I have applied jobs on quikr so i get a mail that my cv has been selected on tata motors as a supervisor then one madam has call me and tell me that u get a 2 telephonic interview if you pass on this u will get a job then the call comes and she ask me some question i gave the answer and she said your are selected after the call suman madam call me and tell me that you have to pay 1150 for the uniform so i am not agree with her i ask for offer letter so she send mein a offer letter of tata motors which looks like original so i trust on her and pay the money she tells me to wait for 3 days after 3 days she gave me training letter and ask money for training and dell laptop amount of 4700 for the training which is compuslory to buy without paying 4700 you can, t get a training so i pay after she tells u get a training on 1july so befor you have to open an salary account for which you have to pay 10000 so i tell the trainer saurab rana that salary account is for free of cost so how you can ask money so i tell i don, t want to work give my money refund so he tell we will refund money after 45 days that is company rule so i shout on him that company want money in half and hour and when return procedure came it takes 45 days so i wait 45 days after 45 days he tells me after 10 days then again after 10 days and now he telling after diwali he block me on whatsup calls and sms message

7800 driven(Petrol XMA). Came for 2nd service and shocked to notice gear oil leakage. Service Center guys say need to replace oil seal, but they don't have it with them now. So asked me continue driving and they will call once they have its stock. I am not satisfied. Why should a new car have such a problem.

    Today i got a call from naukri.com about job that is my resume is shortlisted for tata motors company. They tld to pay first 2500 for reference id for interview. Around 1.30 i got call from hr in tata motors as he told, he asked to pay amount 6800 for bond certificate. They told money will be refunded if i gt selected. But no money. Is refunded, i have lost money. I need to get my money back please. Im trying to call them it is coming swtich off..

      First of all, my supervisor sudhir chauhan clearly denied to close the complain, after that you are sending this mail. What is this???
      You are treating this mail as a complaint closure, but i cannot accept that my complaint has been discontinued until my vehicle arrives at my door. My fleet list of tata vehicles in chhattisgarh is over sixty vehicles of tata motors and we are a fleet owner, after that i am facing this type of services.
      My supervisor sudheer is taking follow up from your team on daily basis but yet we haven't received no positive response from your end.
      This problem was already communicated to csm by us, but the answer was very poor, which i got from the tata rep.
      My vehicle is running in rjio on monthly rental basis and the fare of per month is 53000 / -, the vehicle had deteriorated 15 days ago but we have not received any positive response yet. Please suggest how we can compensate for our loss.
      According to your response, we decided that in future we will not bought new vehicles of tata motors. This is very worst experience with your workshop & in future we will avoid your workshop for our vehicles maintenance & services.

        Sir, i am having a tata nano twist car bearing no. Br 11h 4894. Since last few months my said car is being over heated and temprature alarm blows continously just after running about 10 km. Resultant which it can not move further. After the engine cools down then only it starts and again after few minutes or run about 2-3 km same problem occurs. Said car was brought to your service center m/s r. K. L. Motors. Gida. Gorakhpur. Spark plug, high tension cable, oxygen sensor (Lambada sensor), coolent temperature sensor, turbo repair parts (Radiator flush), have been replaced at your said service center. But the problem has not been removed and still my said car is lying at the said service center. My repesentative is visiting continously at frequent intervals but to effect. Please look in to the matter at the earliest.

          I bought tata hexa in oct17 and after some time, air-condition creating cooling problem. I went to authorised tata service station and complaint they checked air-condition gas and even the grill temperature and said its fine and no problem. But problem started again after some time.

          Recently, i went for regular servicing to tata authorised service station and after servicing my hexa air-condition started giving hot air and this was happen in front of service supervisors. They checked the gas again and grill temperature as earlier. It was find for next 15 mins. I came of the station and after 3 km drive my air-condition again starting giving hot air.
          I really do not understand, why these people trained by tata cannot resolve the problem???

          Thanks for the response, my car chassis number of my Hexa is MAT614406HRH08018.
          Please note that today I went to the service station again (Veerprabhu Marketing) basni Jodhpur.

          Today again they checked my vehicle and finally diagnosed the problem and problem was that the motor which control hot and cold air was not working properly.
          At the moment they have kept it on cold air and took out its pin so that it won't go to the hot air.
          They have confirmed that they will ask to the spare part department and order for new motor.
          Once its there they will contact me and replace the motor as my vehicle is in under warranty.

          I hope they will resolve this issue for forever.

            I have taken delivery of tiago xzo on 30.09.2019 at bafna motors nanded. Maharashtra. After delivery i found that the heat consuming bonet mat is not fitted inside the bonet, due to which bonet is heating very soon and high and which may affect to colour in future. When i asked about answer received that company has stopped to provide this recently. I have checked other tiago cars which are fitted with bonet mat. So please make an arrangement to provide or fit bonet mat as early as possible.

                I have recently booked a "tata nexon xm 1.2 petrol model" with the tata motors dealer "trupti enterprises pvt ltd, bhubaneswar".in the price quotation the said dealer has included a sum of rs.10030/- as "handling charges" apart from ex-showroom price, rto & registration, insurance and accessories. The copy of the price quotation is attached herewith for your kind perusal and favorable consideration.

                That i have requested the dealer for waiver of such handling charges but they have bluntly refused to consider my request.

                That i have made personal inquiries with other car companies like honda, maruti suzuki and hyundai but they are not charging handling/ logistic charges apart from the ex-showroom price of the vehicle from the customer.

                Being a leading vehicle manufacturer in india which claims to have a customer centric approach, its unfair on your part to allow levy of such illegal charges in the name of handling charges by the car dealers. Such type of conduct on your part will surely discourage the future potential customers of tata cars.

                If such charges are not waived by the dealer/company, i shall be constrained to initiate proper legal action in an appropriate court for redressal of my grievance.

                Yes, this is really illegal and dealers should stop looting money from customers by showing such unnecessary charges. Even i am gong through this Logistic/handling charges insistance from dealer of Concorde motors, Mysore rd, Bangalore.

                    Hi, i have booked a tata nexon on 23rd september with marina motors calicut. The showroom executive had promised to us that they can deliver the vehicle on 3rd october and only because of this promise i made the advance payment. Unfortunately they haven't deliver the vehicle on 3rd and gave me a new date as 5th oct 2019. When we contacted on 5th executive again changed the delivery date to 10th oct, and now he is not picking the call and no response from the dealership.

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      This is with great disappointment i am writing to you about the deception meted out to us by tata motors. Myself dr saubhik das, writing on behalf of my mother mrs. Kabita das. We had purchased tata tiago revetron xt last year (March, 2018) from lexican motors, mongalbari, malda, west bengal; the car is registered in my mother’s name, the registration no is wb 84b 0640. We had very high expectations about tata, particularly about this tiago car; moreover, it suited out budged. Hence, despite not so good reputation of tata, we proceeded with this car with our little hard earned money. Needless to say, tata never fail to disappoint; why i am saying so? Yes, after few months, our car started showing problems. Sometimes it was a problem of suspension creating noise, or sometimes it was the faulty breaking system. Therefore, we had to take out car multiple times to the showroom cum service centre here (Lexican motors) for repair. I think you would understand how it feels to see multiple problems in your new car, bought with our hard earned money, within just one year. We naturally felt let down, disappointed and devastated; but, had no other option but to continue like this. However, for last 6 months it was running ok. But, the best deception was yet to get revealed in this festive season; totally unexpected, despicable incident happened.

                      Today morning (07/10/2019), the front right tyre got broke. The leak was repaired but it did not persist and got leaked again during travel. Hence, we had to proceed with changing the tyre with the spare tyre provided in car. And, here it comes; during changing the tyre, we noticed with great shock that the spare tyre provided by the showroom in our brand new car is totally different. It is of separate company, of separate dimension and width. Can you believe it? We got appalled. We confess it was a “brand new tyre”, why i am saying this because it is totally new, was placed in the boot exactly in the same condition as it was when purchasing this car. I believe no one, i repeat, no one would ever imagine of this deception ever. We too were oblivious that this kind of incident might happen. During purchase, we just checked that everything in car was in place. We failed to exactly and accurately note down the details, width and specification of the spare tyre; in fact, no one does. I have also one suzuki swift car, 4 years old; and it is still running ok without any single technical defect. Now i know why people trust suzuki so much. Now tell me what to do now; can you imagine what kind of stressed we are in now? This kind of deception is reprehensible, despicable, and outrageous. I don’t know who is at fault, the tata motors or the lexican motors, but it happened and we are totally devastated and appalled. However, we had no other option but to fit this spare tyre, which is different from the other three tyres, and to continue like this. Don’t know what would happen on road; may be it would compromise car safety and balance. We will take our car to the showroom “lexican motors” to bring it to their notice to readdress our problem. It needs to be solved. Tata motors - don’t disappoint now. People will lose whatever little trust you gained. Please solve the issue and do the needful so that similar incidents don’t happen with others. May be it is happening with others also, but unless the spare tyre is used, no one will notice this deceit by tata. Please take necessary action to bring the culprits under book; solve our concerns and exchange the wrong tyre. Details provided below:

                          This is the complaint regarding my new car “tiago” which i brought from sec-14 arya tata motors showroom from dealer “rajeev”. At the time of delivery he assured me that car is fine but last week i get to know that there is a defect in the chrome finishing of head lamps of car. Now when i want to replace them then tata service centre from wazirabad location are not confirming me that when they are going to replace the head lamps.

                          This way tata brand is making fool to thier customers. I want an immediate action should be taken on my issue.

                          My self Rahul Dhawan and [protected] is my number.
                          I have just newly owned a TATA TIAGO from BIMAL TATA MOTORS GUWAHATI, at first I was very happy but after couple of days I have faced some serious issue regarding my headlamps, i.e- when i engaged the higher beam the lower beam turns off automatically, that creates a huge blind spot between fog lamp beam and higher beam, and when I visited BIMAL'S service center they are also clueless about this issue, I have also told them if it's required any upgradation then I am ready to do the same with my own expenses, so I request you to please look into this matter seriously, so I can enjoy the night drive too.

                            Not satisfied
                            I had purchased tata tiago in december 2018, during 9 month use i'm facing problems in vehicle like average, performance, headlight issue and moisture, defective spare parts feeting.
                            I already talk with concern service center and workshop but as useval they all are there to spoile brand name and reputation and image of tata.
                            My nearest and dearest suggest me don't go with tata, but due to the brand and our country's entrepreneur ratan tata i purchased tata tiago but today i feel that worst decision i had taken by buying this car.
                            Tata had come back in the car market by launching this new cars but after sales part is also a important in any industry.
                            Out of 100 85 people will complaining you about you after sales services.
                            If any tata representative or associate reading this comment please look into this and take corrective action, don't spoiled the brand name and prestige and reputation of tata.

                                  Hello, i bought tata nexon top model manual, i facing some issues and one of major is black smoke from the exhaust since 12000 km i also complaint to the service center but for some days working good after service, but the same issue start back. Many car drivers coming towards me and tell about my car black smoke and i really feeling shameful.

                                  I felt list of issue with my nexon xz+ listed below,

                                  1) black smoke (Major)
                                  2) glass window noise when i drive car with open window
                                  3) low focus in headlight light
                                  4) suspension noise when drive with bumpy (Bad) roads
                                  5) no charging socket at rear

                                    I have called so much time at time of service to car dealer regarding to headlight moisture.
                                    I bought nexon 1.5 years ago and the problem is came with buying.
                                    Car charging wire also has been lost by some one. It is clearly visible in they photograph. But no response from them. I also asked him for bumper reflector but there is also no response from that.

                                      We are living in West Delhi, India . We booked Tata Tiago XZA - Titanium Grey on 12 September 2019 from TRUENORTH automobiles Pvt.ltd Mayapuri, New Delhi. We also told them about delivery date to be 3 October 2019 but now they are refusing to deliver vehicle on 3 October . This kind of behaviour of employees towards customer is disrespectful . This attitude is creating a negative image of Tata Motors . Employees of that showroom were forcing us to take different colour . Kindly take an action against this or we have to complaint at higher level. The dealing person are - Vikas and Amit Mishra . They are mentally harrassing us by giving late delivery . If this is to be done then please give our money incl. all taxes and interest back . Please resolve this issue as soon as possible or we will have to complaint further
