Photon no. [protected] residing at 25b/1 rafi ahmed kidwai road . i am facing connectivity issue and slow speed issue from past few months. on calling your customer care they say they cannot help me resolving it. i have tried to contact you twice or thrice but sorry to inform you still my problem has not yet resolved. customer care say your area is highly consumed so just answer my one question should i change my residence is that that solution ..?? if not then what it is .. how many time should i write a mail to you . this network of yours is pissing me off sir. you are the executive president and i thought you could take necessary and stern steps against solving my problem . what is the reason to write to you if the problem still is not resolved .. please please look into and try setting up network of higher frequency in areas of highly utilized . such a huge company can do this i hope so !!! looking forward for the resolution of both connectivity and slow speed issue. tried contacting MR ELANGO executive president of tatadocomo but he has also unable to resolve it.. so now whom should i contact ..??

    Sir More than one year I am behind this complaint. My mobile number has been disconnected by giving the reason that non payment but actually the phone number is been disconnected after my payment and several time I have received calls to take the extra amount cheque from the tata Docomo gallery. Since many years I am using this number and in the starting I have paid Rs. 10000/- extra as special number. But internally purposely the number is trapped. Please issue me my number [protected].

        10 days ago i had taken a tata photon plus dongle. . . The plan signed up for was rs 750 / month unlimited. . . 6 mbps for 5gb and later 153kbps. . . As per the executive at the hypercity malad west store. . . 1st they had committed that the activation will taken no longer that 24 hrs for sure. . . (As told by both the store executive and the executive who had come to take the documents) . . . The executive who had come home had not given any details on what plan we need to sign up. . . No receipt of payment. . Just took the money and left. . . Well i didnt want to be a crib if i was getting what i was promised. . . Next day the service was not activated. . . We called the store some one answered the call and said they are closed. . . We called the customer service number they didnt have a record of it. . . And informed us it will take 72 hrs. . . I kept my cool. . . Any way after the dongle got activated after 10 days we were unable to connect our gadgets to the wifi. . . I called customer service they told we that the 5gb data was already consumed and now the speed has reduced to 64kbps. . . I was amazed to know that we consumed 5 gb data with no download only basic surfing maybe facebook. . . Twitter. . Other ecommerce websites. . I also asked them why the lowered speed was 64kbps and not 153kbps as i was told by the store executive. . . They said we dont have any plan like that now. . . That offer was 3 months old. . . I informed the telecaller executive that i have the pamphlet which i was given while signing up. . . He told me he ll take my complaint (Ref[protected] . . . Next day i receive a call from the complaint helpdesk who told me " we have received your complaint regarding your donlge speed, however we are sorry for the inconvenience caused and will make sure this in not repeated in the future" wwwhhhaaaaatttttttt. . . Thats it. . . Where is my resolution. . . Its like you tell your kid that she has not done something right. . . She turns around and says it wont happen again mommy. . . Reaalllllyyyyy!!! U sucker. . . Tata docomo cheats their customer into buying their product buy lying once they have have received the money they dont give a darn. . . Cz they know that they have a lot many to cheat and earn their living. . . Tata docomo is not a reputed company its a reputed thief. . . Ive started in this forum but will not stop until i get a resolution from docomo. . . Cz all lines for complaints dont work. . . I tried logging a complaint on their website. . They sent me a otp. . . Which doesnt work. . . It says please trying entering a valid otp. . . But their payment gateway for sure works. . .

        If you cannot resolve my problem give my money back. . .

          i am a post paid customer and mostly i use my connection when i am in thrissur. the issue i am facing is poor network quality. cant hear properly and lot of disturbances while talking. i already registered several complaints but no use they come up with answers. the area i am facing problem is in thrissur to be precise in Ring road, Sakthan Nagar, pin 680 001, Thrissur. could you kindly sort out this issue and make the service better thank you +[protected] is tata docommo number

            I have been using 3G internet pack on my mobile from my network provider - the very honorable "Tata Docomo" from the past 3 months and I just want to share what an unpleasent experience I had till date. The 3G signal is not available in all the places and in the places it is, it sucks big time. Sometimes I get confused on whether I have opted for a 2G service insetad of 3G. 90% of the time when my data is on, I see a 3G or E symbol which means I can't do anything on the web. I whole heartedly do not recommend this newtork to the people just in case, if they are planning to migrate this network. They are already numerous victims out here and I am done with my patience quota. Its time for me to move on to other networks.

                To Whomsoever it may concern Recently I have been experiencing issue in my Tata Docomo GSM. ISSUE: My phone is shown "SWITCHED OFF" to someone who is trying to call me! From customer care, solution provided to me was to dial "#35*1234#" from my mobile and restart the device. But no solution, still the same thing! I am facing so much trouble coz of this and I want solution in this asap. From past 3 days, I am facing this problem. Hope you will understand the seriousness of this matter and let me have proper solution for same on priority. I can not afford my mobile to be in "SWITCHED OFF" mode even if it is not!!                   Sir/madam From morning i was not able to use the services of tata docomo as they are saying that it is disconnected with out my concern . The customer care executives are so rude that they even cut my phone call when I called from another tata docomo provider. Also the mode of rates taken for the calls are so high which is not mentioned in the plan and activating offers by deducting money from the account is always their practice without the customers concern Please consider my complaint. Thank you

                      I applied one dongle in July'14 @tcs bhubaneswar and in return the Docomo agent(Jayprakash)who was there in TCS Bhubaneswar, asked me 2sets of photo copy of address proof, identity proof and photo which I gave. The next monday they gave me a dongle along with a Sim which I had not ordered, but compelled me to take it with me as it was registered on my name and activated by them, Which was supposed to be done by me. However I took both but have not used that SIM ever. After 5/6 months I got a call from Chennai customer care that I have used this sim and the balance is 1500+. I contacted the person from whom I took the Dongle and according to them if the bill exceeds more than 800 then it should be auto deactivated which was not done and Docomo agent Sanjay(sanjaya.[protected]@gmail.com) said that he will look into this matter as it is a post paid number and can be tracked easily. Also we(Me and Sanjay) called that number and observed a guy using it.I called customer care that day and said to investigate and deactivate it.After that I didn't get any calls for 3/4months. I thought it got resolved. Again in March, I got a call from Chennai customer care and now the bill is more than 3000+ and informed sending legal notice.Then I was on my marriage leave I have dropped a mail to Sanjay (tata DoCoMo agent that time) in Dec'14 after I got the 1st call from Customer care regarding the bill and he was witnessed it. If the amount exceeds more than 800rupees then the connection should be deactivated by tata docomo which they didnot do knowingly as I have mentioned it in my every email to deactiave and investigate. After coming back, I had to register a complaint in infocity police station that the SIM is stolen in OCT'14. Could you please resolve the issue ? My contact No-[protected]

                        Since morning (23.06.2015, 6 am) I am not able to call to anyone. I got 15 miss calls at night but as I was sleeping so unable to attend the call but when I woke up turned on the phone and try to make contact unsuccessfully. I tried to call other nos. but in vain. then I tried to call to customer care but the results remain the same as i didn't able to make a contact to them as well. even I tried to do the mail in from tata customer compliant link but while submitting the complaint it had shown the error that you don't have permission to access this page. For the reference here I attached the screenshot of the same. Today I have to go to Surana hospital and Aryan hospital to meet orthopedist Mr. Jagtap and Skin specialist Mr. Anil thombre but for that I have to take an appointment. Now as I am unable to contact to anyone of them so I am afraid I have to cancel the plan and wait for one more week.

                        Dear Sir,
                        Still after so many days of my complaints no action has been taken so far. Still there are following problems with local incoming and outgoing calls only (There is no problem with STD calls).
                        1. Calls is getting disconnected automatically
                        2. No voice clarity
                        3. Voice gets paused in between the calls and neither I could able to hear the other person nor they.

                        Because of these problem I didn't able to communicate to my subordinates, workers and colleagues. I am using this number for more than an year in the same area and this problem is coming in this number only, as my colleagues are also having the Tata docomo's numbers but they are not facing such kind of problem.
                        Request you to take corrective action immediately before I take you to the court.

                            Sir/madom I whould like to state that i m using tata docomo service having mobile no. [protected] for last 2 years.but today though i still having data balance but they deducted 162 rs. balance when i called customer care they told me that i dont have any data balance at that time but then i checked data it was still showing 5 mb data left and also a minute before showing 10 mb data left .it became humiliation for me to use such an pathetic service and lier customer care

                              Hi, Last month i faced the same issue.. Exactly after crossing ~13GB my speed limit getting reduced to 512 Kbps. My Number is [protected] When calling to [protected], the brainless guys sitting there by looking at their system are telling that i m using in users congested area and i will get the low speed only. But 30 days a month i m browsing from same area only. Till ~13GB i m getting high speed. Only after crossing 14 GB only my speed limit is getting reduced. They are a prank.. They say that U will get high speed to 20 GB but they will automatically reduce the speed before reaching the 20GB. And i[censored] ask them they will tell that U R USING IN CONGESTED AREA. Important : Exactly on new billing cycle date u will get a mail stating "UR SPEED GOT RESTORED TO HIGH SPEED" .. So dear tata photon is this mean the user congestion got reduced in this are from my new billing cycle date???? TATA PHOTON IS A PRANK .. DONT BUY .. TATA PHOTON.. THE CUSTOMER CARE IS ALSO A PRANK. DONT GET FOOLED BY THIS FAKE ISP. I need refund of money.. for sure..

                                My photon no. is [protected]. Since April 26, I am getting bad connection on my photon device. Before that the maximum speed I used to get was pretty good, sometimes downloading speed may even reach 300 Kbps and connection speed on speedtest.net may reach upto 2.5 Mbps. But since april 26, everytime I have full connectivity, the best download speed i get is 60 Kbps and it feels like there is some kind of limiter put on my number that is prohibiting the speed to get better than that. I say that because I used someone else's device at the same place and on the same laptop to check and I received download speed of 150-160 Kbps. And every time I call on the customer care number I get the same answer that there are too many connections in your area and that our technical team is trying to solve the problem. But nothing has improved, not in the last two months. Ask them how much time is it going to take the technical team to resolve the issue and they say that they do not have that information. I want the problem resolved fast.

                                  Address 1 :Tata DOCOMO Brand Store Address 2 : No.15, PLA kangu towers, Thillai Nagar Main rd, 11th Cross, Thillai Nagar, Trichy City : TrichyState : Tamil Nadu Pincode : 620018 i went 13.06.2015 Tata DOCOMO Brand Store for purchase docomo prepaid sim in above addresed franchasis. 1. front office sales man compaled to buy post paid connection again &again give tourcher to me. i told '' i want prepaid' .than after he stop speaking, that second onwards no one is response to me and went away from me. 2.I went to other sales girl, sim card rate 20 rs but she sold 50 rs.MSIDN NO-[protected] 3.the sim not acivated for 3days, again i went 16-6-15 to there and after that only they activated. 4.after 5 days[protected] the network not worked.the prof should be not send by them.i properly submitted the documents on 13-6-15. 5.I called to customer care but they told me visit nearby show room so, i went[protected] but now also one one is response to me.

                                        Sir, I purchased Tata photon max wifi 7 months ago. In the starting it was working absolutely fine for about 2 weeks. Then there was a sudden dip in speed as low as 0.2 Mbps. I had a number of complaints registered at customer care of tata photon but they said there are large number o[censored]sers in the area and they gave excuses that there is up gradation work going on around my area which I asked them and they told they can't tell where is up gradation going on. After some days the speed of net started coming for about 1-2 Mbps against max speed of 9.5 Mbps . I thought that I should carry on with this connection as 1 - 2 Mbps was a decent speed .But now again from the past two months the speed of the connection has dipped to as low as 0.1 - 0.5 Mbps. The speed remains between this and it never rises above 0.5 Mbps as I check the speed everyday at different time intervals. I am really unsatisfied with their service provided by them. I want you to take strict action against Tata photon company as it is making fake promises to customers.

                                        I am not satisfied with your answer . Your company is making people fool by mentioning 9.5 Mbps on the net and on the dongle.
                                        My second complaint is that why is being my plan changed from RS 1000 to RS 1200 . I will not be paying any of your bills as I am already registered for RS 1000 plan and I am escalating this matter to TRAI as well.
