My fog lamps are not working after there service then they kept my nexon for more than 12 days and again they said that fog lamp cannot work. Also my side mirror is broken in some accident for which they are not assuring that when they will replace mirror. One of the bad experience by tata service. Without my car from 12 days it's difficult to travel still they have not given back my car . today after 12 days they are saying that take your car back when we will receive new parts we will let you know. I would have gone for nexa rather than tata as they provide best services. Seriously worst experience even i was die hard fan of tata but this changed my mind set

    Sir,
    I've purchased tata tigor xz+ on 23rd august 2019 from durga motors, porvorim goa. The've charged me rs 5, 500 as depot (Handling) charge, rs. 600 as fastag and rs 550 for number plate over & above ex - showroom price of rs 6, 83, 990. When i asked the manager about it he said it's compulsory to pay the same.
    Just want to know whether it's legal to charge depot/handling charge from the customers as i've read it's illegal & i've heard court also have stated it as illegal. I want durga motors, porvorim goa to refund me back myvrs 5, 500 which the've illegally charged as depot charges.

    It's 4 days now, there's no any response/reply at your end regarding illegal handling charge of Rs 5500 by Durga Motors, Porvorim on purchase of Tata Tigor by me on 23rd August 2019. I had asked for clarification on 28th August 2019 & u had assured me you'll look into the matter & sort out the issue. I just want to know how long it will take to solve the matter, also I wish to know whether it will be resolved at your end or should I pursue the matter higher up.

      I purchased a Tata Harrier XZ on 1st June 2019 from Concorde Motors, Thane. As I have opted for a choice number I asked dealer to pay tax without number for which they said ok but they didn't paid tax even after my continuous follow ups. They paid tax on 6th July 2019 due to which I was unable to drive my Harrier for 36 days after delivery.
      Meanwhile I received a call from Concorde Motors saying I will receive a call from Tata Motors for feedback so please give us high rating and I did the same which was my biggest mistake.
      The reason behind this is, vehicle delivered to me without explaining its all features. Also I had made an excess payment of Rs. 33, 129/- for Gold AMC which was wrongly explained to me. Today is 27th August and dealer has not refunded the excess amount after so many times following up with them.
      Now problems with the Harrier...
      1) Android Auto is not working on my phone since day 1. After complaining about this they told me that my data cable is not original. I purchased 3 cables still I was facing the same issue. Then they called one third party technician on 17th July. After inspecting my vehicle that technician told me that my phone has higher android version and system of harrier is not compatible with that. Why the sales person told me this thing before buying the vehicle.

      2) Another issue with brake lights. Brake lights were turning on automatically so I took my vehicle to service center and they rectified the issue.

      3) On 3rd July 2019 while I was driving my Harrier with family, got stuck in a traffic jam. It was raining heavily outside. After 10-12 minutes I could smell something burning. Firstly I suspected something burning outside, but my son pointed out that there was smoke coming out from bonnet. Being with family, I immediately switched off the car and got out of the car with family in heavy rains. I called service center guys but they were not reachable so decided to wait for some time. After an hour I started it again and returned home with frightened heart as it was late night. I called the service center next day and informed about the incident and they told me that its common issue and there is no reason to worry for me, we will pick your vehicle tomorrow and rectify this issue in warranty. Today is 27th August, neither they picked up the vehicle nor they shown courtesy to call me. Vehicle is parked in my parking lot since then.

        Second servicing done on 24 Aug 19 at Malik Cars Service centre Bowenpally at 8441kms speedo

        On 26 Aug 19 at 1730hrs at Narsapur Village Medak District which is 40 kms away from home, vehicle developed starting problem, it was not getting started with self start nor push start. It is a remote village in the outskirts of Hyderabad city surrounded by dense Narsapur Forest over a radius of 15-20kms and there is no online cab services prevailing in the area. With a great difficulty I had to arrange a private car on hire for the family and stayed back to safeguard the vehicle till the time Towing vehicle arrived.

        Tata Service Centre at Bowenpally (Mr Shafi) was contacted and after telephonic troubleshoot was not successful it was adviced to pickup vehicle.

        After making request with Tata Motors Helpline Towing vehicle was arranged and it reached at 0030hrs for shifting vehicle to Tata Motors Workshop at 0130hrs.

        Now on 27 Aug till 1700hrs there is no update on what is the problem with the vehicle and how much time will it take for rectification.

        Such is the performance of Brand New Tata Tiago Vehicle which immediately after servicing develops unidentified technical issue.

        Now the breakdown happened 40kms away from my home struck up with the family in dense forest area and the 24x7 assiatance could reach only after 8 hrs on site.

        Tata Motors has to take the complete responsibility of the incident and either assure with the complete check of the vehicle for the serviceability and such incident will not happen in future (Technical issue which is not diagnosed by Tata Service Centre) or the vehicle may be exchanged with new vehicle without having such technical glitches.

          They told me the car is available in the yard and While paying I asked to see the car and they said the car is taken for washing.

          Upon enquiring on 27th, I came to know that car didn't even arrive in the showroom. I needed the car for wedding purpose on Aug 31st.

            I have bought tata ace in 2017 by your authorised delear for good earning. But in 18 months tampo engine opened two time by your service centre and they are not work very well. They do not give fully satisfication to me. And again said to open engine 3rd time. I had dissatisfied to your services. I want earning with your compliments but your service providers not doing good. I want to chang my tampo. Please reply soon.

              दिनांक 25/07/19 को मेरे द्वारा अपनी इंडिका v2 कार (Rj20.1c.6643, model2005) को एक्सचेंज करके नई टियागो (Xz+ r7) लेने के लिए टाटा मोटर्स शहडोल (पिन 484001) के मैनेजर श्री विवेक सोनी से ऑफिस में बात की थी उन्होंने मेरे इंडिका का वैल्यूएशन कुल रु 91686/ किया था और टियागो की on road कीमत रु 686686/ बतलाई थी, सहमति होने पर मेरे द्वारा अपनी गाड़ी का रजिस्ट्रेशन, insurance paper और आवश्यक सभी पेपर पूरे करते हुए रु एक लाख का चेक भी सौंप दिया था, टियागो एक दो दिन में संभलाने के लिए कहा था, गाड़ी आज कल संभलाने के लिए कहते कहते 24अगस्त तक पहुंच गए हैं लेकिन न तो गाड़ी सम्भलाई और न ही ओरिजिनल पेपर और चेक ही वापस सम्भला रहे हैं, दुखद यह है कि insurance और registration पेपर अब तक न देने के कारण मेरी इंडिका का insurance 21/08/19 को खत्म हो चुका है और मैं रिन्यूअल भी नहीं करवा सका जिससे गाड़ी आवश्यक होने पर रोड पर नहीं निकाल सकता!
              कृपया, टियागो देना संभव न होने पर मेरे ओरिजिनल सभी पेपर वापस दिलवाते हुये insurance समय पर न हो पाने के लिए श्री विवेक सोनी मैनेजर की जिम्मेदारी फिक्स करते हुए भरपाई करवावें।

                I want to tell you that i purchased a car in january 2019 but services are bad today
                Car condition is like how old the car is...
                I told service center agent many times about dashboard noise, engine noise, boot tray noise, inner gate noise and other also and i told these things many times and i went many times to service centre but they don't taking it serious many times the worker didn't get... They told worker are on leave many times i went and many times they told same leave issue..
                Now please tell what can i do... Because i am living about 40km far from service center and i am not able to go daily for these stupid things... By stop my daily work..

                    This is with regards of the vehicle purchased for commercial purpose from tata, amit autowheels pvt ltd, rampur road, rudrapur.
                    Dated 30-june-2015.
                    Vehicle type - bus
                    Owner - m/s beacon creative public school, 262308

                    All payments were made in full though cholamandalam loan account.

                    Vehicle should be handed over with proper documentation/taxation/registration, which was not the case by the dealer. The further followups contunied for the same until 16-june-2017 when the registration document was finally provided to us.
                    Reg. Uk06pa0832
                    Only after a court notice was issued against dealer and representative.
                    Due to this late receiving we had to pay fines for approx 25, 000 rs in terms of challan's and vehicle ceased by r. T. O multiple times.
                    Resulting in financial and psychological loss over the period of 2 years.

                    The registration for the vehicle did not mention any road tax payed for any duration, although it had fitness upto june-2019.
                    The vehicle was not listed for online tax payment, clearly the registration was improper. Due to which we could not get any details of if any or what road taxes were paid.
                    It came into notice only while applying for renewal for the vehicle fitness, we were made aware of no tax being payed by the vehicle since june - 2015 and is accounting for approx 68, 000 rs with penalty.
                    On raising the concern for same with dealers representative we were assured it will be corrected, which is not the case till date.

                    And again due to which the vehicle fitness is delayed by 2 months, and costing the delayed penalty for the same.

                    We are monetary and mentally harassed by the dealer and the team. No proper communication is received every time they are contacted. A very unprofessional and unethical behaviour demonstrated by tata motors.

                    Your immediate attention is required to get it resolved asap.

                      Sir,
                      I have purchased a tata tiago (Xt) from trivandrum motors in the month of january. At the time of purchase, i was offered a coupon of rs.3000. Till date, the same has not been handed over despite several calls to the showroom. Also, at the time of purchase, payment was made for a steering wheel cover. The product was not delivered due to unavailability.in spite of several requests, the personnel at the showroom presents excuses which are hard to comprehend.
                      This month, the second service of the car was scheduled. After several days of waiting and enquiry, now they say that their service centre is under maintenance. On contacting another service provider (Focus), they have asked for extra charges since the service is delayed.
                      I am deeply regret of defying my primary choice of buying a maruti suzuki car.
                      I would greatly appreciate all help possible from the company.

                      I want NOC for my car loan which have been paid 3 years ago.
                      No NOC have been received so far.
                      I've paid all the dues according to best of my knowledge, if there are some dues left, kindly let me and help me to get my NOC as soon as possible as I have to sell my car before it's value deteriorate.

                        We have pushased two tata tiago from agra battery left to use after one year we got a letter from ashok auto to change it but you have only one dealer to exchange in agra he told he don, t have stock of new battery and not when it will come no one is helping that when will it change my car is standing like a scarp wrost service by dealer, previously in my first car dealer ask for 400rs to exchange battery i don, t know for what i have pay without receipt but you have suffer. Because i think i have taken wrong dission.

                          I have purchased tvs wego in march 2018 for my daughter, when i have the vehicle for first service, i noticed vehicle is pulling one side. When i informed service centre, they said it will free up once it clocks 1000km. Now it's 2900km and the issue still exist. I have changed the service centre and they said fork got bend. Unhappy with the quality of the vehicle.

                            After recent update received for my harman infotainment system on my brand new tiago xz+ android auto navigation and saavn music player failed to work. These are the only 2 reason for me to use android auto. That's the reason i bought the car with such features and now i'm in a situation where it can't even my basic purpose.

                            Fix your android auto google maps issue soon it's already pretty late... Me having latest type c phone is the issue for tata motors now 😖

                              I've made a complaint earlier about tyre burst of my new tata nexon xz+ diesel model which has been marked resolved and there is no option to complaint about it or to even unmark it as resolved.
                              Who resolved the complaint as i've registered the complaint here, and i'm still struggling with the complaint as it had been more than a month now. I've received a call from tata motors social media team, regarding the issue of my tyre burst. Initially tata team became very active after the complaint to call me and to find the resolution asap, but they all loosen up lately, even if i didn't got resolution. I was told the resolution will be done soon, the headlights will be replaced which are at fault and slowly they are changing their own statements that they'll see. Why tata motors service is so pathetic? Why do i have to complaint just to get a proper genuine service? My two tyre got burst and they were expecting me to hold on that? How a person is supposed to just leave his current work and stay on road just to keep the tyre as it is so that in future goodyear team will come and inspect the tyre? Practically anyone will be getting the tyre fixed up so that he can carry on with his work.

                              Here is the resolution i got, i have to purchase both the goodyear tyre with 30% discount, and they're asking for ₹13, 000. Tata is running a scam here? Newly bought vehicle tyre burst and now i have to pay this much extra for new???
                              Please provide me a proper resolution else i had to highlight this truth in social media, about the tata nexon, how you're making people foolish. Now i'm regretting purchasing this vehicle. Even service is very slow from your side. Now no one is even bothering to pickup call.

                                I am sonu. I am very disapointed of behaviour of your employee. One day i visited you showroom. I wanted to purchase tiago xt they said to me book a car. I booked with 5000rs they haven't give me any written document. When i went to the your shop they gave me false information that i am going to take tiago xt in just rs150000 downpayment. When i reach showroom with downpayment they said min.250000 is required. I am very sad. Infact i have tears in my eyes. I am middle class family. I have dream to bought a car. They scolded at me. Also they won't give my 5000rs. Please do something

                                  I booked Tata tigor with concerned motors thodupuzha and I paid full amount except insurance on 30th July. I receive regarding fastrak registration on 03rd August. On 5th August I paid insurance amount. My vehicle is not yet delivered. When asking for no clear replay.saying tp stage 1 progress, stage 2 progress.they collected my nano as exchange on 24th July.                                     I bought tata tiago nov.2016 but currently fuel pump of the car is not working properly, it will cost around 10500 rs. But it is giving problem from 2 year.
                                    Company did gave any solution till now
                                    My request is that if allmost all the tata tiago facing that type of problem that should be covered under the manufacturing defect of the product.

                                    Please help replace asap under warranty either i will file court cash against tata.

                                        1. I booked my car on 30 July. I first asked them for offers in August and they refuses for any. Finally i gave them cheque for token amount. After couple of days i come to know that there is 3-3-3 offer from tata. We asked for same so the sales person replied your invoice generated for 31st of july however the booking amount token amount was deducted after 5th of August. How can they generate invoice before clearing the cheque and not giving offers for which we are eligible?

                                        2. For RTO process having my own house they asked for an affidavit. Such a hopeless and uneducated people asking for address proof with photo in it is mandatory. So according to them light bill is not valid, lic receipts are not valid, bank statement is not valid neither index 2. They don’t even try this in RTO it’s their on assumption that valid address proof should have photo in it eg Adhar card is only valid address proof for them and if buyer shifted 2 yrs ago and do not have current address on it, he won’t be able to purchase the vehicle. We refuses to give an affidavit and guess what it worked 🤔🤬.

                                        3. Initial deal for providing seat covers worth rs 8000 when we asked for same from accessories list sheet they refuse to provide seat covers of our choice saying it costs 10000 and after arguing with the man he said there will be an extra charge for fitting however it is explicitly mentioned that this includes fitting charges. Everyone is lying so cheap people. Having conversation with sales manager he said I have to buy it seriously seat covers mentioned in accessories list provided by tata should be in stock why would he needs to purchase that. Simply they just wanted to make money out of it.

                                        These are major issues we came across there are many more minors. I was my biggest mistake to go for tata. I would never suggest anyone to go for tata. Can you please provide me the details for cancelling the booking, I have given full downpayment and loan also get processed.
