[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Cheaters - Photon 3G+ Wifi

The sales team (call center guys) called me on 5th June'14 with the details of the new Photon 3G+ wifi device which can give speed up to 21.1 MBPS and support up to 10 devices at one time. I purchased the same on 7th June'14 (Saturday) for Rs.2250/- and they promised me that this will be activated by 9th June'14 (Monday). As i work for IT company and need the Internet facility 24X7 hence started feeling jittery when the services were not started by Monday 2 PM. I called the same sales team (Nethra, Monika, Latha ) but they either continued to disconnect or did not pick up. The worst part was when one of the sales team picked up the phone and then after realizing who i am started to act as if i am not audible. I have been calling these guys almost every 3 hours daily till today (11th June) but shameless people dont have courtesey to keep customer informed.
