[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — Surrender and closure my account bill raised reg.

I am user of Tata Photon No.[protected] and account No.[protected], I am not used your services for the past ten months. I submitted surrender request your representative and Last Payment Receipt on Dt.21.04.2014 to your representative and the person is saying and confirm me your no. is finally closed today. But now I got messages from your side for bill due of Rs.1149 kindly pay and also received phone calls from your side for bill payment, why I pay bill after full & final settlement by dt.21.04.2014. Please check your record and update. at the earliest. Now I also confirm I don't pay any amount...

I also have the same problem when the tata indicom got shifted to tata docomo... Till today after several calls and email.. no one came to collect the document.. Just to add more to my wound my Internet is having issues... I am not able to connect to Internet from 11th July 2014 and I have raised a complain # 16135658.. But no one seems to be helping and using all abusive language and providing false information.. I have made close to 100 calls and waited more than days together.

They are still not sure why I am not able to connect, which is really bad.

Please help me.
