Ordered router and not delivered in TAT

about unknown service activation

DSL service not being discontinued even after repeated mails

Will never use docomo in future. Even after repeated mails they do not cut the connection. Even after doing the payment once, they didn't cut the connection and giving legel notice.. I have all the related documents and payment details with me DOCOMO the WORST service of all telecomm services Its better not to use it...

Balance Stolen

about automatic activation of LDR service

Issue got resolved late and Waiver still not processed as per promise

Tata Docomo Wifi Refund within a month, false promise

Call Barring - Poor Service

My outgoing calls are barred bytata docomo stating that i have some due.
Even after payment of due they have not unbarred the outgoing service.

When contacted customer care they are telling to contact other department and are answering very rudely. Sometimes they don't even connect you to the representative.

very low speed and connectivity issue

i am terribly disappointed with the speed and connectivity in Lucknow and especially in the Lekhraj, Indira Nagar area. I don't get regular connectivity and my speed averages below 30-40 kbps from 3 months. I have reported to the tata photon customer care online and phone and they say that " this area is highly utilized area and this problem may occurs some time our team is working on this, we can't register your complaint against this issue"....

credit my 422 Rs as tata docomo cheated in wrong recharges.

As they are offering Rs 75 to 80 Rs for 1 GB 3G plans and here in my case i really send one email 4 to 6 MB they are saying 42MB and punishment for that they charge me 422 Rs. I am confident that TATA DOCOMO system of data calculation of internet is inappropriate....

Charged money for toll free number
