I had a connection of tata photon wifi max with no as [protected]. i was not getting speed on my connection but data was continuesely showing as i am using it i complained it to customer care that i am not able to use data of photon due to bo speed but usage is daily increasing. So i request them to either solve this or cancel my connection. But they didn't take any action. I clearly told them that i will not pay any bill because speed is zero but data usage is increasing and they told me that they will note it down for no bill. Then finally i call them to disconnect it. Now tata photon customer care continously calling my and saying to pay a bill of approx 2200. I am just asking why should i pay the bill for service i didn't get. Please look into this matter.

Its been more than 2 months since i registered above complaint but till now I am getting daily phone call from Tata Photon.
Now they are saying that No is still not closed and have you given any written complaint to shut the service.
Also the way to talking is so rude that i have stopped picking up the call still they are calling from different number and hauling that we will see you in court.
Is this the way of talking to customer?
Please look into this matter.

    Hello my self kuldeep and I am your customer from near about last 4 year. Your company slashed my data and balance many time without any reasons. I have complained so many time to your cc executive and they have told me that sorry sir we will not do this again but every time your company and your employees cheat me. I will tell u a better way. That every morning u all are make a call to me and beg to me that sir plz give us 10 rp daily. Our company's financial position is not good so that u give us 10rp daily plzzzz sir. Come on beggars beg to me I definitely give to u. Use less beggars beggars beggars! Shame on u beggars!!!

          I asked for porting my prepaid no.[protected] from Tata Docomo to Airtel on[protected] at the Airtel H.O. at Mandevli, Chennai, duly filling up the Form with address proof and my photo. However, uptill now, i.e. today[protected], I have not received any intimation from Airtel or Tata Docomo. My UPC code is valid upto[protected]. I personally contacted Airtel Sanathom Offiace, Chennai today[protected] and I was told that Tata Docomo have rejected porting request of mine to Airtel. Tata Docomo are deliberately refusing porting of the numbers. Earlier, I had asked for porting this number when it was post-paid, but they did not do it despite the fact that I had paid all dues with some extra money in deposit. Subsequently, after switching over from post-paid to prepaid, I had once again (after three months) asked for porting to Airtel. They again did not do the porting. When Tata Docomo deliberately delay and refuse porting, what should I do? Whom should I make the complaint to? Thanks. K.Ramachandra, T. Nagar, Chennai.

            I have been using a tata photon plus dongle from march 2014. My plan was the Rs650 3GB unlimited one.I used to get speeds at around 200-300KBps till the 3GB capping and a speed of 30-35KBps afterwards. For the last two months the speed has come down drastically, 50KBps till 3GB and 5-7KBps after 3GB. When i enquired with the cust care they told its a temporary issue because of some network upgradation and it would get normal in 2-3 days.. Its been almost 2 months now. I have not any experinced any improvement in speed. One thing i have observed is that when i activated a speed booster plan the broadband speed become normal. I do not know how this happened. If tata photon can do anything about it they better do because i may disconnect and move on to their rivals.

              Tata Docommo has been calling customers from the non sales number. I have bee receiving calls from [protected] which is a non sales or service number. For my account No[protected]. I have requested for disconnection of account which never happened on time. They continued charging till the limit get exhausted. To adjust the same they have utilized the deposit of Rs 1500 deposit to them. Now they are asking to refund the router else they will charge me 4500 additional which is completely cheating on top of it they are threatening to sent the legal notice.

                i buy a photon max wifi on 6th june and i will go out for my work outside of delhi. tata photon executives missguides me everyday . they say wait sir ur photon will pe activated within @ hours or till moorning or till evening. m outside of delhi thats y unable to buy newone thats y i have get a loss of 50499 in my ticketing company and also my it person close ma website and emails too.. my photon number is [protected].

                  I bought tata photon + & paid 2k but speed was nt good. When i complaint they suggested me for photon max.When I took the TATA Photon max wifi postpaid connection by paying 2k again, that time I was promised that it is fast and very good in quality, But unfortunately this speed is horrible & no results so far. All working under the TATA photon are speaking nonsense, without having any knowledge to resolve, Only they drag the things, making the things more frustrating, my Complaint Number[protected] . Still it is not improved.I believe they should be sue for false promising during marketing.I should change the TATA number, earlier I had Tata Photon plus, that too was very slow, after complaining as per their suggestions I took this wi-fi connection 6 months back around, but this also found bogus. All nonsense technician I complaint to deepak gulati bt no response from concern team. One person mr boby called me & said ur facing slow speed problem due to your location is highly utilized. If the service is nt good den why ur charging amount from us.. request you to refund photon max upgradation amount & last 2 month bills payment refund.. My TATA Photon Number is [protected]

                          Im using an tata docomo wifi stick as i live in delhi and there was no tata docomo networks here . From 2 months my device is unused. I requested cutomer care to resolve my problem as they didnt closed my connection. But now this time my estick is closed and after also my bill is coming without any usage and they are not closing my account and now they are telling if your device will closed for 10months then also you should pay for 10months without any usage so please resolve my problem and cut my bill plz My number is [protected]

                            Hi sir, madam I have submitted all the documents to tata docomo ofice 6 months ago to cancel my post paid connection bill.From past 6 months i am not using my mobile.Since i am not in INDIA. I repeatedly requested you people after submitting my documents to cancel my post paid connection. You people said that please be patient it will take time. Now You people say that i have not paid the bill. How can a person can get a bill without using his mobile.So, I kindly request you people to check all your logs and mails regarding this. I even written a letter, to the kurnool branch road in ongole before i came here. And you people simple ignored all my documents and letters that i have submitted for you to cancel my postpaid connection. Now how can u generate bill, this is not fare.                               My name is Manoj Rawat and TATA docomo no. is [protected]. On 23 May 2015 I recharged my account by Rs.90. I used some of the balance for calls and until 31 May 2015 night around Rs.63 were left. But next day i woke up there was 1 paisa in my account. When I called the customer care they told me that it was consumed during net browsing at 10paisa/10kb rate at 1:20am in the 1 June2015 morning when my whole family was asleep and I have no application installed in my phone, whatsoever, which consume data except a browser, which definitely can't browse itself. They said you type 'DATA' and send an sms to 121 to get details. I tried that and message came stating that "You have no data usage till date". Then i called them again but I am not able to connect with the customer care since then (MAY BE THEY BLOCKED MY CALLS IMMEDIATELY). Now I see internet is flooded with similar complaints about "UNNECESSARY BALANCE DEDUCTION by TATA DOCOMO". These kind of misdeeds are definitely not expected from a company whose name is associated with Mr. RATAN TATA. If there is anyone who resolves these issues please do the needful (I want my money back).

                                Hi, My name is Rudeswar and my mobile number is [protected]. I would like to complaint strongly about TATA Docomo who is the worst company i have ever seen. They will send messages regarding the offers and trapping the customer to attract and recharge the amount. In my case i got a message on 13 may 2015 stating that if i recharge rupees 25 i will Rupees 35 rupees talktime with a validity of 30 days. But after doing that i didnt get full talk time and the validity is only two days. When i dialed 198 to complaint regarding this issue the executive who attended the call after listening to my quires he put down the call and blocked my number. I am no where standing these telecommunication companies are now doing this for multiple times. I want this issue to be highly escalated so that other people doesn't effect by this trap. Help in fighting with these companies.

                                  My name is Raj Kumar Bhatia my mobile number is [protected] and I am using Tata Docomo prepaid mobile services sine long time. I am not satisfied with their services as they always deduct amount and data any time without any usage. I'll tell you my recent complaints to them. They have deducted Rs102 from my Prepaid account unnecessary when I called them they said they will refund it back in 1hr but they did not refunded then I again called customer care they had disabled "9" option for my number and immediately I called them from another Docomo number then they picked up and when I asked them again they said they will refund my amount and after 7-8 hrs I got my amount. Today again they have deducted my 175MB data unnecessary and when I called Customer care they said they will refund my data back but till now they did not refund my data back Even I am not able to create complaint from their online site. They have revoked my access. I am really frustrated from Tata Docomo services. You should take some strict action against them.                                   Exactly same thing happened to me, they deducted the balance for data which i never used and when i called them they blocked my calls to the customer care. I had heard about this kind of FRAUD from tata docomo but faced this time myself.

                                    Dear Sir/ma'am, I am not able to place calls. My number is [protected]. When I call someone the mobile gives a beep and then the call is ended. I am able to receive incoming calls but only the main thing is that I am not able to place calls. Please notify the company about this message and please do it by today itself because I live in hostel and my parents are not knowing about this problem and I also cannot tell them about this.                                       Hello Sir, I have photon plus connection, I'm using this from last two years, recently I have changed the plan after that it has worked nic for one month, later on speed is reduced, When Cal your Customer care they refused to take the complain on the internet speed and also saying that it will like that only do what you want. my Photon Number : [protected] and my phone number: [protected]. please fix this as early as possible.                                       As per your issues, that does't mean usage is more net should down, we are paying same amount of money so kindly please fix this issue as early as possible or else tell me the alternative solution such any time where traffic is less I can get the good amount of speed to do my work.
