getting inappropriate & harassment calls

hello, I'm getting many calls from tata docomo billing department. They are asking about someone whom I don't know and already I informed them I don't know that guy but still they calling me and asking the same question. My sim is not activated after 8 days of document submission

After settlement kept calling for bill

Balance Deduction from sbi account recharge was not done.

I have used sbi oxi pay on 8th june 2015 for recharging my docomo number [protected] but the transaction was not done. the payment status=completed successfully and transaction status = service not supported . it is a special recharge 93 = 1Gb 30days. i didn't get the balance for this recharge but the money from my sbi account is gone . Price drastically raised / FUP reduced

I was getting 12 GB high speed internet for Rs 1295 till last month for the Tata Photon . The company decrease the high speed FUP to 7 GB this time for the same price. I find this a real injustice. The company had not mentioned anywhere about such a drastic price change in their packages. Call center executives don't know why such as huge changes have happened. They say it is a company policy.
