I got an offer from quikr.com and contacted the person named rajiv andand told to pay rs2050. They gave me the offer letter also in the name of tata motors ltd. After sending the offer letter they again claimed to give rs9550 for sending the laptop and dress. After paying that amount again they claimed rs4550 for trainning which i have not paid. But the previous amounts were paid by online all the transaction id is there for reference. Total amount i have paid is rs 11600.

    Dear sir myself yashbhan singh from kanpur. I am serving with indian army. Last month on 16 jun i had purchased a nexon gray colour xz plus top model from sai motors fazalganj kanpur. I paid full amount @ 11 lakh 20 thousand foe it. They delivered ne car with all papers and admitted that your regn will be done within one month. After four or five days when i inquired regarding regn from dealer i came to know that they are asking 20000 more because rto rates have been increased. I have complaint when ÿ sold car once how can rates become suddenly increased. I denied to pay so they repeatedly asking for extra charge and saying until you do not pay this we will not process for regn. My mobile no is [protected] and email is [protected]@gmail.com.       I had an accident in which the car got damaged very badly and the i got it repaired which includes denting and painting on full body two years ago and now all the colour faded away and the service center says this happened because the car was parked in sunlight and there are many minor things too which has to be get done at the time of service but as usual they are not done the way they should have been and

        I have booked tata tiago by making full payment of rs.572000/ on 06.06.19 on the promise that the vehicle will be delivered on 11.06.19. But that did not happen and they postponed the dates many times and final date being 21.06.19. But when i visited the showroom on that date i could learn that they are facing financial problems. However, i waited for a few more dates, contacted sri. Abdul rahiman at regional office, ernakulam of tata motors. As i new tata had stopped delivering vehicle to them, i had requested for refund of full booking amount. They finally refunded on 17.07.19 after i sat on satyagraha at the show room along with my friends. That day itself i served them a letter to pay me interest for 42 days.
        As i got no information from anyone, i called sri harris who out rightly told me it could not be given and disconnected the phone. I called back again and he started using abusive language and disconnected. I again called him and asked to pay interest, he again misbehaved and disconnected. Please take appropriate action against sri harris and take steps to pay interest on the funds i paid for booking the vehicle.

          I am complainting about kumaran automobiles pvt limited nagercoil. I took my tata tigor bearing no, kl68 9613 for servicing and twist beam complaint on 19th july 2019 they checked and informed that they will inform on three days. But after 3 days the service manager behaved in a rude manner to me. I rely on tata motors. But not kumaran automobiles nagercoil this shows that kumaran automobiles nagercoil is cheating customers. They cheated me on my previous visit by not checking the twist beam while doing under coating paint. But on that day when i complaint they turned against me telling that i had an improper service. I did a wheel balancing at a place in rajakumari, the expert there checked my twist beam while balancing and said to check in the service expert. Thus i went to kumaran automobile with pain since they treated me badly. I attach the broken beam photos.

            Hi,

            I took the delivery from tata orange, hyderabad show room on 22nd july 2019 and its break down on 25th july 2019.

            I noticed little shaking from engine towards driver seat in my 50kms of journey. I was parked the vehicle for sometime to finish my personal work, when i come back and trying to unlock it's not working, later i entered in to vehicle using manual option and trying to on the engine but no luck :- (

            Very strange pathetic situation. Tata showroom has to take care about manufacturing defects. They should not test the vehicle with customers

              I have purchased tiago xz petrol in december 2018. Till date i drove my car 11700 km. Earlier, i thought that the mileage shown by trip meter is correct but from past few months i have noticed that the mileage shown by trip meter is different from actual mileage. I currently drove 530 km (490 highway + 40 km city) and trip meter shown 20.1 km/l mileage but in actual 33 liters petrol consumed i. E 16 km/l mileage given. So, this is very poor performance. I have preferred tiago over ignis and grand i10 due to its better mileage and specification. I am not satisfied with such performance, please give suggestion and resolve this problem.

                I would like to raise an official complaint with legal document proof that your branch of tata motor in (Shekhawati enterprises, udaipur) we have deposited 1 lack 5 thousand rupees for tata tiago xz+, and due to your financier mistake they failed to delver the car to us. Its been more than 20 days till now the company as not refunded money. Yesterday i was inform by the gm of shekhawati enterprises, udaipur that they will refund me the amount with deduction of the insurance of the car. My question i did not even receive the car and they will deduct the insurance amount for what?. If they deduct any single rupees from my deposit i will file a police case at the aburoad police station for cheating the customer.

                I am already customer of tata motors from past 8 years i own tata indigo esc (Rj 24 ca2895). After the experience with indigo that was the reason i was going to buy your new product bcos the car experience is good.

                  Twice, last year this time, and today a while ago, we experienced, engine seizure on our tata indica vista quatrajet. When we minutely examined this time, it revealed that it was due to incursion of rain water dripping on the air filter, from driver’s side wiper (Base of) water spray nozzle. The position of the water spray nozzle appears to be a design defect. Last year we could not identify this. We kept gessing as to how the water incursion had taken place? We were fortunate to identify the same this time.

                    Madam / dear sir,

                    It was a dream for my father (Mr. Ramanunni. V, aged 70 -[protected]) to buy a tata vehicle and we finalised to buy a tata nexon in the month of may. So during the second week of may we have booked a tata nexon through aly tata showroom in palakkad, kerala by paying rs.11, 000/- and showroom people confirmed that the car will be arriving in 2 weeks time. After 10 days aly tata showroom people called my father and told him to remit rs.762135/- to an sbi account number [protected] in the name of hp continental bi wheeler pvt ltd and the funds was transferred on 29.05.19.

                    Later the nature of talks by aly tata people started changing they told there is some issue in tata plant and started coming up with new stories everyday and finally when we started pressurising them they told that they can’t deliver the vehicle and they will return the money by 10/07/19. Then the dates started changing, it became 17/10/19 then 23/07/19. They returned rs.1, 25000/- to my father’s account on 17/07/19. Today mr. Harris (Introduced as director in aly tata-[protected]) told that they won’t be able to give the funds now and now they are saying the date as 01/08/2019.

                    After hearing to their talks we think that we are not going to get the money in the near future. We believed in tata and gave this money to aly tata and we never thought a premium company like tata will keep such fraudsters as dealers. As per enquiry we came to know that many such people has been trapped and the aly tata people has diverted all the money collected in the name of tata vehicles for their new kia dealership.

                    My parents are old aged and they are not able to bare such mental stress. How these people are able to cheat such old aged people? We request you to interfere in this issue before we take this up to social media and help us to get our money back to our account before 25/07/19.

                          The services provided by tata for my tata car was very bad. The service engineers doesn't have knowledge, they do not have equipment with them. Tata charged me rs. 650, and told me that you have to pay first the entire money otherwise the engineer will not touch your car. If this the services tata providing their employees then i can imagine what kind of service tata provid for others.
                          It's very pathetic and disgusting...
                          I have extended warranty and god amc also, still i paid money these beggars...

                              मैंने कार खरीदने के लिए कम्पनी के शोरुम पर फोन किया था mr देवेश जी ने फोन recieve किया था मेरा mob no और नाम लेने के बाद उन्होंने १५ मिनट के बाद call करने का बोला पर कॉल नही आई
                              मैंने ३ घंटे बाद फोन फिर से किया तो उन्होने अगले दिन मिलने को बोल दिया
                              अगले दिन फोन से टाइम लेने के बाद भी वो ना तो आए ना ही कोई फोन किया मेरे समय का उन्होने कोई महत्त्व नही दिया

                                Hi tata team,
                                I am totally disappointed with the service being given by tata cars dealers. Tata nexon kl 58y 0396, had to take to kvr, kannur, kerala tata authorized service centre for a body work. First case, new bumper the paint was gone at may places, i had to take that again, the did seliver it back without proper painting again. I had to return it again for painting and head light moisture issue (Which is kmown nexon issue) they returned the car 3 days back with reverse sensore and indicator not working and headlight same issue still. Totally tired with the service being offered by the unprofessional teams. Being tata employee (Tcs) for the last 10 years, feel sad that these kind of dealers spoiling tata brand value.

                                Hoping someone would acknowledge this and get my car on right track.

                                  I bought tata tiago just 2 month ago... And suddenly during driving break jammed and its happened 2 time and car my car damage from one side i need to know for this damage. Is there any benefit from company side.
                                  Cause this damage due to manufacture effect of company in car... It was not my fault
                                  Or i have only one #t choice that i need go to insurance company for claim and tata company have responsibility of damage of car as according to dealer ship person of car was saying

                                  Might be i something was misshaping with me also due to break jammed so my family need to go to insurance company company have no fault or responsibility and its manufacture effect just 2 month old car

                                    I am dr rahul khullar, 15 days back, i bought tata harrier, top model, from concorde motors, akshardham, delhi. After delivery itself, after reaching home, other car key was not functioning, i lodged complaint with showroom, they said they ll be sending someone for feedback and will also take care of key problem, bu nobody came. Now i was suppose to go somewhere. My other car key is also not functioning. Firstly it said key is out of range then somehow when display of car came, it is not starting. Display showing ebd malfunction, plaease contact service centre. Now it is not even getting off. So where does i throw this # piece of car, that u guys are selling in premium segment. I am driving hyundai verna for past 9 years even other maruti cars befor that, never i have experienced any sort of problem in those car. I have only driven this car for 200 km. Can't be more disappointed by your product and service. Kindly take your car back and give me back my money so that i can buy a worthy vehicle from different car company.                                     I, Dr. Sandeep A V and my colleague had purchased two Tata Harrier, XZ Plus and XZA Plus dark edition respectively on 23/09/2020 from Rotana Motors, Calicut. On the same day, I gave my car for ceramic coating at EVM YasMark, Calicut. While checking they noticed paint sagging in the right front door, scratch on dickey inner side, orange peeling on rear bumper, fade effect on right center pillar, paint touchup in round shape in rear left side door. So they stopped their work and informed me about this. I informed the same to the Rotana Service Manager, Mr. Nishanth on the same day and he came on 26/09/202 at EVM Yasmark and confirmed the same. He told me that they are ready to repaint the damaged parts, but I wasn’t ready to use a repainted vehicle just after delivery. He assured that he will clear the paint related issues during first free service and sent a mail stating the same. Now I feel like using a damaged vehicle. Tata is providing this dark edition vehicle with extra rate and excluding all purchase benefits. Then why should I adjust with these painting issues.
                                    I was choosing Tata Harrier with pleasure after experiencing ride on Creta, Seltos, Hector, etc. I’m still satisfied in its great appearance and performance, but I got totally disappointed with its painting perfection.
                                    I have no issues with Rotana Motors’ dealership. As a dealer, they gave me all support. So, to conclude, I expect you either to replace my vehicle or to give compensation for using a damaged vehicle. I expect a response at the earliest; otherwise I will proceed legally via consumer court.
                                    I am already getting a lot of enquiries from doctors group about the vehicle and till now I gave good feedback. I expect all the support from Tata Motors as you are much concerned on Covid warriors. Photos of damaged parts have been attached for your referance.

                                      To tata motors... I purchase new car nexon at jkr motors kangra but they give me used car its running about 400 km and they also use accessories without my permission they cheat me. So i can say that they are cheaters. Now they call me again and again to return my complaint. So in that case i want you take action against that people. Who cheated me.

                                        I am owner of tata hexa and my registration number is gj18 bk3625.
                                        The subject vechile is under warranty and i had complaint about the problem of music system during my first servicing and it is still pending.
                                        The vechile was taken for rectification and said that it will take two days without providing a replacement vechile.
                                        I tried contacting tata motors customer care and the response was poor and the customer care manager did not attend the call.
                                        Kindly look into the issue and take necessary action against the tata motors company. The company needs to compensate for the delay
