Tata Docomo — no benefit received | |||
helo recharged my number [protected] with rs 7 stv, which provides data chrges of 2p/100kb for 30 days, as i done recharge on 15 june near about 11 pm with trans id [protected], but i didnt recieved benefits even the message i got that recharge is sucessful the docomo is keep cheating on, plz help me out as ur customer care is useless just to harass the customer not helping them my alternate n umber is [protected], Was this information helpful? | |||

I had called customer care and selected an offer given by Customer care executive and later when i dint get the benefit, i again called them and inquired them why am i not able to receive the benefit, then DoCoMo replied that you were already having benefit so some other offer .
If that is so then the customer care executive should have mentioned the I wont be able to get benefit from the offer..
They Didnt even give me back my money nor they gave me the service ..
And on top of it they didnt even recorded my complaint..
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER..
THEY ARE WHITE COLLAR THEIVES..
