After last bill paid my outstanding amount was -479.24. Bill amount for MAY is 337.45. So after amount deducted from previous outstanding (as I have already paid upfront) my current outstanding should be - 141.79. I mailed them attaching Screenshots for proof. What I see in bill statement (correct "337.45") looks different when I see in website (page after login. Option latest bill amount "-142") which in turn differs from what I see in phone using *121# ("195.45" which means I need to pay Tata Docomo this much more to completely payoff last month bil). Last month had a issue for which I got amount back after a week since some circle officer got involved as I was going to report it with proofs. Now again.I don''t have time to waste with them each month for my money missing by talking to customer care. So lodging this complaint. I have all necessary proofs and email conversation along with a conversation with their customer care rep for last month may 18 issue which I recorded for future scenarios. Mail me if you want to have the proofs viewed.

    Dear Sir, I am an Retired Defence Services Officer, Wing Commander V Ganesan(Retd) of IAF. Two weeks back, one sales rep of your company Mr Madasamy with mobile number([protected]) approached me for marketing youe mobile and internet connections. Based on his words, I agreed to do a mobile portability of my BSNL post paid connection([protected]) to tatadocomo 899 (unlimited local+2G data plan). And was planning to take an internet dongle. As per his advise, I paid him on 02 Jun 15, Rs 950 (Rs 850 deposit+Rs 50 for Sim + Rs 50 for protability charges). On the same day, the porting UPC was taken (BT243433) and he noted the details. He collected the filled application, Aadhar card copy, Ration card copy and photo. He asked me to pay the left over BSNL bill till that date with additional Rs 30 to BSNL office so that porting will be done by 5 days time. Accordingly, I visited BSNL commerical office and paid the balance bill with additional Rs 34 on 04 Jun 15 and informed them of my intended porting to tatadocomo. They noted the same. On 05 Jun 15, Mr Madasamy gave me a new sim and told that, the old sim will get de-activated and new sim will start working for next day. When I asked for the bill for Rs 950. He told, it is in office and he will handover to me on 06 Jun 15. Till date, neither the old sim has got de-activated nor the new sim is activated. For the last four days, Mr Madasamy is dodging in giving me the bill for Rs 950 and also he is not answering to my calls. After many unsuccessful attempts, finally, Mr Madasamy answered my call today morning and he is telling the he is away at his native and he is not in a position to tell the status of mobile connectivity. Again tried Coimbatore office of tatadocomo, no one is ready to listen to the issue. It appears to me that, I am being cheated financially as well mentally. Earlier on two occasions I had the experience of mobile number porting at Delhi and Bangalore. I never faced such situations. Is this the norm followed by your company and staff? Kindly enquire into the issue and either instruct your coimbatore office to return me the deposit Rs 950 or get the new connection activated and provide me the bill for Rs 950/-. Because of your company and unreliable staff, I struck with the situation of not able to make calls from the existing BSNL number to avoid billing issue. When approached your customer care, they are not taking any complaint stating that the details are incomplete. Why this situation?       hello, I'm getting many calls from tata docomo billing department. They are asking about someone whom I don't know and already I informed them I don't know that guy but still they calling me and asking the same question.           This is to inform you that I Danish Akram had placed a cancellation request with respect to my postpaid Tata photon dongle numbered [protected] through the toll free number of Tata photon on 7th June, 2015. The cancellation request number is[protected]. Till date no action has been taken from the part of Tata photon service providers. Even the Tata photon toll free helpline services is not reachable. The outstanding amount of bill tends to rise everyday because of such careless attitude of the service providers. Please help me by providing immediate cancellation of internet services of my postpaid Tata photon services.

              Ref: Tata photon no: [protected] Sir, As telephonic conversation made with your Execustive on 01/06/2015 regarding Cancellation of Tata Photon internet scheme ( Rs999/-) 20gb. On the same day I have received the cancellation confirmation message from your side through SMS. Again On 4th of June Your Executive ( Mrs. Kavitha) made a call to me to resume Internet services and offered a plan of 5gp (500/-) schme from 4TH JUNE ONWARDS. FOR Which I agreed the 5gp (500/-) plan. But today I got a message from tata photon 20gp plan (999/-) scheme has ben continued & Immediately I have contacted the customer service & they confirm this scheme is applicable Only from july onwards for which I am not agreed. Hence I request you to commence 5GB plan effective from 5th June onwards. Kindly confirm your services and accentance through SMS & email.                   I have a landline from tata docomo (earlier called tata indicom) as i had shifted my residence i have personally submitted all the required documents to change the billing address. Also, many a times I've made calls to the customer care regarding the bill issues and not receiving the bills on the changed address. They have updated it again and again over the calls but to no use. I have personally taken the acknowledgement from the Indranagar and Frazer town branches that i have submitted my documents but im not sure if they are considering it or misusing my documents. Im tired and fed up of making the calls and running arounf to check what are they upto with my documents. I get calls later stating your bill is due and hasnt been paid yet. I request you to kindly look into this matter and help as this is getting beyond a limit of patience and not helping me out at all. Landline number :[protected]

                  I want to know why has this been a problem for you again and again when we have been calling you up so many times and also personally submitted the documents thrice in a year which no other company asks for and have asked for the update of the address change.
                  Yet all you do is send the bill by post to the old address and then claim the bill hasn't been paid on time. All the payments are made after we raise a complaint and you send a duplicate bill.
                  We receive messages on the walkie that your payment is due and then charge us for the late payment.
                  Is it that you are misusing the documents and not bothered about the diffculty a customer faces?

                  I will not pay for the charges you impose as late payment hereafter.
                  I also need an acknowledgement stating the address has been updated and will receive the bill on time at the correct address.

                    My photon no. was [protected] in my postpaid billing the credit limit was set to 1500... they intentionaly set it to 3400 without my notice. and then sent a bill of 5843... 1. how it got exceeded the credit limit? 2. how my limit got changed without my notice? WHAT I SIMPLY DID BY NOT PAYING DOCOMO What they did? 1.Sent some credit recovery guys to my home. 2.Sent legal notice to my home. 3.Sent fake police to my home. 4.Sent unknown threatened call to my phone. What I did?? 1.Sent email appellant authority... they didn't responded. 2 . changed my number first. given the registered no. to my friend. 3.Filled a complaint in consumer court.. 4.Fille a complaint with TRAI. 5. Changed the name plate of home/ residence. 6. install trucaller in smartphone... so that you can find who is calling. 7.Activate DND to your number. Result . TILL DATE I DID NOT PAIED A PENY THEY GOT FEDUP AND SENT MAIL THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED

                      Below mail was written to appellate manager.. But no response Dear Niraj, I did't wanted to raise complaint to your level, But your complaint teams and local store has forced me to do so. This is regarding mis selling ..so read it carefully i have purchased 5 post paid walkies from your local store at Rajkot Gujrat Limda chowk During the time of purchase of walky sales person mr. keval ( cell # [protected]) promised to provide NIU ( the wireless instrument which i can connect to EPBX )when ever we require, now since 3 month i am requesting him to provide the same but every time he is giving some new ans, He told me that i can connect 2 walkies to each NIU, so i said fine I have 5 walkies so provide me 3 NIU and i will also buy one more walky so it will be 6 walkies for 3 NIU..after few days my father visited the store for fillig up a form for NIU..where he and the great branch manager was saying ..Right now we dont have approval for NIU..so by the time we get the approval..you apply for the sixth walky.. but my father denied for applying 6th walky ..and ask him to call back once he get the approval for NIU.. Since 3 months i am following up with him and the Branch manager is giving only ans that not received the approval..Approval is something your internal matter..why should customer suffer because of that.. and Keval the sales person only provide me the [protected]@tata docomo id to raise the voice...saying nothing will happen.. When i emailed the matter ..i am getting lots of call from complaint team to understand the issue..i am explaining the issue to each one with the name of sales person and contact number..and after few days i am again getting the call that sir we are not able to provide the NIU and they are closing the complaint..Is this the resolution ? more shocking ..a guy from complaint team some with the surname of chauhan..calling me and saying I HAVE ALREADY INFORMED YOU THAT NIU IS NOT POSSIBLE ..when i told him that i will go to the consumer forum..he is like yes do it..we dont care.. A girl from complaint team miss Mina..called me before around 10 days..i again explained her the matter..so he conferenced me with Branch manager..where manager was not aware that customer is online.. manager is saying that customer is creating issue..we cannot provide the NIU for 1 connection..and i have already visited the customer...that's it ..complaint closed without any conversation with customer..truth is i need NIU for 5 connection.. my problem is i am using this number for business purpose..other wise i would have already disconnected the same.. I only want to connect this numbers with EPBX..whatever it may be wireline..NIU..any technology you use..my number should be the same..

                        Well this is Amar raj singh From punjab My tata photon number [protected] Last year i stopped using tata photon max and dicontinued its services Unknowingly unbilled amount of ₹1123 was there i had forgotten to pay. So in december 2014 I got a call that a legal notice from company will be sent if you do not pay the amount. I immediately paid the amount to the number of ₹1300 but i had to pay it in my acc.no not my phone number. So the lawyer rakesh kumar sharma told me to settle it by going to showroom I even did that and settled all this. Well now again today Same warning and harassment. I am fed up. Interestingly this time again rakesh kumar sharma with different phone number and when asked that i had talked to him earlier.he said he didnt recall any of that. Earlier his phone no. Was [protected] Now his no.is [protected] He said that he had no such number. Well. Incredible india

                          Im working in Hinjewadi Phase-2 Pune, and Im using tata docomo network for more that 6 years . From last 3 years I have faced issue with network reachability in this area . Most of the time my phone shows as out of coverage area, and even does not connect to interernet at all . Coverage fluctuates all the time . I have diverted my calls to other network ( for the case of 'not reachablity' ) and for which Tata docomo charges heavily for each diverted call . My basic question is, if the other operator can provide effective service with 0 network issues why not Tata docomo . This issue was not resolved in last 3 years .

                            Below find my details and compliant: - My TATA Photon No.[protected] using internet plan. - I am not getting proper speed from last 10 days. Unable to open speed test page nor even able to open Tata photon account and see the usage till date. - My plan is 20GB with certain speed and later reduce in speed. From customer care, I am came to know as usage so far is 7.5 GB. - Raised a complaint with customer care and received compliant no. as[protected]. - Got a call after 30 mins from Rohit Tomar, he inquired about the area in which I am leaving (I leave in Nava Vadaj area, Ahmedabad). Rohit Tomar's response was, this is conjugation area and no clarity on when this will be resolved. - Later I get a message as complaint is closed. With my disappointment, I sent an email to brinda.[protected]@tatatel.co.in, Customer.[protected]@tatatel.co.in. - Sometime after this email, i got a call from " Dhruv" . I told him as now I am in different area of Ahmedabad (2 KM far from the earlier place) still no speed. - As per him, even this area is highly congested and no solution can be made. We had a discussion for 10 minutes and again and again his reply was as nothing can be done and no time can be committed. He was ready to offer discount of Rs 500/- for this month but will not be able to help with same discount from next month. Later, after 10.40 mins, I requested him to connect with some senior member in the team, he kept the phone on hold and stop answering. Shared reminder email to brinda.[protected]@tatatel.co.in, and Customer.[protected]@tatatel.co.in. No response of that. Now my concern is - If there is conjugation in the area will you not be taking additional customers from the same area? If you do not have infrastructure to add bandwidth, why customer should face issues? Will I not be charged for the days when my I am facing service quality problems?

                            My TATA Photon No.[protected] using internet plan. - I am not getting proper speed from last 10 days. Unable to open speed test page nor even able to open Tata photon account and see the usage till date. - My plan is 20GB with certain speed and later reduce in speed. From customer care, I am came to know as usage so far is 7.5 GB. - Raised a complaint with customer care and received compliant no. as[protected]. - Got a call after 30 mins from Rohit Tomar, he inquired about the area in which I am leaving (I leave in Nava Vadaj area, Ahmedabad). Rohit Tomar's response was, this is conjugation area and no clarity on when this will be resolved. - Later I get a message as complaint is closed. With my disappointment, I sent an email to brinda.[protected]@tatatel.co.in, Customer.[protected]@tatatel.co.in. - Sometime after this email, i got a call from " Dhruv" . I told him as now I am in different area of Ahmedabad (2 KM far from the earlier place) still no speed. - As per him, even this area is highly congested and no solution can be made. We had a discussion for 10 minutes and again and again his reply was as nothing can be done and no time can be committed. He was ready to offer discount of Rs 500/- for this month but will not be able to help with same discount from next month. Later, after 10.40 mins, I requested him to connect with some senior member in the team, he kept the phone on hold and stop answering. Shared reminder email to brinda.[protected]@tatatel.co.in, and Customer.[protected]@tatatel.co.in. No response of that. I talked to customer care and they shared another email - appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com No response of them from last 6 days. Its been a month I've been calling to your customer care number and talking to their executives but my issues has not been resolved yet. Issues are as follows: Slow Speed Connection, I used to get 400kbps transfer rate and around 3Mbps + surfing rate. Now I’m getting 30kbps of transfer rate and 0.49Mbps surfing rate. My devices keep disconnecting from the internet due to some technical problem or might be device problem. I’ve tried to register my complaint regarding the above mentioned issues many a times but issues has not been resolved yet. Your customer care executives are not ready to register my complaint, they don’t provide me any complaint no. or reference no. regarding my complaints so that I can track my complaint or do the follow ups. I feel so harassed as most of my work is via internet only. I've been paying Rs. 1500/month on your poor services. Kindly resolve the issues ASAP. Tata Photon marketing team only goal is to achieve tartgetted devices sales per month and their is no relationship of the sales figue with actual capability of the area to support number of connections with promised speed. Only option you have is to throw away the device.

                                  I have used sbi oxi pay on 8th june 2015 for recharging my docomo number [protected] but the transaction was not done. the payment status=completed successfully and transaction status = service not supported . it is a special recharge 93 = 1Gb 30days. i didn't get the balance for this recharge but the money from my sbi account is gone . Please find this problem immediately and refund my money ASAP.

                                      I purchased Tata DoCoMo number for pune location on may 2nd 2015, but received active services from 8th may after lot of hiccups from their side. Under monthly rental plan of 199, I got 300 minutes calls and 300 MB data usage free. To this, I haven't exceeded the limit for free calls, however my data usage went up to 431 MB till may 28th. They haven't sent me any bill to my registered Email id which is [protected]@techmahindra.com but, have sent me SMS's for payment of Rs.734 with due date of 8th June. The messaged bill isn't according to the plan I opted for. so, I called the customer services on 121.I was shocked to know that they have charged the amount of Rs.734 for duration of 15 days only. The executive named Paresh, i spoke to denied me the details of bill and also wasn't willing to share the reference for the call. After escalation his managed named Hament provided me some of the details and told me that bill is generated for 15 days only and not for the complete month. This information wasn't give to while I purchased the SIM card. The reference call id is[protected]. I feel cheated by the company and as well by the sales person deployed at Tech Mahindra office at Hinjewadi, pune, phase 3. I know that I am not liable to pay this bill as the charges are unfair. I therefore request you suggest me so that I can file a case of cheating on the compay.                                         My tata photon number is [protected]. I have been using photon for 5 years without any major issues. For the past couple of months, the internet speed is so slow and gets disconnected often. This is affecting I have called customer care thrice and they say it is due to lot o[censored]sers using the server at that point of time or technical issues they are facing and their engineers are working on it. Does it take 2 months to resolve a technical issue, even smaller companies do better than that. My contact details should be in their records. Hope to hear from them soon.
