I WANT TO CHANGE MY POST PAID NUMBER TO PREPAID NUMBER, FOR THAT I HAVE SUBMITTED THE REQUEST ON 21st January, then they told submit the proof to show room, so that i have submitted the proof on 23rd January, the show pupil said, "your complaint number expired, so you can not submit the document right now", the same time i called to customer care again i got the complaint number then i give the new number and submitted the proof,
They simply told your mobile number will be changed to prepaid on 07fEB2014 at 7.28pM. After that i called on Feb 8th morning, they said you are not picking the call on 1st of Feb14, that is why we have not changed, so you receive the call on 8th evening, please attain then your complaint will be solved, i waited up to 5.30Pm then i called you customer care officer and asked about the status, they told you have to visit the show room then only we can change your number Post pay to prepaid, Kindly guide the same.

    Hi, This is Rakesh, holding tata docmo number +91-[protected]. I am in unlimited 899 plan. The connection is active since Sep 2012 and i am using the call conference (3 way call conferencing) from then till 4th-Feb-2014. Suddenly it is not working on 5th Feb 2014, when i asked customercare executive they say, call conference will not be provisioned for unlimited plans refer on website. When i ask the question that, i am using this service from plan activation till 4th feb 2014, they say now they cant provision the 3 way conferencing. It is cheating, forfeiting, black-mailing. Aprt from this i have lot of issue: No proper network Call disconnection Noise Harassment from tata docomo saying commercial usage on my number which i am not usine and many. I wish you take legal action on them and provide me the justice.

      Respected sir, I have recharge on my mobile by online 3G pack 18/1/2014 worth 253Rs. That recharge fail, but company not refund amount which deduct on my debit card account. Customer care no satisfactory answer this matter .So, I complain against TATA DOCOMO company to refund my amount. Thank you

        This company debited amount in last week of december. my no. is [protected] That time I recharged internet pack of rs.125. After 2 hours I saw internet is not working and both the main balance & GPRS balance is zero.. Then about 1 hour later i got a message from docomo that the amount is wrongly debited and will be refunded to my account within 5 working days.. But i didnt got my balance back yet.. Tata docomo cheated me.. Please help me in getting back my 80 rs amount. Thank you

          My name is fasal and I am using Tata Docomo number - [protected]. I checked my offer by dialing *232*1#. I got offer as recharge with Rs 40 and get talktime Rs 40. But, when I recharged it with the said amount, I got only Rs: 32.60. My transaction number is [protected] . But, till now, didn't received the remaining talktime. So, Tata Docomo is fooling the customer by showing offer and not adding it to the account.

            Yesterday I have some 450 Rs currency in my mobile. Suddenly I got a msg from 50202, that I have subscribed for GIRL ZONE @ Rs 50 for 60 days through message To notify everyone, I never give ok option for OBD - On-Board Diagnostics messages.Please refund the amount of 50 rs to my main balance. Already, I have complained here with same kind issues twice. Just without the customers knowledge or permission, simply there are activating some services, whenever we have currency in mobile with more than 50 Rs. Its a day looting job. DOCOMO can't understand this!!! DOCOMO, do wants to loose your reputation online??? Frustrated with your service, again there is only poor network in Dewas.               I am shocked and pained to know that such a large business conglomerate like the Tatas is fleecing people by promoting a double talk time top-up for its Tata DoCoMo CDMA Prepaid customers. Once trapped, one is forced to purchase only a double talk time topup in perpetuity. I wonder why the TRAI allows telecom companies to indulge in daylight robbery by permitting such schemes? For over two years I was able to purchase topups for my Tata DoCoMo CDMA Prepaid connection online without any difficulty at tatadocomo.com. But recently, I made a tragic mistake by buying a Rs 100/= topup offline from a shop nearby. Not only was the call rate of this topup prohibitively expensive, but it was also being sold by shops without any indication whatsoever that it was a double talk time offer. To add salt to the injury inflicted on me, all topups and special recharge vouchers have been disabled online at tatadocomo.com. Even a 1 paisa balance prevents me from making topups online. All the available avenues for complaining (phone, email, chat, etc.) have been exhausted without any resolution in sight. This is not what we customers sign up for. Let this complaint also serve as a warning to anyone considering purchase of a double talk time plan from Tata DoCoMo. Complaint Number: PRRG12849620

                  I am Chiranjit Roy, I am a customer of ‘TATA DOCOMO’ my Tata Docomo number is [protected] on the 4th February 2014 at 11:20am, I take a internet pack from Tata Docomo with dial USSD *191# then 6. Start/Stop, then, 1. Start a service, 3. GPRS Pack, 2. WB circle only, 2. One Time Activation, 2. 200MB Free [protected]@Rs15, Hi You have requested for a pack that is valid for 3 days. Select 1 to activate or select 2 to go back to the main menu, 1.Activate, I chose 1 for activate then I get a SMS from Tata Docomo “You have subscribed to GPRS15 at Rs.15.00 for 3daysthrough USSD. Enjoy 100MB data for 3Days…………” as per his USSD information he give me 200MB internet at Rs 15 but he gave me only 100MB at Rs 15. I want proper punishment for this type of company.                         Just 5 minutes ago, I got a call from same number which is - [protected] and the Abuse language was over and above the heights this time.


                        She said - take the complaint back otherwise, I will have to regret it later along with a huge round of abusive language. (In Hindi).


                        I am forwarding the entire case to several authorities available online and offline.


                        I am scared now! Indeed, I would seek police protection as well.As she said that I will have to be guilty of me complaining against her.


                        If anything happens to me, this girl will be responsible for the belongings.

                        My question here is - Are these the services of Tata Docomo ?????


                        We become Tata Docomo customers to be mentally assaulted ????

                          I ordered Tata Photon Max wi-fi on Jan 25th 2014. Received the device after a week and submitted the documents to the delivery man. Its been 4 days now and the services have not been activated yet. The employee Mr Shaqeel who collected the money and the documents is not picking up the calls and the customer care is not capable of doing anything except expressing their sympathy. My order no. is EC[protected] and MEID no. is A 00000 498 ADB 80. Expect the company to respond since this kind of servise is not acceptable

                            I had registered for tata docomo broadband on 16th of january 2014 completing all formalities of address proof, photrographs, installation fee of 570 Rs etc. They promised me broadband connection at my home within 2-3 working days. It has been almost 19 days and they still give me promises that each day the connection will be installed at any cost. I have spent around 300+ Rs just on calling them all day long. I work in an IT company and they have called me many times at home that connection is being installed please come home from office and then gave no response. On telling them to cancel the connection they say that finally it will be installed each day.Their local engineers have no manners to talk to the customer too.                               Hi, Truly speaking as new customer of Tata Photon I will never recommend to anyone I have purchase Tata Photon connection # [protected] on 21st Jan 2014 & till date I am struggling with service desk to get this thing activated. Its almost 2 week and still issue lies unattended. There is no clarity from support desk side to fix this issue. Every time i call support desk they provide me a new time line with no confirmation to fix the issue. False commitment & non adherence of time line is like a fashion at Photon service desk Being following-up from last 2 weeks, I am now frustrated with such a lethargic and pathetic approach of Tata Photon peoples. Hence, I don't want to continue with this connection and demand for full refund of my Purchase Dongle + recharge cost immediately Regards Ritu Verma

                                I recently purchased a Tata Docomo PostPaid SIM Card through online Event " New Connection at your Doorstep". OrderDate : 21st JAN 2014 Received it on : 24th JAN 2014. Rs. 300 was given upon delivery. I am still waiting for my card to activate.This is a completely Flawed system. Contacted Chat Support. The only thing say is that it takes only 48 hours to activate the card.. and it will be activated anytime soon. Also, they say that they have not received any payment from me. Contacted Phone support, they say the same thing. Sent an email at [protected]@tatadocomo.com... No Answer. Tried to raise a complaint through Docomo portal, It requires registration. And since I do not have tata docomo Phone number, it will not let me register.. Tried to raise a complaint through shop.tatadocomo.com, it does not submit the complaint. probably the web page is not working. What else I can Do? The Delivery boy who delivered the starter Kit took Rs. 300 from me. He gave me the number of his boss... Mr. Mahendra : [protected].                                   I have applied for MNP from Vodafone to Tata Docomo thinking that they have good plans and better service. However, its just the opposite. I have been facing so many problems. I have received all the confirmation messages from Vodafone and Tata Docomo that all the formalities have been approved . However, the service hasn't started still.

                                  I have been to the customer care centre twice. They ask me to call up customer care number. I called up customer care, they tell me to go to their store. I mean they are just fooling around with the customer. We are not free to waster our time in coming and going to the customer care centre. I have made a big mistake of choosing Tata Docomo.

                                  On top of that there are so intelligent people sitting in the Customer Care numbers. One guy tells me to wait for 1 hour and the number will be activated. However, it didn't. I called up again and the person says that the SIM card s corrupt and get a new sim card again from the centre. I mean a how a brand new sim can be corrupt. Also, after every question he put me on hold by telling that let me ask my supervisor as I don't know the answer to the question. How can such a big company put people like this to solve our issues.


                                  Please look into the matter. I have the customer receipt with me along with all the messages. Vodafone people have called and confirmed the MNP.

                                      3G network not getting...getting GSM network...but 3G network unable to get...H symbol is not coming and also no signal in "WCDMA only" setting in network mode...and also tried different mode...but only getting GSM network not 3G network...

                                        Poor Service and helplessness to the core. I had disconnected the number on 15th January. My outgoing stopped on 16th January. My bill was generated on 17th January. Knowing the very bad service of Tata Docomo, I again went to Koramangala Office on 23rd January (My Bad to trust and go again!) to pay the bill and close the account. I was informed that it was my last bill. I had a deposit also for Rs. 899. The TataDocomo representative at the counter asked me to pay the remaining amount deducting Rs. 899 from the total bill amount Rs. 1192. I was told that the remaining amount would be adjusted against the deposit. But 2 days back, I received an email stating to pay remaining Rs. 899. My bad, I again called customer care, who said that I have to pay Rs.899 and also my number was cancelled only 2 days back. (How worse can it get??). It was not over yet. I was said that another bill would be generated on 17th February and for close to 15 days (17th to 30th January) I have to pay though I had disconnected on 15th January. This is Heights of cheating. To top it up, I asked the customer care to escalate the issue. My call was placed on hold for 16 minutes and it was disconnected. And to make even more worse, my deposit amount will be paid only after another 67 days. Is there any little service and honesty there in this company? Regards, Hari Alternate Number: [protected]
