    Respected Concern, I am Madhusudhan pulimi. My Tata Docomo mobile number is +91-[protected]. I am using Tata Docomo Prepay service since more than 3 months. Since last few days a service called " WWESUB " is automatically been activated on my mobile phone and Rs. 5 are being charged per day. Since I noticed this I contacted customer care through Online Chat Session from Tata Docomo website and they returned me Rs. 5 back and also deactivated the service WWESUB. Its very very irritating for me. I don't want my Rs. 5 since I think Tata Docomo is in great need of those 5 rupees but don't want that irritating service " WWESUB ". I wan't permanent deactivation of the service and my balance deductions. I am afraid of Tata Docomo and totally dissatisfied with the service offered and if this issue is not solved permanently then I would prefer to port out of Tata Docomo. Note: We are educated guys so, we are able to get money back. just think about illitarate guys. How can they get money back?

    on dated 18/4/2014 at 9:00 o'clock ...my balance was 541 & had 3g service that contain 441 MB ... i was use my internet & in 3 minutes my balance is 0.
    i was not download anything then how my 441 mb completed & as well as 541 rs...it's because TATA DOCOMO company cheat peoples...give me my 541 rs...& do justice with me...

    i was also contact customer care .he was not helped me.He only told me call on 198 after 3 hours..docomo service is very reckless in this case...whan i dial it..198 no is not exist..solve my issue as soon as possible...

    My balance was 331 Rs, with 800 MB of 3G data remaining. I downloaded some videos of 250 MB and disconnected . It showed 550 MB remaining 3G data. Then I realised that I forgot to check my mail. I turned on Mobile data, and I started checking mails, suddenly i got a message on my phone. "YOUR ACCOUNT DOES NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS TO MAKE THIS CALL". I turned off mobile data. I checked the balance, it was 0.03 Rs.

    First of all I don't know where the hell all the 550MB remaining 3G data disappeared.
    Secondly how my balance came down to null.

    I mean, Tata Docomo people should have an answer for this. This is not the first time I have used this 3G pack. Last 2 yrs I am using same pack every month. Same thing happened several times before, but that time i did not have much balance in my account.

    This time its heights. I don't know what these guys get by cheating the customers.
    10 April i activate internet plan of Rs 8 on my tata docomo number after activation of internet pack my balance was Rs 203 & data remaining is 50 MB. After some browsing i disconnect my mobile data & check internet data availiable it was 23MB then after browsing some more internet my internet balance remaining was 15MB but as i check my balance, my balance was no longer Rs 203 it was just Rs 103 then i contacted customer care, they told me that my balance is deducted because my internet data has been finished, then i ask them my internet data availiable is still 15MB . Then customer care executive say that we can't do anything your mobile internet data has been finished that's why your balance was deducted. But at that time my internet balance was still 15MB. I don't what the hell tata docomo company is doing. There service is worst

    I was using internet and i get a service message that my data usage balance is 3.08MB, so I activated a booster pack for 21 days @rs 89 now my main account balance is rs 34.48 from rs 189, when I called the customer care they asked me to check the balance as it was rs 103 so I hung up and checked my balance it was still the same rs34.48, now my call is not getting connected neither to the queries number nor to the complaints only.
    And this is not the first time i'm facing this problem. Every time there is problem and if called the customer care the executive puts us on hold like forever until we hang up and next our calls are blocked.

On 1st may 2014 about 00:05AM my balance was about 266 Rs. after 2 or 3 min abt 00:8AM I have recharged my account for 11 RS. 3G net which gives 30mins. unlimited surfing + downloading, i have got confirmation msg for recharge successful. after that i have checked my internet balance by dialing *111*1# it replies 1800 sec, tht time my account balance was about 354 Rs. but when i have start my internet, suddenly my balance was exhausted. to Rs. 0.08. when i have checked my internet balance it was as it is i.e 1800 sec, i have called customer care on 198 he has told me that your balance will be refleted back in account within 48hrs, but i m very sorry to say that i havn't got ant balance from tatadocomo. he has provided me a call id no. [protected] and he told me his name. as SHIV SHANKAR a Senior officer.
    so my request from u plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

    I recharged my phone with a 251 rs. pack in which there is 175 talktime and 1gb 3g internet. After a tym about 120+ balance was deducted from my phone. I asked the customer care service that about this and they were telling me that this happened due to my net browsing, so the balance will not be refundable. Then i checked my gprs bal in which it showed me 5mb balance remaining. How they can deduct my balance if still have 5mb of balance in my account. Im very sick of this carrier. If they dont refund me this time then probably im gonna take a big step.

    Have called up the cust serv at tata docomo for my bal deduction as on 31/7/2014 of rs 50.00. Then later even the next day as on 1/8/2014 i did a bal of 125.00 Rs (transaction ID [protected] ) this bal was done at 6:54 pm and have checked the bal and the total bal available was 130.31 Rs and jus after a some time there was bal deduction of 113.89 Rs .

    please note have already done a net pack and have never done any browsing of GPRS.

    for the explaination of the deduction have called up again at cust service and spoken to Mr. Moreshwar with the cal ID no [protected]
    The said supervisor did not write my complaint and was very rude and arrogant, also the said executive hav fail to resolve my issue, rather they hung up call twice . i have complaint against the supervisor Mr Moreshwar and the executive at the call
    No help was given by them instead the supervisor refused to logged my complaint
    I have a T24 Sim registered by Amit Roy's name. I have recharged with Rs 30 half an hr back & my ac got credited with Rs 23. Just few mins back my whole balance got deducted & my current account balance is 0. This is really something ridiculous. I love T24 service but this kind of inconvenience are hard to deal with!     Company charges unnecessary balance deduction from my mobile.
    They give me excuse, low data balance in you account. And they deduct 178rs .

    sir, 21/10/2014 Ko internet browsing karte wakht mera balance kat gya.. Halaki mere account me data balance bhi bacha hua tha.. Phir bhi mere main account se 456Rs kam ho gye.. Maine care me contact kiya .. Toh unhone bataya ki aapne multipale browsing ki hai jiske karan Aapka 456 Rupee ka charge laga hai but aapka balance 8 Ghate me aapko reefund kar diya jayga..

    2nd November 2014 my balance was deducted around 35-40 rupees .when I call customer care they said balancebalance will refund in 4 hours but it didn't come than I call them nextnext day again they again said that this time balance will b definitely come in 4 hours but it didn't come again than I call them next day than they said that balance will not refund. And not talk nicely they talk very rudely and unbearable that's why I m.complaint about it. And I need my balance back otherwise i will change my network I m 5 year long docomo's consumer but I have to do that if they don't solve my problem

    I am pramod potdar. My docomo no: [protected]. No 17/11/2014 in topup my card with 299 rs. The plan was 200rs talktime and 1.25gb 3G net. on 20/11/2014 all this data and talktime is zero 0. Nothing is wrong from my side. And worse thing is that they to receive calls from the same number twice. Thats very rude.
    Without using any service(call, sms or net), I have been charged with Rs.130. There are many issues regarding this service provider. But they dont provide any assitance for any issue. Chat support, customer call centre as well as the email support are not proficient in providing any kind of detail.
    Today I got a message saying ModelVideoClub is activated at Rs99.0 for 30days.Bal:Rs76.44 at 13-Dec-14 23:12.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free). But I dn't activated that one. Please do needful as soon as possible

    This service has been activated on my phone number [protected] which i did not activate, i was browsing through the internet when suddenly a pop up opened up (182.156.191.80 < this was the address) and i closed it immedietly, and a few seconds later it gave me a message that the service was activated and 43.33 Rs was deducted, kindly resolve this issue, i've called the customer care and they're cancelled the service instantly, but i want my refund right away.

    furthermore i was told that my call will not be forwarded to the higher ups, and the refund will not be done, and i was told that it takes confirmation atleast twice before the service activates, but what i don't understand is how come just closing the tab with 1 click activates a service.

    Tata Docomo — Tatadocomo max wifi poor net speed

    I`m using Tatadocomo max wifi. Very very poor network & net speed is horrible. They claim to give 156Kilo bits per second. But constantly provide 40 to 80Kbps. I`ll suggest not to buy any tata docomo product.

    Unnecessary charging for messages

    Frustated with docomo customer service. They are charging for all messages i send, though i have booster plan. I tried calling for customer care but no response from them.If this persist, i will quit using Docomo network.

            To some one from TATA Docomo This is regarding your number [protected]. This is owned by some Star Homeopathy. These people are SHAMELESS and DISGUSTING. They have been calling repeatedly after telling them I am on DND and they should not call me ever as I have no interest. They are asking why they should not call and what is wrong. I told them how would they feel about giving me their personal mobile number and I call them at odd times. From them on they are abusing me and calling me frequently. This is complete violation by TATA Docomo of TRAI rules. I request someone from TRAI to cancel the permission of TATA Docomo for giving our such connections to tele marketers which is illegal and leads to harassment of people in general.                   I have received post-paid bill (Rs.750) for two mobile numbers [[protected], [protected] ]. I have not used these number and not even taken the sim from the sim card holder and bought those sims one year back.. How could i get bill without using those sim? I am getting messages that a legal notice is sent to my billing address(but did not receive anything like that) everyday which irritates me every day to pay the bill in court. there is a contact number given in that message when I contacted that number, they said that they will de-activate that account number if no outgoing call is found and they said we are from legal department. Is any thing like legal department ?? then for few days no messages received.. On 24/1/2014, I again got the same message and a different contact number when contacted to that number, she replied to pay the bill. she said that I am assistant lawyer of some one what should I do now ?? In first call, they said that account number will be deleted if no outgoing call found and now they are saying to pay the bill in court ?? are they playing with the customers ??

                    I have same problem in changiarh mohali area. My net is disconnecting after every 2 to 5 mints. I have also spent hours on the phone and spoke to various people and supervisor nothing fruitful came out and people from customer care told to close the call as I think they cant close the call without any solution. I have also updated my devise from Tatadocomo outlet 8 Sec chandigarh but didnt get any result. I have lost lots of work due to this problem. Now I will switch to other service provider.If anyone from tatadocomo have solution to my problem talk with me.

                      I bought a Docomo SIM card ([protected]) on 21st Jan, 2014 and I don't know why but I'm not even getting a signal. It may not have been activated yet but I'm sure I should be atleast getting a signal. If I try to register it through mobile networks option in my phone it says 'SIM Card not provisioned MM#2' and does not register on Docomo network. It says the SIM card expires after 6 months of packing but its been packed on 15/11/2013 so its not expired yet. I want this problem to be solved immediately.

Some factors beyond our control, but which hugely and adversely impact data usage can impact on the network and signal strength and therefore affect connection speeds/ continuity.                             I wanted to know why it is disconnected permanently & its not my mistake that verification process right ?. So, as verification process is from your side with out any intimation how can the number be disconnected permanently. If the verification is not done it should atleast be in the existing connection (CDMA) but even it is also disconneted. So, please verify & get back my number to atleast the existing cdma or complete the verification process & convert it in to gsm. Please activate this asap

                              Hi, Amount of 514 INR was deducted from my balance without any information. When I called customer care the executive said it was deducted because of excessive data usage but my data pack is still under limit. The agent was not able provide any proper answer.                                 I have been trying to get a technical support from tata docomo for more than a month as there was a disturbance while receiving the in coming call in my land line phone, .I have written number of emails, but there was no response, once a person had come to check the line and went away giving false hope saying that the lines will get will be ok after some time etc ..., but nothing happened the problem remains unresolved., due to this.I have stopped paying my bills.

                                Pls can you help me to make this resolve, once things are ok i am ready to pay my bills.

                                  I am having Tata Docomo number-[protected]. I am using Roaming Free Plan of 252 on this number. I am unable to recharge any Top-Up on this number. I tried to recharge easy as well as online of Rs 100 and Rs 120 many times but i am getting message as "your recharge is declined by DOCOMO". I complained to the Customer Care but they are behaving so rudely. Everytime they told me that there is no issue from their side. I even mailed the complaint to [protected]@tatadocomo.com. Its more than 2 weeks but my problem is not yet resolved. Please help me.

                                    My Complaint mailed to tata- Few days ago, I had UNFORTUNATELY purchased a tata photon wifi data card device from one of your representatives who reflected a very rosy picture about Tata's internet services. I was assigned no.[protected]. However, I am distressed to note that the said device has not been activated till date. I have made at least a dozen calls on your helpline no.[protected]. Every time a complaint is noted and a person calls me up the next day, without redressing my grievance in any way whatsoever. I came to know that my device is NOT ACTIVATED and I shall have to take it to some Industrial Area unit of your company, where technicians shall activate it. Please note that I AM NOT GOING TO ANY OF YOUR FACTORY OR UNIT. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SELL ACTIVATED DEVICES. WE ARE NOT GOING TO RUN AFTER YOUR CARELESS TECHNICIANS TO GET OUR DEVICES TO WORK. YOUR REPRESENTATIVE HAD DEARLY COMMITTED THAT THE DEVICE SHALL GET ACTIVATED WITHIN 24 HOURS, IN WORKING CONDITION. I am convinced that Tata can only sell Tata Nano cars, propelled by a bounty of benefits from Gujarat Government. Internet services are not your cup of tea. Please note that I have already faced loss of work because of non-functional status of your device. I have spent at least 100 minutes over phone requesting your representatives to put the device in place. I got a call then from TATA today saying that they are sending a person to pick my device and get it fixed. However, it has been 6 hours since I have been waiting. Tata Docomo, a company worth millions of turnover CANNOT AFFORD 2 LITRES OF OIL in sending their representative to my place. Its a shame. I ve tried calling their phase 8, Industrial Area landline number, which they flaunt so proudly on their letter heads. Guess what! The number DOES NOT EXIST! It seems I am dealing with a local 'thekedaar'. The 'soup walas' who stand along the roadside will provide you better services.

Hence I got the massage from DOCOMO by stating that "sorry, we were unable to process your recharges request. we will refund the amt to your account in 5 working day. Your payment reference number is MSPD[protected].

                                        hello sir my name is annant and my cell number is [protected] sir my internet data pack was supposed to expire after 18th jan, 2014. so i did online recharge of rs 253 by using special recharge option on 17th jan, 2014. under the scheme i was supposed to get 222.5 rs of talktime and 28 days of data pack validity with an limit of 750 mb. i got the balance but my data pack validity expired after 18th jan. but as per the scheme i should have got 28 days of validity. i called customer care but didnt get any satisfactory answer. i have enclosed screenshot of official tata docomo website where it states that recharge of rs 253 will provide 222.5 balance and 28 days validity and another screenshot of receipt which i received after recharging from freecharge.in kindly look into the matter and do the needfull thanks in advance
