Dear sir/madam

I am Rakesh from panipat. I requested for port in 0n 27/11/2010 from your dealer at panipat. They said that it will take maximum 7 days. But today after 39 days my no. is not ported in. I have contacted your customer care so many times , but they always suggest me to go to local dealers. I visited so many times to your dealer and also to your distributors (SANAJY SALES CORPO.) There Mr. vishal ( [protected]) & mr sumit ([protected]) say that we’ll solve your problem as soon as possible. Bt result is always same. Mr. sumit send my request 3 to 4 times for port in bt revert from 52291 says “ For the given del [protected] or RSN request is already received”. Please solve my problem

      i have purchased a tata phton plus from hi tech communication marathalli bangalore no.[protected] with plan of Rs.950/- 5 GB data monthly. but i am unable to use at least 1 GB data because from the date of purchasing it is not working. and i have complained about it the company replied that the address verification is not completed. but three times their representative has come at my address.but still there is no response from company.please look in matter & help me.

        Dear Authority,

        I am the subscriber of Tata Docomo for last 02 Years. On 30th Dec-2010 I did e-recharge of Rs 25 on my cell [protected] from a retailer at Patandur Agrahara ( Rajlakshmi Enterprises) Whitefield Bangalore-066. Due to server problem retailer told me that currency will be credited later & given Rs 25. But neither I got the message nor I got the balance. I checked with the Customer care executive also & I was told to check with the retailer only where i recharged. But Retailer told me that the amount has been credited & even he got the message that recharge successful message and he forwarded me the message which transaction Id is [protected].

        I did not get the proper response from the retailer he clearly told me that if they get the recharge successful message & currency not credit to customer account it's not their fault & they can't help for this........
        This is a cheating with the customer from either retailer or dealer . This is to bring to your kind attention how the customers are treated by the dealer... Customers are not getting the justice..

          I ASKED REPEATDLY THAT IT IS TOTALLY FREE OR ANY HIIDEN CHARGE BUT SHE STATED IT IS FREE ABIDE THIS I WAS CHARGED FOR THIS FALLING THE CASE OF 420 OF MISGUIDING ME FOR SELLING THEIR PRODUCT SO ACTION MUST BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM SO THAT IN FUTURE THIS TYPE OF CONDUCT IS NOT DONE

            I used my ICICI Debit Card to pay INDIAIDEAS.COM LTD for a top up of Rs 200 for my daughter's mobile no. [protected]. The transaction no. quoted by ICICI Bank is BIL/[protected]/ok/TATADOCOMO_MICI.
            Th eamount of Rs 200 has been debited from my account but the recharge value has not been credited to the mobile number.

            For the mobile No. [protected], I have recharged for top up Rs.150 dated 29th Dec, 2010 through ICICI net banking. Ref No: [protected]. Due to some error occurred after the transaction, it is not credited in the mobile, but the amount Rs. 150 has been debited from my account.

            Kindly rectify this error and credit the amount for talk time in the mobile.
            I have recharged my mobile online.. Rs.125. thru Tata Docomo online Recharge...the amount has been deducted from my bank account...but still the recharge amount has not reached

              Tata Photo Service is very very very bad service.

              They are selling card within 2 hours but for any issue we have to wait for 30 days.

              Totally i am tired to get solution for my problem.

              They are having very worst network team

              My suggestion dont go with Tata Photon.

                I user of TATA DOCOMO. I would like to inform you that I m getting sms from 54321 without any reply or sms & deducting the charges per sms. I called in customer care before 2-3 days & he told me that send one sms on same number then you will not get any further SMS from us but next day again massage has come and again yesterday i.e. on 29 DEC 10, I recd. 5 to 6 massage & deducted the money I called again in customer care & spoke to Mr. Praveen & I told him to stop sending SMS, he told me send SMS on same Number with typed UNSUB mumrenews and he given complain no.[protected], but today on 30-Dec-10 again I recd. some massage & I checked my balance there was 10 Rs. deducted, I don’t know without any reply & SMS, I am getting massage from your side & deducting the money.


                Please look into the matter on an URGENT BASIS & send my money back.

                  hi , i got a tata photon with authorized dealer displayed on tata site for pune ....mr sandeep([protected])...he is big fraud ..he sent 1 agent named muzafar who did charged hell lot than authorized prices aswell enquied for all unnecessary stuff ....after that he took original doc (electricity bill and said will return after taking photocopy ..................didnt submitted any docs ....and my photon not working since last 6-7 days ....
                  tata customer services and centers are pathetic .....after resubmitting doc and waiting for 72 hours services are not started ....
                  TATA is big fraud .......
                  SANDEEP is well known in pune for cheats of photon sell

                    sir,i am SHAHID from AP.I made an online recharge of Rs.501 four times through my debit card on 15th nov 2010. The amount is taken from my bank account. My Account got recharge only two times in four recharge.and totally Rs.2004 it deducted from my bank account.but only Rs.1002(i.e two times of Rs.501 recharge)recharge i got recharge.

                    hello sir this is Vasanth Kumar from Mohan Enterprises. I have been doing my Real estate business in R.T nagar Bangalore-32 and also Recharge for all the company like Airtel, Aircel, Vodafone, Tata Docomo, Ieda. Mts all the recharges was going well specially tata docomo customers are more now a days in this development of your company some cheap executors are spoiling your company name one of the executors who is coming to our office named by Rakesh his mobile no is [protected] he is so cheap, our sim has been activation for the past 2 years suddenly some scrach in the sim so it was not activate so we give our sim to Rakesh to renew our sim ( duplicate sim ) he has done the duplicate sim and he has sold that sim to some other person, in our sim it was Rs 1300/- if we do call to him he is not responding us and he is saying to compalin in the docomo branch office we dont know the perfect place were is the brance office in R.T nagar Bangalore -32 so kindly tell us how to find the solution for it.                       never use tata photon

                      we all have great faith in tata industry tahts why we purchase their every new product without much caring about the quality.

                      this is what happen when i purchase tata photon , they say that its speed is as good as broadband , but their speed is poor then even dial up .

                      i am paying 1100 rent for the tata photon plus but their speed is very low , even dial up speed is better then them , i complain to them serveral times , every time they say their speed is low to conjuction , it will become better next day , but nothing happens their speed remain low , we consumers pay them hefty amount thinking they will provide broad band speed but reality is diferent , so i advice consumers not to use tata photon search of alternative , like relaince data card or other service provider.

                        I activated GPRS pack on 12/28/2010 and at the same day i got a message relating to some game download and i was charged a hefty fee of Rs 99.My balance was around 115 rs and it was reduced to 16 Rs immediately.Why was i charged for a download which i did not do.Moreover the customer care officials are simply repeating the same thing saying that i downloaded some game.If this way docomo starts to cheat its customers then its high time we people start raising complaints in the consumer court.
                        I have raised a complaint with DOCOMO and the Complaint No is "228723"
                        I really agree about this. I have the same issue for my mobile number too. They have charged me about Rs 494 for 2 months for which I haven't downloaded the game pack at all. I ask for technical resolution and Docomo guys say the billing department has charged you for the downloads.

                        I have have visited their centers in Hyderabad and I ultimately have no solution for this. I have been fighting with Docmo people since I took connection.

                        I never knew that TATA would provide such a bad service in our country.
                        This is what TATA DOCOMO is assisted to me

                        I have taken the Docomo connection for 2 months. In my first bill I have been charged for Rs 396 for Java game pack and Rs 99 in my second bill towards game pack. I have no clue about these packs. I have not received proper resolution towards. At first instance I haven't downloaded these games.

                        I have only solutions for you people is provide me a waiver fee for Rs 494 for incorrect billing and settle the issue at the earliest. I am if your company gives discount for unpaid amount. I keep receiving SMS saying we will Rs 50/- off for today for unpaid amount. I never had a proper resolution from my first bill.

                        If this is issue is not settled in next 2 days I will apply for number portability to switch to different operator(Ref:TA346674). It’s been a worst nightmare dealing with customer care.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have taken a TATA Docomo connection. My number is [protected]. Initially i got a call by stating my rental plan and add on which i had opted. They had confirmed through phone that i have 2GB data plan available and based on that i have used the number. Now my number got disconnected by telling that i am exceeding the credit limit of Rs.800 and i have the usage of Rs.1150/-. When i contacted the nearest customer care, the Manager told that some sites wont support the free data and i need to pay Rs.1000 to activate that number where in unbilled usage was just Rs.74

                        When i asked reason for disconnection, she told that my old bill amount is pending with TATA. I cant understand which amount they are speaking of. When i asked regarding that Manager doesnt know anything.This was not communicated to me earlier or not mentioned in any forms which has been given to me. Now i am no more interested in using Docomo. Requesting you to take an action for this misbehavior.

                          Pl update as i am receiving threatening calls from some numbers. In fact oday i 've received a call from delhi claiming that they are calling from COURTS and they asked me to come to Delhi Courts and also TATA Docomo has filed a case against me. Also they are claiming that i am penalised for Rs.35000/-.
                          Mr. Rupinder Singh (Assistant Manager-CSD), also came to me from TATA dongle problem. He asked me to pay Rs.1200/- and he 'll restore my services. So i paid Rs.1200/- on 16.03.2011 thru online payment via transaction no. MCIT[protected]. But of no use.
                          Pl look in to the matter as our issue is still pending to be resolved..then how can TATA file a case against me?? Also, i m a customer of TATA Indicom from last two years and ive ne'er delayed payments. Infact i've made payments on time every month.
                          This time also i am asking your company to resolve the below issue but these type of calls i m receiving is harassment to me.
                          I request you to pl look into the matter on urgent basis..so that the pending issue can be resolved at an early date..

                            Subject:-Cheating Customers with attractive ads and totally looting

                            Reason :-
                            1.) I got a docomo dongle 7.2Mpbs speed modem .when I bought I had recharged for the 30 days validity plan which promises 5gb of data @ 7.2 MBPS speed later the speed will be reduced to 128KBPS until the validity of 30 days. But in real scenario the after usage of 5GB the connection was disconnected .After I enquire with customer support the reason told was due to unavailable balance we had disconnected your connection. To activate the same kindly recharge again was the reason Given.
                            2.) The speed is also not really good very worst performance most of the times .I never got speed more than 128KPBS in this past 20 days in central part of Bangalore . when I wrote a mail to customer support with some supportive documents after several mail chains they said this is not the right place to contact for your queries regarding Data Stick, even though I wrote clearly in my first mail I am not using 3g services using mobile .Later I had tried to contact the toll free customer service no which is also useless most of the times it is unavailable .when I was able to connect to that toll free number the answer I got was mentioned in the point 1.

                            Totally I had lost my hope in tata docomo .This is third option I tried to contact tata docomo ( i.e Customer Feedback and complaints after toll free service and mail response) which is also useless the page itself got some error not able to submit the page.

                            3G DATA CARD — Cheating

                            I was looking for a broadband connection, and once i got a call from that vintel communications company, and they explained the offers and promised me that they'll be giving me the connection in 10 working days. and i paid the cash of 4000 to them.... and now its already 2 months, till now i did'nt get any call, sms, connections nothing, and i called them once to ask regarding the connection again they said me that they'll providing the connection in 7days. even after waiting for more than 7days.

                            yes exactly, 3g service by docomo is nothing but waist of money, it used 128kbps internet through my airtel number through phone iwas much happier than this RUBISH, they jst cheat people like this, by the way am having the 7.2mbps device, most of the time its lesser than 128kbps, and even wont load anypage properly and some times goes upto 4mbps for less than one hour, (BUT BELIVE ME OVEALL ITS NOT WORTH PAYING RS100 ALSO FOR IT), you wont be able to watch properly anything from youtube ALSO, am here to advise you not to buy this bullsht service, ([protected] mohamad), am wllin to sell my device for 1500(I PAID 2500 FOR DEVICE AND 1500 FOR 10GB USAGE)i could get 2mbps wireless brodband from airtel(UNLIMITED)with that money, ANYONE INTRESTED IN USELLES COLECTION WITH NO RESPOND CAN CONTACT ME,
                            It is clear from your Reason 1 that you are facing the disconnection issue. You got answer from the customer care department that you are disconnected because your 5GB internet usage has expired. First of all, I want to tell that all the browsing as well as downloading will be counted in this usage limit. So the actual problem you are facing is the Speed, I think. The 7.1Mbps connection promised by Docomo is the connection speed and not the download rate. The download rate will always be somewhat 10 times lower than connection speed, and as it is a wireless technology it will vary according to the disturbances faced by the signal.

                            So, if you are getting 128 KBPS download rate you would be glad;but if it is your connection speed, you have to contact the customer care very soon.
                            I strongly advice NOT to get into Tata Docomo 3g trap.
                            Docomo connection speed is very unreliable. It goes up to 4mbps at times but most of the the speed is around 128 kbpx. Also doomo do not have good 3g spread at least in karnataka. If you stay in fringes of bangalore or set outside it would switch into 2g (as advertised) which will give you 10 kbps speed.

                            Icing on the cake is their extremely pathetic customer care service, most of the members in customer care numbers do not understand how their product is used. I have not been able to access their online chat service yet as it keeps on throwing error page.

                            I got some support from the retail guy who sold the device to me and even he is of the view that the outsourced customer care of Tata Docomo in Bangalore is useless as all his customers are facing the same issue.
                            (Surprisingly Tata photon which is a different entity has pretty good customer service)
                            I agree with you Lashmi Ram, The same thing happened with me, they are useless, playing with the people's money.

                            Somebody should Sue them for this non sense.

                              kindly deactivate Health sms services, un necessarily they r charging . cheating public for renewal permission has to be to be taken buy the consumer . without our knowledge they are deducting from our pre paid amount . who has given permision todo so ?
                              blody beggars if they are not deactivating within 24 hrs timne will drag them to consumer court. They even donot give the option of talking to customer care people.

BUT RECENTLY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM JOKES.I JUST DISCONNECTED THE CALL.BUT FOR DISCONNECTING THE CALL I WAS CHARGED Rs.25 FROM MY MOBILE.THEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS TO THE CUSTOMER CARE.THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL REFUND THE MONEY IN ONE HOUR. BUT THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY BACK. THE NEXT DAY I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE. BUT THEY SAID THAT THEY ALREADY REFUNDED THE MONEY.BUT I HAVE NOT RECEVIED YET. BUT WHEN I ASKED, THEY THREATENED TO DISCONNECT MY OUTGOING AND INCOMING CALLS FACILITY.AND THAT WHOLE DAY THEY BLOCKED ME FROM CONTACTING THE CUSTOMER CARE.                                 this is 4th time i am complaining against tata docomo worst service.
                                they are become worst day by day.
                                i had a recharge of 250 pack with unlimited free internet pack and then i activated 1 day 50 MB internet pack of Rs. 5 which was not working on HVC settings.
                                but suddenly it worked on yesterday evening on HVC settings...i thought it was due to my unlimited pack of 250.
                                then i surfed on net...after completion of my surfing, Docomo cut 130 Rs balance from my main balance.
                                i was shocked and then i thought that it was due to 5 Rs. internet pack.
                                so i checked my remaining MB by dialling *111*1#...and it saw me that 3.15 MB was still remained.
                                so the question is that why tata docomo cut my 130 Rs even if i had free internet pack on that day!!
                                they are making us fool..i never see this type of worst service ever.
                                I want my money back.
                                kindly take strong action against this company &amp; its customer care service.

                                  I am using SIM Card of TATA DOCOMO. As per the instruction of TRI , the Service Provider Company was advised not to make any Promotional calls to the customers. But The Service Provider Co. is making such calls continusly . Yesterday such a call was made on my number and asked to press a particular no. in order to activate a service. The call was received by my little son. He didn;t understand the matter and press the particular number key. Then a sum of Rs 30 is deducted from my account balance. When I contact to the customer care he said that the deducted money will not be refunded, So kindly look into the matter and do something in our favor.

                                  Tata Docomo — Promotional calls and messages

                                  Tata Docomo gives useless calls regarding their promotional offers.

                                  I SMSed "START DND" to 1909 but Docomo sends a message telling me that my request can't be proceeded.

                                  Idea cellular was much better in this regard atleast. They immediately had accepted my request.

                                  Can anyone tell me what I should do?

By using SBI mobile banking application i recharged for my friend mobile no. is [protected] for Rs.60 on 17th Sep-2010. with Transaction id=[protected]. But recharge has not been done for that no. but in my A/c amount Rs.60 has been deducted. Regarding this matter please take the necessary action and do the needful to credit my amount.
                                    I have recharged my mobile online.. Rs.125. thru Tata Docomo online Recharge...the amount has been deducted from my bank account...but still the recharge amount has not reached

                                      i had purchased tatadocomo3g dongal internet services on 1st of december 2010. every day after 6pm it does not connect at all. i called the customer care several times. initially they tried to solve the problem by phone it self, when the problem was not solved they agreed to send a technitian and get it rectified. one day technitian had called up for appointment and i told him to visit me after 7pm any time at the mentioned address, but he replied that his afiice hours end at 6pm and so he cannot come. when i called the customer care again to send another technitian they say that the network is not available in my area and i need to start using it some other place or shift my entire office to a different place. please take this matter seriously and get me the refund of my entire amount.

                                        now then where do i start? for months now, tata docomo has troubled me with unwanted packs being activated on my number without any reason. They have charged me 30 rs for more than 4 times now, I have recently put my number on DID, but that bloody thing takes 45 days.

                                        Today, i did not operate my phone for the entire day and I received a message saying that Health Tips has been activated on my phone. my number is [protected]

                                        Am growing increasingly tired of this and I would be soon finishing this number of mine (as soon as my balance is over), probably tata will eat it out anyways.

                                        What steps should/could I take in this regard?
