We are reciving calls from the phone number [protected] in nights especially after 10.30PM. A male voice starts and uses voulgar language and it is un bearable. During day time when we call... after hearing our voice the phone will be kept under busy or swithch offs. What is to be done. What is the address and name of the user please furnish so that a police complaint can be lodged against that eve teeser.

    TATA DOCOMO started sending free BOLLYWOOD Gossip messages to my mobile. I ignored it several times as I thought it is regular marketing stuff. But 3 days before I saw that Rs. 30/- talktime is deducted from my account without my notice. Today I received a message from 52234 that I had a automatic subscription to Bollywood Gossip service. When I required this to Tata Docomo helpline they said I did not unsubscribed this service in free service period so they automatically subscribed me to this service and also deducted monthly charge of Rs. 30.
    When I asked them to stop the service and refund my money they refused.

    TATA DOCOMO is throwing useless products to their customers.

    SAME HERE!! Magically, i started recieving sensex updates from TA-52234 which have become a major problem. chatting or talkign to teh cx support doesnt help as they claim that it is not anything from docomo rather some promotional offer for which i should start dnd service, which is already active!! strnge... Docomo pls dont force the customers to walk to teh consumer courts!!

    Automatic subscription to Good Night alerts service
    TATA DOCOMO started sending free Good Night alerts service messages to my mobile. I ignored it several times as I thought it is regular marketing stuff. But 3 days before I saw that Rs. 30/- talktime is deducted from my account without my notice. Today I received a message from 52234 that I had a automatic subscription to Good Night alerts service. When I required this to Tata Docomo helpline they said I did not unsubscribed this service in free service period so they automatically subscribed me to this service and also deducted monthly charge of Rs. 30.
    When I asked them to stop the service and refund my money they refused.
    Yes, docomo is using this technique for compensating for the 3G spectrum. Please run away from docomo, as soon as you can. I have automatically subscribed for call me tunes (Many of my friends are saying this). Earlier for the same reason I gave up my Airtel connection too. So regularly check the balance, in particular if the connection is from bankrupt provider like DOCOMO.

When I required this to Tata Docomo helpline they said I did not unsubscribed this service in free service period so they automatically subscribed me to this service and also deducted monthly charge of Rs. 30.
    When I asked them to stop the service and refund my money they refused.

    I REQUEST TATA DOCOMO TO KINDLY STOP THIS UNNECESSARY SERVICE TO THIER CUSTOMERS TO EARN MONEY...

    I also met the same issue in my number.
    I am using TATA DOCOMO prepaid in [protected] number since 2 months.
    I got this sms nearly 2weeks before.Daily I got a message fro TA-52234 and getting deduction of 1.50 INR in daily basis.So pls stop this stupid things to save my balance.

    I am getting afraid to loose this TATA DOCOMO service by these brainless operators.
    They hav no idea about these issue.

      I regularly use to recharge my DOCOMO card from a local shop in Mulund East. But last time (2months back) the card that i took was not in a good condition, the moment i scratched it the page tore off, on informing the shopkeeper he shrugged of the blame to me (mishandling of card). but it is observed that during monsoon the storage in their shop is very poor as a result the card gets damp.

      Second instance , today i purchased a 100 Rs recharge and when i tried recharging those digits the message displays, " it cannot be recharged" . I doubt this being a case of bogus recharge.

      Kindly pay heed to my need. This is a repeatative instance.

        After conforming from the website, i had taken a 2000 recharge of tata photon for my husband as it showed a validity of 90 days. After recharging we got an sms that gave the validity as only 60 days. Despite us lodging a complaint with tata - complaint number 195414, we have not got any response from the company. When we spoke to the customer representatives, they said that their system reflected a validity of 60 days for the product. We as users have access to the company access and not the site of the employees. How are we know what changes are made if the website does not reflect it. I am copying the details of the web page that showed the recharge of rs. 2000 to be valid for 90 days. I am yet to receive any communication from their company. Kindly help me as I would want the validity to be extended to the time that they have specified or get a full refund of my money.

        Tata Photon — promotional sms

        My phone number is [protected], and i have registered my phone number in DND, even though i have received frequency calls and sms from the particular number i.e. [protected]. It will give more torture to me, i don't know what to do? Pl. ask the owner of this number to stop sending sms to my number.

          Iam P.MANI KUMAR([protected]).Few days back i had activated buddy chat plan in tata docomo service.Then I called to customer care ,told them to deactivate my plan .they replied it would be deactivated in 4 hours on yesterday and daybefore yesterday but today i was charged rs21 for renewal,it was renewed automatically.they are cheating people and cutting money on several packs.so,please take action docomo service.

          A poor service provider is million times better than a cheater service provider.

          Other service providers are not that poor or not a cheater.

            My name is Jatendar Singh Jagait (Contact no [protected] ). I applied for a Tata photon on 21 september, 2010 under the combine offer with Gateway Netbook. My bill no for Tata photon is 3177201 Customer and Application Number is T[protected]. Customer executive Dhiresh told me that device is not available and will be delivered to me within 3 days. Now, 4th october, 2010, I am still listening to the same excuse that device is not available. I have launched 2 complaints on tata croma website on 27 september and 2 october, 2010, but to no avail, today being 4th october 2010. My complaint numbers being 175/270910/PC Accessories/110046 and 175/031010/Accessories/111356. I have already lost a lot of business due to the delay. Who will pay for this loss? I am doubtful whether I will ever get my Tata photon card.

            Tata Photon — non delivery of device

            I booked a tata photon postpaid internet connection on 2nd September, 2010. My application number for the same is 3161070. The person (name: Mr. Hemant) promised me that the device would be delivered to me within six days after booking the connection. I have to say regretfully that even after 12 days my device has not been delivered to me. I have checked my bank account statement and it is showing that my cheques have already cleared on 9th September, 2010. I have called the customer care service [protected] several times and each time they reply that your problem will be rectified within 24 hours. I wonder if Tata have a different scale of time beacuse 120 hours have elapsed since I complained in their customer service centre but of no avail. I request everybody who is reading this forum not to trust Tata and never buy their product because they will cheat you and harass you.

              Dear Cconsumer this is my humble request to everyone to please not to use tata photon as it is a con people acting like thugs they exploit emotional sentiments of people as india first company and use it to con people out of their hard earn money .

              when i had brought tata photon plus they assure me that it is a broadband internet connection and you will get the speed in mbps but the service runs according to its mood sometime it goes as slow as 70 kbps which is a dial up speed.

              Even though i am given Rs 1500 as to tata photon every month yet i am receiving severe hardship , tata photon has monoply in jammu and they are using this widely to exploit innocent people

              i have Rs 1100 broadband plan with 10GB night pack , but in month of september i recieve the bill 5500 although my credit limit is 3000 which means by connection should be stopped as soon as it reach 3000 credit limit .

              Tata photon night plan starts at 11p.m but they didn't told this thing if you login at 10:50 pm. night plan will not be activated to activate night plan you should login after
              11 pm , now how you can know this thing if no one has told you .

              on the other hand if you login at 6 am in the morning as soon as clock crosses 7 your day time will be start.

              this logic is a clear way of tata photon to fool people.

              many innocent consumer on whose money this company is working is cheated many are to shy to launch the complain

              i have launch thousands of complain in but this issu is not resolved .

              since my business is on internet i have receive severe losses , and in addition i recieve mental harrassment.

              i have conversation with numerous executive , neha , aswani rahul to name a few but still my problem are not resolving

                tata docomo is one of the worst of the bloody worst mobile service providers,if they want money they just charge for some non sense reasons, recently i was charged 20rs for downloading some game in there docomo-dive-in which i never did and no fool will do it either.and the same day i was trying to call to there customer care executive no body is picking the call it says they are damn busy with some other thing it seems. i dont know y they have a customer care center itself.its completely .

                  I have a mobile prepaid connection of Tata Docomo-[protected].Love tips Monthly service was activated on my no. automatically few days before for which Rs.24.75 was deducted instantly & Rs.1.50 is being deducted everyday.I contacted Customer Care Representatives through phone & through online chat repeatedly but the service was not deactivated, only complaints were taken.Please deactivate he service immediately.

                    SIM CARD — FAKE SCHEME

                    Global Direct people visited my home and told me that both of my no's, [protected] and [protected] would changed to GTK 299 plan (Re 1 STD and 0.5 local) within 3 days. They also took money for that. When I checked after a month, it was not changed at all and I ended up paying extra money. FIRSTLY SOLD A SIM CARD WHICH WAS RS 299 AND THEN 4 MONTHS EXTRA BILL WAS RS.150 APPROX. SO I HAV LOST MY RS. 900 IN IT. I lost a lot of money because of that. I REQUEST U ALL READING THIS MUST NOT TAKE ANY KIND OF SIM CARD FROM VENDORS COMING ON YOUR DOOR AND NOT ENTERTAIN SUCH KIND OF STUFF N ON TOP OF DAT DEY TOLD ME BAD WORDS WEN I BROUGHT DIS IN THEIR CONSIDERATION PLZ NE1 KNOWING THEIR EMAIL ID PLZ SEND IT TO ME SO DAT I CAN COMPENSATE FOR IT

                      I wanted to install new connection of Tata Photon Plus for my Laptop in pune. I called them up and thr representatives came to my home for demo and information. I gave them cash and they told me I'll get my connection in 2 days as It was urgent need for me and I specifically asked for this.The day he came to my home I gave him documents which I had and told him I wont be able to give any other document. If if you rquire any other document then I would not like to get new connection from you. Simple and strainght.
                      But even after 4,5 days I did not get connection so I called them. The guy was saying my documents are not proper and all. I told me to cancel the connection and refund my money as thr was no need to argue with documents. I contacted thr manager in wakedewadi branch and I described him the situation and He told me they could not give me cash return but they will send check and I'll recieve this in 15 days max and I was okay with it.
                      Its been more than 45 days, still waiting for check. When I call customer care they ask me for customer no, which I dont have beacuse I never got the hardware and other things but they have my money and not willing to communicate as well.
                      Please look into the matter and suggest action needed

                        i have 2 tata docomo simcard. i am using internet through my ph using 48rs recharge of docomo. it's running fine from one sim card. now i activated the same plan on the other docomo sim,but it's not running anyway. moreover when i called twice the customer care regarding this issue,they blocked my number so they dont have to receive any call from me. when i called customer care from my 1st number,they r saying it's temporary blocking. i can call them after 12o'clock of night. and they have sent me the internet stting like 10 times but it's not happening. plz look into this matter and solve my problem as soon possible.

                          the ndtv award winner 2010 tata photon plus speed show on papper is 3.1mbps but customer get 0.04mbps , i check my photon speed on www.bandwidth.com & www.speedtest.net,
                          in india tata compony reputation is good as well as milestone for indian economy
                          from last 5 month i face connectvity problem & speed problem,
                          my goodness after show error 777,error 718, error 721, error 921, error 678, error734 etc..... some time its connect after redial then window take update & antivirus update ,

                            from ompany number to Individual in October, 2008 and the same has been convered to Pre paid around 19-12.2008.
                            all the bills have been paid including Rs.1450/- that was due to the Airtel on 24th instant.
                            The mobile phone is out of coverage since today moring i.e. 27th decmber, 2008 for reasons unknown to me.
                            I am travelling in Andhra Pradesh and this is a serious convenience to me and hence needs to be reddressed immediately failing wihch I will have untold hardship.

                            Pl do the needful.

                            i took Docomo sim card by submitting necessary documents.It was working fine for 20 days and suddenly showing as 'Inactive Sim'. I called customer service at [protected].They did'nt guide me any.
                            Then i been to office at

                            The manager(Mr.Vikram) is giving reckless answers and not giving solution to my problem.

                            I have taken POSTPAID tata docomo unlimited 899 plan . Its been 8 days i have taken the connection. Still my sim is not activated .
                            Every day i am visiting Tata Indicom Exclusive Store (174 No.120, Ground Floor, Next To Bata Showroom, Sampige Main Road, 8th Cross, Malleswaram, Bangalore - 560003) and every day they are asking for one more day .


                            I am completely frustrated with your services . Pls activate my account today itself or refund my Rs 850.

                                I Anupam Mandal have taken one number of TATA Docomo from "Mobile Store" Vashi and submitted all documents to same shop.

                                The number activated on 19th June 2010 (I guess). But after that I got SMS from docomo few days before (16th Sept, 2010) regarding document submission and then I have resubmitted all documents as per advice of Gallery executive on 17th Sept, 2010 to Vashi - Tata Gallery.

                                After that from next day outgoing has been barred and then I have contacted with customer care by web chat and I got the information from the executive (Praveen)
                                , "the outgoing will be release for you by 72 hrs".

                                After 72 hrs I have contacted with "Harish" via web chat and he told me it will be activated by 48 hours. Then it's not activated and I have visited the TATA Gallery at Vashi where I have submitted the documents and they told me it will be activated by 24 hours. Now almost 32 hours over and not activated and again I contacted with customer care by web chat with “Karthik" and he told me” you have to visit TATA Gallery again and then told me it will be activated by 48 hours".

                                Now explain me, if there is no enough documents then how it was activated more than 3 Months? And when I have submitted all documents to TATA Gallery not any mobile shop, then why my number is not activated after 7 Days?

                                Now we can understand “what is the standard of service from one reputed organization of India, even globally".

                                I think this is the worse mobile service provider of India.

                                one of the worst service i ever experienced in mumbai.i had the same experience my number is [protected]. worst and useless customer care executives. do not able to provide exact information what the customer want. now i really regret to bought this sim, really useless . i suggest do not buy this, or never suggest anyone to this service.

                                    I bought a Tata Photon Service for Rs.3000 in April and it didnt get approved due to Tata's policy. Hence I wanted to return the Photon Device and get my refund of Rs.3000. I spoke to Mrunal from Tata Complains Team On [protected]. Later I was asked to visit the dealer and collect my refind. I was only give Rs. 2250 and said only rs. 600 will be refunded by the company and Rs.150 will be taken as expenses incurred. I agreed. Hence I followed alll thier procedures and followed up for 3 months and yet there is no refund. Please get this sorted as I am extremely dissatisfied that they always promised to call back and fix this and never did. This is highway robbery, They are not even bothered about Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading. Please help.

                                    Tata Photon + — False and Incomplete Information

                                    I have purchased TATA Photon +.
                                    Earlier I ordered for postpaid connection because I got the offer of Goa holiday package. But when the delivery person came there was no document regarding package, they were just trying to be-fool us. When it comes to payment company needs it in advance before activation of service but afterwards they don't want to give anything in return.

                                    Secondly when I took prepaid photon+ there was printed information of all India roaming free service. But nowhere it was mentioned that the device cannot be recharged from out of the state. This is an important information which the company should share with the consumers before and at the time of purchase. Because of this mishap i was not able to access my important mails and thus I suffered also. i would like you to take appropriate action against the said company. Or kindly guide me for the required action.
                                    Yes, I am also on the same boat. Offered bill discount and Goa holiday package and now they don't even answer my email/calls about the promotional services they offered.

                                        IMEI:[protected], with my e-mail service<[protected]@yahoo.co.in>, since my cell got lost today on 23/09/2010, at express high road, at Mansarovar stn crossing.Actually I was driving the car from panvel to Anushaktinagar, when we parked it to the side, while getting down, @1820 hrs, the cell fell off from my wife's pouch & we realised it after half an hour,
                                        we returned back and lodged a police complaint NO: 1712/10, Dated 23/9/2010 at Kalamboli Police station.I feel the cell phone is being used in between, please block all its services, and try to locate itat the earliest.
