We enquired about Tatadocomo wired internet connection in their toll free number [protected]. They took down our contact details and were supposed to call back to explain all schemes and other details. One person called back when we were in a meeting, he was requested to call back after some time which he promised. This was done last Thursday, when we enquired with them about this with the docket no MU33239529 which they have provided for reference they said this no is wrong. Imagine how pathetic an organization can be, the customer is coming to them still they cannot respond what will happen if someone becomes their customer.

    Hi sir, This is to inform you that my post paid Tatadocomo (Number [protected], Payyavula Raju) was making me Disgusting as it never shows speed in internet and I am unable to process my work because of that I informed to the network operator to disconnect my modem as soon as possible but they were making me trouble and I am unable to bare money to pay. So please kindly agree my complaint and take the action.

      i purchased photon from dehradun ([protected]), but when i moved to lucknow at 3/253 vipul khand gomtinagar lko i am not getting the speed. when i am paying such a huge amount and not geeting the speed the what is the use of paying such a amount. i called the customer care, complain no[protected], but i did not got any solution. i am highly disappointed by your services.

      1.Network related issue :

      In continuation to our telephonic conversation, we would like to inform that the area you have referred to is a highly congested area (high number o[censored]sers using internet service at the same time).

      The improvement in speed may only happen if the congestion on the sites goes down, which can't be predicted at this given point in time.

      At Tata Docomo network augmentation is a continuous process, and we would like to assure you that all necessary actions would be taken on the feedback shared.

      2. Billing adjustment concern :

      We regret to inform you that we are unable to process any billing adjustment against the bill for the month of May 2015 as it reflects consumption of 19589MB data for your Photon, hence the billed amount of Rs. 1208 is payable.

        I have applied twice for portability of my mobile number from TATA DOCOMO to IDEA. First application was made on 06/05/2015 the same was rejected by the company on 11/05/2015 without any reason. Tee second application was made again on 12/05/2015. This is also rejected by the company without any reason. I have not having any unpaid mobile bill. I am using this number since last 10 years and the same is essential for by business activity.

          I have applied twice for portability of my mobile from TATA DOCOMO to IDEA. Fist request is made on 6th of May 2015 the same was rejected. Another application for portability is made on 12th of May 2015 again the same is also rejected by the company. Both the rejections are made without providing any reason. I am not having any unpaid mobile bill to the company. I am using the same number since last 10 years and the same number is my business need.

            Hello sir, My name is Abhishek lamba. I purchased a tata photo max wifi dongle 5 month before. Speed is coming very good at that time. But now form the last week speed is not coming good even i cant open website. i called customer care and made complaint there. Today i got a call form your side and person said that we can't do for anything for this complaint, Problem occur by network. i asked him when it will resolve because i am paying money to you. He said we cant do anything for this and it will be same. this is a ridiculous answer he gave me and cut the phone. After that i got message and in message written " your complaint has been resolved "

I got a message from TA-HUWWAP stating that "Hi. You have been charged Rs30.0 for your last transaction" I don't know what the transaction is, neither i am interesrted in any offers.                 I contacted [protected]as per the advice from the gallery. i asked them to de activate my photon from April 24. they gave me a conformation number. . but I got a bill for this month. Again I went to the gallery . They could not Help me.I was abroad & i have got a confirmation number from the call centre . still why do I get a bill?

                  Rs.30 was deducted from my mobile no. [protected]. I had activated an internet pack of 75 Mb with a validity for 3 days. Yesterday I had a data balance of 1.75 MB remaining but still I was deducted Rs. 30 from my account for data charges. THe customercare helpline is of no help as nobody responds. This is the 3rd time docomo is doing to me this year. Previously last month I had a balance of 13 MB remaining on my data balance but i was deducted Rs.50 from my main balance, the customercare were not even responding to register a complaint. Please help me regarding this

                  Visited your brand store at vidyaranyapura - the person claims to have no idea for the deductions as its not seen on his system. Then where did the money go - how could you deduct it without any reason?

                  We would like to inform you that you have been charged of Rs.29.70/- for your GPRS usage of multiple sessions (No.of sessions: 2 and usage is 17357KB) on dated[protected]:19PM as there was less data in your account. Kindly, note that, while browsing multiple sites at the same time, each site, automatically reserves small amount of data, for better connectivity. Hence I request you to maintain minimum data balance of 30 MB, in order to avoid balance depletion in future.
                  Kindly, note that our systems are built in such a way whereby you would receive data alerts at minimum balance of 20MB and 10MB. Being loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.29.70/- has been credited to your account with the docket number ABAL[protected].

                      Someone please provide me with Cryus Mistry email, I am too exhausted with calling up the customer service about the quality of services for the Photon 3G stick connection. I have a 3G connection[protected] and I was committed 3G speeds, till now neither in Pune nor in Mumbai i have not got any better speeds than 150kbps on addition there is constant disconnection and failure of internet services which makes the situation very bad. I remember they always had good customer service few years back, but the current outsourced customer service is so low on quality that they dont even bother to provide the call/service ticket number under the pretext of maintenance. Please help!!!

I bought 4 sim from your office .I used only 2 sim's due to weak of signal the remaining 2 sim's I had not used . so I told to your customer to cancel all those 4 sim's .on that period you told me to pay amount of RS1953/- .then I had discussed to your lawyer, at final decision they canceled RS 953/- & they told me to pay only RS1000/- .then I had paid that amount . they told that i will calcel my a/c .but now a letter had came from the court that i need to pay the amount of RS-953/-.I need the full detail for those used numbers, if I used those numbers I will pay (or) if I not yet used you have to calcel my amount. you have to close my full a/c .please take some action to cancel my a/c...

                          Tata photon are revising their rates very frequently firstly they increased the plans and now they have reduced the data on the pack other isp providers are decreasing rates day by day they are increasing it frequently i just don't like this and will stop using tata srevices if this would continue [protected]@gmail.com

                            My no. is [protected]. I received a message early morning today saying that you have been charged rs. 30 for the service TA-HUWWAP. I never subscribed for this service. I talked to customer care and they have no answer. They told that money cant be refunded. When i asked what service is it they have no clue or answer. This is really pathetic. I need my money back.

                              I am a photon user since for the last 5 yrs, everything was allright till last 6 mnths, the most horrible service, network issues, no one pays any heed to ur complaints, worst customer service ever, one that you dont expect from a brand like tata. I have called the customer service numerous times for the network issues that i am facing, but it seems they are fast asleep during office hours, as no one pays any heed to your problems, but would be the first to send you the bills religipously month after months, irrespective of the fact that they themselves have admitted to the fact that they have network issues in my area, Gautam Nagar, new delhi Spoke to parul, manjot, manjeet and everyone else at there customer service(WHICH IS HARDLY THERE), BUT TO NO AVAIL. IF I DO NOT GET A PROMPT RESPONSE ASAP, I WOULD BE FORCED TO TAKE ACTION PHOTON NO-[protected]

                                I subscribed to the tata photon max wifi pan of rs.750.the package offerd me 5gb data in the day and 5gb in the night.but yesterday night at 11.47 pm a mail was sent to mesaying that i have exhausted my day package!which i think is impossible.Not only that the utterly dumb customercare executive like previous month gave a lame excuse after my night speed was reduced to less than 1g speed!He said that the congested lace i live in is responsible for reduced speed.What he was unable to answer why the speed always reduces after the daypack exhausts that too in the night.Dont trust these frauds!my photon number is [protected]

                                  Hi, I am using Tata photon from last 5-6 months without any issue but from more than a week now I have been troubled with slow speed connectivity from Tata photon I am paying for the services where I am supposed to get speed of at least 3 mbps and am getting 30 kbps. I have a post-paid connection with a monthly rental. I have called 3-4 times customer care they responded with the statement " the area where you stay is high utilization and that is the reason for slow speed " I told them that I have tried 3-4 different locations getting same slow speed. I have also tried my friend’s Tata Photon on those locations with no issue in speed. Then how it is possible the reason of slow speed coz of high utilization in that area ? I again called customer care explain all above, had the argument for slow speed and I am being told that " Sorry Sir we cannot do anything" Now now sure who will resolve my problem. This is the most RIDICULES after sell service I received from Tata Photon.

                                    I got a damaged Symphony R/Cooler Diet 50 i from Croma which was shipped to my residence. I raised complaint multiple times in last 5 days but there is no action to the customer request and they have closed service requests (SR[protected], SR[protected]) without any action. I have not seen such a poor customer service from any retailer/e-tailer in India. Croma retail is creating bad name for TATA brand in the market. I suggest not to buy any product from Croma in future.
                                    I got a damaged Symphony R/Cooler Diet 50 i from Croma which was shipped to my residence on 17 May. I raised complaint multiple times in last 5 days but there is no action to the customer request and they have closed all service requests (SR[protected], SR[protected]) without any assurance for replacement/return of the product.
                                    I have not seen such a poor customer service from any retailer/e-tailer in India. I am taking up the matter with Croma customer service center for past several days but they are not ready to listen the problem. I have lot of respect for TATA BRAND but Croma retail is creating bad name for TATA brand in the market. I do not know where should I complain this issue now. I feel cheated from Croma retail store. I wasted lot of time in follow-up with Croma customer service deck but no results.Please suggest if I should now go to consumer court with this complaint and mental agony that I faced for last one week.

                                      Hi My Name is Nilesh, I done my mobile sim porting from Air Tel To Tata Docomo My number is [protected], However in the time of porting the sales guy told me 199 rental and 900 mnt tata to tata free so I am comfortable with this plan I said Ok But now they told me you dont have 900 mnt tata to tata, Also they told me nobudy can told this plan to you,

                                        Main Vikas Dhanuka18/5/2015 ko Tata Docomo ke IVR no.123 se Rs 16 ka tarrif recharge kiya jisme 1.2p/2sec. ka rate bata raha hai, Jo ki local call karne par prati 2sec. ka 1.2 paisa ke hisab se shulk katana chahiye, jab ki co. 36 paise par minute ke hisab se shulk kat rahi hai. Jo ki consumer ko dhoka de rahi hai. Maine co. ko mail kia tha aur customer care ko bhi call kia tha lekin wo bol rahe hai ki shulk minute ke hisab se hi katega. Jo ki sarasar beimani hai. Pls help.                                         We would like to inform you that as per our records we have found that the exact benefits of Local mobile calls 36p/Min (daily 1st Min charged @ Rs 1.20/Min) has been credited to your number which will applicable on own network only for 28 days as on 18.05.2015. Hence, we would also like to inform you that the recharge has been done from your end, we are unable to process any refund for the same.
