Please refer to my vehicle no:ka-30-m-3428 which i purchased during the year 2006 (Model:tata indigo glx). I. Regularly do the maintenance at the authorized tata motors service station only. Few complaints were also raised post service couple of times. But no action till date. But in the recent service completed on[protected] i find the charge done for the service was not genuine.

Sir, due the recent floods in my residential area at kaiga, my vehicle got immersed in the water. But the battery cables were disconnected and the exhaust pipe was also closed. I, had given the vehicle to "tata motors manicbag hubbali". Usually the old defected parts which were replaced with new components would be given to the vehicle owner. But after preparing the bill the parts were not handedover. Only the parts which were not not for there use were handed over.

Sir, you know that higher capacity electrical motors were reused after getting it heated up and removal of the moisture content. Why such practice were not follwed in the service station. Rather they charge hefty o the customers by looting the money from the sincere customers for the items not replaced. Finally the vehicle cleaning was also not done.

    Dear sir,
    I am sai jagannath residing at vizag, i am having tata tiago my vehicle registration no ap 31 dn 0039 and it is on my wife's name y v n varalakshmi. I am very much happy with the performance with the vehicle, but pathetic service by one of your distributor m/s shiv sankar motors visakhapatnam.

    I have raised complaint against them cited above complaint number[protected]. After raising this complaint i have not received a call from you. But after that nobody bothered about complaint. Neither from distributor nor from central team.

    To brief about my complaint, i was offered to pay rs.6400 for ptop by m/s shiv shankar motors on 1st oct 2018. I have paid through credit card, and i am holding the statement of it. On that day perhaps their system were not working, they haven't given document except written bill which i list it. I was waiting since 1 year no other communication regarding the deck.

    At last 2 weeks before i visited to the distributor asking about the document, the person simply told no data available with them. I requested him to check he denied and replied no way evident that i have come earlier neither to avail additional warranty nor for service. If so while in my statement it's reflecting then how come it's possible. He was replied such arrogant and asked me can escalate to any extent. I was escalated the issue to you.

      I rajender r bang purchased tata tiago this year in april 2019 from satish motors p. Ltd, aurangabad, maharashtra.
      The car's air conditioner was giving problem from very next day.
      So we showed the car to dealer. But irrespective of inspection from your dealer the car still has an air conditioning problem.
      My problem is not solved and i am not at all satisfied with after sales services.
      Its not even been 1 year to purchase a car and the problem with air conditioner is started.
      Please look into this matter and resolve my problem.

        I m the ownr of zest.
        Frm last 1 yr i m facing prblm of rpm fluctuation.
        S. C. Mechanics was unable to find the issue, aftr regulr complaint before 3 months they told me that its an ht cable issue and as part was not avalbl they will orderd fr the part n inform me after part avalbility. Bt yet evn after regulr follw up no any respns frm them. Now car is stuck frm last 1 wk.

          On 22 sept i went to chandrani motors for 2nd free service. I told them mis functioning of clutch plate. But they have not care. After few day one call come from your side regarding service, then i told about the above problem. But i have not get get any response from service station. On26 0ct when i going to device station my car clutch plate burntout. After that my car taken to service station. On 28oct they told you have to pay for clutch plate. Then i inform by phone to [protected]. So sir please see the above matter and make arrangements that i have not to pay any amount for for above matter. Complain no[protected]

            Dear sir,

            I am owner of nexon mh fe 6064. Purchased on 1st august 2019.
            The car met with an accident on 30 sep 2019 and was taken to repairs at your dealership tata khamla motors nagpur. I have been following up with the dealer for last 32 days but every time he comes with different excuses.
            Tata is an indian company that was a reason for me to purchase this car. But dealer kept on saying that parts are not available till 24 days after full inspection by the insurance company also.
            How is it possible for a brand new car of the company; that parts are not available. Even if parts are not available in this center, he can get them in 3 days from any corner of india till nagpur.
            Till today i haven't received my car. I am facing a lot of difficulties because your dealership lethargic behaviour.
            We have bought this car because of tata's reputation but your dealership hampering it.

            Kindly take the necessary action.

              This is in reference to AC repairs and service performed on my car(Tata Nano – MH02DN9948) on 2nd Jul 2019 by Wasan Motors(authorised Tata Motors service center) at Kandivali West
              The letter is very lengthy as I couldn’t express the experience with Wasan Motors in a few words.
              Initial Problem before coming to Wasan and visit to local car AC repair shop
              Few weeks before when I gave my car to Wasan Motors for AC repairs, I was facing cooling issue. I got my car checked from a good AC repair shop who filled nitrogen for 30mins to check for any leakage. But they didn’t find any leakage in 30 mins so topped up the new AC gas.
              The repair shop owner had affirmed that, in most cases minor leakage if any, leaks the AC gas gas again in a few weeks. So use the car and if again found, then they would have to open the car dashboard and check the pipes, other AC parts and cooling coil as cooling coil leakage is a common case of all AC failures in most of the Tata Nanos.
              All gas leaked in a week and cooling stopped. I called up the same repair shop to report the leakage and he suggested that they would have to open the dashboard and check all the leakages and the cooling coil. As my car was hardly used(around 10, 500 kms) and still in new condition, I decided to take it to an authorised service center for opening the major parts like Dashboard, internal parts, etc
              Interaction with Wasan Motors Kandivali West
              I took my car on 29th June 2019 to Wasan Motors where an advisor Mr. Ashutosh Shedge inspected my car and experienced no AC cooling.
              Ashutosh prepared the car job card and I told him to get it inspected properly and check all leakages as it was not found earlier with the previous repair shop and they had suggested to open the Dashboard and check the pipes and the cooling coil.
              Initial estimate was around Rs 8500 which included Dashboard opening charges for checking leakage in all AC parts including cooling coil and pipes with general check up and engine oil container and labour charges for engine oil change(As oil was not changed for 9k kms and 2 yrs).
              Later on he had called to take approval for break cylinder change as were leaking which I approved. Later he had also called to tell that even after putting nitrogen the gas leak was not seen and so told me that would keep it overnight.
              The next day, Ashutosh called and confirmed that there was a minor drop in the leakage overnight and the car AC repair serviceman saw some minor leakages in the pipes which he fixed but had seen that the condenser fan not working.
              I was surprised to here that since initially when I had taken my car to the local repair shop for gas top-up I had myself seen the fan running. Also I called and confirmed the same thing from the previous local repair shop who too said that the fan was working else would have reported and if not currently working then it would have got tripped for which we just need to adjust the trip button. He again forced me to ask the service center guys to open the Dashboard and check the cooling coil.
              I requested Ashutosh multiple times to open the Dashboard and check but he refused and said that the same was not required since it’s was a problem with the condenser fan.
              Finally after lot of arguments I approved for cost of the condenser fan.

              Delivery after AC repairs
              The next day my car was ready and the actual costs of repair had reached Rs 14, 000. I had convinced Ashutosh to lower the cost as it was almost twice the estimated amount. Later he gave 10% discount after multiple requests.
              When I went to take the delivery of the car, I asked him regarding why the dashboard was not opened which was the reason for bringing the car to the authorised service center. But he assured that the same was not required as the problem was of condenser fan only and not the AC cooling coil. Since the repair costs were high, I got the assurance from Ashutosh whether the AC cooling issue repeat but they said it won’t reoccur as also the service includes 6 month warranty. I also got confirmation from him that even after forcing so much to check the cooling coil if it was not checked and if the problem reoccurred and the gas leaked, then I would not repay for the AC gas and repair charges.
              Re-occurrence after 3 months
              For 3 months from July to Oct, the car AC cooling worked well but again the same issue repeated. I took the car again to Wasan Motors on 20th Oct 2019. This time Ketul attended me as the advisor. He too found less cooling and took the car for re-AC check. In afternoon, he called me up and said that after filling nitrogen, it didn’t leak till 30mins and suggested that they would keep it overnight for 2 days to check the difference.
              On Tuesday, Ketul called up and told that the gas pressure decreased by 50 points and they assume a minor leakage inside and so would do detailed checking and let me know. I gave them time to check it thoroughly as didn’t needed the car urgently.
              Later in evening he called and said that they found a leakage in the cooling coil and it would have to be replaced. And the cost of the coil is around 3500 with 3000 labour charges for opening the dashboard and fitting the same.
              Since AC cooling issue was in a 6 month warranty, he connected to speak with his manager Krishna who said that in previous repairs only the condenser fan was changed and so only that comes in warranty and not the AC gas refilling charge and the cooling coil part nor cost of Dashboard opening. All the work would have to be redone for which entire cost need to be repaid.
              I wasn’t convinced since I had already told in the first repair to open the Dashboard and check the cooling coil which even after multiple requests and arguments was not inspected. He still said that the repair and service did not include the Dashboard opening charges and so was not inspected.
              I told him about Ashutosh to whom I had requested several times. But Krishna said that dashboard opening charges are extra and Ashutosh used to give false promises to his customers and so was removed from the company.
              I don’t understand, how as a customer, I am responsible for Ashutosh’s false commitment.
              Secondly how will I come to know that Wasan Motors charges additional amount for Dashboard opening for AC checking. If a service advisor confirms that the major service charge includes the opening of the Dashboard for inspection of all AC parts then should I question again even after getting assurance from him. In fact Dashboard opening was the reason I had bought the car to an authorised service workshop since I trusted their hands.
              I don’t understand why should I give the labour charges again for the work they didn’t perform in the first instance thereby causing me losses for changing the condenser fan, AC gas topup and labour charges for getting it fixed now properly.
              Also I had spoken to the customer service manager inside who had also assured me that since I am paying a huge amount for AC repairs and other service, AC issue occurrence won’t happen again. When I asked the service advisors again for the CS manager, they said that even the Madam had left the company.
              I am really helpless. If this the customer service quality of a Tata authorized service center then who would Trust an authorized Tata Service workshop.

                Sad to say that i am unfortunate owner of tata harrier suv purchased in april 2019... Unfortunate because i used to get burning smell from the bonnet... So complained at the dealership... They changed the clutch for me last week... Now when travelling from mangalore to bangalore suddenly there was too much smoke coming from the bonnet plus burning smell.. Then clutch jammed... This happen after reaching bangalore... We were stuck on the road.. Finally our car is towed and taken to one of the delearship at hebbal — bangalore...
                My question is this is brand new car purchased from show room... How did this happen? Our life was in danger in case there was fire.

                  Changed from ford to tata nexon in jun 2019. Regretting my decision to not go for ford ecosport and bought nexon. This car has been giving me nightmare. Since two hours m stranded alone on hwy. No-one has been able to come and help me from the so called tata emergency services. Middle of the road i don't know what to do. Got oil and coolant checked and both were empty. What did you guys do in first service.!!! Even after putting oil n coolant m getting alert. If anyone is reading this plz have someone call me. 9 yrs with ford i never had such stranded experience brand new car and wiper and the brakes give screeching noise. Have got 14 punctures repaired in 3 instances till now. Just want to sell it off.
                  After two hours finally someone took me seriously when i broke down over the phone. Still waiting for some to come.

                  First free service done on August at Tata Concorde Thane west.
                  Problems on my car are below:
                  1. Car heating up which happened today.
                  2. Wiper makes screeching noise
                  3. Brakes make noise.
                  4. 14 punctures repaired in last three instances
                  5. I feel problem with pick up when car changes from 1st to 2nd gear.

                  Please help resolving all of above issues. I spent lot of my savings and took loan to buy this car. If I cannot rely on it then it's useless. Plz look into this matter seriously. My Diwali got ruined. I cudnt go where I needed to go. Had to spend money on uber to come back home. All this is not worth. M a single person and have no energy to handle all this. Will sell it back to dealer if I have to keep spending time and money know this car. Please help

                        Hi, my self bingi sathish. On the of 8th october while i was driving from hyderabad to mancherial in the evening 4pm, during a buffalo suddenly came onto road & it hit my car. The front body of the car the headlights are broken, and the bumper has come out. Later on, i was reached my nearest car showroom (Mancherail near bellamallt chowrastha tata motors) for claiming insurance and shared all the details to him. He sent all the details to insurance team. But while sharing the documents he (Showroom executive boy) made a mistake, actually car driven by me (Sathish bingi) and the car is with my father's name (Bingi shankaraiah) but executive were mentioned wrong details in that (He mentioned that my father drove the car), then it canceled, due to mistake of executive it has been rejected could you please help me on this, now showroom executives using some bad words, irrespective

But they are not giving me not car body cover, first aid box etc. I am asking in tata agency about all this then they are reply me company is not giving these type of any thing.                           Hi,
                          I have bought tiago jtp from concorde motors, kochi on this feb 2019 last. On a trip, the left back tyre got bursted out, cracked on the belly. That was within 700 km total. I patched it on my own expense.
                          Then later, this august 2019, at around 3000 km, again on a trip, left front tyre got bursted the same way happened before. This time, it hit a pothole on road. Nothing pierced it, no nails or sharp objects, but just hit a gutter. Thats it! It cracked at two places on belly.
                          I took the tyre to concorde, nettor, kochi. But they says appolo rejected the replacement claim.
                          Why would appolo reject my claim when the tyre is brand new and only ran a mere 3000 km?
                          Tyre bursted not because it is pressed against any sharp object, but just because of the pressure of felling in a gutter. If they are not giving warrany or replacement for this type, then on what type they are giving it?
                          I seriously doubt the quality of tyre used on my car.
                          No tyre would burst like this upon hitting in gutter.
                          I hereby requesting for the compensation from tata motors on the misfortune that i faced. I had to buy another tyre on my own expense. They simply rejected my claims.
                          I request full compensation for my two bursted tyres - either replace it or refund me. Attaching the tyre images of crack.

                            Completely disappointed never recommend anyone to buy tata cars

                            1. Night view while driving is not clear may be poor quality of windshield.

                            2. Fog inside the headlight

                            3. Windshield foggy in rainy season.

                            4. Infotainment system will not shutdown after ignition will turn off.

                            5. Sometimes when forget smartkey inside the car and lock it than car will lock but in normal condition it will not happen.

                              I have booked Tata harrier xz dark edition (top model) on 15/10/2019 and later on dated 19.10.2019 done down payment and loan amount also got disbursed to authorised dealer of Tata motors which is Adishakti Cars PVT. Ltd. but just found that they have charged for logistics and handling charge of INR 9500 which by no means is illegal. Later on today dated 23.10.2019 called dealer about this and they told that as per the Tata motors instructions they are charging and including in their quotations.
                              So may I know that why TATA GROUP is silent on this illegal practice taking place at their dealership. Either TATA motors didn’t want our business or they are just manipulating along with dealers to make quick money. It seems that every time TATA motors achieve something good its the TATA dealers who let them down.
                              I was so excited to take delivery of my vehicle tomorrow dated 24.10.2019 but this incident is very much disappointing and trust broken down.
                              Sorry but totally hopeless dealers.

                                This vehicle nexon mh12rt1383 broke down 5 times within 1200 km [out of this 500 is wasted by service stations and others] starting 2 week of delivery till today [june 2019]. Bafna motors phugewadi pune service center is doing repair as bafna motors is dealer who sold the unit. Instead of focussing on problem of engine overheat, coolong system pressure built up leading to collapse of coolant hose breaking down vehicle in middle of heavy traffic posing danger to life and material, the service stations personnel are cheating on me by keeping vehicle standing in garage, doing minor replacement work like hose pipe, pipe clips and coolant, performing some non sense trials and delivering vehicle on false promises which breaks down after next 100 or so kms.

                                It is also observed that they are hesitant to accept problems related to engine overheating, hot air through ac vent near drivers left leg. Dont mention problems in job card. It is quite obvious that as coolant system has issues, engine is bound it heat unreasonably.

                                This is fifth breakdown and they are employing same tactic of shady repair rather than finding root cause and forcing me to accept vehicle. No email ids of senior managment of bafna motors pune is provided for further escalation.
                                Every other attempt is being made to muzzle the issue.

                                Resolution expected
                                This vehicle is a fundamentally faulty unit. Something is causing pressure to build up in coolant system leading to hose failure which brings vehicle to halt posing risk to life and material of the travellers.

                                Instead of keeping vehicle in garage for long time and pretend to be working on it and doing shady cheap repairs like hose clip replacement bafna motors service should either work on resolving problem fundamentally or replace the unit or refund the price o[censored]nit.

                                This is first level of escalation to tata motors. Expecting sincere efforts to resolve matter.

                                Tata motors ahmednagar are deliberately evaluating the price of exchange cars very low and are then giving the exchange bonus. This is a cheap trick. If TATA cant match market selling of their own products then why should customers be loyal to them.2 different showrooms have given 2 different value both way below third party buyers.

                                  As per i have take a brand new tata tiago on 11th octmbr. From the 1st day of delvry the car is having a prblm in his deskboard. The dealr is not giving us the servce they are ignoring the prblm. The car is defective from the deskboard. I have made a huge mistake that i have purchsd the tata product. The dealrs and the service centre of s. P motors held in vadodara are not giving a respnse and ignoring the problm. The car is totaly defective from the day of purchse.

                                  I purchased Tata nexon XM variant from NCS Tata motors cherthala on16.09.2019.but to date I haven't got number plate yet. The time limit for running a car with TP number is 30 days. After giving me the car executive continue d to behave in a very irresponsible way and that delayed me on many things

                                    My company namya trading co. Purchased tata nexon car on 31st august 2018 with vehicle no pb08 ed 0315, chassis no mat627162j2e23503. The car had really nice features and we were quite satisfied by the product when shown to us but the second day we started using the car we were afraid to know that it had lots of good features but basic parts had real defects. We contacted to company service centre to get some help and they told us that our problems were some of the safety features in the vehicle and pomised us that the problem will be resolved as the vehicle is new and stands under warranty. The numerous problems we faced or the defects we found as as follows :-
                                    1-) the power steering of the car becomes powerless and gets really hard when we shift the reverse gear and the power steering is to the extreme left or right.
                                    2-) the gearbox of the car is defective as when we shift the gear from 2nd gear to 3rd gear then the gearbox doesnt allow the car to get in 3rd gear it gets stuck which is a huge problem for us as either we have to shift forcefully or downgrade the gear.
                                    3-) the reverse gear of the car is difficult to put we have to try 2-3 times to put the car in reverse.
                                    I would like to bring it in your kind notice these complaints have been told to the service company many times (At each service and many extra visits specially for these problems), moreover these are basic things in a car that need to be alright (Gearbox and steering wheel) in which the problems are regular and are being resolved. We are a tata user from many years and have used tata indica, indigo. We faced these problems in those cars and even then the company couldn’t resolve them. We bought this car as we belived that tata was no longer defective and the company has been extremely improved. I have attached some videos to show one of the problem i could cover. It makes me extremely unsatisfied that today as a new car i have to face these problems what will happen when my car gets old or warranty gets expired
                                    I hereby demand that all these defects from my car should be removed by the tata, all these recurring problems should be given a permanent solution at the cost of the company itself in a 10 day time bar or i will be forced to take further necessary legal actions against the company

                                        We booked tata nexon xz model at karanavati motors naroda ahmedabad..i confirm with him that my first priority is auto climate ac control and we confirm order only after his confirmation that this xZ model come with auto climate AC. After showroom people surety, we give token money and booked tata nexon xz..i finished loan process from my bank and on day of delivery, i go to karnavati naroda ahmedabad showroom for my car delivery and what i saw is shocking..there is no auto climate feature in model..when i ask showroom people they said we cant do anything..tata company changed that feature..they didnt inform us and etc..we said its your fault so you give solution but he said you do whatever you want we cant do anything..we lost loan process money and many other loses..please help me
