Hi,
I bought nexon xm diesel variant about one month ago from greater noida sagar motors.

My car was in front of my home with locked. An unknown person came and unlock my car within 10 seconds using a scale.

I was shocked and called to tata dealer he told me that he cannot help because it is the fault of tata motors, not theirs.

I had honda amaze car previously it is never unlocked by a scale.

Please suggest it is a big threat to my car.

    I bought tata nexon last year in sep 2018. Since then i have faced the issue of steering getting almost locked or stuck everytime i try to turn while reversing the car. I had pointed out this issue to the tass arvind motors agra but they just dusted their hands by saying every nexon has this problem.
    My question to tata motors is do they accept that this is a fault in every nexon or is there a fault in my sterring setup.
    I hope tata motors does understand the importance of reliable steering setup in a car. Please resond immediately.
    Currently i have shifted to greater noida. So in case any followup is required please schedule for a service center near greater noida.

      Dear Tata motors
      Am really excited to buy tiago as my first car.Tata engineering put lot of effort to make it as king on road.From that after delivery am facing lot of issue till issues not solved its since 08/12/2018.1) car registration not to be done due to NCS dealer Alappuzha they miss the document form 22 digital sign..dealer executive mentioned it will came from pune get soon from december 2nd week(now 1.5 month)
      2)tiago was intialy book at November 2018 at that time it was Concorde motor as Alappuzha dealer am given them 5, 000inr to the dealer after they change the delarship no clue for concorde motor .The executive told me cash get back ur account december last, then say jan 1st wek, 2nd wek bla bla...Its been worst feeling am really feeling sorry for tata .Tata really grown by quality product only not for customer relation pls make sure about customer issue ...

        Dear sir,
        This is to bring in your notice that i purchased my tata indigo car
        (Hr26dl7799) bearing chassis number mat601445fpc14236 in july 2015.
        Currently covered 90k km.
        During 80k (Feb-18) service there was a noise from engine side and for this
        Arya motor has replaced timing belt kit and vehicle delivered to me. After
        That similar kind of noise started again from engine.
        Today i reported to arya motor for 90k service and noise concern. When
        Dealer service advisor opened hood in front of me. We have noticed lot of
        Engine oil leaking in engine compartment and suspected one inter cooler hose
        Was not tightened properly previously and resulted in oil leak.
        This oil spread on alternator and ac compressor belts as well as idler and
        Started noise due to dust deposit (Because of oil leak).

        Now dealer service manager is not accepting their mistakes and also not
        Ready to replace under extended warranty (Currently vehicle is in extended
        Warranty).
        As per extended warranty most of these parts are covered and failure is
        Happened due to dealership poor repair.
        Request you to kindly look into this matter.

          I have purchase tata tigor xz+ from your yash motors, bhilwara. On 03/12/2018 chesis no mat629304jkka0013. (Rj09cc2862) why i purchase tata tigor? I select two product ford aspire and tigor but my son say tata is active in social work so many amt donate as cancer hospital and others. And indian product, good product make. So i support and purchase tata tigor. But this type of dealer cheating me. Why?
          I pay against of tata tigor xz+ 689000/- (Six lakh eighty nine thousand only) cash and cheque.
          I received bills of tata tigor xz+
          Tigor xz+ bill — 583016.00
          Rto — 53809.00 (Including trc)
          Rto agent charge — 700.00
          Insurance — 25653.00
          Fast tag — — 600.00
          Total — 663778.00
          I pay 6, 89000/- so 25222/- extra amt taken from me bill and rc given on 03/01/2019. Then i call to yash motors and extra amt refund me. And mail on 6/1/2019 but not refund amt. So its cheat me & tata motors extra amt is where after this talk he give me 5000/- logistic bill so i say counted this and remaining amt 20222/- give me. This amt me or tata motors (If he given higher bill of 20222) but this amt dealer need without any billing. This type of cheating i think every customer cheated and loss of customer or tata motors and without bill this amt is in dealer pocket so i have requested to tata motors my difference amt given from yash motors and make foolproof online system to reporting in tata motors (Vehicle bill + rc + insurance + logistic (If customer pay) and confirm from customer to pay amt so tata motors have more profit. I filling dealer have more profit then tata motors (Billing commission + rc extra (2-3thousand) + insurance commission (10-15%) +logistic+ without billing amt approx. 25000 (This loss is direct to tata motors) per vehicle. I attached every copy (Vehicle bill + registration fee + insurance copy). I pay (559000 cheque payment and 130000/- cash pay with receipt) show proof (If needed).
          Pl. This complain send to every higher officer up to shri ratan tata ji. Thanks for the treble.

            I had purchased a tata nexon in june 18. After getting it home i realised that the front passenger lock wasn't working as it should. When the passenger tries to open the door without unlocking the lock it gets stuck and the lock cannot be unlocked unless we use force. On my first service i told them about the issue but by the time i was to take my vehicle it wasnt fixed and they told me they forgot. I then told them i will come later to fix it and that they enter it in the service log. After a few weeks when i got time i went to the service center to get it fixed but they told me that its how it should work, its a new feature with tata vehicles. I felt it a very unfriendly feature. On my second service i got an opportunity to check with other nexon cars and when i checked them, they were working just fine as they should. I realised these ppl had lied through their teeth. They didnt want to fix it as they were incompetent and lazy. I complained to the service manager (Pawan) and he was even worst. Instead of showing some empathy and fix the issue he started to act weird and arrogant and told me where i had purchased the vehicle. On being told that i had purchased it in a different state, he said he will call them and ask them if there was any software to be updated and he simply walked away. And again the only thing they checked in my third service was changing the fuel filter as it was leaking and the air filter and nothing else. Even after requesting them to clean the mobile that leaked on to the cables they didnt. They didnt even wash my vehicle. I am extremely disappointed.

              आपके संज्ञान में लाना चाहूंगा कि मेरे साथ चलने वाली टाटा सफारी गाड़ी की विगत महीने मरम्मत हेतु टाटा अधिकृत सेंटर जोकि नॉएडा जिला- गौतम बुद्ध नगर, उत्तर प्रदेश में “सागर मोटर्स” के नाम से है, में गयी थी जिसमे सस्पेंसन, इंजन में आवाज आने का कारण इंजेक्टर की समस्या बताया तथा छोटी-मोटी अन्य कमियां सेंटर में बताई गयीं तत्पश्चात उसे ठीक करने को कह दिया गया।
              दो दिन बाद जब गाड़ी दी गयीं तो उसमे इंजन की आवाज वैसे ही थी जैसे पहले थी जिसकी शिकायत तुरंत वहां की गयी जिसमे कहा गया कि कुछ दिन चलने पर ठीक हो जाएगी और बिना बिल दिए गाड़ी दे दी गयी। एक हफ्ते बाद भी गाड़ी से आवाज कम नहीं हुयी जिसके लिए सेंटर में बात की, उन्होंने गाड़ी को सर्विस सेंटर में लाने के लिए कहा अगले दिन गाड़ी फिर सर्विस सेंटर गयी वहां से गाड़ी जब वापस आयी तो इंजन से आवाज वैसे ही बनी हुयी है। गाड़ी ठीक होने के बाद लगातार फिर दो बार गाड़ी का जाना और स्थिति “जस का तस” और बार-बार बिल मांगने के बाद बिल देना यह एक ग्राहक को मानसिक परेशान करना है साथ ही इसके पीछे सर्विस सेंटर का रवैया कुछ गड़बड़झाला को दर्शाता है चूँकि मैं पूरी तरह से आश्वस्त हूँ कि मेरी गाड़ी के इंजेक्टर बदले ही नहीं गए, मैंने कई सर्विस सेंटर में गाड़ी को दिखाया तो उन्होंने बताया कि इंजेक्टर नहीं बदले गए और इंजेक्टर तभी बदले जाते हैं जब गाड़ी चलने में मिसिंग हो या गाड़ी चल ही न रही हो।
              इस विषय में मैंने टाटा मोटर्स के ग्राहक सेवा में व उनके अधिकारिओं से भी कई बार चर्चा की परन्तु कोई सुनवाई नहीं, ये मिलकर जनता को लूट रहे हैं।
              अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि इसमें जांच करवाएं जिससे सर्विस सेंटर के अंदर ही अंदर चल रहे धांधली का पता चल सके साथ ही ग्राहकों को बेहतर सर्विस मिल सके।

                  I booked tigor xz+ at nadiad gujarat on 25th dec.18 i'm progressive cars nadiad by token amount of 11000inr cash & my old car with exchange.
                  Now, i cancelled my tigor car booking to some family issues on 27th dec.18 & i carry my old car from progressive cars nadiad. That time mr. Mahesh & mr. Naimikbhai said your token amount is carry within a week in form of cheque.
                  But, today mr. Mahesh told me your cheque is 6000inr is ready & 5000inr to be deducted for booking cancellation charges. But in payment receipt there is no mentioned of any cancellation charges.
                  So i want my total amount of 11000inr anyhow.

                    Hello sir,

                    I have booked my tata nexon xma model with bafna motors on 22 december. At that time i said that i need duel ton red & black color and ask her that whether it is available. So she said yes and get token amount 11000. Then i paid remaining amount and so my total down payment was 150000. Then on 31st night around 10 pm i got call from bafna motors sales manager that your color is not available so j said i don't want that color. Then after i am not getting updates
                    Whenever i am calling in bafna motors i got reply like plant is still closed so they have no information of my car whether it is available or not.

                    I booked that car on december to get discount. If they know that the car is not available then i try to book at other showroom.

                    I am really disappointed by this experience.

                    I thinks such showrooms are making bad image of tata motors just to achieve their target.

                    What should i need to do now? I need that car with same price and latest manufacturing date.

I purchased it on 11 aug 2016 from sab motors gzb. Till warranty period everything was running fine as soon as it expired, on the very first month battery also get expired, don't know which technology they are using in tata greens battery, anyhow i spend for new battery.
                      First time i faced some starting problem in my car yesterday, it was not starting (Self was working fine, took help of two people to push and then tried but fail to start) i manage to go home using cab during late night. Next day i thought about tata service "24×7 on-road assistance", i call on the number and everything was going perfect, they were dealing it very politely, technician visited in my office parking to check issue, actually he was not technician he just came to give me bisleri water bottle and make video about his services for feedback. Everyone is looking for good feedback in tata motors departmentteam actually, just want to say please instead of earning money tried to understand people's problem and resolve it. Why tvs third party guy came their if he don't know anything, problem was very little one fuse got melted due to which fuel pumping machine was not working. I am non technical guy in this field & i was understanding it but don't know how to do it. Then he again call to tata customer care center and ask them for vehicle towing, then i got a call from customer support again and vehicle towing guy was asking for 2000 rupees for car towing. Surprise to see this kind of support. Why towing is required for such small issue?
                      Are we earning too much or our money is not the money?

                      I want to say please either make your technician strong so that they can handle such small situations or close this 24*7 assistance i feel like this is for money making only.
                      After wasting 5-6 hours with your tata assistance result was zero,
                      I just called local technician, he just took 10 minutes to detect and replaced the faulty fuse. This was so simple and took 300 rupees only. Why you tata motors can do the same? Are you engineers are over qualified in this profession.
                      I don't know whether my message will impact on them or not. Dropped a mail to support and asked them to provide such kind of service or close this 24×7 on-road assistance, its waste of time and money for their customer.

                      Guys it is very easy to handle vehicle with local technician instead of such kind of assistance providing by tata motors.

                        I want to complain on tata motors dealership for fraud on car insurance and handling charges. Sir in the month of december i md nawab alam thought to buy a new car so i went to tata dealer showroom named dulichand at ruby near ruby hospital i was there to buy tata nexon xz veriant car and they show me the ex showroom price and on road price and in that month tata motors are giving huge discount to there customers so they also did the same they gave me a total of approx 70000 discount on that veriant i also loaded a picture of there of thier scheme on this site. But after the car come from thier plant to showroom and they have to delivery me in next two three days they call me and tell me that sir which insurance do you want then i said bumper to bumper insurance because that what is the deal was fixed when i goes there to purchase but they tell no no sir that was not the bumper to bumper insurance that was the normal insurance if you want to purchase the bumper to bumper insurance you have to pay 4300 extra charges for that. But when they are making the scheme they didnt tell me that but now they are frauding they also take 9500 for handling charges but when i tell the sale person named atanu buharoy that i will file a case on you for frauding the customers then he smilingly telled me to do that also tell me that i have 700 to 800 case on me when i work for maruti go and and file a case i am not afraid of any complain go and lodge a complain on me. So i would like to please take a strict action against him for frauding a good customer of tata motors they are disrespecting the name of tata motors.

                          I bought tata nexon xz (Diesel) car in april'18. After few months it started having knocking noise and steering creaking noise. I took the car to sab motors ghaziabad which is 40 kms from my place of residence. They resolved the knocking issue by changing steering column (After 2 visits). But steering creaking noise was not resolved. I took car to sab motors twice again but no resolution. Staff had always been cordial and helpful, they picked up my car even though they don't have such service. They replaced shocker mount and noise went away for few days but after some time its back again.

                          No complaints about staff and their behavior. However, i'm tired to issue not getting resolved. My car is driven just 8k kms old and i feel like its 100k old.

                              This is regarding given me an expired gift coupon. While taking delivery of car, i was given a scratch card and said, "you will get assure gift worth 3, 500 rs and after registering yourself on a mobile application, gift will be delivered to you with 21 days.". However, when i have registered myself on application, this application is saying, this gift scheme has been discontinued since november-18.

                              Sale executing, pankaj patil and branch manager are constantly lying to us. Since they had committed to us for gift. It must be given to us. I have purchased car in december and this gift scheme was already expired in november. This is not right way to do business and telling lie to customer to sell vehicles.

                              I have already visited dealer many times but every-time they has some excuses.

                              Please take it on priority and do the need full so that i can get said gift.

                                  I have a tata safari storm (Rj 14 ug 5700), today i called roshan motors pvt ltd jaipur regarding service, at 6 pm i received a call from roshan motors (Mr yadav ‭+[protected]‬) told to pay 15020 to the employee in advance after that they will drop car and the bill, after having a argument i called my mother to pay the employee (‭+[protected]‬) 15020 rupees. At 7.30 my car was droped at my place with bill. Head lamps were not working and the employees were not talking properly. It was such a disappointment. Firstly they asked to pay the amount in advance without even showing the bill and the car and delivered the car 1 and the half hours later. It was specifically mentioned on the pick/drop receipt to check the lights. Such rude and unprofessional behaviour done by the employees of roshan motors jaipur.
                                  I will never buy a tata vehicle from now onwards and suggest the same to my family and friends because of irresponsible behaviour by your employee.
                                  Its my humble request to cancel dealership of roshan motors jaipur as soon as possible to save the reputation of your company.

                                    As you have provided the dealer Manager number and I tried to call her to take her appointment but, somehow she is not picked up the call and also I approached and call to dealer marketing guy (he is dealer marketing representative) but he is also not ready to provide me feasible answer and not contacted to his manager.

                                    Can you please help me to out of this.This is very frustrating and time consuming process.While selling their tata car they are calling me on daily basis and after their mistake dealer is running from this issue. This is not right way to handle the customer.

                                    Today we met to dealer Manager (Mrunal) and her colleague, and they are not ready to replace existing car.
                                    They offer me 25K instead of car replacement and this amount is not acceptable for me .
                                    As per our discussion they are suppose to call us today with their final decision, but we won't received call from them.

However even after repeated reminders, the registration is still not done and unfortunately on 31st dec, our car was damaged a bit.
