Hello,

I am from Pune, Vishrantwadi area. 2 weeks before I have submitted cheque and all necessary documents to Tata Indicom's sales person and he committed me to install the connection till last week Tuesday but the connection is not installed yet and now there customer care is not cooperating and sales person is not receiving my call.

I have very urgent office work and due to this worst service I am not able to do my work.

Please take respective action on this.

Plz Plz Plz my sim card is blocked by my own mistake, so need puk code of my tata indicom number [protected] to unblock it.

My sim got blocked d its asking for Puk Code . If you could provide it, i wd b able to use it

I tried about 2-3 times and putting it onto my new phone, it got locked and then coudnt unlock it :(

      Honourable forum,

      I am venu subrahmanyem, here by wanted to complain about tata indicom customer care centre located in dwarakanagar, visakhapatnam.

      As i have a problem with my cdma number ([protected]), not able to receive and make calls for which i have visited the local store for help.
      I was suggested to check with the phone and asked to replace the phone which i have done but still the problem persists.
      Secondly i was suggested to change the sim card, but still the same. As i have the right to asked the reason and issue behind this, the response given by the staff is very abusive and intolerable, but still i was patiently trying to communicate with them.
      The replaced sim card was not activated and enforcing me to change the service to their internal division ( docomo postpaid ) which i am not interested at all.
      They were very offensive and almost thrown me out of the office without having any courtesy or gratitude towards my concern and simply suggested me to do what ever i can do in the native language.
      I am a customer to tata indicom since 2004 with the same number, and i am struggling with this problem since one month from the current date. The problem was really impacting my income source as it is my business number but now the number was completely dead from 7th april 2016. Before this the service was intermittent and pathetic experience to have while handling the calls.

      I kindly request you to look into this matter and help me to find a solution, please make them justify to their irresponsible actions towards my concern.

            I'm using Tata Photon which has a limit for 5.0 GB monthly which i have consumed last month but till now the new billing cycle has not been updated & according to them I have consumed this month limit as well. I have all the proof of the use as shared by the representative over the chat i'm also sharing the chat with you in the word format please have a look for the same. I would request you to please help in filing a case of Fraud against them.

                On 9th march 2016, i recharged rs. 100 for phone number: [protected] (One rupee coin box) through paytm wallet balance (Order no: [protected] - reference number [protected]), till time i didn't get any recharges balance to phone number: [protected] (One rupee coin box). In last month also happened the same thing, on 7th feb 2016, i recharged rs. 100 for phone number : [protected] through free charge wallet balance (Order no: fcvw[protected]), but i didn't get any credit/recharge balance...

                In our locality there is no tata outlet for recharge, so iam using online websites for recharge...

                          The offered speed was manipulated and despite number of complaints no follow up's .Many a times network was nil.
                          How can i sue them to compensate for the days i didn't have my network which subsequently impacted my work.

                            The wrong bill still hasn't been corrected. I am getting calls from you to pay 3600 bucks which I haven't even used. You guys switched the device on without my permission. Why should I pay the bill then. You PROMISED to but haven't contacted me since days, and I know what you are doing, you will slap another bill in my face and curse me to pay you 6000. Well I wanna move to CONSUMER COURT. And I will if this is not sorted ASAP and surely if I get another bill.

                              A Tata rep called Nitin ([protected]) promised us a connection. He took Rs 600 cash and all the paperwork and has now disappeared. He doesn't answer his phone anymore. Despite repeated emails to Tata, we've had no apology nor a solution! I'm surprised Tata is OK with their reps conning customers like this! Any professional company would surely take serious and immediate action against their employee for fraud! How do they expect customers to trust them when they hire liars like Nitin?

I hope between all of you you�ll be able to sort out who�s responsibility it is to address and deal with this issue.

                              I don�t have the time or the patience to chase you guys anymore. Had your company been professional, the issue would�ve been sorted out by now. However it�s not even been addressed!

                              As far as I�m concerned, your representative Nitin has taken my money and disappeared. That is plain and blatant fraud! It�s not a huge amount so I�ll consider that money lost now as you refuse to do anything about it. I will however, for the sake of other customers, post this email and all replies I�ve received saying �you are unable to help as it�s not the right department� along with the conversation I had with Hena on all the consumer sites I can find so they are more careful before they sign up.                               I completely fail to understand what details you want! As I've already mentioned on my emails I HAVE NO ACCOUNT NUMBER AS YOU NEVER GAVE ME A CONNECTION!!!
                              You already have the mans name and number who took off with my money!!! What more do you need?!?!? Ring him and ask him WTF is going on!

                              For other customers reading this, this is exactly the kind of run around Tata has been giving me instead of sorting out the issue. It's been nearly 3 weeks now and they haven't even managed to figure out what the problem is!!! Nor have I received any apology from Nitin. You'd think that's the first thing they would do, ask their rep to ring and apologise!!!

                                Respected sir / ma'am, This is with respect to the tata photon no. [protected]. I had requested for a disconnection on the number specified on 11 December 2015. As a proof I am attaching the screenshot of the mail sent on the registered email ID. But it was not disconnected and now I have a bill to pay for January as well. Can you justify the latest bill of 2500 as I haven't used a single MB and I had requested for the discontinuation of the connection.

And ab bill ki due date aane wali hai, to jab tak mujhe sare bill nhi mil jayenge, tab tak ke liye Mai koi Bhi bill pay nhi krunga and na hi kisi tarah koi late payment charge dunga. And agr aage se kbhi aisa hua, ki mere pass bill nhi phunchta hai, to uski panelty tata-indicom per hi lgegi. Mujhe yaad nhi Mai Kitni baar ye bill ka matter raise kar chuka Hun, but aap kuch krte hi nhi hain, is liye ab mujhe hi action Lena pdega. Mujhe ye smjha dijiye aap log aisi kya 420 kar rhe hain aap bill mein Jo itni baar khne ke bad Bhi aap log sudhr nhi rhe hain. Sir, mai aapke customer care and appellate authority mein bhi mail kar chuka hun, but unko koi farak nhi padta is bat se. and hmesha juth-pe-juth bolte rhte hain, and ek hi baat rat-te rhte hain parrot ki tarah. aaj unhone mera connection bhi band kar diya hai.
