I am using tata tiago car automated manual transmission (Amt) since dec 2019.

Below problem facing since last few days before with ac and it will cause of accident chaises.

When gear auto change observed the jerk with ac.
Sudden loss of power while traveling up a hill.
When 100% accelerated the vehicle did not respond for few seconds.
Rundown surge of power while reversing or forward.

    The services provided by tata for my tata car was very bad. The service engineers doesn't have knowledge, they do not have equipment with them. Tata charged me rs. 650, and told me that you have to pay first the entire money otherwise the engineer will not touch your car. If this the services tata providing their employees then i can imagine what kind of service tata provid for others.
    It's very pathetic and disgusting...
    I have extended warranty and god amc also, still i paid money these beggars...

After This They No Gives Free service No me. Say Do Anything. I Am very Helpless So Help other wise I will suicide for that cause.

        I manjeet kumar a consumer of tata motors. I had given my car for the service at annanya auto, khagaul road, patna. Car is not serviced at time. The behaive & language used by your service boy mr. Pulkit ([protected]) is so bad. He is abusing me when i ask to service the car as quick as possible. Kindly improve your service facility because this type of person is not perfect for your prestigious company.

        मैंने कार खरीदने के लिए कम्पनी के शोरुम पर फोन किया था mr देवेश जी ने फोन recieve किया था मेरा mob no और नाम लेने के बाद उन्होंने १५ मिनट के बाद call करने का बोला पर कॉल नही आई
        मैंने ३ घंटे बाद फोन फिर से किया तो उन्होने अगले दिन मिलने को बोल दिया
        अगले दिन फोन से टाइम लेने के बाद भी वो ना तो आए ना ही कोई फोन किया मेरे समय का उन्होने कोई महत्त्व नही दिया

          Hi tata team,
          I am totally disappointed with the service being given by tata cars dealers. Tata nexon kl 58y 0396, had to take to kvr, kannur, kerala tata authorized service centre for a body work. First case, new bumper the paint was gone at may places, i had to take that again, the did seliver it back without proper painting again. I had to return it again for painting and head light moisture issue (Which is kmown nexon issue) they returned the car 3 days back with reverse sensore and indicator not working and headlight same issue still. Totally tired with the service being offered by the unprofessional teams. Being tata employee (Tcs) for the last 10 years, feel sad that these kind of dealers spoiling tata brand value.

          Hoping someone would acknowledge this and get my car on right track.

            I want to say that
            I bought tata tiago just 2 month ago... And suddenly during driving break jammed and its happened 2 time and car my car damage from one side i need to know for this damage. Is there any benefit from company side.
            Cause this damage due to manufacture effect of company in car... It was not my fault
            Or i have only one #t choice that i need go to insurance company for claim and tata company have responsibility of damage of car as according to dealer ship person of car was saying

            Might be i something was misshaping with me also due to break jammed so my family need to go to insurance company company have no fault or responsibility and its manufacture effect just 2 month old car

            Please guide me looking forward to hear from you soon

              I am dr rahul khullar, 15 days back, i bought tata harrier, top model, from concorde motors, akshardham, delhi. After delivery itself, after reaching home, other car key was not functioning, i lodged complaint with showroom, they said they ll be sending someone for feedback and will also take care of key problem, bu nobody came. Now i was suppose to go somewhere. My other car key is also not functioning. Firstly it said key is out of range then somehow when display of car came, it is not starting. Display showing ebd malfunction, plaease contact service centre. Now it is not even getting off. So where does i throw this # piece of car, that u guys are selling in premium segment. I am driving hyundai verna for past 9 years even other maruti cars befor that, never i have experienced any sort of problem in those car. I have only driven this car for 200 km. Can't be more disappointed by your product and service. Kindly take your car back and give me back my money so that i can buy a worthy vehicle from different car company.               I, Dr. Sandeep A V and my colleague had purchased two Tata Harrier, XZ Plus and XZA Plus dark edition respectively on 23/09/2020 from Rotana Motors, Calicut. On the same day, I gave my car for ceramic coating at EVM YasMark, Calicut. While checking they noticed paint sagging in the right front door, scratch on dickey inner side, orange peeling on rear bumper, fade effect on right center pillar, paint touchup in round shape in rear left side door. So they stopped their work and informed me about this. I informed the same to the Rotana Service Manager, Mr. Nishanth on the same day and he came on 26/09/202 at EVM Yasmark and confirmed the same. He told me that they are ready to repaint the damaged parts, but I wasn’t ready to use a repainted vehicle just after delivery. He assured that he will clear the paint related issues during first free service and sent a mail stating the same. Now I feel like using a damaged vehicle. Tata is providing this dark edition vehicle with extra rate and excluding all purchase benefits. Then why should I adjust with these painting issues.
              I was choosing Tata Harrier with pleasure after experiencing ride on Creta, Seltos, Hector, etc. I’m still satisfied in its great appearance and performance, but I got totally disappointed with its painting perfection.
              I have no issues with Rotana Motors’ dealership. As a dealer, they gave me all support. So, to conclude, I expect you either to replace my vehicle or to give compensation for using a damaged vehicle. I expect a response at the earliest; otherwise I will proceed legally via consumer court.
              I am already getting a lot of enquiries from doctors group about the vehicle and till now I gave good feedback. I expect all the support from Tata Motors as you are much concerned on Covid warriors. Photos of damaged parts have been attached for your referance.

                To tata motors... I purchase new car nexon at jkr motors kangra but they give me used car its running about 400 km and they also use accessories without my permission they cheat me. So i can say that they are cheaters. Now they call me again and again to return my complaint. So in that case i want you take action against that people. Who cheated me.

                  I am owner of tata hexa and my registration number is gj18 bk3625.
                  The subject vechile is under warranty and i had complaint about the problem of music system during my first servicing and it is still pending.
                  The vechile was taken for rectification and said that it will take two days without providing a replacement vechile.
                  I tried contacting tata motors customer care and the response was poor and the customer care manager did not attend the call.
                  Kindly look into the issue and take necessary action against the tata motors company. The company needs to compensate for the delay

                    Dear sis/madam,
                    I am attaching herewith copy of my letter to m/s vijay auto works pvt ltd, vasai where i have booked my car tata nexon xz+ (D). The letter is self explanatory.
                    According to the dealers, tata motors have seized their account. Though they have paid the full amount of my car to tata motors, they are not getting any deliveries from tata motors.
                    We the general public of india hold tata companies in high regards and when we buy an expensive product like nexon car from a dealer of tata motors, we feel that our investment is protected which is not dependent on the moods or happening at the dealer’s place.
                    We also believe that while selecting the dealers to represent them in the market, tata motors take adequate precautions to ensure that in case of any unforeseen situations, the customers do not suffer and the issue remains between tata motors and their dealers.
                    Sir, i believe that tata motors have already issued invoice for the car in my name against my payment received by them via the dealers. The dealer is only a conduit. So i fail to understand why the car is being with held since my payment is already received. Can tata motors not sort out the matter separately with their dealers, adjusting their deposit. The payment one purpose of dealers deposit should be to first use it for customers who are suffering due to issues between tata and their dealers.
                    I have nothing more to add. I am of the firm belief that tata motors will deliver my car in the next few days time.

                        Last month i got a call this no.+[protected] the will told me.. Your profile selected our naukri.com job of tata motors company job admin manager profile u should pay 1650/- amount and after payment interview ground started then am paid this amount
                        Then tele phonic interview start after payment interview finished again told me u paid this amount 7000 because of company give trainning. This once also paid after this amount they will send mail u get a agreement paper u have to paid 15790/ because company need agreement. After payment they will send mail. Payment your naukri consaltancy fee half amount of salary 21250/- then u get your joinning letter and call letter after sending this money they will told me all payment are refundable amount then will told company open one salary saving a/c u have send 10000/- then u should pay gst amount after payment face to face interview started and paid hr fee also because u get first selection. When i go to the location they call me told u paid gst after paid ur face to face interview start already am paid 102000/- then told me you paid ca amount all amount after u paid all amount credit your bank a/c till now am not get job & not get money

                          Sub : reg no : dl3ccr3445 resolve the complaint through commerce courts.

                          On (Date) i booked a tata motor vehicle nexon xt from your dealership. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because customer adviser mr. Govind say your car is april/may 2019 manufacturing but after car registration i see car is feb. 2019 manufacturing its fraud on your side.
                          I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 20.07.2019, i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the department of commerce or through the courts.

                            I had purchased a new tata tigor from satish motors jalna in jan 2018 while purchasing a vehicle there was an offer for free insurance for a year. But after that they deducting the insurance amount from my monthly installments. After an year they used my money without my concern after a year they refunded my amount to me. But after a year period over i renewed the policy from another insurance company but they still withdrawing money with my emi. Neither they providing a policy copy to me nor stop deducting amount from my account. Many times i told them that, "i don't want their insurance but they still deducting amount from my account".
                            So please help me resolve my issue and refund my deducted extra amount to me and stop extra emi amount deduction in future.

                              I had purchased a tata tigor vehicle form satish motors jalna in jan 2018. Since purchase a vehicle many times i had faced many problems in its suspention, sterio, stearing column and rack, battery, etc. After many times visit to service center time to time they repaired those problems but the staring problem which i am facing since purchase of vehicle, not repaired till date. In the warranty period of vehicle they told me verious reasons to pass my warranty time such as parts are not available, mechanic not present, holidays.., etc...
                              After the warranty period completion they are asking money to me.
                              So it's my humble request to tata motors to repair my vehicles problem and provide me best service

                                Since purchase, i have been facing few issues which i have communicated to service center (Oberai motors, majra, isbt juncture) and as follows -

                                1) irritating rattling sound inside cabin in low and high rpm.
                                2) clutch producing knocking sound.
                                3) sound from left side (Co-driver) like throttling.

                                I need these issues to resolve asap. Pay attention.

                                Although i have got a call from Tata motors Lucknow and they called me and have sent the complaint to Oberai motors, they however called me like same way they did ... and give assurance to resolve like they do everytime.

                                they will pick my car tomorrow and lets see how they will deal with this, I personally request you to take a close look on same and try to push them to perform with better outcome this time as its been 2 years now and nothing good they have offered as far as service is concerned.

                                I will keep you posted on the progress.

                                  We have purchased tata winger ambulance from ramjash dharnia trucks, nh -89, near rto office, bikaner road, nagaur (Raj) in the first week of may 2019. It has done hardly 800 km till now. Yesterday while coming back from jodhpur with a postoperative case it breakdown near buch kalan of jodhpur dist. At about 5 pm.

                                  We approached the concerned agency for help & accept the assurance we could not get anything and the vehicle was on road overnight.

                                  It is really a matter of concern when jodhpur was just 40 km away from the site. How a new vehicle can break down so early?

                                  You are requested to look into the matter, at least priority to be given to ambulance if it goes for a breakdown at the roadside.

                                    Nexon xza+ bought on june 22nd, 2019 at venkataramana motors, gachibowli, hyderabad.

                                    1. As soon as i took the vehicle for delivery, in 5 minutes, in peak traffic, the vehicle voice command said low fuel level and the vehicle stopped suddenly. This caused a traffic jam. I called the sales person and they sent staff who said the vehicle does not have petrol. How can a new vehicle be delivered to the customer without petrol? This caused severe stress to me and my family, having the car stop 5 mins after taking delivery. The showroom staff apologized, pushed the vehicle to the side and brought petrol to fill the tank.

                                    2. 6 days after purchase, on june 28th, 2019, while i was driving on the highway, high coolant temperature indicator and check engine indicator blinked along with alarm. I parked road side and called the showroom. The sales man contacted the technician on conference call. The technician asked me not to start the car, and came personally to fix the problem. He showed me that the coolant pipe is dislodged and the coolant has leaked. He fixed the pipe and refilled the coolant tank to max with water and told me to report it to the service engineer during first service.

                                    3. First service at 1100 km, given to venkataramana service center at kondapur, hyderabad on july 11th, 2019. I informed service engineer vijay about the coolant leakage issue. He checked the coolant tank and said that he will refill the coolant tank (Which was showing low) and take care of the issue.

                                    Car returned to me on july 15th, 2019 at 7 pm. I was driving home from tata service centre in peak traffic and suddenly after 10 km, high coolant indicator and check engine signal displayed with alarm. By the time i could park the vehicle on the side, the car stopped in the middle of traffic and did not start. This caused a traffic jam and a lot of mental stress to me.

                                    I took help and pushed the vehicle to the side of the road, checked the coolant and it was empty. The coolant pipe was also dislodged. I called the service center and he said he 'fixed' the issue and does not know what happened. I called the toll free number and they sent a technician and towing vehicle to take the vehicle away.

                                    This issue has cost me my time, given me and my family mental stress and even put my life at risk (Vehicle suddenly stopping in traffic twice, thankfully no other vehicle hit me from behind). The response of the servicing staff was unsatisfactory, the issues are not being addressed properly.

                                    Not even a month and so many issues with the car. Tata, i am disappointed. I must be financially compensated for the time lost, mental stress and vehicle must be replaced if this is a manufacturing defect. If necessary action is not taken immediately, i plan to go to consumer court. I spent rs.11.7 lakhs on this and horrible month because of this brand new car. This is my first car.

                                    I also have faced the exact same problem and i had also reported my problem here and in Consumenthelpline.gov.in

                                    My issues is current resolved by replacing the entire coolant system and as a compensation Tata motors has given me extended warranty.

                                    Since i had posted this problem in Multiple Social media like Facebook and Twitter i had got calls from Multiple customers who has faced the similar issue.
                                    Later i got to know that all the Nexon Petrol vehicle manufactured vehicle between April - May has this problem and Service center guys are calling the customers and fixing this problem.

                                      Hello team,

                                      I have got tata tigor, its just been 1 year, but the car has not responded too well in worst conditions. Its just 16-18, 000km that i have drove. The shockers are damaged and they wiill be replaced by the service centre. But i am disappointed with the car handling because i was thinking to use this car for many years but i don't think it will be feasible. The number for the car is dl 11cb 2175. Please revert back asap.

                                        battery dead within a year

                                        My tata nexon, xm car within 14 months and around 5000kms distance, it's battery has
                                        Been declared dead by your service centre a. K. Automobiles, bhiwadi. I have been told that due to less
                                        Distance travelled, battery has become dead. Without any alarm whatsoever, how can the battery become
                                        Dead? Let me tell you, this vehicle has run mostly within the city and never been parked for more than 5
                                        Days at a stretch....
