no speed of tata photon wifi

i purchased photon from dehradun ([protected]), but when i moved to lucknow at 3/253 vipul khand gomtinagar lko i am not getting the speed. when i am paying such a huge amount and not geeting the speed the what is the use of paying such a amount. i called the customer care, complain no[protected], but i did not got any solution. i am highly disappointed by your services....

Portability of My Mobile No 9225320519

I have applied twice for portability of my mobile number from TATA DOCOMO to IDEA. First application was made on 06/05/2015 the same was rejected by the company on 11/05/2015 without any reason. Tee second application was made again on 12/05/2015. This is also rejected by the company without any reason. I have not having any unpaid mobile bill. I am using this number since last 10 years and the same is essential for by business activity....

Hi, My photon number is [protected]. I am experiencing very slow speed of about 0.1 - 0.3 MBps. When I bought the device i had 3.2 MBps.. but after 4 months i am experiencing very low speed. They are cheating a lot. I faced in Chennai and also in Salem area. When called to customer care they tell that some "TECHNICAL EXPERTS" are working on the issue and they dint give them timeline, so they cant tell us when the issue will be resolved....
