This is with regards of the vehicle purchased for commercial purpose from tata, amit autowheels pvt ltd, rampur road, rudrapur.
Dated 30-june-2015.
Vehicle type - bus
Owner - m/s beacon creative public school, 262308

All payments were made in full though cholamandalam loan account.

Vehicle should be handed over with proper documentation/taxation/registration, which was not the case by the dealer. The further followups contunied for the same until 16-june-2017 when the registration document was finally provided to us.

Only after a court notice was issued against dealer and representative.
Due to this late receiving we had to pay fines for approx 25, 000 rs in terms of challan's and vehicle ceased by r. T. O multiple times.
Resulting in financial and psychological loss over the period of 2 years.

The registration for the vehicle did not mention any road tax payed for any duration, although it had fitness upto june-2019.
The vehicle was not listed for online tax payment, clearly the registration was improper. Due to which we could not get any details of if any or what road taxes were paid.
It came into notice only while applying for renewal for the vehicle fitness, we were made aware of no tax being payed by the vehicle since june - 2015 and is accounting for approx 68, 000 rs with penalty.
On raising the concern for same with dealers representative we were assured it will be corrected, which is not the case till date.

And again due to which the vehicle fitness is delayed by 2 months, and costing the delayed penalty for the same.

We are monetary and mentally harassed by the dealer and the team. No proper communication is received every time they are contacted. A very unprofessional and unethical behaviour demonstrated by tata motors.

Your immediate attention is required to get it resolved asap.

    Sir,
    I have purchased a tata tiago (Xt) from trivandrum motors in the month of january. At the time of purchase, i was offered a coupon of rs.3000. Till date, the same has not been handed over despite several calls to the showroom. Also, at the time of purchase, payment was made for a steering wheel cover. The product was not delivered due to unavailability.in spite of several requests, the personnel at the showroom presents excuses which are hard to comprehend.
    This month, the second service of the car was scheduled. After several days of waiting and enquiry, now they say that their service centre is under maintenance. On contacting another service provider (Focus), they have asked for extra charges since the service is delayed.
    I am deeply regret of defying my primary choice of buying a maruti suzuki car.
    I would greatly appreciate all help possible from the company.

    I want NOC for my car loan which have been paid 3 years ago.
    No NOC have been received so far.
    I've paid all the dues according to best of my knowledge, if there are some dues left, kindly let me and help me to get my NOC as soon as possible as I have to sell my car before it's value deteriorate.

      We have pushased two tata tiago from agra battery left to use after one year we got a letter from ashok auto to change it but you have only one dealer to exchange in agra he told he don, t have stock of new battery and not when it will come no one is helping that when will it change my car is standing like a scarp wrost service by dealer, previously in my first car dealer ask for 400rs to exchange battery i don, t know for what i have pay without receipt but you have suffer. Because i think i have taken wrong dission.

        I have purchased tvs wego in march 2018 for my daughter, when i have the vehicle for first service, i noticed vehicle is pulling one side. When i informed service centre, they said it will free up once it clocks 1000km. Now it's 2900km and the issue still exist. I have changed the service centre and they said fork got bend. Unhappy with the quality of the vehicle.

          After recent update received for my harman infotainment system on my brand new tiago xz+ android auto navigation and saavn music player failed to work. These are the only 2 reason for me to use android auto. That's the reason i bought the car with such features and now i'm in a situation where it can't even my basic purpose.

          Fix your android auto google maps issue soon it's already pretty late... Me having latest type c phone is the issue for tata motors now 😖

            I've made a complaint earlier about tyre burst of my new tata nexon xz+ diesel model which has been marked resolved and there is no option to complaint about it or to even unmark it as resolved.
            Who resolved the complaint as i've registered the complaint here, and i'm still struggling with the complaint as it had been more than a month now. I've received a call from tata motors social media team, regarding the issue of my tyre burst. Initially tata team became very active after the complaint to call me and to find the resolution asap, but they all loosen up lately, even if i didn't got resolution. I was told the resolution will be done soon, the headlights will be replaced which are at fault and slowly they are changing their own statements that they'll see. Why tata motors service is so pathetic? Why do i have to complaint just to get a proper genuine service? My two tyre got burst and they were expecting me to hold on that? How a person is supposed to just leave his current work and stay on road just to keep the tyre as it is so that in future goodyear team will come and inspect the tyre? Practically anyone will be getting the tyre fixed up so that he can carry on with his work.

            Here is the resolution i got, i have to purchase both the goodyear tyre with 30% discount, and they're asking for ₹13, 000. Tata is running a scam here? Newly bought vehicle tyre burst and now i have to pay this much extra for new???
            Please provide me a proper resolution else i had to highlight this truth in social media, about the tata nexon, how you're making people foolish. Now i'm regretting purchasing this vehicle. Even service is very slow from your side. Now no one is even bothering to pickup call.

              I am sonu. I am very disapointed of behaviour of your employee. One day i visited you showroom. I wanted to purchase tiago xt they said to me book a car. I booked with 5000rs they haven't give me any written document. When i went to the your shop they gave me false information that i am going to take tiago xt in just rs150000 downpayment. When i reach showroom with downpayment they said min.250000 is required. I am very sad. Infact i have tears in my eyes. I am middle class family. I have dream to bought a car. They scolded at me. Also they won't give my 5000rs. Please do something

                  I bought tata tiago nov.2016 but currently fuel pump of the car is not working properly, it will cost around 10500 rs. But it is giving problem from 2 year.
                  Company did gave any solution till now
                  My request is that if allmost all the tata tiago facing that type of problem that should be covered under the manufacturing defect of the product.

                  Please help replace asap under warranty either i will file court cash against tata.

                      1. I booked my car on 30 July. I first asked them for offers in August and they refuses for any. Finally i gave them cheque for token amount. After couple of days i come to know that there is 3-3-3 offer from tata. We asked for same so the sales person replied your invoice generated for 31st of july however the booking amount token amount was deducted after 5th of August. How can they generate invoice before clearing the cheque and not giving offers for which we are eligible?

                      2. For RTO process having my own house they asked for an affidavit. Such a hopeless and uneducated people asking for address proof with photo in it is mandatory. So according to them light bill is not valid, lic receipts are not valid, bank statement is not valid neither index 2. They don’t even try this in RTO it’s their on assumption that valid address proof should have photo in it eg Adhar card is only valid address proof for them and if buyer shifted 2 yrs ago and do not have current address on it, he won’t be able to purchase the vehicle. We refuses to give an affidavit and guess what it worked 🤔🤬.

                      3. Initial deal for providing seat covers worth rs 8000 when we asked for same from accessories list sheet they refuse to provide seat covers of our choice saying it costs 10000 and after arguing with the man he said there will be an extra charge for fitting however it is explicitly mentioned that this includes fitting charges. Everyone is lying so cheap people. Having conversation with sales manager he said I have to buy it seriously seat covers mentioned in accessories list provided by tata should be in stock why would he needs to purchase that. Simply they just wanted to make money out of it.

                      These are major issues we came across there are many more minors. I was my biggest mistake to go for tata. I would never suggest anyone to go for tata. Can you please provide me the details for cancelling the booking, I have given full downpayment and loan also get processed.

                        tiago xz petrol model pickup problem

                        I brought tiago xzo petrol in june but after taking it to ghat road and normal road it is not taking pick up as most of other car taking take... Really there's is problem in tata petrol fule pump... Taigo is it giving pick o road as their may be problem in fuel pump as it short. For fuel... I have reviewed all complaint on consumer forum about tata toiago is of fuel pump... Rectify the issue as early a possible......

                        Hi,
                        I own Tata Nexon XM diesel model, i am facing frequent acceleration drop issues while driving and i am facing this issue from the beginning and it has increased a lot recently.. I have been reported the issue in service center 3 times till date.. they are not able to find the issue or rectify it. This issue is making my drive very risky as it suddenly drops the acceleration while overtaking. Please help me in getting the car repaired, Thank you.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          Please read the below content and address my concern as soon as possible.

                          TATA NEXON 5 star rating safest car in india .. Is it so????????????????

                          For me, it is not at all a safest car. 4 days New car having engine problem!!!
                          Everyday it was giving different problem and within 5 mins of driving, engine get stopped and displaying TEMP alert in dashboard as well as producing burn smell with smoke from engine.

                          Let me explain my problem in more detailed. I hope, people won't have interest to read this big paragraph. But my concern is, if we are buying our INDIAN make car, what kind of issues we will face it and all listed it here.

                          Bought my car on 3rd August 2019 at 4.30 pm in Lakshmi Tata Motors, OMR, Chennai. On 6th August only, i got the number plate(TN 14 U 2071). Until that, we haven't used the car due to traffic rules.

                          On 9th August, we started travelling from chennai to salem.
                          Problem what we faced and what kind of response received from dealership and service center are listed below,

                          1) On 10th August 11am, we started our travelling from Salem to Yercaud - Salem District. Within 5 mins of driving, engine suddenly get stopped at middle of the traffic road(5 road area) and displayed the temp alert in dashboard. Immediately, We made a call to nearby service center, i.e TATA True Sai at selam. They came after 2 hours and they said radiator hose has been removed. So that the liquid was leaked it out.They have taken my vehicle and return back my car at around 6.45 pm. TATA True Sai replied us "Reloaded the coolant liquid and replaced the hose. No problem in your vehicle. So you can use it now.

                          Great Response from Service center for my first issue:
                          You people travelled in rough and tough road. So that the radiator hose may get damaged and leaked it out. Is this the proper reason?

                          2) Based on their statement, we have taken the vehicle to Yercaud - Salem District around 9.30 pm. Next day 11th august at 2.30 pm, again within 5 mins of driving, engine suddenly get stopped and produced burn smell with smoke from engine. As per TATA True Sai advice, We opened the bannet and we could see the radiator liquid was fully loaded upto the end of the lid.

                          Great Response from Service center for second issue:
                          Again we made a call to service center and simply telling, in hill station we could get this kind of smoke. Open the bonnet and make it cool for 40 mins and then start driving. Is this the proper reason from service center?
                          - We can't able to breath that smoke smell. Along with us, 1.5 years baby also travelling with me. How could they say like this? Even, we have driven
                          ~4 kms only. For that itself producing, this much burning and smoking smell. How could i continue my travel with this vehicle.
                          - Finally 7 pm, service person came and collected my vehicle and kept it in a unknown petrol bunk. Whether is it correct way to keep the customer vehicle in unknown places instead of keeping it in service center. So, i had lodged one complaint no.[protected] dated 11th August.
                          - On 12th August morning 11am itself, i got a call from TATA True sai and again simply telling, no issues in your vehicle. Please come and collect your vehicle. This time, i don't have hope on them.
                          I won't collect my vehicle and return back vehicle to chennai dealer. Let me come and speak with chennai showroom dealer like that i said and dropped my call.

                          Today is 18th August, as of now, am not getting any calls/responses from True sai, salem and Lakshmi tata motors, chennai. Even am not getting response from Tata motors, customer care.
                          Is this correct way of treating the customer in TATA motors?

                          Continuously we have waited on the road with our 1.5 year baby two days more than 3 hours and we don't know how to stop his crying. If he is a grown up boy we can find alternative to fulfill his expectation but we don't know what to get and where to get to fulfill my baby expectation.

                          Doctor advised my husband not to use two wheeler because he have some medical issues due to that he undergone two major surgeries, We have planned to purchase a car. But due to this issue, he is traveling in a cab for a week even though we spent money to own a car.

                          Past two weeks my husband worried a lot on the lack of response from the service station, show room & customer care because of the stress, if he again get affected means, who will be the responsible person for this.

                          After purchasing this car from TATA Motors we have felt frustration, stress, illness, tension instead of happiness. Till now no one from customer care or service station or show room are thinking in our perspective. If so then they will call us frequently to update the status and taking the steps to replace their bug car which was delivered to me. As of now nothing was happened due to that we can confirm that their primary motive to sell their car not to maintain the relationship with the customer who own the same.

                          Our Government and social media are motivating people to purchase a INDIAN make product, if the situation happen like this then how the people as like me
                          from middle class family will think about to purchase a INDIAN product.

                          Initially I planned to take a car from Toyota but due to patriotism I purchased a car from TATA. Now am suffering with the decision which I made after seeing the enjoyment of my friends who purchased the car of i20 from Hyundai and Glanza from Toyota.

                          Our final hope, this comment will reach out to any higher official of TATA Motors Group and they will consider our request and fulfill our expectation
                          by replacing the car which cause continuous breakdown with new one within the stipulated time as per citizen chart. Please do meaningful on the money 11+ Lakhs which we spent on your TATA organization.

                          Am expecting very good solution from TATA Motors as early (replacement of my 4 days new car).

                            I have bought my car on 13th march 2019 from concorde baker, after 1 month two problem arised, bubbles came inside coating and plastic material between bonnet and viper getting faded.
                            I have logged four complaints regarding this.
                            First problem gets resolved but second one gets resolved but for second one they are just avoiding don't know why.
                            I got tired calling concorde and tatamotors. They are very unprofessional. Just saying they will solve it but doing nothing.

                              I have purchased nexon new car on april 2019, from (Kvr dream vehicles, kannur) tata a reputed and my favourite company. Upon driving discovered many problems. When i brought to notice to the dealer and they never care about then find some good service provider at my native coimbatore sr tranzcars, and still the vehicle is there only for service. I’m very disappointed and shocked from what happened and i find a situation very irritating. A new car shouldn’t be like this...
                              While i do understand that manufacturing errors do happen still i cannot comprehend that the fact that the car was not properly tested before handover.

                              We felt waste of money, time and lost peace. I will be happy if you replace or fixing the problems permanently.

                                1. Accessories was not fitted properly it came off within 2 days checked with sales they said it will be fixed on 1st service. Gave for service yesterday informing the same, it wasn't fixed?
                                2. I am a tcs employee l enquired about platinum service membership i was told by sale that it all will be taken care on 1st service by the rep. Again i asked on giving for 1st service and no one cared to get back.
                                3. I took tata motor finance i got a reminder msg on 14 aug for emi till 16th aug no amount got deducted, i took initiative to get tata finance spoc and talked to veera they said my cheque is applied and probably will take a day or so as 15th aug was holiday. And today morning i get a call from tata motors service or call center asking me why i didn't pay my due.
                                Such a worse experience all throught out with all departments no one really takes care of customer.
                                Being a tcs er /tata employee i came to buy a car from tata motors completely stunned by the customer service. Will think twice to step into tata motors again? Or even recommend to others.

                                Just thought i should register this concern, not sure even this will be attended to or left aloof.

                                    Hi tata motors,

                                    I trust in your dealers. However, i am having a tough time in dealing with aly tata palakkad dealers. They have not delivered tata tiago which i have ordered in may.

                                    They promised to deliver a car in 15 days after i have given them the full amount. Now my 2 months emi has been deducted but no car.

                                    They are not giving a proper response and delaying it. They keep on giving hopes that it will be delivered in 1 week but keep on extending.

                                    Please do something about this. It's better if you cancel their dealership itself.

                                      So i bought a new car which is a tata tigor xz+ from concorde motors khairatabad branch on 22nd of march. After 7 days of purchase, i had problem with the suspension which was recitified by the servicing centre. After running the car for about 1300 kms, the car started making a lot of noise, sounded like a tractor. The gear knob starts vibrating.in bumper to bumper traffic, releasing the clutch makes terrible mechanical noise. I have raised multiple complaints to tata motors, but everytime they have failed to rectify the issue. The last they did was clutch plate was replaced and sound proofing inside the cabin was done which was of no use. They are not fixing the root cause, which is the gear box in itself. I have recorded videos as proof as everytime i go to the workshop, the technicians do not acknowledge my problem at all. They have been been making me run around for over 5 months now. Currently these are the following issues i have in my car:
                                      1.in lower revs 800-1500 rpm the car makes a rattling noise. As if the gear is not placed.
                                      2. The noise level. The car feels very harsh and noisy inside the cabin. I told the sales executive about it and he mentioned that as i keep driving the car, the noise levels will go lower.in my case the noise levels went higher and even the vibrations kicked in. The engine on higher rev's makes that growling noise and even the gear lever starts vibrating.
                                      3. The car feels jerky around 2nd, 3rd & 4th gear.
                                      4. Above 100 speed the streering and car starts vibrating like anything.
                                      5. Press and unpress the clutch it will make a huge noise. As if a hammer is being hit on a metal.
                                      6. Above 100 speed theres a burning smell inside the cabin.

                                      I am attaching all the videos about the car problem and email threads that i had sent along with the complaint numbers.

                                      Desirable resolution: i want a full refund or replace the car.

                                      No Reply from the representative of Tata Motors CSM Mr. Krishnakanth Cheripelly. I have called him multiple times, Disconnects my calls. Messaged him as well but in vain. No response. Screenshots are attached for reference.

                                      I got in touch with Mr. Ragesh Nair, The Service Manager Concorde Motors Sanath nagar. He has been asked to tell me that the car doesn't have any issue. I asked them to give it to me in writing.

                                      I am surprised with the level of incompetency of Tata Motors. My car has been lying in the workshop for over a week now.

                                      As expected, Concorde Motors have denied that there is any problem with the car. I am not surprised with their response. This has been going on for over 6 months now. They have mentioned that the sound in the video is an "operational noise."
