Dear team,

I want to raise my complaint against banerjee motors, burdwan where they have taken all my lone amount from the bank and since then they are avoiding contacts with us.

Here is the detail:
Date of booking: 09-nov-2019
Amount disbursed on 21st nov, 2019 (Rs.10, 06761)
Car booked: nexon xd plus
Color: etna oranage
Promised delivery date (22nd nov, then 29th nov, then no update)

My emi has already started and i still dont have the car.

Is the way tata doing their business?

I will have to cancel my purchase if the extra interest is not settled by tata or their dealer.

Hope to get a quick resolution.

Please note, i had raised a complaint ticket already 48hrs back but no body contacted.

    Got a Tata Nexon from Gurudev motor in Chennai on 3.8.2019. Vehicle no.

    There was engine noise when we took our car for a long trip and when we asked asked Gurudev motors they temporarily repair ed and gave the car . The noise again became and the car was sent for repair and they gave the car after having for a week saying that the problem is solved. But after we took again for a long trip the problem started. The vehicle is with the company for repair for a week and they say it is a fly wheel problem and I am totally upset as spending so much money to buy a car and have it in repair shop. Kindly do the needful or I need go to other source s for solutions.

        I had purchased a vehicle from your dealer go auto pvt. Ltd., treo, safdarjung enclave, new delhi on 6.11.2019. But till date i had not received my registration number and no response was taken by dealer. Yet not received the fast tag which was compulsory by government.

        The dealer was sold me the vehicle on 6.11.2019 which was already sold in august 2019. I had a copy of invoice of august 2019. But no response by the dealer, only the employees are given various excuses which is not acceptable.
        So kindly resolve my complaint or else i take other legal action.

          Hello,

          I had a claim of my car insurance in pmg tata mohali. Actually, i had a minor accident with a bike and it hit the driver's side door and scratch it and it can be repaired easily and cheaper but i took the wrong decision and went tata pmg.

          So i have submitted my car to pmg tata mohali and they said it will be repaired easily. After 3 days they call me and said the car is ready and i can check it. When i see my car, they had painted and the dent was as it is. They said we will repair it. Again after 2-3 days, they call me to check the car. This time they have shown their unprofessional skills. They had done different paint on the door. It was looking very bad and dirty. Again they hold my car the third time and repaired but this time finishing of paint is very rough and dirty. The whole has dotted things.
          This time i have complaint to regional head mr. Gaurav negi and he ordered to somewhere else to repair my car. I had requested for the compensation and tata have given me p2p policy but i think it is worthless for me. They had done the repairing and denting painting but not cleanly. Paint spread on the mirror and black plastic of car.

          Please take appropriate action against the dealer and give me a resolution on this issue.
          But still, i am having issues with my car due to that repairing skills. I am getting different and irritating noise from the dashboard or door.

            Ridiculous service. Liars. They never keep their promise. Once you give your vehicle over there for service, they first tell you very less service charges.in my case, they first told me 750rs. Then called me later and informed a repair charge of 4500rs. And finally, gave me a total bill of 9825rs. Cheaters. Shameless people. They kept lying to me for 3 days. Pranav mulik was the service advisor. I hope someone in tata motors who has authority,...

            Hello sir,
            I am having a tata zest no.- rj20cd6008. Today there was a check light signal in meter and as i walked in to service centre and left my car there then i came back home after preparing job card. After some time he (Mr. Saurabh - [protected]) called me and said that they have driven the car for 10km and there is no major fault just a fm antenna prob... After that i asked him to drop my car as i was not interested for radio antenna repairing... But as they drop my car at home i saw a new prob that it was now showing battery signal and as i called him back then he told that alternator is not working... But this prob was not present when i handed over my car to service centre and they also didn't inform me regarding alternator prob because it was not present that time... Now i need to resolve my prob which is created in service centre as it was not present with that complain before. I am attaching a job card photo which shows that car was not having alternator issue before and not mentioned in job card too.

              Purchased tata tiago from trivandrum motors on 01 nov, for which the entire team met me and my wife where ever we were. As per the bank manager of sbi, one more paper is required to be signed by my wife and said that the documents will be handed over to the dealing staff at finance section at trivandrum motors. Accordingly, i approached several times through telephonically to my dealing staff as also the trivandrum motors customer care, i didnt get a satisfied reply, saying that i want to go the bank for signing the documents.

              Actually, after retirement from army i am going for a job on daily wages basis, my wife is a govt employee since she is unable to spare time during the banking hours.

              Since i am requesting to the entire tatamotors team to instruct trivandrum motors staff to resolve the dilemma at the earliest.

                fake interview and call letter on fake notepad

                I got a message from someone saying hes an hr at tata motors please contact by whatsapp and confirm your appointment they also shared a link when i opened it i found the below letter pad i noticed its fake. Tata motors should take strict actions against such fraudsters they are cheating using big company names they went far as to use company leterheads

                My tata tiago is just 2yrs old but every time it shows the engine malfunction light. I take it to service center, they repair it but the problem just keeps happening. The mileage of the car has also come down. Within 2 yrs, the battery drained out. This is really such a poor quality from tata motors. I made a mistake buying your company brand. You dont even have proper mechanics to take care of the issue. It is highly frustrating.

                  I was in need of wiper nozzle for my tata zest and i visited ag tata motors amritsar in evening at 4.30 pm, firstly they clearly said wiper nozzle not available coz it was closing time and we're not interested to open job card, but as i insisted them many times then they said it's available but it will cost you double than its actual price, they charged rs 231 just for single wiper nozzle that might hardly cost rs 50, moreover their behaviour with me was also type of rude, i am highly disappointed by the service given to me by tata motors, i hope tata will surely take some action against ag motors amritsar for such a pathetic service given.

                    My self paresh gosai and i have purchased new tata nexon xz+ gray color -2019 model on delivery dt[protected] at karnavati motors (Authorised dealer of tata motors) naroda, ahmedabad branch. Show room sales manager comment me he said me i will give you new latest month model car to me but he cheat me and he will give me 01-2019 model 09 months old car. Delivered car on dt[protected] festival day. Sir car was poor condition disc brakes quality so bad (Rust) and it's manufacturing dt 01-2019.
                    Sir i m hearing the tata name safety and quality that is why i m buying tata nexon xz+ car first time.
                    Sir one more thing today is done i will give my car for first service at karnavati motors show room at morning when they return my car back after the service there is one more problems ready for me. Driver side tyre will be blast in parking area infornt of delivery boy. If there is new car then why tyre will be blast it's mean this is not a new car. New car tyre will be not blast sofar. If i will draving the car with my family the tyre will be blast on the road then who take the responsibility? Tata motors or karnavati motors show room. Answer me.
                    Sir kindly arrange to me refund my money back otherwise give me new latest month car.
                    Kindly necessary action pls and help me.

                      On[protected], at fairdeal workshop, gangyal, jammu, for my 3rd free service of tiago xz jk02cf0750, i was convinced by sa to purchase amc gold and get the service done under amc gold. The mechanics were literally not following any procedure, i had to direct for each job as i have learnt as an owner of a maruti car. I was not provided with any receipt or detail sheet of work done on my car but with a clumsy gate pass. I kept waiting for feedback call but was not contacted. I doubt my written feedback isn't tabled before the concerned and is faked with my forged signatures.
                      On[protected] i went for general checkup of my tiago xz jk02cf0750, under amc gold. Only cleaning and washing, net bolt checking was done, no body followed any procedure, wheel balancing and alignment checking was not done for the reason known best to them. I am waiting for feedback call but still not contacted. I again doubt my written feedback isn't tabled before the concerned and is faked with my forged signatures.                         I was made to book tata nexon xma at treo tata, go auto pvt ltd, safdarjung enclave, new delhi - 110029 by ved sharma & ankur commiting the maximum offer on the car exchange bonus and took booking advance of rs 11, 000 on 05/11/19 by mode of debit card.
                        Then on 16/11/19 the dealership asked me for my final decision to purchase or take the full refund and since their quotation was on a higher side i aked them to refund in full to which...

                        My grievance is
                        1) till date i have not receive original invoice copy. Send only scan copy through whatsapp
                        2) till date i have not receive original insurance copy. Send only scan copy through whatsapp
                        3) till date i have not receive original loan sanction letter. Send only scan copy through whatsapp
                        4) for that reason my truck not working from day one. I just pay emei. Who is responsible for that?
                        5) now my truck is not get start, i repeatedly call and massage, but i get answer only “ tomorrow positively come “

                          I 've recently bought a tata nexon xz+ petrol model. The demo model shown to me had all the features including the rear fog lamps. But when i got delivery the feature was missing and i wasn't informed about it. When i inquired about it they told me that the newer model didn't have that so with the customer executive searched the newer model and founded that the feature was present in the newer models

                            मैं, सुनील कुमार ने दिनांक 15 सितम्बर 2019 को स्पर्श टाटा, नजफगढ़ रोड, तुला मंडी, नई दिल्ली से टाटा टियागो कार मॉडल XZA को कैंटीन स्टोर्स डिपार्टमेंट (CSD डिपो) के माध्यम से बुक किया था, जिसके लिए 5, 000/- रुपये बुकिंग राशि के रूप में जमा कराये थे। स्पर्श टाटा के मैनेजर श्री ललित टंडन ने मुझे बताया था की हमारा शोरूम CSD कैंटीन के द्वारा अधिकृत शोरूम है, तदनुसार मुझे उपलब्धता प्रमाण पत्र (Availability Certificate) जारी किया गया, जिसमे मुझे 4, 98, 257/- रुपए कैंटीन स्टोर्स डिपार्टमेंट के खाते में NEFT द्वारा स्थानांतरण (transfer) करने के लिए कहा गया, ताकि CSD डिपो मुझे स्पर्श टाटा से कार लेने के लिए प्राधिकरण (Authorisation) पत्र जारी कर सके. 19 सितम्बर को मैंने 4, 98, 257/- रुपए कैंटीन स्टोर्स डिपार्टमेंट के खाते में NEFT द्वारा स्थानांतरण करके सभी जरूरी कागजात CSD डिपो में जमा करवा दिए थे, लेकिन CSD डिपो ने मेरे कागजात यह कहते हुए लौटा दिए की स्पर्श टाटा, कैंटीन के द्वारा अधिकृत डीलर नहीं है।

                            कैंटीन से और बैंक की कार्यवाही करवाने में मुझे 3 दिनों तक ऑफिस से छुट्टी लेनी पड़ी। डिपो में पैसा जमा करने के लिए मैंने बैंक से लोन लिया और भी काफी दौड़ भाग की लेकिन श्री ललित टंडन ने मुझे अँधेरे में रखा। मेरे लिए यह बहुत ही बड़ा धोखा था, जिसपर मैं विश्वाश नहीं कर पा रहा था की टाटा के शोरूम में भी ऐसा हो सकता है।

                            यह तथ्य मैंने श्री ललित टंडन को बताया तो उन्होंने मुझसे कहा की हमने कैंटीन से अधिकृत डीलर की लिस्ट में नाम जोड़ने के लिए आवेदन कर रखा है तथा जल्द ही हमारे शोरूम का नाम अधिकृत डीलर की लिस्ट में जुड़ जायेगा। इस तरीके से वो मुझे लगभग एक महीने तक झूट बोलकर गुमराह करते रहे, लेकिन उनका नाम कैंटीन की अधिकृत लिस्ट में नहीं जुड़ा। आखिर मैंने 12 अक्टूबर 2019 को स्पर्श टाटा से अपनी बुकिंग रद्द करके 5, 000/- रुपये बुकिंग राशि वापस करने के लिए लिखित में आवेदन दिया। श्री ललित टंडन ने मुझे आश्वासन दिया की 2 से 3 दिन में मुझे मेरा पैसा मिल जायेगा। लेकिन बुकिंग रद्द करने के बाद एक महीना होने को है, अभी तक मुझे पैसा वापिस नहीं किया गया है।

                            डिपो में पैसा जमा करने के लिए मैंने बैंक से लोन लिया है, जिसका मैं अनावश्यक रूप से ब्याज का भुगतान कर रहा हूं। डीलर के झूट की वजह से टाटा ग्रुप जो एक विश्व स्तरीय ब्रांड है, जिसकी पहचान भरोसे और विश्वाश से है, का नाम बदनाम हो रहा है और मुझे न जाने कितनी मानसिक और आर्थिक परेशानिओं का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।

                            यह धोखाधड़ी और झूठ का मामला है, जिसके सभी प्रमाण मेरे पास है। अतः आपसे निवेदन है इस धोखेबाज़ और झूठे मैनेजर पर सख्त से सख्त कार्यवाही की जाये और मुझे मेरा पैसा उचित मुआवजे के साथ वापिस दिलाया जाये,

                              I booked a car about a month ago and now struggling to get my car.
                              Earlier i called on customer care and they given me mobile number of mohd. Ahmad. I talked to mr ahmad and he asked me sent him an email.
                              I sent following email to him on 5th nov-

                              "i booked my car - tata tiago xz+ from hemkund tata, on 15th oct 2019 and my loan of rs 485000/- from sbi was processed and disbursed on 19th oct 2019.
                              They promised me to give my car on"dhanteras"- 25th oct 2019. But once load amount get disbursed, they called me and said that tata is doing some changes in xz+ model and all supplies has been stopped. We can not give you car before 4th nov 2019.
                              I tried a lot to get it on"dhanteras", even i asked them if they can provide any of color but they denied.
                              When i called them on 4th nov, they said that they can not assure any date for delivery, i can come to showroom and fill up a cancellation form.
                              Bank person called me and said that my 1st emi is scheduled this month, i told them matter, they said in case of cancellation i have to pay 3% penalty and interest for the loan amount til date.
                              Now i am blank, what should i do? What i did wrong to choose tata as my 1st car. Two of my friend purchased tiago on diwali and i am still waiting. I can not go to other showroom as almost 5 lac is with them and process is again a loss of approx 25000 rs for me."

                              But no update till date. Showroom is not giving any hope or positive response.

                              Kindly help and do the needful.

                              I got delivery of harrier on 3.11.19 from keshava motors, Mulund Mumbai . In 6 days 4 days car was at service centre due to technical issues. Kindly revert back and need proper answer.

                                Hi team,

                                My car (Mh02dn9948) ac again stopped in 3months after repairing at wasan motors kandivali west. When again taken for inspection this tata service center says that the problem is not under warranty as the same part was not changed though they were already told to several times to check that part before giving that vehicle the last time.

                                I have already submitted this complaint with all details, please refer the attached complaint for reference.

                                I feel cheated by the authorized tata motors service center and have lost trust in their service

                                Complaint details
                                This is in reference to AC repairs and service performed on my car(Tata Nano – MH02DN9948) on 2nd Jul 2019 by Wasan Motors(authorised Tata Motors service center) at Kandivali West

                                The letter is very lengthy as I couldn’t express the experience with Wasan Motors in a few words.

                                Initial Problem before coming to Wasan and visit to local car AC repair shop
                                Few weeks before when I gave my car to Wasan Motors for AC repairs, I was facing cooling issue. I got my car checked from a good AC repair shop who filled nitrogen for 30mins to check for any leakage. But they didn’t find any leakage in 30 mins so topped up the new AC gas.
                                The repair shop owner had affirmed that, in most cases minor leakage if any, leaks the AC gas gas again in a few weeks. So use the car and if again found, then they would have to open the car dashboard and check the pipes, other AC parts and cooling coil as cooling coil leakage is a common case of all AC failures in most of the Tata Nanos.

                                All gas leaked in a week and cooling stopped. I called up the same repair shop to report the leakage and he suggested that they would have to open the dashboard and check all the leakages and the cooling coil. As my car was hardly used(around 10, 500 kms) and still in new condition, I decided to take it to an authorised service center for opening the major parts like Dashboard, internal parts, etc
                                Interaction with Wasan Motors Kandivali West
                                I took my car on 29th June 2019 to Wasan Motors where an advisor Mr. Ashutosh Shedge inspected my car and experienced no AC cooling.

                                Ashutosh prepared the car job card and I told him to get it inspected properly and check all leakages as it was not found earlier with the previous repair shop and they had suggested to open the Dashboard and check the pipes and the cooling coil.
                                Initial estimate was around Rs 8500 which included Dashboard opening charges for checking leakage in all AC parts including cooling coil and pipes with general check up and engine oil container and labour charges for engine oil change(As oil was not changed for 9k kms and 2 yrs).
                                Later on he had called to take approval for break cylinder change as were leaking which I approved. Later he had also called to tell that even after putting nitrogen the gas leak was not seen and so told me that would keep it overnight.
                                The next day, Ashutosh called and confirmed that there was a minor drop in the leakage overnight and the car AC repair serviceman saw some minor leakages in the pipes which he fixed but had seen that the condenser fan not working.

                                I was surprised to here that since initially when I had taken my car to the local repair shop for gas top-up I had myself seen the fan running. Also I called and confirmed the same thing from the previous local repair shop who too said that the fan was working else would have reported and if not currently working then it would have got tripped for which we just need to adjust the trip button. He again forced me to ask the service center guys to open the Dashboard and check the cooling coil.
                                I requested Ashutosh multiple times to open the Dashboard and check but he refused and said that the same was not required since it’s was a problem with the condenser fan.
                                Finally after lot of arguments I approved for cost of the condenser fan.

                                Delivery after AC repairs
                                The next day my car was ready and the actual costs of repair had reached Rs 14, 000. I had convinced Ashutosh to lower the cost as it was almost twice the estimated amount. Later he gave 10% discount after multiple requests.
                                When I went to take the delivery of the car, I asked him regarding why the dashboard was not opened which was the reason for bringing the car to the authorised service center. But he assured that the same was not required as the problem was of condenser fan only and not the AC cooling coil. Since the repair costs were high, I got the assurance from Ashutosh whether the AC cooling issue repeat but they said it won’t reoccur as also the service includes 6 month warranty. I also got confirmation from him that even after forcing so much to check the cooling coil if it was not checked and if the problem reoccurred and the gas leaked, then I would not repay for the AC gas and repair charges.
                                Re-occurrence after 3 months
                                For 3 months from July to Oct, the car AC cooling worked well but again the same issue repeated. I took the car again to Wasan Motors on 20th Oct 2019. This time Ketul attended me as the advisor. He too found less cooling and took the car for re-AC check. In afternoon, he called me up and said that after filling nitrogen, it didn’t leak till 30mins and suggested that they would keep it overnight for 2 days to check the difference.
                                On Tuesday, Ketul called up and told that the gas pressure decreased by 50 points and they assume a minor leakage inside and so would do detailed checking and let me know. I gave them time to check it thoroughly as didn’t needed the car urgently.

                                Later in evening he called and said that they found a leakage in the cooling coil and it would have to be replaced. And the cost of the coil is around 3500 with 3000 labour charges for opening the dashboard and fitting the same.
                                Since AC cooling issue was in a 6 month warranty, he connected to speak with his manager Krishna who said that in previous repairs only the condenser fan was changed and so only that comes in warranty and not the AC gas refilling charge and the cooling coil part nor cost of Dashboard opening. All the work would have to be redone for which entire cost need to be repaid.
                                I wasn’t convinced since I had already told in the first repair to open the Dashboard and check the cooling coil which even after multiple requests and arguments was not inspected. He still said that the repair and service did not include the Dashboard opening charges and so was not inspected.
                                I told him about Ashutosh to whom I had requested several times. But Krishna said that dashboard opening charges are extra and Ashutosh used to give false promises to his customers and so was removed from the company.

                                I don’t understand, how as a customer, I am responsible for Ashutosh’s false commitment.
                                Secondly how will I come to know that Wasan Motors charges additional amount for Dashboard opening for AC checking. If a service advisor confirms that the major service charge includes the opening of the Dashboard for inspection of all AC parts then should I question again even after getting assurance from him. In fact Dashboard opening was the reason I had bought the car to an authorised service workshop since I trusted their hands.
                                I don’t understand why should I give the labour charges again for the work they didn’t perform in the first instance thereby causing me losses for changing the condenser fan, AC gas topup and labour charges for getting it fixed now properly.

                                Attaching all job cards and invoice and payment receipts

                                Also I had spoken to the customer service manager inside who had also assured me that since I am paying a huge amount for AC repairs and other service, AC issue occurrence won’t happen again. When I asked the service advisors again for the CS manager, they said that even the Madam had left the company.
                                I am really helpless. If this the customer service quality of a Tata authorized service center then who would Trust an authorized Tata Service workshop.

                                  Tata is a worst company in indian market. I have purchased top model of tata nexon each and every day new problems comes in the car and the car is only 14 to 15 months old.
                                  Tata is not valuable to customer as per their name in market. As tata claim it's 5 star only rating car in indian market but in my point of view it's a 0 star rating car.
                                  I recommend please don't buy this car
