At first instance I haven't downloaded the Java Game pack and I have been following up with customer care about this and Docomo team is unable to justify the downloads. I have been asking for the downloaded list and they are unable to tell me the list.

Currenty i recharged with rs. 48 2GB plan of tata docomo. i already had settings, but internet did not work. the error was "connection failed. tata docomo makes a joke of 3g speeds and the customer care executives are not even least qualified to answer our questions they are fools in my sense because they dont know anything except few dialoges. eg : welcome to tata docomo...........blab . my no is [protected] and i have huge network problem in hubli aravind nagar near mosque. speed is 3 to 5 kbps complained to cc about 4 to 5 times no use. please help me out....

SIM registered against some unknown person

I bough a TATA DOCOMO SIM, and activated on 7th December.
On 10th november, 2009 when i login in my TATA-DOCOMO account, it showed address, which was not mine.
So i called the retailer, they told me to submit a fresh document again.
And after some days again, so i have posted document twice.
But till now the same incorrect address appears.
My problem...

i had a postpaid connection (no [protected]) for which i was unable to make the payment due to non income. but now i can make the payment and the same i told the recovery agent of docomo who called me to make the payment but kind of language he was using thats really pathetic. i have got a recording of the conversation where he has been using abusing language. since its a matter of dignity i cant leve mr. satish recovery agent ([protected])....

i am using tata docomo for more than 1 year, but often i have to face the problem of auto activation of certain services resulting in loss of balance. this is the worst feature you have.
few days back love tips got activated on my no. by itself and rs.30 were subtracted from the total balance.
what is this?
you are directly cheating with the customers.

I have been using TATA DOCOMO sim for more than a year now .. never had such problem like poor signal .. but suddenly from past few weeks .. the signal strength has become very very poor at any point of day ...
Im Unable to even send a Single Message or call anyone .. is this happening to everyone or only me ... this is very annoying taken in consideration that tata docomo is very popular and also most used ...

Now the matter is that i already saved internet settings on my mobile which was sent by customer care. There is no problem when i connect with my phone but it never connects with my laptop.
I had called to customer care many times but there is no hearing for my problem.

The connectivity of internet on my Nokia E72 mobile was normal till 8/12/10 with my sim con:[protected].
But this day onwards it is held up and stop working.In spite of my sending typed SMS INTERNET on 52270 recd.+ saved massages TATA DOCOM INTERNET(1) AND (2),it does not work.
I have more than Rs.400/-balance in my this mobile no.a/c.
Request to make needful amendments,so it works.I need the net urgently...

Before one month I purchase the tata docomo sim.starting i had worked good but in that time internet is not working.So i complaint in 121 customer care.they solved my problem.after 10 days again i got a problem in this time when i am going to call any body the sim show "Unable to connect" and other problem is my internet is also not working,it show "connection failed".again I complaint against this issue through chatting...

I B.Bharghav living at a (LATITUDE- 17°38'27.30"N) & (LONGITUDE- 83° 7'37.34"E)... which is near steel plant check post, sai nagar colony, despatrunipalem, Paravada(mandal), Visakhapatnam.
Here there is lack of network signal for TATA DOCOMO, even outside in open area..
i kindly request u to improve the network...

I am using docomo and uninor numbers.....

one time i sent a sms docomo to uninor(29/11/10) but sms sent successfully but uninor not received that sms. 1 week am wating i not received that message. i complained docomo but no use.

i sent docomo to many other uninor numbers message sent successfully. all uninor numbers not received messages...

so i checking my friends docomo to other uninor numbers...
