    Dear Sir/Madam
    I Used a tata photon plus with the account no.[protected] from 26th Apr to 13th May 2010. In that my credit limit crossed on 6th May 2010 and from that day i just used that for an hour on 13th May. But I get bill amount for Rs.2466.73. Which is shocked me. As per bill Usages shows 5244 Mb from 13th Apr to 12th May 2010 ( Device Activated on 26 th Apr 2010 ) and on 13th May 2010, 89 Mb. which is rs. 44.5...

    In these all i get 2 times call from local customercare and on the conversation i want my Usages details from them but till now i didnot get the details as they told i will received the details in my email account.

    And now from this email I want to know from yours my total usages details and I also want surrender my devices so please tell me procedure for that.....

    Tata Photon — Billing related issue

    I am being cheated in terms of billing plan - I am told 2 months after taking the connection regarding billing details & when I talked to customer care person against complaint no[protected], I received extremely arrogent answers & no resolution. I want this to be addressed by a senior person & provide me resolution for the CHEATING done by Tata indicom.
    I am ready to disconnect my Tata Photon connection with immediate effect since I dont want to deal with cheaters like Tata Photon.
    I hope to get a satisfactory resolution this time
    Guys - This billing is NOT as per the plan told to me at the time of buying the product. I am ok with discontinuing it with immediate effect, I just want to pending charges levied of, since I am cheated here

    My name is lokesh t and using tata docomo postpaid number . My number is [protected] and another number is [protected] (my girl friend no.) . I use to pay my bill regularly. On 8th of march around 1 my outgoing was barred. When I tried to reach the customer care from my karnataka number 2 times they disconnected my call after getting all my Info and the third time when spoke the consultant that I have to pay 8000 rs. I was shocked after hearing this because my feb month bill was around 700 rs. When I asked what the reason he asked me to contactthe store. So I immediately rushed to the docomo store which is located in T nagar, chennai. And they said that I have to pay only 700rs. But in the notes they have mentioned that I have crossed my credit limit and the bill I javr to pay is 8000rs then only I will be ab to use my number. I have informed them that from 28th of feb to 3rd of mar 2014 I was in bangalore using my karnataka number. But they are telling me that I have used my tata docomo number in roaming which really pissed of me. And they asked me to wait untill the next bill is generated to analysis it.but I mentioned very clearly that I haven't used it.and they response was very rude and very unprofessional. And from past I month I am getting mail for an unknown number stating thati have to pay the bill and the number has been registered under murugan whom I dont even know and his account number is[protected] . When I checked they have updated my email address without my permission. Please help me..I am going through mental depression. I am losing my job and business because I not able to contact my family or my clients. Please help me In getting fixed this Issue ASAP.

    I m Mr. Agarwal I am not using Tata Photon no.[protected] from last December, 2014. I had paid 1450/-as my tata photon bill & the counter executive said this is last bill & connection will be automatically closed. After three months now they are calling & asking for money around 2000/- as unpaid bill. One of them said bill is 750/-, from the very next day another one called & say bill is 1000/- Today some lady call & say bill amount is 2000/-.When we raised a question to the executive the executive talk so rudely her no is[protected]. There was a conversation with the executive. After keep down the call she called repeatedly 14times to my registered no. After that I was bound to put her no. In blacklist. this is a horrible exeperience with tata docomo. Why should I pay the bill which I didn't use?

        Sir,they have the habit of activating any service on my connection without my request,deducting charges for the same, and then they expect me to inform if I dnt want the same.

        Sir, I believe this falls under Unfair Trade Practices.

        I want Tata Docomo to refund all such balances that they have deducted from my account till date.

          I have activated a GPRS pack of Rs. 5 on 25 aug '10. At that time my account is filled with Rs. 51. After activating a package my balance remained Rs. 46. After that as soon as I started to use GPRS, I have received a message that " Hi, Rs. 45 has been deducted from your account for GPRS" even after activating a GPRS daily pack. When I contancted them they had not given me any satisfactory explanation.Please take this matter into account.

            Last week I changed my GSM mobile operator to TATA Docomo, due to my personal reasons. When i purchased the sim card, the retailer activated with some minimal topup. Later topup with 300 Rs. Then I tried to change my plan to Docomo to Docomo 10 paisa plan. When I tried to activate that it is failed and customer care representative told that, I cann't change my plan for next 6 months. And there is no way to change the plan or recharge with any daily/weekly/monthly plans. It is not mentioned in anywhere in their site or somewhere. It is really cheating. Now i have no choice other than stick with the same plan to spend my recharged money.

            TATA Docomo is not caring the existing customers, and there is no flexibility,

            Please don't go for TATA Docomo based on that their advertisements (why same plan for daily, have diff plans for diff day, etc), it is really cheating...

Please change my plan to 10 paisa, to any Tata Docomo.I ready to recharge with 21, As per the tata docomo website, it should allow me to change my existing plan to any plan as my wish.             Any updates? Even I posted my complaint to change my plan to Rs. 21 plan only. As you told I am ready to recharge with Rs 21 to change my plan. but why it is failing again and again.

              I am having problem with tata docomo GPRS internet connection in my PC. I am getting atleast 10-15 times Network busy error while making connection.

              I have made complain about this to the customer care but I think they are not having that much knowledge about the things happening. sometimes they say that goto phone setting & select network setting to manual but that also not resolve my problem, even if I get connected to internet after few minutes connection get Ideal.

                    i am a user from last 10 months but duringthese days ur unusal and automatic
                    subscription services are disturbing me during my office time as well
                    as my phone balance. In details services like shero-shayari alerts
                    which till now i didnt subsribe. but i got msg for subsription and

                    executive named niranjan das and ur nodal manager mr sapan ku das
                    and by discusion he excuse and unsubsribed that service related to
                    this i got one msg and got my 10/-rupees back again after some time
                    one more msg will come which is subpw subscription renewal and there after
                    i check my balance again 10 rupees deducted. so i dont understand
                    after making call u people are disturbing me again and again. i
                    dont have such time to talk u time and time . if your service will
                    be like this then we are 14 member in a hostel using docomo service
                    forced to switch other services. kindly note my problem and refund
                    all my deduction till now.Otherwise i will complain to your higher

                    Here is Madhumita, i am the user of tatadocomo for the last 1 year. For the last few months i am facing problem on prepaid balance deduction from 54321, automatically. I have talked to your representive a lot of time, what ever they have suggested me i did.Still they are continuously deducting my balance. Last month they have deducted around 150 rupees or more than that from my account.I ahve done all the procedures like DONOTDISTURB scheme as suggested by their representive.But again this month also i am facing the same problem.My Number is:-[protected]. Again today once again they have deducted 60/- from my account.Really this is very much horrible. i want immediate response & my all deducted balance back immediately. Otherwise i am going to throw this seam.really this is one of the worst customer service in india. Tata DOCOMO, this is my final time request to give back my balance, otherwise i am going to throw this seam.I know even i throw this not going to effect you people.But think what the satisfication you are giving to your customer.Really very bad...

Once again this docomo servive deducted 40/- from my account.Each time i request their service people, they will tell that they will not send more sms from 54321, still they do the same thing repeatedly. I think i have lost around 300 to 400 rupees due to this stupid docomo service.This is my final time request to return back all my balance back to my account, otherwise i am going change this stupid service...really this is very bad, to make people horrible like this, i don't have time to talk to ur representative regarding this problem. Please stop this 54321 messaging ...& return back all my balance back to my mobile.Otherwise i am going to complain to our higher authority.
                    Yes, docomo is using this technique for compensating for the 3G spectrum. Please run away from docomo, as soon as you can. I have automatically subscribed for call me tunes (Many of my friends are saying this). Earlier for the same reason I gave up my Airtel connection too. So regularly check the balance, in particular if the connection is from bankrupt provider like DOCOMO.

                    I am Swapnil Shrivastava using docomo prepaid connection from last 1 and half years and mobile no is [protected]. Recently docomo has deducted 120 rs from my balance and when i asked ti customer care executive, he said Hello tune has been activated by default and you can use hello tune for 6 months. I asked who asked you/docomo to do this, i have never requested for it, Please raise complaint and refund my money. Executive name is Ashutosh and he took the complaint and said, you will get refund in another 24 hours. I am trying to call customer care for the status, because its not being credited in my balance yet.

Per day regularly from 10.08.2011 for some I-PLAYER subscription renewed charge, which i never ever subscribed and I have been complained against it to your customer Executive Pooja and Mr. joy and many more I cann't recall their name regularly.getting same reply that we will deactived and you will get back your deduction amount in your main balance.
                    AND during thesedays ur unusal and automatic subscription services are disturbing me during my office time as well as my phone balance.I only use GPRS & some special pack like power plus etc.

                      My no is [protected]. After purchsing SIM then comes docums/address veification from Bhopal office which I answered very honestly(same as in my document submitted to retailer). After 7-8 days, my balance nil and I rechaged Rs.330 The next morning i hear 'your outgoing discontinued temporarily, pl call customer care 121" I dialled 121, but same dialogue, then come to know frm retailer to call 198, and learnt that documents verification negative & BPO staff did not know details.
                      I am confdtnt that my documents & informtions are very accurate, even though if the informtions are negative, why then wait for 10 days to discontinue my outgoing, why I was not given a single day notice, and more surprisingly outgoing discontinued immediately after my recharge of Rs.330.I was unable to use the 100 free SMS (with 330 recharge) in our Onam festifal Further my net package validity ends on 28.8.2010 which will also elapse. I also purchased Airtel & BSNL SIM during that period, but did not face any such harassment. I dont want any service from Tatadocomo but my refund please.

                      hi, i m a MNP Customer of TATA Docomo with number [protected]. I have made portability before 2.5 Months and suddenly company has stopped ma outgoin telling that document has not received.
                      I hav submitted ma Document after 10 days and since dan also company has not given any service or response.

                      I m Sory to say that TATA DOCOMO is having no service n zero management. Company didnt care of customers and no executive has given positive response or proper answer for this problem.

                      If such company exist which didnt care of documents of customer for such a long tym and also didnt give proper service than such company shuld b stopped by government.

                      Today 15th june when i cal to Customer Care at 10:13 AM, the customer care executive of company uses bad words without any reason and cancelled d call and after that i didnt gettin connected to custome care and dats the reason i m telling here.


                      I shuld simply say dat checkin of document shuld b done on tym n customer shuld not be harrased by the company in this way. if document is not verified such a long tym n if number is gone wid sum misuse dan it can create problem for whole nation.


                      Plz see to this issue as early as possible and give positive rply.

                          i have dnd service on my no. docomo started sending joke and suddenly cut 4.0 rupees, then they cut 32 paisaywhen i complained they had given me the complain no GBL09793437 and said they will refund the money and closed the joke service in 48 hrs. but after passing 48 hrs i didnot get back my money and even they keep sending joke,though i have dnd service activated on my phone on 21 aug they cut 1 ropees 9 paisay ,when i complain in cuctomer care they cut my phone thrice forth time they said why u are making noise like begger. and cut the phone.

                            This is to bring to your notice the poor caller tune services provided by TATA DOCOMO cellular co. on my no# [protected], I had subscribed a callertune on 21st night of august, as according to his customer executive that the service is update about 4 hours, but I am sorry to inform you that I was highly disappointed by the Service provided by the company this time bcoz till I have only jingle of default docomo tune.

                            Kindly do the needful for same as on urgent basis. I have been DOCOMO's customer for some couple of month of year and this is the first time that I have been so disappointed with any of his services.

                            I hope you look into the matter and ensure it is not repeated.

                              From past 15 days i m facing this problem that everytime whenever i m trying to connect to gprs internet, i m getting this error message "NETWORK BUSY" and "INTERNAL SERVER ERROR, PLS CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE OR LOGON TO internet.tatadocomo.com". Also even after several attempts if i m able to get connected, the internet speed is not more than 1-2 kbps , pls look into the matter as i m not able to start internet properly from past 15 days. I had contacted the customer care executives but they are not able to help me in this regard. hence, i request u to kindly solve the problem ASAP.

                                This is the worst product I have ever bought! The speed is more like 1/20th of the advertised speed! I bought this Photon plus for browsing and watching a bit of youtube videos. The videos are impossible to watch and browsing the web is an exercise in futility. Tata's reputation is at stake their marketting department is lying and cheating its customers. I called the 1800 number to complain a few times and told me to clear the browser 'cache' and when I told them that I have 4 laptops and its slow in all of them then the lady says that 'oh thats because there is an outage in Delhi/NCR'. That was a week ago. My Tata photon number is [protected]. I suggest that whosoever is in the market looking at a mobile solution to avoid Tata's fraudulent service like plague, They lie in their ads and their customer service is trained to pass the buck and lie to its customers. I'm trying to find a buyer for my photon so that I can recover a bit of my money (2,500 Rs) back. If Tata is looking at this complaint please address it, I have been trying to get through to your customer service for the last 3 days and I cannot get anyone.
                                I have been a victim of the Tata Banditry. I made the mistake of buying Tata Photon and after a month wanted to discontinue as I had got a BSNL broadband connection which is faster & more reliable. I was told by the people that I cannot discontinue within a month. So I continued to pay for something I did not use.

                                After 3 months called the office they wanted me to come in person. When I wanted a connection they came to my house but when you want to discontinue you have to go in person.

                                Tata is one of the biggest myths of this century. It is made to sound like a philnthrophic institution and going by their record they are nor more than bandits who cheat customers who are often gullible.
                                Tata is just 3rd class ...infact no class at alll

                                  A Tata docomo number is harassing me.It uses abusive words and often proposes me . I want to get rid of this harassment. The person switches off the phone after calling.please help me.

                                  I had purchased a tata photon plus , no. [protected] last year in august. this year in april, due to some emergencies i could not pay the bill and from the month of june till august the customer care executives have been promisisn to send some reprasntative to collect the cash but nobody came..due to this delay and wait for someone to come as i was promised that there would be no late charges, i could no pay the bill even though i told them i can pay it online..but they insisted on sending a representative. Suddenly on the 10th of september i gopt a call from a police station saying i had been sent a legal notice by them and that day was the last day.. I firstly never recieved the notice, moreover why should they send a notice to me when they are the ones at fault for not sending a representative!I am a student and do not earn at the moment so that was the only option i had.i never got a prior warning about the legal notice and moreover whenever I tried to enquire through customer care i was spoken to very rudely and felt harrased. Even to the extent that one representative questioned as to why i bought the instrument when i dont have the “aukat” to pay..And now again iv been sent a bill after termination of the service..though not of a large amout but I am not willing to pay it because none of my payments are due, all have been paid.Kindly look into the matter as is it not a good thing for either the company nor the customers.

                                  Q4) As per the promise made by Tata Daocomo customer care department on call dated 10th of Sep 2012 at 5:50pm I was supposed to get 2GB Internet data free in the first month of my service usage however I got free usage only for 168.46 MB data & for rest I have been charged @ 1paisa/KB. Why?

                                      im a medical student in govt medical college thrissur.the internet services of tata docomo in the medical college area is very very pathetic.the net will get cut every time i connect to the internet and if i try to call the customer care...the answer is THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE IS IN THE SERVICE OF OTHER CUSTOMERS and the call will get dis connected.i have to change back to my idea number because of this.and i think i have lost my 95 rs by doing this internet recharge.there is no point in doing the recharge of 95 for internet in an area where you cannot provide 24 hour internet services.it is not the problem with the customers that they have done the recharge for 95.many of my friends in the medical college campus has this type of complaint.i[censored] cant answer the call of a customer,then why are you asking us to call 121.and finally one question CAN YOU PROVIDE SOME STANDARD SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS?????

                                      I am new user of tata docomo prepaid connection...... I have been using the network from december 2010..I have subscribed to a special caller tone package that for three months, it is included of 3 months rent and i can download 5 caller tones in 3 months period... but i have to call the customer care to change the song.. The worst thing is calling customer care...I have called many times customer care and got d reply 'DONT KNOW' from them.... For a new customer like me, who else will clarify my doubts or solve the issues...??

                                      Yesterday I called customer care 4 rimes to change my caller tone, I asked a song from a new album ' Let it B'...

                                      First time, the answer was like "the appliation is not working"... asked me to call after 10 mins... I called again.... I gave them the song details like album name, song name, also the tata docomo song code rrom the album cd... their reply was that song is not available... but as my fried has the same song as her caller tone i was sure that tat docomo has that song... I humbly requested them to search again.... their reply was to send an sms to 543211 and search and download the song which will cost 15 rs/- which i told is not possible as i am already paid for the pack... That person hold my call for 12 mins and at the meantime they do a gr8 help that they have reduced 30 rupees from my account as a gift for calling customer care... After the call i recognise that 30 rupees is reduced from my account... I saw the message that as per my request they have subscribed me to good morning tips...

                                      Again I called 121 and the same person attanded the call... I told them to unsubscribe the pack and refund me thirty rupees.. I had 96 rupees in my phone and after the message i confirmed that there was only 66 rupees balance... And the customer care executives reply was they cannot find that 30 rs is reduced... I asked them to check... Again the reply was '"the application is down'"...

                                      Again called after an hour, then I talked to a guy named Sharish and he could find the song which i asked in their collection and helped me to selelct the song... Also he helped me by refunding the reduced amount from my account...

                                      It is better to change the tata docomo customer care change their name to quotation team... I[censored] really mean customer care we dont need a reply like dont know... If they have any confusion or application issues, they can ask us to call after some time... The senior management should take an appropriate steps to control the customer care team...
                                      i appreciate u jeena for your your response towards this incident.it is ridicolous that money is cut off from our balance for the services which we have not activated.i m also suffering such type of problem.today, i recharge 50 rupees in my mobile no. account and after 5 minutes when i checked my balance there is only 6rs and 67 paisa...i shocked . i immediately call customer care service excutive...he says that u have activated a callr tune service and u can deactivate this service by calling 155223and when i want my balance back, he just refused and say that balance can not be refundable.when i say that why i should pay for the service which i have not activated.he just refused and sayi cant give your balance back.

                                      I had tata post paid co0nnection. Used it for more than a year and internet experience is nothing compared to the service provider am currently using. I had asked for cancellation request for TATA docomo service in April '16 and till date I continoue to receive the bills despite cancellation request, Any ombudsman I can contact to whom I can escalate.

                                        Sir, I am having Tata Docomo prepaid connections bearing Nos. [protected], I am facing lot of inconveniece on account of different service messages and calls being received in the above said mobile phones at odd timings .This is causing lot of inconvenience and disturbance in concentration. Sometimes in the messages it is being stated that I have been subscribed for certain tips.e.g on 12/08/10 I received four messages from 52250 during 2135 hrs to 2145 hrs stating that Thanks for downloading value pack Shivji Pack on Tata Docomodive in wap service & u have been charged Rs 15/- .Likewise in another three messages they have charged total Rs 65/- for which money is being deducted from the balance talk time without knowledge. When the executives of the customer care are contacted, they are not positively responding. Therefore, I request that necessary action may be taken against the aforesaid service provider so that I will not get any such type of messages and telephone calls henceforth.
