Dear Sir, I have recharge with Rs. 250 of 3g internet pack for 1 GB, but on my mobile net speed is too slow. various time your range shown full & Net service not started or various time in one city your network shown in romaining in day your network gones app 5-8 times & service totally disturb I have talked with your representative but no proper response from them I have used Handset of Sony xperia C in same handset Idea has given best service and your customer care says it may be handset problem I asked to my friends regd. this they also told that your service is very poor and they also has same complaint I think I you are selling 2 G packs in name of 3G & taken money of 3G service

      Tata docomo has activate post paid sim without any verification.I have talk Tata Docomo customer care, ha told your verification is positive.I have received Tata Docomo Post paid sim as it is same.not opened envelop nor sim card remove from pattern.I khow about number is activate & monthly rental applicable from April, May & June & monthly rental is 225 Rs+service tax.

        I clicked on "Buy online" at the Tata Docomo website for photon wifi dongle. The DSA who came to deliver the wifi dongle collected Rs 5000 and gave me a receipt in my name and took the KYC papers. I had 3 months unlimited usage. Photon no-[protected]. After 3 months, I wish to change my plan, then I come to know that my number is activated under "corporate segment" and that I cannot get the plans as published on website. I register complaints with Tata Docomo vide ref no[protected]/[protected]/[protected]. They say we are unable to do anything. I write to the appelleate authority and there is no reply. I write to the MD and their is no reply. Frustrated, I decide to surrender the number and next day a person calls me from customer care to confirm for surrendering so that the can stop the services. Amazing customer care. Should be renamed "DSA Care". It's not matter of Rs 5000, but the company should have control over their field staff as they for their personal gains are fooling the customers. The DSA very calmly tells me on the phone that he can activate numbers only under corporate segment, then why was he forwarded my "BUY" request by the Tata Docomo website. My request for purchase should not have gone to this DSA at first place.

            Dear Docomo Team, I miserably fail to understand how and when to communicate to you guys. I have registered a complaint on 28th may 2014, reference no[protected] for which i was promised a resolution by 2nd june. However, i received the message saying the issue is resolved on 1st june but since then i have been receiving calls from your varioous CE's/inter dept people saying that this issue cannot be resolved and i will be charged for it. Although i have not seen the generated bill by you guys, but judging by the amount of bill for june month, i can swear you have charged me with the services not used. Kindly get this resolved else i will have to go to NCDRC and register a complaint against TATA Docomo. Would request you guys not to act like cheats and thiefs, at least consider the name attached before docomo when providing such pathetic & horrible service. piyush jain

              Hi, First I say i have worst experience with you guys. Although i am involve with tata photon last 5 years. Let's tell u in detail: recently i have upgraded my existing connection with WIFI and promised by the customer care agent it will be activated in 1/2 hour. But next day it not activated and call to customer care then promised it will be working next day morning, , but next morning it still not working, call again to customer care then promised it will be working in next 24 hrs for sure. But next morning it still not working, call again to customer care then promised it will be working in next 24 hrs for sure. But again it is not working... call again to customer care again they have promised next day some technician call me to resolve this issue. But again no body called and it is still not working. it is almost 8 days i m suffering. Called again and again promised to some technician call me, they called me for scheduled time i have tell them to call at 8:30 pm, but they have still not called. it is almost 8 days i am suffering, please help.                   Having purchased 3G stick, I am forced to run around for technical issues.                       I am using TATA DOCOMO postpaid number. i put request on post paid to prepaid change. Till now it didn't get changed .i cleared my current and unbilled amount when i raised requested that time till now it is not getting changed but bill generating TATA DOCOMO cheating me.i am calling daily and spoke to customer care they are telling it will change tomorrow or else they are telling technical problem i did'nt understand is there any technical problem in more than 18 days. This is the worst customer service i am facing in my life time. I checked with docomo store also they are also telling server problem.if you are not resolve customer query certain time what is the use of having customer care and store.i am very much irritated this customer support.i am keep sending mail to customer care they did'nt respond at all.i lost my hope there after it will change or not. my tata docomo number : [protected] Name:Mehul Vaghela

                        I'm John and my number is [protected]. On 23 June 2014 at around 4.40am I got a message from Docomo stating "Movie World is activated at Rs75.0 for 60days. Bal:Rs126.18 at 23-Jun-14 04:06. To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free)" Of course, Rs 75 was reduced from my balance. I never activated any such pack (I did not even get a request to activate it, in the first place. So we can rule out accidental activation). This message came out of the blue while I was watching football on TV. I tried calling customer care right then and also the next day but I did not get through as the automated message kept on disconnecting my call, stating all of them are busy. I even went to a Docomo outlet to start out the issue but the guy there had no clue. I'm a journalist and I've been using Docomo for the last 2 years. I've had unauthorized deductions of 10s etc now and then which I didn't care but this 75 really got on my nerve. I'm really annoyed and if the issue is not resolved soon, I will use stronger and harsher channels.

                          I am here to make complaint against Fraud bills, Tata Photon Plus customer service and billing. Myself Chandrakant Dandekar, Photon plus account number as below Account No.:[protected] Photon plus No.: [protected] Customer Name: Chandrakant Dandekar Location: Mumbai Contact Number: [protected]. Brought a Tata Photon plus postpaid connection on dated 30/11/2013 from Mr. Amol Shere ([protected]) with plan 2GB unlimited @Rs. 350/- as said by Amol Shere. I have started using Photon plus from 06/12/2013 but on 10/12/2013 I received mail regarding outstanding of bill amount Rs.122/- (Bill period 05/11/13 to 04/12/13). I paid Rs.122/- against bill payment that also without receiving instrument. Later I started using same photon on 6/12/2013 to 20/12/2013 with 978MB data usage on that I have received bill for the month of Dec’13 amount Rs.730/- bill period (05/12/13 to 04/01/14) on dated 09/01/2014 which was informed to Mr.Amol shere as per his commitment he advised to change plan but due to their wrong billing and services, hence I stopped using the data card from that with the full and final settlement of Rs.400/- on date 17/01/2014 (transaction number is MEPG[protected]) and remaining amount will be waived off as said by Mr. Amol Shere. On the same date I requested to Mr.Amol Shere to convert this connection to prepay but he didn’t took any action it. I sent cancellation mail on 20/01/2014 to [protected]@tatadocomo.com. But there were no response TATA people on the same. An executive call me for the balance payment outstanding every month, executive told me that there is payment left of 1500.00 something. I said that I have settled down and paid the payment. Hence there is no payment left from my side. Again Tata asked me to clear my outstanding payments. After each and every follow-ups with Mr.Amol Shere and TATA People harassing by calling for the same reason. After some month again I received the call and asking for the same balance payment. Again some people from the billing department called me up and asked me to make the payment. And several times several peoples call me back regarding the same reason of making payment and as I told them about the whole thing. Again today 26/06/2014 I got call from Ms. Prachi [protected] saying that do the payment else they will file case against me for the not paying due of Rs.1500/- It’s my request to consumer forum to take necessary action against TATA Photon people mainly Mr.Amol Shere who is denying to solve this issue.                             I went to docomo office to exchange my sim for the lost one. they have exchanged it. but I have told them to track my lost mobile using IMEI number. I have already filed FIR for my lost phone. I have told docomo representatvie about it. and also showed them the proof of the true owner of that mobile. but thay said no to trace the mobile.                               I got a new sim card of tata docomo in karnataka 8 days back and its still not activated. I got It from The Mobile Store and they charged me 100 rs for simcard but still they did not activated. here is the no of the my new sim card :[protected]. and IMSI:[protected]

                                I have purchased New OMH Prepay SIM (# [protected]) on last Friday at Velachery Brand store - Chennai the SIM is not Activated yet, Yesterday i went to Brand store where i purchased SIM they said will check and confirm but they said we forwarded your application like that. It is almost 1 week duration to activate a New SIM. It totally upset for me with Tata Docomo.

                                  My Tata docomo mobile number is [protected]. I have recharged my phone with RC.38 which gives me 20 TT+ 25/min. 48 hours were completed even I don't get any special balance.I am not able to connect to customer care with my phone. Your services are disabled, this is response that i am getting while trying to connect with the customer care. Please solve my problem...

                                      I purchased a Tata Docomo 3G connection ( number.-[protected], Account no[protected] on 28 jan 2014 under 5GB @ Rs.400 quarterly annual rental plan initially. I got the connection disconnected 22th May Aug 2014. Afterwards I received a bill of Rs.1, 951.43( bill no -- [protected]) on 19 Jun 14 including one time payment of 1650 Rs. after I disconnected the connection mentioning that as I have disconnected the connection before six months, I have to pay a churn out fee. Let me re-iterate that when I was purchasing the connection, the agent did not mention any churn out fee clause, also the pamphlets that were given to me did not contain any such *T&C. In addition to this, when I was disconnecting the connection the customer care representative never mentioned about any churn out fee associated with it even when I kept on asking them for any additional fees for disconnection during several interactions via phone and email. This is very unprofessional & shocking behavior by Tata Docomo and it shows a lack of transparency in their dealings. It also shows how its representatives are hiding facts and misguiding the customer in order to extort additional money. I would request Tata Docomo team look into this issue. Regards Amar [protected]

                                        Yesterday i have replaced my old sim because of some network problem from parimal garden docomo office ahmedabad.

                                        the sales executive assured me that the new card activated within 3-4 hours, but still not activate that card, more than 18 hours passed.

                                        when i say him to gave me contact no of that office he refused to gave me number and say we haven`t number in office.
