Dear sir,
मैंने 05/11/2018 को टाटा मैजिक एक्सप्रेस गाड़ी आपकी भिंड (म0प्र0) एजेंसी से खरीदी थी ।
गाड़ी ठीक से न चलने की स्थिति में मैंने गाड़ी को दिनांक 26/08/2019 को भिन्ड वर्कशोप में दिखाया उन्होंने बताया कि उसका होज पाइप फट गया है तथा टर्बो खराब हो गया है गाड़ी अभी गारंटी पीरिएड में होने के कारण वर्कशोप वाले आनाकानी कर रहे हैं व पैसों की माँग कर रहे हैं तथा आज दिनांक 31/08/19 तक गाड़ी को अपने पास रखे हुए हैं उसमें कुछ भी नहीं किया जिससे हमें भारी आर्थिक व मानसिक परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है ।।।

      Dear sir,
      I am from delhi and i just visited treo tata, okhla for my third service of my tata nexon. I faced with alot of issues like poor car wash, no underbody cleaning, no wheel alignment and balancing, no wheel rotataion, no nitrogen. I came here in the morning but no one from this office informed me that these services are not available since they wrote it down on job sheet by knowing that these are not goin to happen.
      Sir, this was a grave ignorance from the service which lead to wastage of my time and no one is communicating properly. I request you to look into the matter seriously since i have the full right to go to court even for these kind of cheating.

      I got an scam call for job from tata it's not from tata but they call that they are speaking from tata company and they give me job as a supervisor in tata motors and ask for the rupees they said first do a payment 1, 100 for tata dress & id-card they want money from these fake calls tata reputation will be down please take a steps against it.

        tata harrier clutch and gear problem

        Harrier (Ts 08 gj 5958) cluch pedal locking and very difficult to change gears even after doing some upgrade in second service.

        I gave the vehicle for service again, there are saying now the cluch palate is gone and other support part also gone. It's been more than 5 days and got a response after calling them telling the stories of.. Taking approval and getting the part is taking time and no defined time line for delivery.br...

        Im sundar shetty. Its been 18 montha i have bought my ace zip xl tempo from kamal motors. Now im facing tremendous difficulties because of my vehicle getting damaged every second day. I have serviced my vehicle in top garages but still not getting my vehicle prepared. L have spent a lot of money everyday but at the end of the day the same issue comes. Being a tempo driver i cannot afford the cost of servicing my vehicle everyday. Im not even earning money to pay my loans for the vehicle. Please help me with this because this is about my daily wages which im not getting instead paying everyday and losing everything.

          06/2019 i service my 10wheel tanker truk for millage issue at madhavaram papular motors they told noting we clear all those problem but today onwards the problem is still live i change service centre also no one can't clear that millage issue and also i change speeda metres also then finally it's not mileage issue that's your speeda metre problem last year i purchase total 5 number of vehicle all are 2018 model vehicle last one year i change many crew in my company but it's not crew problem it's your company problem if you take further action to clear the problem the problem vehicle number tn 18ar 1899 kindly take the issue tomorrow i send the vehicle to madhavaram service centre and also contact my number [protected] language tamil

            New tata nexon purchased on the last week of jan. 2019. Due to not opening automatically the petrol tank flap, vehicle was shown personally at sparsh tata motors workshop, shanti garden, matiala industrial area, west delhi in the ist week of august, 2019, but they assured to demand the petrol tank flap with spring. After few days they called that the required part is received, but when on the same day we reached in the workshop, the concerned person informed after a lapse of 2 hours that the required spring is not attached to the flap, they received from their store, hence, they will demand again. Still no action has been taken and i compelled to lodge the complaint under ref. No.[protected] to tata motors customer care. Still the fault is as it is.

              I took delivery of my new car on 6th august 2019 and the vehicle was registered after 22 days. Thanks to pune rto for registering my vehicle so quickly. Later on when the vehicle was delivered, accessories were not given which was committed by tata motors and still the accessories haven't been provided. Disgusting, pathetic, poor service, false commitments, highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

                Pathetic and disgusting service of tata motors. I'm highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the service of tata motors. My new car is facing starting problem because of battery issue. The battery which was fitted was the older one and it was just cleaned and polished to look like it's a new one. Even engine oil cap was open and oil was spilled all over the engine.

                    I mr. Vinay chandrakant ghadigaonkar owner of tata nexon mh48 aw7956. I came at the service center on time which mention in the text message send by tata service center.. At 11: 45am a service adviser visited.. He take my complaint n all and give expected time of delivery which is 6pm. My car has taken for servicing by mechanic at around 1.45pm... Now its 6.20pm and still i am waiting for my car to delivered... No one take personal attention.. Every 15..20mins i have remind my advisor about my car delivery.. And some issues have not yet resolved they told me bring my car once again to resolve it. Thats how the tata service center.. My advisor told me to still wait for 1..2 hrs for car washing... Or else take delivery of car without washing and bring it next time for washing

                      I narayan kitwadkar (Belgaum) ph:[protected] left my vehicle tata tiago xz to tata authorized dealer manickbag service center for 6th servive (45, 000 km) on[protected]Sat) morning. The service adviser took the trial of the vehicle noted all things as per the policy an said your vehicle will be ready till evening, i will call you once the work is completed to collect the vehicle. It was 5.30pm still call didn't came hence i called the service adviser, he replied "still work is incomplete i will give the vehicle on monday". On 26.8.2019 i went to the service center to collect the vehicle but unfortunately still the work was incomplete. Service adviser said"spark plugs have to be replaced as per schedule an we are short of spark plug, i have ordered it an about to receive in one hour. Once the work is complete i will call you then you can collect the vehicle in evening". Unfortunately cal came next day[protected] saying "cars battery is dead need to replace with new one". When i left my vehicle to service center they took trial also, they drive the vehicle inside service center the battery was ok. Suddenly on 3rd day how battery is dead?

                        I bought a car (Model : tata tiago, reg. No:tn 13 l 8191, month:feb/march) in 2018; while purchase, i'd paid excess amount than the billed amount. However, the showroom person also didn't highlighted it to me. Later, i'd realized and asked the showroom to return back my excess money. But showroom person asked me to submit the letter.

                        Without my consent the showroom have transferred my excess money to servicing team in order to compensate the expenses of dent in my car which was made by service center during delivery. Kindly investigate the same swiftly and return back my money on urgent basis.

                          I have purchased tata motors vehicle tata mega excel. From the day i have purchased i am facing big problem in vehicle. Vehicle doesn't give pickup. I have taken vehicle 3 to 5 times in my nearest service centre but vehicle is giving same problem. Now vehicle is at my home because it is not able to move even in first gear. I am requesting please solve my problem as soon as tata motors can.

                            My fog lamps are not working after there service then they kept my nexon for more than 12 days and again they said that fog lamp cannot work. Also my side mirror is broken in some accident for which they are not assuring that when they will replace mirror. One of the bad experience by tata service. Without my car from 12 days it's difficult to travel still they have not given back my car . today after 12 days they are saying that take your car back when we will receive new parts we will let you know. I would have gone for nexa rather than tata as they provide best services. Seriously worst experience even i was die hard fan of tata but this changed my mind set

                              I've purchased tata tigor xz+ on 23rd august 2019 from durga motors, porvorim goa. The've charged me rs 5, 500 as depot (Handling) charge, rs. 600 as fastag and rs 550 for number plate over & above ex - showroom price of rs 6, 83, 990. When i asked the manager about it he said it's compulsory to pay the same.
                              Just want to know whether it's legal to charge depot/handling charge from the customers as i've read it's illegal & i've heard court also have stated it as illegal. I want durga motors, porvorim goa to refund me back myvrs 5, 500 which the've illegally charged as depot charges.

                              It's 4 days now, there's no any response/reply at your end regarding illegal handling charge of Rs 5500 by Durga Motors, Porvorim on purchase of Tata Tigor by me on 23rd August 2019.                                 I purchased a Tata Harrier XZ on 1st June 2019 from Concorde Motors, Thane. As I have opted for a choice number I asked dealer to pay tax without number for which they said ok but they didn't paid tax even after my continuous follow ups. They paid tax on 6th July 2019 due to which I was unable to drive my Harrier for 36 days after delivery.
                                Meanwhile I received a call from Concorde Motors saying I will receive a call from Tata Motors for feedback so please give us high rating and I did the same which was my biggest mistake.
                                The reason behind this is, vehicle delivered to me without explaining its all features. Also I had made an excess payment of Rs. 33, 129/- for Gold AMC which was wrongly explained to me. Today is 27th August and dealer has not refunded the excess amount after so many times following up with them.
                                Now problems with the Harrier...
                                1) Android Auto is not working on my phone since day 1. After complaining about this they told me that my data cable is not original. I purchased 3 cables still I was facing the same issue. Then they called one third party technician on 17th July. After inspecting my vehicle that technician told me that my phone has higher android version and system of harrier is not compatible with that. Why the sales person told me this thing before buying the vehicle.

                                2) Another issue with brake lights. Brake lights were turning on automatically so I took my vehicle to service center and they rectified the issue.

                                3) On 3rd July 2019 while I was driving my Harrier with family, got stuck in a traffic jam. It was raining heavily outside. After 10-12 minutes I could smell something burning. Firstly I suspected something burning outside, but my son pointed out that there was smoke coming out from bonnet. Being with family, I immediately switched off the car and got out of the car with family in heavy rains. I called service center guys but they were not reachable so decided to wait for some time. After an hour I started it again and returned home with frightened heart as it was late night. I called the service center next day and informed about the incident and they told me that its common issue and there is no reason to worry for me, we will pick your vehicle tomorrow and rectify this issue in warranty. Today is 27th August, neither they picked up the vehicle nor they shown courtesy to call me. Vehicle is parked in my parking lot since then.

                                  Second servicing done on 24 Aug 19 at Malik Cars Service centre Bowenpally at 8441kms speedo

                                  On 26 Aug 19 at 1730hrs at Narsapur Village Medak District which is 40 kms away from home, vehicle developed starting problem, it was not getting started with self start nor push start. It is a remote village in the outskirts of Hyderabad city surrounded by dense Narsapur Forest over a radius of 15-20kms and there is no online cab services prevailing in the area. With a great difficulty I had to arrange a private car on hire for the family and stayed back to safeguard the vehicle till the time Towing vehicle arrived.

                                  Tata Service Centre at Bowenpally (Mr Shafi) was contacted and after telephonic troubleshoot was not successful it was adviced to pickup vehicle.

                                  After making request with Tata Motors Helpline Towing vehicle was arranged and it reached at 0030hrs for shifting vehicle to Tata Motors Workshop at 0130hrs.

                                  Now on 27 Aug till 1700hrs there is no update on what is the problem with the vehicle and how much time will it take for rectification.

                                  Such is the performance of Brand New Tata Tiago Vehicle which immediately after servicing develops unidentified technical issue.

                                  Now the breakdown happened 40kms away from my home struck up with the family in dense forest area and the 24x7 assiatance could reach only after 8 hrs on site.

                                  Tata Motors has to take the complete responsibility of the incident and either assure with the complete check of the vehicle for the serviceability and such incident will not happen in future (Technical issue which is not diagnosed by Tata Service Centre) or the vehicle may be exchanged with new vehicle without having such technical glitches.

                                    We paid Full amount of Tata Nexon Xz+ Diesel and the dealer promised to Deliver car by August 27th.

                                    They told me the car is available in the yard and While paying I asked to see the car and they said the car is taken for washing.

                                    Upon enquiring on 27th, I came to know that car didn't even arrive in the showroom. I needed the car for wedding purpose on Aug 31st.

                                      I have bought tata ace in 2017 by your authorised delear for good earning. But in 18 months tampo engine opened two time by your service centre and they are not work very well. They do not give fully satisfication to me. And again said to open engine 3rd time. I had dissatisfied to your services. I want earning with your compliments but your service providers not doing good. I want to chang my tampo. Please reply soon.
