Hi, I Am using Tata Docomo Sim No: [protected].
On[protected], My Total balance ( 177.50) got deducted suddenly around 12:30 (in the early hours of[protected]

On[protected] i gave complaint regarding this and i got the complaint no : Bbl94695377 and last day for solving this issue was on[protected]. From 14 dec to till date regularly i am in touch with the docomo Supervisor team
And got the response from Docomo team that amount will be refunded and the back end team is working towards.

And fainally yesterday i have taken nood number [protected] and communicated with head officer Sheela.
Today i got the information that i have used internet services on 08 late night so the amount got deducted, This is a false information which i got from the team. And from past 12days onwards Docomo supervisors wore not getting info about it and suddenly Sheela is informing me that i have used internet. Hear am attaching the account details from my Docomo account please go throw.And in my account there is no such info that i have used. Just simply they are dragging the situation. Please help me. I heard so much about your immediate response.

Docomo billing is very pathetic and same with customer care too. Any queries we ask about billing the Parrot answer is " We have verified with our backend/billing team" and have charged you appropriately. They will never towards resolving the issue.

I have been fighting with customer care since 2 months about billing issue. Don't be surprised if your issue is not resolved.

    Tata DoCoMo has deducted Local News SMS Alert chagres from my pre-paid balance talktime.
    This was done without me subscribing to the service.
    After i registered a complaint with them on Customer Care, they gave me a complaint number and said the money will be refunded to you on 21st December, 2010 before 20.00hrs.
    However, till now the money was not refunded and after i enquired again about refund of money, i was told, since you have received SMS Alert messages earlier even after lodging the complaint, the rended money was paid as charges for received messages. Again this was done without my information.
    Also, the SMS Alert service has not been de-activated till now.

    In short, Tata DoCoMo is cheating its subscribers and not refunding the money.

    What should i do to recover my money ?

      Sir,

      This is to notify you that I purchased a tata photon device on August 13, 2010 after getting to know about good speed from your advertisements. First month I was able to work properly but never get even 1 Mbps speed even that month. From then onwards my misery started I was constantly getting speed not more than 50 Kbps on an average and it was every difficult for me to work for me on internet forget about connecting to my office network.

      My professional needs are as such that I need to work on Indian holidays because I am working for US clients. Since I had a MTNL broadband connection also and since it too is quite inconsistent hence I bought TATA photon device but to my horror it started creating more problems for me as MTNL never had speed issues. Only problem that MTNL connection has that somedays it works and somedays it does not, but it speed is the best.

      Therefore, I first registered my complaint with TATA Photon on October 14th and I received a response that an Engineer will visit me within 24 hours, but not till 17th October I received a call from that engineer. At 2:00 pm I received the call from that engineer when I was having my lunch at my friend's house. The engineer insisted me to let him know how was my photon working at that time. I was in no position to reply to that engineers query as I had no laptop at that time with me but he keep on insisting me that he needs to close the issue hence I should reply him then and there, so I helplessly told him to close the issue during lunch itself.

      From then on I never received any proper support from TATA photon because whenever I called them they started telling me that there was an issue going on with TATA Photon site in Laxmi Nagar area and the problem will continue with me. In my first call after 17th October I was told that since I have exhaused by 5GB alloted quota for the month hence I am facing the the issue but then I called back one lady told me that your systems were not showing any usage from my end and there is some issue with TATA photon servers in Laxmi Nagar and the issue will persist till October end.

      After that when I called back I was told that the issue will now get resolved by November 7th and I should call back the customer service to revert the bill. I did the same and this time I was told that the issue will get resolved by November 22nd, however in the meantime by bill was reverted back. Again I called back and I was informed that the issue will get resolved by 15th December and the customer agent assured me that I will get a full reversal of my bill and he has noted that down in one of the docket [I have all the docket numbers available with me, in case you need it let me know]. And I was assured this time that services will be up at the max by 15th December, so in order to check whether photon is working or not I started working on laptop using the device, the speed was still not more than 100 kbps. So I again called back to the customer service and I was now informed that the server in my area will be up only by 31st JANUARY 2011. Addditionally I was told that my bill will only be reverted by half of the amount of the bill beacuse I used the device on 13th December. After that I talked to some senior person of your department he told me the resolution that I should stop using the device till 31st Janaury and thus will be able to get my bills revoked and in the meantime I should buy their TATA Dokomo service.

      Now what I want is that you should either cancel my account and take away device from me and refund me my money or please restart proper services to which I am liable for ie. 5GB speed and 128 Kbps after the alloted quota. I have to work so I cannot stop using the device and this not accepatable at all for me to pay for something for which I was supposed to get. Please look into the matter at priority and provide me a solution. I am sending this letter to CONSUMER CELL as well because I am totally fed up with the false advertising of your company.

        I have purchased the New TATA DOCOMO connection in the month of Nov 2010 and in Nov Billing I have been charged for Rs 396 for downloading Java Game Pack.

        At first instance I haven't downloaded the Java Game pack and I have been following up with customer care about this and Docomo team is unable to justify the downloads. I have been asking for the downloaded list and they are unable to tell me the list.

        Why should I download games from Dive In Portal at first instance? There are plenty of free games available on Internet today for mobile.

        I would not be paying this amount to the company. I suggest all the billers to check their bills appropriately to make sure there are no hidden charges for surprise.

        hey praveen i exactly know how you are feeling because i have been using the number of docomo for quite a while now and have been using the gprs services frequently.

        But recently on jan 14 there has been a deduction of rs.99/- towards the jave game: games value pack, and on the same day there again a deduction of rs.31/-. on the same day i have launched a complaint via email, and got a reply saying that the problem will be resolved by 18 jan. even today i.e 17th jan there has been a deduction of rs.73/- for the same reason. i couldnt find the reason for the deduction because i didnt use the divein sevise of the tata docomo, all i did was subscribe for a 3 day gprs pack of 15/- and used the gprs via android market.

        i hope that the problem will be resolved by 18th jan as they had said.

        Why should I pay amount to DOCOMo for faulty billing or faulty SIM activation codes to customer. It looks there is a technical glitch with DOCOMO and never would like to resolve the issue and to cover up this issue all they tell to customer is you must have used DIVE-IN services.

          Today I rang up[protected], nobody picked up the phone at around 12.30 p.m. rang up customer care executive, he was unable to provide information that sim has come or city centre E003 shop nos. contact no. because I do not want to go and come back without sim, just wasted my time, money and effort. Being a private firm employee during working hours, I can not tell this story to my boss every now and then.
          Is this customer care or customer harass department? Can you please let me know.

          I shall be obliged if you can provide me the information that the SIM has come, I will get it, while I visit the shop.

          Dear Sir,

          Sub : Duplicate SIM

          My Cell No. is [protected]. I lost my handset on last Sat. along with this number. Today I went to collect my duplicate SIM along with the necessary documents at city centre I, Shop No. E 003. After seating for 10 minutes they told me they were unable to deliver sim because there was no stock. I found in my life time this sorts of ridiculous excuse from such a leading company. Before going there, I rang up there no. 6555 1422, I got recorded message, did not get any customer care executive to know the exact location and transport. After spending 50/- along with one hour time, I had to hear this.

          In fact, the nearest area in sector V or Ultadanga – is not available duplicate SIM. The representative is unable to provide the information whether it is available at Park Street or South City Mall?

          After loosing my handset is painful, and getting this duplicate SIM is another harassment?

          Customer Care of Tata dokomo- should be customer harass department. they do not have the attitude to solve the issue. Can you imagine due to unavailable of blank sims, customer will go their shops/hubs/ franchises, will come back.

              dear sir, my mobile phone is sony-W595 with docomo sim and mobile no. [protected].

              Currenty i recharged with rs. 48 2GB plan of tata docomo. i already had settings, but internet did not work. the error was "connection failed. Check settings, if problem pursists, contact your service provider." i also callled customer care, got settings but could not connect the internet. i also went to docomo gallery they inserted my card in another mobile, and then internet was connected. but then in my mobile i could not open any website. they couldn't solve my problem. they told me to update my mobile software, but then i showed them that the problem is with simcard or network, because i showed them i could surf the net via uninor simcard in my w595....also, before the 2GB recharge, i had surfed the net via uninor for many days.so wat to do now???

                tata docomo makes a joke of 3g speeds and the customer care executives are not even least qualified to answer our questions they are fools in my sense because they dont know anything except few dialoges. eg : welcome to tata docomo...........blab . my no is [protected] and i have huge network problem in hubli aravind nagar near mosque. speed is 3 to 5 kbps complained to cc about 4 to 5 times no use. please help me out.

                Hotel Buddy — Connection got disconnected

                I am having an Idea connection and I am using it for the past 2 years. From yesterday morning onwards I was not getting the connection and it was showing no network. I am in Bangalore for a business purpose and I called up my office and asked them to enquire about it in the costumer service. We got a answer from the costumer service stating that my roaming is deativated and it will be activatated with in two hours.
                I left Kerala two weeks before and still I am in roaming HOW CAN YOU DEACTIVATE MY ROAMING SERVICE WITHOUT ANY NOTICE DUE TO THAT I LOST SO MANY CALLS AND IT EFFECTED MY BUSINESS ALSO.
                Today also from morning 6.00 AM onwards I am not getting the network. When I called up the costumer service they were saying your credit limit is over so that your connection got cut. You need to pay the payment without that you will not get the connection. WHY? WHAT IS THIS? A person in the roaming how can he pay the amount? It should have been informed yesterday. I am using the connection for the past two years and the guy was telling me when you took the connection it has been informed. How can me remember all these things which I signed two years back? I am not a default payer, you can check it even my current bill also I had payed. If i am a default payer or my current bill is pending then it is good to cut the connection. How can you do this to a good a costumer? While roaming definitly we will be getting so many calls and bill amount will go high. That will be included in the next bill and we will be paying it. If we are not paying it then it is ok to cut the connection. This is readicullous and just like insulting us as if we are going to run away with out paying the bill.
                I want my connection to be connected back by any means and I can pay what ever the amount after comming back. You can either enhance my credit limit or do something.
                I have suggested tata docomo from frient in Ratnagiri Maharashtra, He purchased it for my request
                But he is getting very poor network in that area.I know you will definatly overcome the situation and
                will make network strong. For that purpose I am offering you my land for tower installation on rantal basis. Exact address is ' Thiba palace Road, Hindu Colony, Near Hotel Landmark, Ratnagire, It will also cover the village Nachane. it is central place in ratnagiri.                 On 20th sep i complained about poor network in my area (khopoli) on your customer care....and i was assured from your service that this problem will be solved till 23rd sep..but today is 24th sep and still the condition is same in short worst...........
                everyone will agree this point...i never experienced such bad network ever in my life...
                my tata docomo is not working properly due to poor network please tell me what shall i do to continue my calls without any interruption.
                SMS cost is charged and the SMS never reaches the mobile i send it to. I complained to the 'customer care' people and they sent me an e-mail which said that my problem was resolved...but the SMS problem is still intact...
                I bought a Tata DOCOMO connection in Jan, 2010.The advertising campaign is very good but the network is very poor in Juhu, Mumbai even though it's near all the major colleges like NMIMS,Mithibai,D.J. Sanghvi and other SVKM colleges. The signal is very bad...comes and goes so calling is also difficult...not to mention call drops.

                Also the customer care service is slow...long waiting time to reach representative etc
                Pls address these issues as fast as possible..What is the use of 1p/s, Buddynet if no network!!

                  SIM registered against some unknown person

                  I bough a TATA DOCOMO SIM, and activated on 7th December.
                  On 10th november, 2009 when i login in my TATA-DOCOMO account, it showed address, which was not mine.
                  So i called the retailer, they told me to submit a fresh document again.
                  And after some days again, so i have posted document twice.
                  But till now the same incorrect address appears.
                  My problem is when my SIM is registered against some unknown person, then some unknown person is using SIM ,which is registered against my document.
                  Now if he/she do anything wrong then i'm going to be in trouble.
                  I've connected to customer-care many times. they just told me PLEASE CONTACT THE RETAILER.
                  Now what to do to ensure that no-one (other than me) is using SIM registered with my voter card.

                  When i mailed to [protected]@tatadocomo.com i got this reply on 4 January 2010 10:29

                    1)How Tata Docomo has LOYAL CUSTOMERS?

                    2)DOES TATA DOCOMO THING ON CUSTOMERS OR ONLY MONEY IS IMPORTANT ELEMENT

                    3)Most often they don't mind to check with the customer giving time to customer for paying the bills they disconnect without notification by sending a Small SMS your credit limit is HIGH then next 10 min Calls get disconnected...........Please give customers time to pay the bills of 2 days then give intimation if you don't pay with this date call get disconnected.

                    4)MOST IMPORTANT THING IS HOW MANY CUSTOMERS ARE SUFFERING LIKE ME AND FRUSTATED LIKE ME............THIS IS NOT ALL ACCEPTABLE.

                      i had a postpaid connection (no [protected]) for which i was unable to make the payment due to non income. but now i can make the payment and the same i told the recovery agent of docomo who called me to make the payment but kind of language he was using thats really pathetic. i have got a recording of the conversation where he has been using abusing language. since its a matter of dignity i cant leve mr. satish recovery agent ([protected]). i have given this recording to media and very soon naction will be taken against the person. i thought of informing tata docomo about this because i just wanted to get the confirmation whether service provider has given him right to talk to the customer in that way but unfortunately there is no response from the service provider. i am lodging a complaint of mental harrasment also since he has been abusing people whom so ever calls has been made by that no and due to this one person is hospitalised.

                      so i m reuesting tata docomo management to revert me on my mail id that is [protected]@gmail.com if they can.

                        I am a subscriber of TATA DOCOMO's Kolkata circle. My no. is [protected]. Whenever I enter into ground floor of any building, the signal bars start to fluctuate. This problem not only occurs in any particular location. I have faced it in different parts of West Bengal, be it in Kolkata or West Medinipur. Whenever I try to tell this to the customer service executives they just tell me to manually select the network. But this really does not help. I stay in ground floor of a building.                                 I had taken a new tata docomo connection some days back from a tata retailer. My tata docomo no. Is [protected].
                                Now the matter is that i already saved internet settings on my mobile which was sent by customer care. There is no problem when i connect with my phone but it never connects with my laptop.
                                I had called to customer care many times but there is no hearing for my problem.
                                Sometimes they says that you should restart your computer.
                                Sometimes they says that you have to reinstall your pc suit.
                                Sometimes they says that we are transferring your line to our GPRS deptt. And when they transfers my line the line got disconnected.
                                One on there customer care representative Mr. Ram says that You r wasting my time.(04:48 pm[protected]

                                And it happened so many times. But nobody is bothered to take me to the solution.

                                Now i want to request you to resolve my problem.

                                There is lots of customer of tata docomo like me, but the officers of tata docomo is hell bothered to take any action.

                                It will be good for these kind of officers that they should resign from their post and should open any general store in any J J colony.


                                Really i had never faced such kind of bad telecom operator like TATA DOCOMO.

                                        Before one month I purchase the tata docomo sim.starting i had worked good but in that time internet is not working.So i complaint in 121 customer care.they solved my problem.after 10 days again i got a problem in this time when i am going to call any body the sim show "Unable to connect" and other problem is my internet is also not working,it show "connection failed".again I complaint against this issue through chatting and calling.They told me that your problem is resolved with 24hrs but the issue is same.My mobile handset is MicroMax x510,it had purchaesesd before 1month.So plz kindlly do something.
