New tata nexon purchased on the last week of jan. 2019. Due to not opening automatically the petrol tank flap, vehicle was shown personally at sparsh tata motors workshop, shanti garden, matiala industrial area, west delhi in the ist week of august, 2019, but they assured to demand the petrol tank flap with spring. After few days they called that the required part is received, but when on the same day we reached in the workshop, the concerned person informed after a lapse of 2 hours that the required spring is not attached to the flap, they received from their store, hence, they will demand again. Still no action has been taken and i compelled to lodge the complaint under ref. No.[protected] to tata motors customer care. Still the fault is as it is.
