I have booked Tata harrier xz dark edition (top model) on 15/10/2019 and later on dated 19.10.2019 done down payment and loan amount also got disbursed to authorised dealer of Tata motors which is Adishakti Cars PVT. Ltd. but just found that they have charged for logistics and handling charge of INR 9500 which by no means is illegal. Later on today dated 23.10.2019 called dealer about this and they told that as per the Tata motors instructions they are charging and including in their quotations.
So may I know that why TATA GROUP is silent on this illegal practice taking place at their dealership. Either TATA motors didn’t want our business or they are just manipulating along with dealers to make quick money. It seems that every time TATA motors achieve something good its the TATA dealers who let them down.
I was so excited to take delivery of my vehicle tomorrow dated 24.10.2019 but this incident is very much disappointing and trust broken down.
Sorry but totally hopeless dealers.

    This vehicle nexon mh12rt1383 broke down 5 times within 1200 km [out of this 500 is wasted by service stations and others] starting 2 week of delivery till today [june 2019]. Bafna motors phugewadi pune service center is doing repair as bafna motors is dealer who sold the unit. Instead of focussing on problem of engine overheat, coolong system pressure built up leading to collapse of coolant hose breaking down vehicle in middle of heavy traffic posing danger to life and material, the service stations personnel are cheating on me by keeping vehicle standing in garage, doing minor replacement work like hose pipe, pipe clips and coolant, performing some non sense trials and delivering vehicle on false promises which breaks down after next 100 or so kms.

    It is also observed that they are hesitant to accept problems related to engine overheating, hot air through ac vent near drivers left leg. Dont mention problems in job card. It is quite obvious that as coolant system has issues, engine is bound it heat unreasonably.

    This is fifth breakdown and they are employing same tactic of shady repair rather than finding root cause and forcing me to accept vehicle. No email ids of senior managment of bafna motors pune is provided for further escalation.
    Every other attempt is being made to muzzle the issue.

    Resolution expected
    This vehicle is a fundamentally faulty unit. Something is causing pressure to build up in coolant system leading to hose failure which brings vehicle to halt posing risk to life and material of the travellers.

    Instead of keeping vehicle in garage for long time and pretend to be working on it and doing shady cheap repairs like hose clip replacement bafna motors service should either work on resolving problem fundamentally or replace the unit or refund the price o[censored]nit.

    This is first level of escalation to tata motors. Expecting sincere efforts to resolve matter.

    Tata motors ahmednagar are deliberately evaluating the price of exchange cars very low and are then giving the exchange bonus. This is a cheap trick. If TATA cant match market selling of their own products then why should customers be loyal to them.2 different showrooms have given 2 different value both way below third party buyers.

      As per i have take a brand new tata tiago on 11th octmbr. From the 1st day of delvry the car is having a prblm in his deskboard. The dealr is not giving us the servce they are ignoring the prblm. The car is defective from the deskboard. I have made a huge mistake that i have purchsd the tata product. The dealrs and the service centre of s. P motors held in vadodara are not giving a respnse and ignoring the problm. The car is totaly defective from the day of purchse.

      I purchased Tata nexon XM variant from NCS Tata motors cherthala on16.09.2019.but to date I haven't got number plate yet. The time limit for running a car with TP number is 30 days. After giving me the car executive continue d to behave in a very irresponsible way and that delayed me on many things

        My company namya trading co. Purchased tata nexon car on 31st august 2018 with vehicle no pb08 ed 0315, chassis no mat627162j2e23503. The car had really nice features and we were quite satisfied by the product when shown to us but the second day we started using the car we were afraid to know that it had lots of good features but basic parts had real defects. We contacted to company service centre to get some help and they told us that our problems were some of the safety features in the vehicle and pomised us that the problem will be resolved as the vehicle is new and stands under warranty. The numerous problems we faced or the defects we found as as follows :-
        1-) the power steering of the car becomes powerless and gets really hard when we shift the reverse gear and the power steering is to the extreme left or right.
        2-) the gearbox of the car is defective as when we shift the gear from 2nd gear to 3rd gear then the gearbox doesnt allow the car to get in 3rd gear it gets stuck which is a huge problem for us as either we have to shift forcefully or downgrade the gear.
        3-) the reverse gear of the car is difficult to put we have to try 2-3 times to put the car in reverse.
        I would like to bring it in your kind notice these complaints have been told to the service company many times (At each service and many extra visits specially for these problems), moreover these are basic things in a car that need to be alright (Gearbox and steering wheel) in which the problems are regular and are being resolved. We are a tata user from many years and have used tata indica, indigo. We faced these problems in those cars and even then the company couldn’t resolve them. We bought this car as we belived that tata was no longer defective and the company has been extremely improved. I have attached some videos to show one of the problem i could cover. It makes me extremely unsatisfied that today as a new car i have to face these problems what will happen when my car gets old or warranty gets expired
        I hereby demand that all these defects from my car should be removed by the tata, all these recurring problems should be given a permanent solution at the cost of the company itself in a 10 day time bar or i will be forced to take further necessary legal actions against the company

        Axel brok down .my car was in gurantee and in insurance, but service centre charged rs 13000.I bought the tata nexon xm model in march2019.it happened in oct3rd.the name of service centre is sai motors bahadurgarh haryana.I want to ask, why he charged when my car was in gurantee as it is tata motors service centre.

          nexan pickup issue

          I have a nexon xt which I bought in march 2018. We are facing issue after 1st paid service . Car is not taking pickup and getting service light again and again. I have visited the tata Concord motors pune 4 time but they are unable to resolve the problem.

          We booked tata nexon xz model at karanavati motors naroda ahmedabad..i confirm with him that my first priority is auto climate ac control and we confirm order only after his confirmation that this xZ model come with auto climate AC. After showroom people surety, we give token money and booked tata nexon xz..i finished loan process from my bank and on day of delivery, i go to karnavati naroda ahmedabad showroom for my car delivery and what i saw is shocking..there is no auto climate feature in model..when i ask showroom people they said we cant do anything..tata company changed that feature..they didnt inform us and etc..we said its your fault so you give solution but he said you do whatever you want we cant do anything..we lost loan process money and many other loses..please help me

            On 8, 10.19, we visited the concorde showroom in malad-w. We saw a light colored single tone nexon, liked it, were told that this was a silver, diesel, xz+ model & paid the booking amount by cheque. Next day, for the ex-csdi purchase, the full amount was remitted through rtgs with the confirmation of the delivery by 17/19 oct 19 by the concorde executives.
            Subsequently, we were informed that no silver nexon was readily available, and that the car seen in the show-room on 8/10 was actually a petrol car, and, wrongly stated as a 'diesel'! We were then offered a car of 2018 feb model, lying un-sold, in some open concorde stockyard for almost 2 years! This was not deemed appropriate & refused.
            Complaints were then raised to tata motors senior/territorial managers, who stated that they would resolve the issue soonest. Nothing has since been communicated positively by them. I am now told by the concorde sales executive that a white 2019, aug, nexon (D) xz+ is being procured from another dealer in mumbai & will be made available latest by 28th oct 19. If this is not done, i intend to cancel the order, obtain full refund, and, file a case with the consumer forum for gross deficiency in service, attempted fraud on the customer, causing undue mental agony & stress to a senior citizen.

            My Complaint No.[protected] of 14.10.19, and, the several inter-actions since with your Sh.Harsh Bhushan, Sh.S Joshi of Tata Motors, and, the Concorde Motors-Malad-W management, etc. refer.Its apparent, Tata Motors does not keep their dealers adequately informed about the in-stock position of the Cars.Dealers, too, do not keep up-dated vehicles in stock, and, then go on trying to crook customers into accepting old, un-sold stock lying in stockyards!My Rs.10 lacs paid for the new car till date, is today held-up, without interest, since 11.10.19.The anxiety to a senior citizen's family & the inconvenience of having pre-sold a good high-end Car, pre-maturely, due to the imminent assured delivery by the Sales Executive, have worsened the situation, surely!!

              Dear sir/mam,
              This is regarding my tata nexon that was sent to harton motors gurgaon to replace its music system side frame which was crack due to sun heat and still in warranty (Tata nexon with registration number (Hr 76 d 5280). This complaint raised by me in the month of may-2019
              But still no rectification from both harton motors gurgaon and tata motors. I raised my complaint so many time to tata car customer care only they given commitment but no rectification yet.
              First of all i would like to tell you that i had purchased my car from arya motors (Gurgaon) as recommended from your representative from your agency itself so that i can get fast service without any fuss.
              But when time came i got delayed and unacceptable service from your workshop.

              I am disappointed with the behavior of your representative who only making commitments from last five months instead resolving my concern. I now wish, never to come back to the garage, if a positive attention is not given towards my problem and may route to the consumer's court, if not satisfied with your solutions.

                  I was buying a tata nano car in the year 2013 from tata motors dealer abhishek motors, and at that time the car was on offer and 3 years insurance free, but when 1 year's insurance expired and and i visited to dealer to collecte the 2 years insurance, they always replied that insurance not come to our dealer, and i reached them lots of time but they never helped me, and the car was on finance from tata motors finance ltd. But one day the car was facing an accident with truck and person expired, now court penal us almost 4 lakhs, now who will pay the money, i also pay the finance amount but what should we do. Why tata motors cheat us our financial conditions also not good, and this year i passed out graduation but i can't go for higher studies due to financial conditions.
                  Please help me we can't pay the amount 4 lakhs tata motors totally cheat us in insurance conditions.

                  What should we do please let us know.
                  Otherwise i need to approach media otherwise we don't have any option and we can't pay the huge amount to the deceased family.

                    Hello Tata Motors,

                    I have purchased, TATA NEXON XZA+ on March 29th at TATA PLANET showroom, outer ring road, Bangalore.

                    I have paid 3 years of AMC at the time of purchase itself and showroom not tagged. After multiple follow ups they have tagged wrongly 2 years of AMC and as I checked with them they realised their mistake and aggreed to change. So they have cancelled the 2 years AMC and still they have not tagged the requested 3 years AMC yet.

                    I have followed them multiple times and also created multiple complaints in TMSC APP but no use still my issue not resolved, Requesting TATA Motors to resolve my issue ASAP.

                    Attached the picture of the complaints for your reference, I have registered in TMSC app.

                      I bought tata tiago xm in november 2017, and i got baatrry issue in august 2018. Suddenly car was giving sound of tak tak tak on start. Then i called tata agency in mohali. They told that there is only 1.5 yrs of warranty on batteries. Then on other day i called in same agency but in other department i. E, store department. The guy told me that there is a warranty of 2 yrs. I was happy that atleat battery got failed in warranty period then he gave me surprise when he told me that warranty gets counted from manufacturing date. I was surprised. My car got manufactured in feb 2017. He told me that 2 yrs are over and battery is out of warranty. I was really shocked. First battery died in less than 2 yrs. Second multiple statements about warranty period 1.5 and 2 yrs. Third warranty from manufacturing day. What the hell. Pathetic service and quality. I will never but tata car again and will ask others too to don't waist valuable money on tata cars.

                        I have bought tata nexon xza+ on 8th oct 2019. The day i bought the vehicle i observed both the headlights are having moisture, i captured some photos and the next day i got a call from tata motors for feedback. I did raise this concern and they gave me a number of gm concorde motors tathavade. I went there and upon inspecting the vehicle the person asked me to observe the same thing for a day or two and immediately come back if the same problem occurs again. After 2 days i observed the same thing and again went to concorde, they raised a request for new headlight assembly and assured me that i would be getting a call once they will receive the requested part.

                        Now i am facing 3 more issues as below.

                        1) speed sensing center lock not working.
                        2) i am getting noise from front right side suspension
                        3) infotainment display clock is not working.

                        I did call service center poc and told him that tomorrow morning i will be coming to meet him.
                        My question is how many times should i visit concorde motors service center and how much time should i wait for these things to get repaired / replaced.
                        Customer happiness is extremely important and if this continues then surely i will not be happy.

                          We have purchased tata tigor xt petrol (Gj15 cg 4518) on 15/08/17 at vapi (Gujrat), we also paid for a protect to promise plan of five years, recently tata motors show room and service center got shut down some days ago, kindly just tell me now where i will give my car to service and what about our protect to promise plan??

                            I bout new car tata nexon mh12 rf 4975, first of all the color options were not provided, then they got the car from delhi which was driven 1400 km as they got it by road, the reason they gave is they cannot get single car in truck as it a cost to them.
                            The worst part is car is driven just 13750 km and it broke down at the middle of the road early morning, it took 4 hours for the emergency department to arrange a towing van, then they found out that the clutch cylinder is damaged due to which the car broke down, it also damaged the clutch plate, pressure plate and flywheel. They said only the clutch cylinder is covered under warranty and for rest i have to pay, which amounts to 17000 rupees. Also the car will be in service center for next 7 days as they don't have the parts available. My question is why do i have to pay the charge as its the damage due to faulty clutch cylinder and why am i without a car for 7 to 10 days as they do not have loner car available. Its just pathetic, can someone call me to assist.

                            I bought a new tata nexon car on 15jan2022 and it has broke down twice in the middle of the road since then … today (22-jan-2022) and it has broke down in the middle of the road.. the 1st servicing is also done and still the service required symbol is appearing.. now we are in the middle of the road waiting for someone to help us

                              I own a tata hexa xta model (June 2017). After few months the ac of the car started showing problem. I asked many times (Litterally on every service) to check for problem at tata sonipat dealership i. E. Swan motors, but they say its fine and these days its very hot so may be. Now it has stopped working and they didnt have a clue why. I am seriously fed up the service by tata dealers. Please help me.

                              Yes they contacted. Now miraculously after posting a complaint they found the problem in my car. Though there is always spare problem with tata delaers still your team assured me that within 2 days my car will be ready. Let hope for the best.

                              Loan ac no. Ending with 8451 does not pertains to me which is reflecting in my credit mantri. I have already talked at custoomer care but they don't bother and says that they are unable to trace the account without full number.

                                On occasion of Dusera on 8th Oct 2019, I visited Tata Motors at Thane Ghodbunder road to buy Harrier. There was no one to attend me. When I enquired with security, he called the sales guy but despite seeing me the sales guy started talking to someone and rudely ignored me. Will never buy Tata car again
                                I have brought a Tata tiago 3 yrs back and only 45000 km run.
                                Rathod Motors from Chala had been shut down in Vapi.
                                Please assist were can I show my car for any issues as its still under the warranty period. Had taken P2P also.

                                  I bought tata harrier in may 2019 from sandhu motors pathankot, punjab (Pb 07 ay 5555).. Till now i didn't got the rc of the vihicle from the dealership... Full payment for the rc has been made on the day of delivery itself i. E may 2019... Now no one pick the call from the dealership and i didn't got any postive response from them... I trusted tata by putting such a huge amount on the vehicle but i m being harassed by the dealership from last 6 months...

                                    Sir,
                                    This is to bring your kind attention regarding the failure to provide assistance by tata motors/authorized service centre. Yesterday my wife who was using kl-19-h-5795 tata nano xta, which had hardly clocked 6500km, had an unfortunate incidence of road side break down in nangiarkulangara haripad, alapuzha, kerala at 5.30 pm. On contacting the authorized service station focus thookulam, alapuzha, hardly 28 km from break down point, provided a toll free number for road side assistance. On contacting the number assurance was given for road side assistance, which was followed by an manned call from another executive, with promise of help, which never materialized, which is unacceptable. Two episodes of similar complaint of road side breakdown occured 4 weeks back, another episode 2 weeks back. The first episode of break down 4 weeks back was informed to focus motors thookulam alapuzha who promised on sending a staff for assistance which never materialized. Second incidence was also duly informed which also never materialized and eventually we had to find our means of taking the vehicle to focus where the regular service of vehicle was usually done. Following inspection of vehicle they returned the vehicle with assurance that there is no complaint of the vehicle nor they could not detect any fault with the vehicle. But yesterday's incident has crossed the limits. Third instance of promising assurance of road side assistance to a lady government medical professional which was not met and the inefficiency of authorized service centre to detect the technical issue is highly deplorable. Hope you will look into the matter and do the needful

                                      I'm arun from karaikal (Pondicherry state). I have buy a new tata harrier in karaikal (Schakralaiya motors) in june 6, i have noticed small peel off in below the infotainment system, immediately i have make a call to showroom manger and informed it and send him a picture and they said ok sir we will replace it by warranty, this is held on june 7 (Next day of my purchase). And every weekend i have make a call and intimating them, finally they make a call to me and they said the spares are came sir, you come to pondicherry and replace it. Then i am going to pondicherry it's nearly 150kms apart from my hometown, after reached the showroom and they saying, "sir spares are not came sir, sry sir!", then i leave that place with angry, till now i have intimating them in every weekend but still now i have no proper solution for it. Give me proper solution for it?. Below i have mentioned my peel off picture.
