Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am a subscriber Tata Docomo Post-paid no. [protected] & [protected] from last 5+ months.

My concern is that I am not satisfied with the services of Tata Docomo Post-paid. So, initially i gave the request for migration of both of my no. in Pre-paid, but they declined that request. And now, when i gave the request for porting-out my both numbers to Airtel's Network, backend of the Docomo Post-paid is denying my request again and again stating the reason that [protected] is premium number & the number comes under contractual obligations & the other number i.e. [protected] is in same account with the premium number, so I can't change my network or can't even migrate to pre-paid services.

But i have not singed any contract with the company as such. Now, I am helpless & totally harassed from the services of Tata Docomo so kindly provide me some solution for porting-out my numbers ([protected] & [protected]) to the other networks ASAP.

      I am a Tata Docomo User with cellular number [protected] and I have subscribed for Blackberry internet bundle 399 , but I have deducted the balance for the internet surfing when I have subscribed for BB Internet bundle 399 in which unlimited internet browsing available when I talked abt it with their executive says talk to [protected] and they said this is balance issue please talk on 121 and I have transfered here to there and there to here full day after my complain to consumer forum thier executive talk with me and ask abt my default browser and he saw that my default browser was not DIVE IN so he said "sir in future u will not deducted for it" but after it I deducted many times for the same so I talked again and again so there after checking all the things their executive agree to credit Rs. 5 in my account which was not properly deducted , but I said him that I do not wanmt balance but I says I do not want balance I want solution for it , so he says sir I wl work on it and defenately ur problem wl be solved and then today 17/01/2011 at 4:15 PM same executive called me and says ur problem has been solved and ur DIVE IN facility has been stoped from here so after now no deduction wl happen for the internet browsing and after cut the call I have received the message "You have unsubscribed from GPRS." On 4:21 PM but after then I face the balance cut for browsing twice and when I talked abt. It to 121 they talk with me too roughly and says this happens due to DIVE IN when ever they also agree with that my DIVE IN facility has stopped , and when I face the same problem again at 8 PM I talked with Rajesh Khatri on 121 , he says that this time ur balance deducted due to STD SMS while I didn't sent any STD or Local SMS so I ask him to transfer call to his senior executive and he gave me number [protected] when I ask that does this number solve my problem so he says yes but when I dial that number computer says this number available from 9:30 to 5:30 only .


      Sir like this they are deducting my balance since last 1st of January 2011 ( when I purchase this card ) for the internet browsing while I subscribed for unlimited internet browsing plan and also they agree that my balance decution is not proper , but after all they make approx 60 to 70 calls for this issue in last 17 days and still cutting the balance and alwayz talk too roughly.


      Really sir I am mentally very disturbed due to this issue and it also cause to stop the growth of my business , so please sir as I am an Indian citizen please give me justice that how can I and other users like me can use their mobile without any FRAUD from service provider.

      Sir I will too thanksfull from all my Indians if you will give punish to this type of FRAUD service provider and make an example for other providers so they can't be like this in future.

      i fully agree with the woes of the users, i am facing same problem and same answer is being given by their executives, i think they should not be providing BB services if they cannot coordinate with the BB operators and the user has to personally shuffle and scuffle through both ends. What use is the Rs 10/- recharge, these people have not mentioned why the problem is not getting solved

      worst service, i am using the portability facility to change company very soon from Tata Docomo to some consumer sensitive company

        Sir,
        I would like to change my number to tata docomo but the real problem that is there is no range of tata docomo in our place .many of the people in our locality likes the docomo services so please charge a new tower ( 3g tower ) since i like the tata docomo 3g.
        our location is Meempara,(near &b/w choondy and poothrikka),Puthencruz,Ernakulam.

          i am vaibhav and i am using tata docomo for more than 1 year, but often i have to face the problem of auto activation of certain services resulting in loss of balance. this is the worst feature you have.
          few days back love tips got activated on my no. by itself and rs.30 were subtracted from the total balance.
          what is this?
          you are directly cheating with the customers.
          is it the act to be done?
          it disappointed me alot...........plz deactivate all types of ridiculous services from my no. and do not activate in future without asking me through call or sms.

          hi,
          This is Anjani from Bangalore and my Number is [protected]...I am facing a similar problem where my I am wrongly being subscribed to "Love Tips" daily along with a deduction of Rs.1.50/day...Even after complaining to the customer care twice, I am still being harassed by this service...I expect immediate cancellation of such services or else I will switch to other service provider...
          I forgot to mention that I am using Tata Docomo service
          SMS STOP to 55111

          Now you can receive Jokes, News, Love tips and much more through SMS and picture messages only on Tata DOCOMO.

            THERE WERE 3 CONNECTIONS TAKEN FROM THEM DEPENDING ON THE PLAN WHICH WAS DESCRIBED. ALL OF A SUDDEN A BILL COMES WHERE NOTHING IS AS PER EXPLAINED INITIALLY. DOCOMO NUMBER[protected]

            THE GENTLEMAN ON THE PHONE AGREES AND THEN SAYS WE HAVE ALREADY RAISED A COMPLAINT, BUT, ITS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH, NOBODY IS BOTHERED. I HAVE SENT CLOSE TO 5-7 MAILS REQUESTING TO SOLVE THIS BUT ALL THEY ARE BOTHERED IS MONEY, YOU PAY MONEY AS WE DEMAND......THEY THINK THEY CAN CORN PEOPLE AND THINK THAT NOBODY WOULD STOP THEM AS THEY MAY HAVE A STRONG LEGAL TEAM. BUT PL NOTE, THE INDIAN GOVT IS EVEN STRONGER TO TAKE CARE OF ALL THIS FRAUD AND CHEATING PEOPLE.

            NOBODY IS BOTHERED TO REPLY NOR CALL NOR ANSWER WHEN A CUSTOMER CALLS. IN SO MANY YEARS OF MY WORK EX I HAVE NOT SEEN SUCH A SAD SERVICE WHERE CUSTOMER QUERIES ARE NOT TAKEN CARE OFF EVEN AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINTS.

            THE DSA WHO HAS SOLD THE CONNECTION WITH ALL FALSE INFO ALSO DOES NOT PICK CALLS- THIS IS VANDANA COMMUNIQUE.

            -CONNECTIONS SOLD WITH FALSE INFO, JUST TO INCREASE SALES
            -EVEN AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINTS NOBODY IS BOTHERED TO GET BACK.
            -EXCESS BILLING AS THE PLAN IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT WAS TOLD WHILE SELLING.
            - THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONSE EVEN FROM THE NODAL OFFICER. THIS IS THE FIRST COMPANY WHERE I SEE THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM THE NEXT LEVEL.

              Dear Sir/Mam,

              I am a New customer of TATA DOCOMO[protected]. From the very firstay I took connectio I am getting bundle of problems and problems!! I activated GPRS Service Rs. 60/month. But whenever I try to browse It says:: Problem Loading page,Server not found etc. The Downloading speed I am getting is staggeringly low!!!!! i.e. 1 to 2 kbps maximum 3 kbps!!!! Most of the time it gets connected but speed becomes absolutely zero!!!!!!! That's deeply pathetic and implausible act from TATA DOCOMO. Tata Docomo commits 32 to 48 kbps speed on 2G Internet,But in my case speed is just 1 to 2 kbps!!!!! That's just unreasonable!!!!! I am deeply disappointed from their end!!!! I have made many complaints,But they have no care for customers at all!!!!! I am unable to open any webpage!!!!! I have confirmed all the settings from TATA DOCOMO CUSTOMER CARE AND everything is fine!!!! Problem is in TATA DOCOMO'S Intention. After launching 3g they have decresed the speed of 2g to such an extent that is dreadfully unbearable!!!! I am unable to complete any transaction,Unable to browse the basic webpage,Unable to update any anti virus definitions!!!!! 2nd problem I am unable to register for my account on tata docomo.com,3rd problem:: When I check my emails,It shows me in roaming,But I am in Home Network!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
              4th Problem is:::::: Unable to access *191# and *141#. Problem and problem,But no solution at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please help me!!!!!!

                my balance in mobile is being deducted. when asked 121 about the they said, you have clicked some link and asked me to send UNSUB to 55435 when i send it no action is being taken and reply coming as "error in connection try again later" i have send msgs 25-30times no action taken till now so take an action immediately.

                from my number [protected].. daily Rs3 is being deducted I Informed they tell I subscibed something fron dive in for 3g usage I am not using 3g facility.. 3 times I got they to refund the amount.. if I want to unsubscribe that MVC for 3G life wap service.. how can I untill I find the unsubcribing option in my hanset through dive in of course I cannot find through my desktop.. I should have used only my mobile to activate to the said MVC .. I searced in my account didn't find that link to unsubscribe.

                I wish to say that my name is pradeep patel., and my mob nom is [protected] ..having there some problem reggurding my daily unnecessary balence reduction, and daily i get a masage from 52250 your mvc tatadocomo 3g life service service has been auto renewed and you have charge for this service Rs=3. I have complain so many times on tollfree nom 121 but there is no satisfactory result which i get and all those are not able to solve this problem.and my balence reduction going on.
                Du to this behaveiror of tata docomo call centres employ .i am anable to contineu my services
                So please give information about porbility i will thankful to you
                or
                Deactivate my all service which contain unnecessary balence reduction and refund my all balence

                Yes this is usually happening for Tatadocomo I too experienced similar problem like auto activation of service like M Tv models that I never activated.I got refund of this amt. But no body on call center satisfactorily tells how to unsubscribe particular service.Like Airtel Tatadocomo should start service for unsub or deact any service activated.this facility is available on Airtel.

                  I just got the recharge of Rs.350 done on my Tata Docomo number [protected]. Before getting the recharge no one told me that the pack is only valid for 30 days. Upon emailing Docomo, I found out that it's for 30 days. No one, NOT EVEN THE CUSTOMER CARE AND RETAILER, told me that the pack is for 30 days. I am a student with a very tight budget on a student loan. I request TATA to return my money and cancel the plan.

                  The validity of the RC350-plan is not mentioned even in the website.

                    i had called earlier to your billing department after the 15th of July 2010 more than two times to Inquire about any amount which i am suppose to pay for the bill period of 15/06/2010-14/07/2010, However the answer that i got from your customer care billing department was that i do not need to pay any amount towards my Amount Due Before Due Date because the Amount Due was Rs 0/-
                    I have recieved a call from the billing department few days back harassing my mother that my payment is due fro Rs1700 + and a guy from the billing collection department came to my house asking me for the due amount of Rs 1756 due on my account .. However i turned him down by saying that i have no dues pending in my account , then after 5 minutes he calls me from a landline phone number[protected] on my mobile number [protected] pretending to call from TATA Photon Billing department requesting me to make a payment immediately.....and as per my account my services has been activated on 17th June 2010 and my billing date is 17th of every Month,However my first month services billing was Rs.0 as per my call confirmation with your billing dept ... However i had received a pathetic service for which there was no network for around 10+ days and from your technical department a technician came and addressed my issue which wasn't resolved due no low network coverage and when i called the technical department and the customer service for the discontinuation of my plan they told me that they would offer me a rebate on my billing for the month of July 2010 and August 2010 ...

                    However today i received a call from [protected] stating that a case against me has been registered for a payment of Rs 45,000/- in delhi district court under file number 256/10, and asked me to call your lawyer Mr SK Rathore Ph#[protected], whom i called and he suggested me to make an immediate payment of Rs 3160/-
                    and regarding this i have made a complaint in Consumer court ref number 257850.

                    This is to bring to your kind notice that, its almost 2 months completed after being purchased Tata Photon + device activated.As per commitment bill should be sent to respective customer by courier between 11 to 18 of every month.its almost two months completed and yet there is no any courier for bill payment...And i wanted to make very clear that if i am asked to pay late bill payment than i wont be responsible for the same..in this same regards i have spoken to many of your executive and manager but i could not find any positive response from them..and also during the of purchasing Tata photon + device i was promised to get free rebook Watch ..which is also being not in process after complaining thrice..
                    It has been noticed every time that none of your executive give the proper address of your company and i am not able to understand whether its is fraud or not..

                      I recently recharged my cell with the Tata Docomo Rs.48 internet plan through EVD from a local retailer on 10th jan 2011. I got a message from Tata Docomo saying that "your Rs.48 recharge has been successful .your current balance is Rs.0 . and Trans ID - [protected]". But when I tried connecting to the internet through my Samsung mobile it was not working and kept on saying that your account does not have sufficient balance or that access has been denied and sent a message " INTERNET " to 52270 and received the necessary configuration message and did what was necessary ,but it was still not working. Before getting the Rs.48 recharge the internet was working just fine with other top up recharges. I am really upset by the service that is being provided to me by Tata Docomo . I sincerely hope that you will rectify the problem as soon as possible.

In my cell health tips has been activated without my consent, i had called customer care many times but they are not responding properly so i request you that if i can't get my rs 30 back that has been deducted ,atleast deactivate this service which i dont want.Having such a worthless customer care of docomo they dont response properly and giving false assurance that they will do it but all in vain.

Whenever i call the deactivation/activation number they tell me that i dont have any service activated. Hence, i kindly request you to deactivate it as soon as possible.

                          I am using Tata DOCOMO sim from last 1 year. Till 29th Dec2010, I was using Samsung Corby Pro mobile, then I started using LG basic handset. From then daily some monthly packages are getting activated automatically.
                          30th Dec 2010- Magic SMS
                          02nd Jan 2011- Sweet Nothing alerts
                          03rd Jan 2011- Monthly Greet pack
                          04th Jan 2011- Love alerts
                          06th Jan 2011- Ringtone alerts
                          07th Jan 2011- Monthly Greet Pack
                          08th Jan 2011- Monthly Vastu Pack
                          More than 200 rupees is charged because of these packages. I called Customer Care and logged complaint more than 3 times. Still daily one or some other package is getting activated. I want to know the reason why these packages are activating in daily basis and to de-activate all the packages which are activated already. I don't want any of these packages and want to deactivate all packages immediately. My number is [protected]. Please do the necessary things as soon as possible.

                            Hi tata 3g docomo,
                            I have enrolled for prestigious 3g on november 13th 2010. and submitted my documents to indiranager tata 3g outlet.

                            IMEI number:[protected]

                            1. after one week o[censored]se. when ever i connected the device it showed that "connect failed". i went to 3g outlet they took 4 days to say that there was problem with the device, your document not updated. i felt bad, i paid 1000 bucks and no service for few days. i lost my business for four days.

                            2. there is poor network around my house i complained they came after 15 days. they noticed poor connection but no action is taken.

                            3. i wanted to return back dongle, but they are not taking. so i recahred for 1250 on december 20th. when i connected it says "connect failed". when I called customer care, they informed me that i have not submitted the documents. in the first place how could you provide the service for first one month if you don't received the documents. anyhow on november 13th,2010 i have submitted my documents to indira nagar tata 3g outlet. again serivce restored on december 24. the reguest is registered, its number is "PAV09332788".

                            4. again you disconeected my service on jan-4th-2010. saying the same thing like " i have not submitted documents. again i had heated arguments with the customer. then my request is taken, its service number is "PAV0935736". saying the resolution is provided by jan-13th-2010. they told they need nine days for the verification. You need nine days for this. I am in service and you don’t have feel of sorry to resolve the issue at the earlist.

                            5. NOT WHATS THE GURANTEE THAT THEY WON'T DISCONNECT MY SERVICE IN FUTURE. I AM REALLY DISSPOINTED WITH TATA 3G DOCOMO SERVICE.

                            6. I was great loyal to tata brand. It’s the worst ever service I had in my life.

                            7.so altogether you took from me and barred service for three times. even though its not my fault. during this time I have called to custoermer and visited
                            tata 3g outlet few times. i have last my time, petrol to travel to 3g outlet and mental peace. I need compensation for the same. I am always to loyal to tata brand. i blindly purchase any tata brand. this is first time. am sick of your service. Tata docomo mentally torturered me. I need compensation for the same.

                            I am completely agree with above user. I am also facing a same problem. I bought my docomo 3g connection on 26th Jan, 2011 and device stopped working on 30th Jan, 2011. I asked to customer care, they said you have negative balance. I did not get my account user name and password yet. How can I get my login id and password. How can I check about my usage?? Docomo 3g 3.6 with plan 1250 is unlimited after 10 gb download with speed 128kbps or only 10 gb is a limit. DOCOMO SUCKS...!!! MOTHER ...!!! DOCOMO...!!!

                            Completely agree, TATA docomo has started damaging their brand name, Even I have opted for TATA docomo 3G about a month back from Indira nagar Bangalore Outlet.
                            It took 15 days time for them to verify my address, on top of that they say we had come everyday in the afternoon for verifying your home address but no one was there...who the hell asked you to come in afternoon when i clearly mentioned the time for verification should be either before 9 am and after 6 pm as i will be in office bw 9 to 6...these guys never works on Satudays..as.. you get good walkin customers to tap in in your trap.

                            Secondly do you guys know the meaning of 3G????
                            I DOUBT AS THE NETWORK SERVICE IS PATHETIC(DIAL UP NETWORK PROVIDE BETTER SPEED THAN THIS) !!...7.2 MBPS SPEED(DONT PROMISE WHEN YOU CAN NOT DO)

                            finally after 20 days time my machine got activated and i thought my problem has been sorted out...but i never knew another problem which is so called network problem will pop up. Still I am struggling with the same problem...i have complaint at the local level...then to the appellate authority Sunita George, who is taking her own sweet time to reply, till now she has not replied(I guess her mailbox must have been filled with all the complaints)...anyways i am going to escalate it in net 3 days to TRAI if i am not getting any response.
                            I also want my 2500 rs BACK which i have paid for the machine.

                              I have submitted the entire document for two new sim cards. My service was terminated after one week saying documents not received. I spoke to customer care they are telling to submit documents again. I am ready to resubmit documents again but its my moral right to know where is my previous submitted documents. I asked the customer care that shall make police complaint for the same but they say that they enquiry from their end they are not taking any action also not given a proper feedback. Call nodal officer the call was jumping at least 8 different numbers people say hello then disconnect the call then the call jumps to other number but they only say hello then disconnects. This people things customer documents are only peppers which is not sensitive. Who knows if the document gets into wrong hands and other service provider issue sim cards and sell it to illegal use? Beware one day you have a surprise police visit. Why to create all this problems if you take care of your documents. Also these companies should have a code of contact in documentations with customers. Nobody is taking it serious. I don’t know what can I do but let me try to bring a change with the help of consumer complaint forums. And other legal sources.

                                I have been unable to send SMSes to any number for the past 2 days. This is not the first time such a thing has happened. Just the past week, my SMSes were totally stopped from 29th Dec, 2010 to 2nd January, 2011. I was unable to send any New year greetings during that time. When I contacted Customer Care, they were very dumb in replying. Most of them said it was a problem that occured due to network congestion and would be duly resolved in 24 hours. But then it took 4 days. Again I have encountered the same problem. The kids at the customer care service are very unefficient, they speak so fast that only they understand what they are speaking. They cant communicate in English at all but its so sad that they are not even fluent in Hindi and Marathi which is infact mandatory. One customer care guy put me on hold for 10 minutes saying he is connecting me to their team leader. Finally tired of waiting and disgusted wth listening to their sick music, I hung up.. The other guy said he's putting me on hold while he checks some information on my account. The chap forgot to put the Docomo music and I could hear what he was doing. He was chating with his colleague (who was also putting some customer like me on hold). They were discussing some Ajay devgan movie and happilly exclaiming how easily they can fool helpless clients like myself. I was so angry that could actually have sued this company. my problem stands unattended. I have received a SMS from Docomo stating that they have solved my problem but not even 1% of it has been solved inreality.. I am so frustrated. I am thinking of changing my mobile services. But that again is a big hassle. I wish that Docomo could take their client's issues a little more seriously. its very irritating to call customer care every now and then and then talk to them as though they have just started learning what language means. I have never come across such inefficient services and I am gonna change as soon as mobile number poratbility comes in. Shame on you Docomo!

                                  vastu pack hv deducted my 24 rs...theif, god send them to hell... n also tata docomo team also...
                                  For me too, I think law and order is not applicable for small victims, but the mobile operators are looting and gaining crores...see we are help less, what is the case of those uneducated

                                  I have 4 another case 1 to MTS, 2 bsnl, 1 idea... Any advocate ready to take case against these companies comment, I need them to be treated as thief and put them to jail for robbery

                                  They think that they can simply refund and escape... We must not allow that
                                  My busy life is not allowing to go to court and waste my days... So pl. Some one help

I m using tatadocomo sim since last four months, I gave a request to Company for activating DND service on my Number.and i Dnd service started from 2 of Dec 2010, After activating this service i got so much sms from tatadocomo company, then i called to customer care and told them about my problem, after it company took again take 10 more for solving it, again it solved,

                                    But yesterday date 05/01/2011 time 17.59 i received two calls from the tatadocomo company, the call was about the hello tunes of tatadocomo.
                                    the Number which i received is[protected], the calls came from this number,
                                    What Mean by DND ,because after activatin of DND, it is not working,
                                    WHY?
                                    If There are a rich person replace me, and if he get this problem then he do every thing which he can by his power, but i m only a student and not have any power, so i can do complaint that which i m doing, but cnnt do more,

                                    Please Sir/Mam Give me proper solution,and take legal action for tatadocomo company.

                                    Tata Docomo — UNWANTED SMS AFTER DND

                                    I Dakshraj Thadhlani a customer of TATA DOCOMO and my number is [protected] register with DND service on Date 28-Feb-2011, even then I am reciving some call and massage from TATA DOCOMO only.
                                    I agree with you, Docomo customer is the worst that we can ever have. I called them complaining about issue of internet recharge and the representative told me me that There is no facility of recharging mobile from Internet banking.


                                    One more thing that I want to say, If you are on call for more than 2 minutes then they will talk so rudely to you. During my call, I felt that I was customer care and talking so politely, And they behaved like angry people as if i have disturbed them with my call.


                                    Please Don't go for Docomo, My number is [protected], One can talk to me and I will tell you about DOCOMO, Some interesting features are -

                                    Network disappears for 2-3 minutes even if you are standing tower
                                    Message services fails twice a day, for 2-3 hours no messages are being sent from your phone
                                    Internet is cheap, But Pathetic in quality, It fails twice a day and they always say "TECHNICAL PROBLEM will take 4 hours to be okay", I used their internet in my bad times and 60% time you will face NO INTERNET ACCESS due to Temporary cum Regular technical problem.

                                      I have taken TATA docomo 3G wireless internet serivice in 18/12/2010. and connection number is Number [protected] through their agent. Intially it worked for around 1 week and after that it got disconnected totally. It is showing connection failed. When I taken up with agent, they told your application form is not properly filled or you persons were not avialiable during their check up for residence proof , but that was not the case as my family is staying in residence for 24 hours. so again they got new form filled up and supported with all documents submitted again around 1 week back and this is sent to TATA docomo office.In meantime, I have made a complaint to know what is problem with original application.The complaint number is docket number 230277 , and waited for 48 hours as per the reply message. After 48 hours , i got the message , the complaint is closed and stating that they will improve the coverage, even without knowing what is complaint. Agent is also saying they are helpless and can not do anything.
                                      under this circumstance , I would like to know from concerned, two things.

                                      1. What is fault in my first application ?. why connection is disconnected without reason ?
                                      2. What happened to second application ?


                                      Paying 3000 rupees may be small amount, but the way TATA docomo is handing is situation is horriable without giving proper answers or service.

                                        I am Rakesh from panipat. I requested for port in 0n 27/11/2010 from your dealer at panipat. They said that it will take maximum 7 days. But today after 39 days my no. is not ported in. I have contacted your customer care so many times , but they always suggest me to go to local dealers. I visited so many times to your dealer and also to your distributors (SANAJY SALES CORPO.) There Mr. vishal ( [protected]) & mr sumit ([protected]) say that we’ll solve your problem as soon as possible. Bt result is always same. Mr. sumit send my request 3 to 4 times for port in bt revert from 52291 says “ For the given del [protected] or RSN request is already received”. Please solve my problem
