First I say i have worst experience with you guys. Although i am involve with tata photon last 5 years.
Let's tell u in detail:
recently i have upgraded my existing connection with WIFI and promised by the customer care agent it will be activated in 1/2 hour.
But next day it not activated and call to customer care then promised it will be working next day morning, ,
but next morning it still not working, call again to customer care then promised it will be working in next 24 hrs for sure.

But again it is not working... call again to customer care again they have promised next day some technician call me to resolve this issue.
But again no body called and it is still not working. it is almost 8 days i m suffering.
Called again and again promised to some technician call me, they called me for scheduled time i have tell them to call at 8:30 pm, but they have still not called.
it is almost 8 days i am suffering, please help.
