internet through mobile on PC since the launch of service but as the time progressed speed of internet decreased and today situation is that, browsing at even a least overloaded site becomes difficult and takes atleast 5min. to show my google home page......
            my complaint is that, its major problem as far as time is concerned coz slow speed of internet, waste a lot of time of customer so either improve the speed or close it so that customer can try other options.......

              I had taken Tata Docomo Prepaid Connection from Loknath Store, 194 Jodhpur Garden, Kolkata 700045 on 6.10.2010 and had gone to Mizoram and other locations in North East. This prepaid connection was with my wife in Kolkata who was staying lonely. After a couple of days the call got barred sudden with a pretex that ID and Adress Proof were not found. Whereas I had submitted all the required documents, after varifying all of them the retailer had given the SIM Card. On the top of this the retailer insulted me as bagger while calling him on his mobile number [protected]. This caused mental harrasment to both me and my wife. Kindly provide justice and punish the dishonest shop keeper.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I am a Tata Photon user for the past one year. I am a female currently staying in Chennai. I had to resort to Tata Photon as my hostel does not provide wired broadband faciility.

                The reason I am forced to register this complaint is not anything to do with the device functioning or the connectivity. But it is to do with the manner the customers, specifically the lady customers, are treated by one of your Franchisee.

                I had to walk into the above said Franchisee's office to enquire about an issue I am facing with the billing. The manner in which me and my friend who accompanied me was treated was absolutely ridiculous. Let alone that they had no intention of listening to the compalint or offering a solution, the way couple of male employees/owners treated us was not at all befitting a company of the reputation of Tata Co, who always thrive to set a high bar on cusotmer satisfaction and always was in forefront on protecting the woman's rights. Their behaviour was not much different from the eve-teasing you see daily on the roads. They were just making fun o[censored]s and passing comments instead of listenign to the issue or offering any solution or alternatives.

                If this is the way the Franchisees are let to behave to the customers I do not think you will be able to retain the customers for long. Atleast not me, if faced with a simialr incident again.

                  I got a call on 24th oct 2010 from a person telling he is from tata docomo customer care [mobile number [protected]] and asked me to check my balance telling my sim has been blocked. I checked and found 30rs been deducted from my balance.he called me again, I said balance deducted so he said its tata docomo mistake so they will give me the balance .He said i just need to send to SMS ,one to 121 as JOIN and one to 54321 as BT [protected] 60.then I received a message telling i have transferred my Rs 60 balance to that number.I called him once again to ask him whats all this,he laughed and used bad language with me and also said "do what ever you want". To complain this matter I called tata docomo customer care, Instead of taking action on this guy they cut my call and refused to take my complain.Please take action.

                    Tata Docomo Gsm service is sending me Flash msg advertisements even though i am registered in dnd . The message contains some offers which will be activated if i press OK . Flash message suddenly pops up in phones screen and there is a good chance that I will press OK accidentally . These messages are very irritating .

                    And I also receive spam message advertisements from numbers like BT-080008 , TD-610425 , VM-688888 etc

                    I request Docomo to stop sending me these spam messages . Thanks

                      I am Vijay Pahwa
                      I am using the services of TATA DOCOMO ([protected]) from April 2010.My number got disconnected by company without any information and consent of mine.
                      When I asked the reason from the company, they replied that documents were not submitted which is not the fact as I have already submitted all documents twice.
                      Somedays days later,I got the letter from the company regarding the closure of account number [protected] and refund of balance in which it is clearly mentioned that "We are retaining your number for you for the next three months just in case you want to give us another opportunity to serve you."
                      The company has given the same number to other person before the completion of three months after the disconnection of my number.
                      How can this be possible that company suddenly allot somebody's number to any other person without any consent?
                      I asked many times from the company to return my number back but nobody even payed attention to my request.
                      I am attaching the same letter as a proof that the company cheated me and gave my number to the other person before three months.Please find the attached file "Picture001.jpg"

                      My no. has been disconnected and the reason is said by customer care is NEGATIVE VERIFICATION.
                      That means the executive who has to verify the number and the location of the person who has acquired the connection does customer really exist or not.

                      It is shameful that the executive did not have the courtesy to contact the customer for asking address or location to meet the customer. And without the consent of the customer, executive reported as NEGATIVE.

                      Due executive laziness for not approaching the customer and ignoring the duty to reach customer through some other means to meet customer, my 4 connections are being disconnected and blaming the customer for NEGATIVE REPORT.

                      I have heard that TATA works on ETHICS. But sorry to say their executives are degrading their brand name.

                        My name is divakar reddy. My docomo number is [protected], i taken this number 3 months before at that time i submited my driving licence and also my pan card. With out intimation my out going call facility is barred in 21th, oct. After that i called to customer care they are said that "your documents are"mismached plz submit u r documents". Then i went to docomo center which is located in silicon terraces, koramangala, bangalore in 21st morning and there i submited my passport xerox. Finally this day my no has been disconnected.

                        Is this correct service to the customer by u r network...

                        My Tata docomo photon max 3g wifi card wasn't working.After complaining several times, I got a call from their executive about coming to my place to fix the problem but he never came.The next day I, got a call from another executive and when I requested him to come to my place to fix my problem, he refused saying, "Ondoor service facility is not functioning any more!"What the hell!They make a fool out of everyone.In One day, their whole service shut down!

                          I Dinnath E. P. took a Tata DoCoMo mobile connection (N0. [protected])
                          on 9thSeptember 2010 from a retail store at Kunhipally, Vadakara, Calicut Dist.
                          Kerala. When I took the connection they told me the Tariff is 1ps/1 Sec
                          without recharging with any bonus cards. But recently I’ve been noticed
                          that they are reducing more money from my account than the normal charge of
                          1ps/Sec. Subsequently I contacted their customer care (121) on 20/10/2010,
                          0:30 am to register my complaint. The executive who took my call was *Mr.
                          Sunil Kumar. *After hearing my problem he said I am assigned in another plan
                          which is 40ps/Minute plan to anywhere in India. When I asked to revert it to
                          normal plan, he bluntly refused and uttered some technical jargons like FRC
                          etc (was all Greek and Latin to me) due to which I can’t change the plan.
                          And he insulted me for my ignorance and disconnected the phone suddenly.


                          I called again and this time, after hearing my problem, the executive who
                          took the phone escalated the call to his superior, one *Mr. Ajeesh*. He
                          explained to me that because I’ve recharged with Rs.29 for the first time
                          for a special offer of 40Ps/Minute plan, my base plan is this only and I
                          cannot revert back to normal plan. But I haven’t done any special recharge
                          of Rs. 29 at the time of purchase. Moreover I bought the SIM card for Rs. 20
                          only. I don’t think the retail store will recharge me for more than what I
                          paid. I try to reason with your CSR head Ajeesh and asked me to revert to
                          normal plan. But he refused point blank and said if you register once in the
                          FRC you cannot revert back.

                          I strongly believe that they are doing it intentionally by changing the base
                          Because the customers have no control whatsoever in the SIM card activation and initial plan selection process. I opted Tata DoCoMo only because they are giving a 1ps/Sec pulse without any bonus cards. In fact they are cheating every new Tata DoCoMo customer by doing this. By putting us in the 40ps/Minute plan, instead of the normal 1Ps/Sec plan they are robbing us in daylight. And they tells us they are only charging 0.66 Ps. That’s crap. In fact they are charging more money (call setup charges etc) from the customers like us who use less than 1 minute calls frequently and who don’t use STD at all. People never know how they are being charged unless they try to match their every call durations with actual call costs. But like me, most people rarely do that. And they are using our ignorance to fool and cheat us. I never expected anything like this from a prestigious group like TATA.

                              my docomo number [protected] i found my balance Rs.110 reduced without any notice and i called up on a week before and the docomo people says as i used the GPRS the balance have been reduced. To my notice i didnt use my GPRS setting nearly 5months and even if i used i need the details of which page i had accessed. even i didnt get any GPRS messages if i used as u said. I need an immediate reply for my problem since i have been waiting for this stuff for 3 weeks .I dont wanna wait more for this problem.

                                I am using TATA DoCOMO PREPAID service with [protected] no. last 2 days before i received a nsg that my vastu is activated and rs 27 has been deducted from my account. i called up cust care yesterday. mr abinash spoke to me and after a long hold he inform me that has been activated through internet service when ever i do not have such service. he also assured me that my 27 rs will be refund within 2 hours.tata docomo also send a confirmation msg regarding such matter. now after 30 hrs I have got nothing and my balance becomes 0.
                                I also post a complain before against my another no service providing by aircel. they did same 3 thime with my no [protected]. cant there no solution to make strict against such hassasment. it should be a criminal offence. i was in big trouble and when i try to call my family my balance is 0.
                                For me also VASTU alerts have got automatically activated deducting my balance. It was so disgusting that I was on an extremely important interview call and my balance got zero suddenly because of this.
                                Its shameful.

                                I request DOCOMO to act ASAP to refund as well as deactivate alerts service.

                                    sir,i am very glad to say that you have brought many innovative ideas in providing good plans for customers..but i want know only one answer ? that is Don't you consider people from rural or villagers as a customer,,,,because practically today every one moving from village to town for their own purpose...the problem here is that we cant able to get your network in villages as in town areas.........so bringing so much innovative ideas is not important,,,,satisfying all type customer needs ,only can lead to great success in any plan..so i am requesting you to provide or establish towers(i dont know that whether your providing service through satellite or tower) in villages and provide a good service... I am getting your network in pondy but not in my village which is situated just 24 km from pondy and 8 km from cuddalore. so please consider this complaint....

                                      on 9th of October,i recharged my mobile with gprs voucher of rs. 48. the company tata docomo promised me internet browsing for one month,with, free day usage 100 MB and free night usage 2 GB. i got the settings and tried so much but i was not getting any internet service. the code no. and serial no. of the recharge voucher is [protected] and[protected] respectively. the customer care executives are making me fool in the name of internet settings. i tried to access the internet in many mobiles but the result was always negative. in the same mobile i have been using internet services earlier but then it was all right. i want to sue the company, that,because of their overwhelming technical problems and network problem,i m getting mental stress. i have lost 2 GB + 200 MB of the promised part. pls help me,my phone number is [protected]. i hope my problem will get a definit solution.

                                        tata docomo= worst. tata docomo is the worst service provider in india. there is no operator in india which has sim-phone compatibility issue. i have nokia 7210 and nokia 1110, in both handsets tata docomo sim does not work. i requested so many times ti cutomer care to look into the matter,they just told me to buy a phone which is compatible to their sim. but beleive me, each and evry sim like airtel,voda,rel,idea etc. all works on my phone. i was really surprised to see that tata docomo sim does not work with NOKIA phones. so i suggest you not to buy tata docomo,instead you can buy any other. As its not possible for everyone to buy a phone for a rs-49 tata docomo sim. and not only that as per DOT guideline it never use this phone compatibility issue,it says that service providers only need IMEI number but nothing. tata docomo works on chinese mobile not in nokia. customer care person says to change the sim, but i told them every time that when i went to the tata docomo dealer he inserted so many sims ,not a single sim works. so please everyone here dump tata docomo and buy anything other than this.

                                        Tata Docomo — Docomo compatibility

                                        Is Tata Docomo compatible with Nokia 3100 handset. It is not working on 3310 handset.
                                        I purchased DOCOMO Sim and it is not working with Nokia 1100...There is no information related to DOCOMO compatibility with mobile sets...very poor response from company customer care service...very bad experience...don't go for DOCOMO.
