This complaint is with regards the TATA PHOTON broadband connection that I had purchased from M/s Croma at Lower Parel.
My data card no is[protected].
I made this purshase in the month of July 2009,following which for the next 10 months I enjoyed hassel free perfect service.
However since the last 2 months i.e. since June 2010, there is simply no connectivity everytime I try to connect the device a failed message appears.
After repeated complaints for over a month and a half my pleas were finally attended to by the customer care executive who after numerous failed attempt inforem me that due to lack of Tata Broadband tower in my area i.e. Hindmata, Dadar (E), Mumbai -400014, I will hence forth be unable to use their service.
I have two questons here:
i) How did the company provide flawless service for 10 months in the absence of a tower???? Has the tower vanished over night???
ii) Do I not deserve to be compensated by the company (Which has flatly refused to do so) for my loss of time and money and putting me through this mental agony & anguish???
I therefore call upon the authorities to help me and bring me justice, by helping me to get refund of Rs 4500/- paid for the data card & further Rs 5,00,000/- as compensaton for mental agony & anguish and deficiency in service, that I have been subjected to.

i have never requested you for activation of the caller tunes, still i have a caller tune for which i was charged 45 rupees i want my amount back
within 24 hrs
because your service was good all my family members opted for Tata Docomo but now we feel it was a mistake n if such blunders continue v wish to switch to an other service which would provide better services ONLY ON OUR REQUEST. i want my 45 rupees back by tomorrow
