I just got the recharge of Rs.350 done on my Tata Docomo number [protected]. Before getting the recharge no one told me that the pack is only valid for 30 days. Upon emailing Docomo, I found out that it's for 30 days. No one, NOT EVEN THE CUSTOMER CARE AND RETAILER, told me that the pack is for 30 days. I am a student with a very tight budget on a student loan. I request TATA to return my money and cancel the plan.

unable to send SMS since several days

I have been unable to send SMSes to any number for the past 2 days. This is not the first time such a thing has happened. Just the past week, my SMSes were totally stopped from 29th Dec, 2010 to 2nd January, 2011. I was unable to send any New year greetings during that time. no service & response
