I am from Pune, Vishrantwadi area. 2 weeks before I have submitted cheque and all necessary documents to Tata Indicom's sales person and he committed me to install the connection till last week Tuesday but the connection is not installed yet and now there customer care is not cooperating and sales person is not receiving my call.

I have very urgent office work and due to this worst service I am not able...

My number [protected] is locked while setting PIN number.

Now this is asking for PUK number, can you please provide urgently.

I am venu subrahmanyem, here by wanted to complain about tata indicom customer care centre located in dwarakanagar, visakhapatnam.

As i have a problem with my cdma number ([protected]), not able to receive and make calls for which i have visited the local store for help.
I was suggested to check with the phone and asked to replace the phone which i have done but still the problem persists....

Customer care of TATA Docomo is not helpful .Am unable to activate the data card. TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS NOT AVAILABLE.Fruitless calling since the last 5 days. I am a practicing doctor.Cannot devote more tome for this problem .9 TO 9 customer care support claim is false-after 7 p.m. they put the phone on hold and no response...

I have lost my cdma handset with sim.Therefore we are in a confusion and doubt as there would be some misuse of my sim card. So, we earnestly request you to kindly look into this matter very seriously and let us know the status regarding the same on top most priority basis.Please block my tata indicom number [protected].

I'm using Tata Photon which has a limit for 5.0 GB monthly which i have consumed last month but till now the new billing cycle has not been updated & according to them I have consumed this month limit as well. This instrument is not work from (Nov 2015)to till date.
The land line charger problem cleared duration time (3 months) .

The offered speed was manipulated and despite number of complaints no follow up's .Many a times network was nil.
How can i sue them to compensate for the days i didn't have my network which subsequently impacted my work....

A Tata rep called Nitin ([protected]) promised us a connection. He took Rs 600 cash and all the paperwork and has now disappeared. He doesn't answer his phone anymore. Despite repeated emails to Tata, we've had no apology nor a solution! I'm surprised Tata is OK with their reps conning customers like this!
