[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Complaint against tata docomo customer service

I have recently taken tata docomo broadband connection with 1Mbps unlimited plan. As i was told that any change in plan will be effective from billing cycle only. My billing cycle is from 15th to 14th of every month. I had written email on 29th nov13 to < [protected]@tatatel.co.in> to get my plan changed to 4mbps fup [protected]@1000. I got response saying that feasibility check will be done and i will be notified. I again wrote an email to check status after waiting for few days. Same template based reply was given to me again. I checked with my local vendor and he confirmed that 4mbps feasibility is there in my locality and few people already using that plan. I informed the same via email to 3030 however same template based reply. It is so annoying when your email is not even read despite of multiple attempts. I have even written multiple emails to appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com but no response from there also. Today after waiting for 20 days when i again called up customer service, i am being told that my plan has been changed to 4mbps however it will be effective from next billing cycle. Now i have to wait for another one month to get my plan changed. Whole delay was done by tata docomo and consumers have to suffer for the same.I want my plan changed with immediate effect. Complaint numbers are M16777695 and M16835449. I would appreciate if my issue can be resolved. My Tata docomo number is [protected]

Now i got the response that my plan has been changed however it will effective from next billing cycle. I am aware that unlimited plan change happens from billing cycle only that is why i initiated plan change request on 29 Nov13, which is 15 days before my billing cycle date of 14dec13. Why it took so many days to register my request of plan change. Only solution is to change my plan with immediate effect
