My no is [protected]. After purchsing SIM then comes docums/address veification from Bhopal office which I answered very honestly(same as in my document submitted to retailer). After 7-8 days, my balance nil and I rechaged Rs.330 The next morning i hear 'your outgoing discontinued temporarily, pl call customer care 121" I dialled 121, but same dialogue, then come to know frm retailer to call 198, and learnt that documents verification negative & BPO staff did not know details.
I am confdtnt that my documents & informtions are very accurate, even though if the informtions are negative, why then wait for 10 days to discontinue my outgoing, why I was not given a single day notice, and more surprisingly outgoing discontinued immediately after my recharge of Rs.330.I was unable to use the 100 free SMS (with 330 recharge) in our Onam festifal Further my net package validity ends on 28.8.2010 which will also elapse. I also purchased Airtel & BSNL SIM during that period, but did not face any such harassment. I dont want any service from Tatadocomo but my refund please.

Tata Photon — Billing related issue
I am being cheated in terms of billing plan - I am told 2 months after taking the connection regarding billing details & when I talked to customer care person against complaint no[protected], I received extremely arrogent answers & no resolution. I want this to be addressed by a senior person & provide me resolution for the CHEATING done by Tata indicom.I am ready to disconnect my Tata Photon connection with immediate effect since I dont want to deal with cheaters like Tata Photon.
I hope to get a satisfactory resolution this time
