This complain is for fraud employees of dealership, they are just ignoring customer and their liability. I have purchased pre-owned vehicle from dealership and requesting them to provide rc, noc and insurance but dealer is not responding. Well these # employees are only focusing of selling new vehicle but if customer purchases pre-owned vehicle then they even not response to them. Area manager duty is of selling new vehicle but when its all about purchasing old vehicle then its their duty to take proper followup.
Well if not getting a proper response then definitely i will sue them all. Hope this complain will get proper response.

I booked Tiago XZ+ DT Petrol model on 26th Dec 2018 and I got an invoice from Tata Concorde dealer with the amount which is even less than ESP of the vehicle. Can someone look into this matter and contact me to explain the invoice in detail.

    Hi, i want to bring this in your notice that i purchased tata tigor revotorq xz (O) on july-15-2018 in kindly find below the details of the car. Chassis number:- mat629401jfk60490 engine number:- 1.05lcr02fryw24849 model no. Xz (O) 1.05 rtqbs4, my car met with an accident on september-09-2018 and due to the late delivery of the car, which was promised by the service center, they waived off the amount which was my responsibility and promised me to give an extra service of the car.

    I recently sent the car to the same workshop for some repair work, however now they are saying till the time i dont pay the amount which they waived off in the past, they will not return my car, i had the conversation with danny chowdhary who is the manager of the work shop, and now they are claiming they never waived of the amount.

    They are also threatening me that i can do what ever i want to they will not hand over my car, even i am willing to pay the amount for this services which they offered.

    This is clearly criminal to hold customer like this and hold there 8 lacks property.

    i have not received any calls from any one and i have not missed any calls from your people. Multi tech motors LLP is full of thugs, kindly do something about it or your company name is any which ways not great in terms of service for your cars.

    Worst 2nd free service...worst interaction worst water wash...not at all satisfactory...0.1/10 rating...sounds coming from door pads...not resolved...worst experience i had ever met...fed up...why can you develop service centre at pathanMthitta...my worst experience in buying car from tata motors...worst servicing mentality feom tata motors...

      Person namely iqbal singh an employee of centure motors sopore mis behaving me pushs me and gripped my color from neck and told me that ur vehicle cant repaire here .after 4th day he told me and already my vehicle is in rest at his workshop. When i complaint customer care he pushs me back and forcily getting my documents and again and again using these words u can go where u want and do what ever u want to do.i already complaint through cc no.and he also used I can't give ur car to u .when I asked y he replies show me ur documents u r stone pelter etc.i m asking to u dat how could uallow these cheap persons in ur company. I m telling u dat if any thing wrong with my veicle or again complaints den I vil show the company what common man can do. I already informed media and police abut the staff they catch me from neck and gave me challenge u go where u want to go to complaint " vo ganta mera ukhaadi gy"iqbal singh used these words if any thing wrong with my vehicle itz upto company they vil provide me vehicle bcoz last 4 days my vehicle is in centure motors and I never compromise my vehicle.this time they telling me that after 4 days u was done at local wokshop. What the hell.i m giving every information to media and police. After tomorrow I vil also sent fir if action is not taking

        Sir, i bought a tata nexon xm diesel (Manual) from palakkad on 29th december. The issue is my car is getting accelerated automatically on higher gears. When i slow down my car on 4-6 gears, it gets accelerated automatically and increases speed even on hill roads. When i contacted showroom, they said its not a complaint and its common in all nexons. I just need a confirmation from your side.

          Sir i have purcharse tata tiago nrg on 24 december 2018 and there have been 12 days passed but i dont get temperarory no. And also fasr tag. And p2p certifacate and and also car billing in voice soo sir pmg tata motors mohali are harrishing me lot go gets this things and sir if during regestration of new no in himachal pardesh i get penealty by the regestration office of delaying soo many days for number plate. So sir then that fine penealty of extra money will be responsible for pmg tata motors mohali and then they should be pay the penality fine for delay registration sir and they are harrishing me lot to get all docoument. I dont know sir why they are delaying docoumentation work and sir will not responsible for there delaying work, so sir i request you to look into issue and pls solve as soon as possible

            I have purchased a Nexon XZ+ DT Jan 2018. Its been a year I own this Car/ compact SUV.
            Since then, I have problems - with which I have been living with.

            I recently encountered a major issue while driving - especially after dark.
            Concern is on Head Light, which accumulates Fog as i drive with my lamps on.
            The vision is blurry and I don't see side ways / walk ways on narrow streets, where the Street lights are not available.

            I had to take to the agency where the Car was purchased to register a compliant, While the staffs in the agency refuse to take my compliant and ask for more pics to prove that its foggy inside and affects vision while driving.
            I have shared few pics to my agency and still the issue is not yet solved. Customer care Rep keep insisting me to present with pics when the head lights are completely accumulated with Fog!!!.

            Why would i risk my life and drive until its completely foggy. If i still do, Should i halt and call Tata motors in the middle of the night and stay back in Work shop / street?.

            This isnt the right solution / perfect fix / perfect trouble shooting mechanism to handle a customer.

              With in 2/3 days, I cancelled the online booking and they said I need to reach out he showroom for receiving refund amount.

              When I went to the showroom first time, they have asked me to fill the cancellation form and said they will credit check on to my ICICI bank provided.

              After multiple follow-ups with the showroom (cre.[protected]@concordemotors.com), they said one fine day I need to contact only Tata motors online team. I have requested to provide point of contacts for whom I have to reach out. They said they will reach out their higher levels and will provide. Though with multiple follow-ups saying same thing.

              I reached out Tata customer care. Every time they will open new complaint number and will close with in few days without resolution. Here are the complaints they created.

                I own tata tiago xta variant with reg no. Dl12cm7859 which i purchased from pahwa autoworld green park branch. I have called on 31-12-18 at [protected] for car servicing appointment and they have given date for 1-1-19. I travelled all the way with car from faridabad to get it serviced but these guys are having holiday. No value for customers time, highly dissatisfied and pathetic service. Will never recommend anyone to buy tata car. This is the second time i am facing this kind of experience. Please understand custimer satisfaction is key to grow business and with this type of after sales service your market feedback is going to get worsened.

                  I booked tiago xz on 28 december and then sales manager show me the xz model this model come with simple tyre cover as in xt model when i ask him for these tyre cover he say alloy wheels of tiago xz discontinued from it i say ok. But when i saw brochure there tyre type is dual tone hyperstyle wheel. So i want at the time of delivery my car come with hyperstyle wheels instead of wheel cover.

                    Car was given for second servicing at focus auto, kollam, kerala. Vehicle was showing abs warning for some time and it was informed to service centre. Vehicle servicing started on 21- dec 2018 and i was informed by technicians on 31 dec that all problems solved but still abs warning will be shown as such on panel, because it got memorised by ecu. They informed that engineers from tata motors visited and said that warning will disappear only if we reset ecu after using the vehicle for around 500km.

                    Explanation saying 'ecu warning will disappear after using vehicle for some days and resetting again" doesn't seem right to me.

                    I appreciate the effort done by focus auto technicians if it is the real case with tata nexon ecus.

                    Before i take vehicle back with same abs warning i would like to get a confirmation mail from tata motors saying the same that the ecu warning could be cleared only after using the vehicle for some 500 km more and then resetting it.

                    Otherwise if this is because of faculty ecu, as the vehicle is under warranty period i request you to replace relavant systems with new one and then deliver the vehicle.

                      Hi... I had booked tata tigor xza from a dealer in bangalore. But i had to cancel the booking due to personal reason. I have paid 11k booking amount and dealer said they will take 2k cancelation charges which is not right. I have still not received refund since 7 days nor i have received cancelation mail from the dealer. Please look into this issue.

                            Sir, we are fed up with after-sale service of tata zambia team in zambia. Our (African mechanical and superlift ltd, chingola) 3 out of 6 xenon under breakdown since long back due to starting trouble. Surprisingly 2 were in tata service station since last may 2018.
                            We are really fed up with your trouble shooting procedure and attempt to offer the technical solutions to the problems. Since last 6-8 months we are struggling, continuously our team is in contact with you and very sad to inform you that tata zambia team totally failed to give technical solution to our problems. All the new vehicles supplied by you having problems of different nature. Our business is totally effected due to tata vehicles purchased by us on the basis of trust on tata brand which is back fired on us.

                              I am Apu Dey. I was borrowed a Auto Loan of Rs. 6, 48, 000 on 28/12/2011 vide Loan No. [protected] from Tata Motor Finance (TMFSL). I have already done full repayment of this loan on 19/04/2017 without any dues & the date of Closed of this loan was 22/04/2017.

                              But after one and half years gone today on[protected] when i checked my CIBIL score from "cibil.com" website, there i saw that TMFSL not yet cleared my loan & there also showing amount over due of Rs. 43207 & Current Balance Rs. 2, 709 along with missed payment of 697 days till NOV 2018 after loan closed on 22/04/2017.

                              Last year on[protected] i was complaint to TMFSL that i have already done my full repayment then why i have not yet get the NOC by post & not even clear my cibil score? Their this type of fraud activities i have suffered lot of problems with some banks. cause most of the banks are not providing me any kinds of loan or credit cards due to bad CIBIL score. So my complain is i need right justice on it.

                              TMFSL need to clear my cibil as highest level of priority along with i want Rs. 200000 as compensation due to i am not getting any kinds of loan or credit cards from any banks only for my wrong CIBIL score due to TMFSL. If i not get then i will raise a court case against TMFSL soon with all of my proofs.

                                I brought my car to ayush motors, sec-63. I told them my issue with the car. I own tata tiago xza model. There were some sounds in the doors of the car along with that there were some issue with the suspension as well. They asked me to wait for 2 hours. I agreed. After 1hour the engineer came to me and told me that the car is fixed. Nobody took the test drive with me to check whether the issue has been resolved or not.
                                The issue with the car is still there.

                                Dear All,
                                Today one vehicle no' BR01GF 7454 (engine no. 4SPCR10NTY640705 Chasis no. MAT464452GSN11533) was sent to Bikramshila centre for servicing.The officials asked for money & entangled the driver and refused to release the vehicle.

                                Please look into this matter so that it gets sorted out with proper servicing and with no extra cost.

                                  It's been officially announced by the court to remove handling charges while buying a car.. But still many dealers are levying handling charges of 6500 rs in addition for which the transport commissioner had already given clarification in 2016 that it is illegal to charge handling charges as extra since all those are already included in exshowroom price.. Please give clarity on this

                                  Worst service i have ever see. Not a single work done properly. I have face alot of problem in my car but in service center they just wash the car and give it back.

                                    My tigor was stopped sudden in the forest area of vadodara and dahod highway. After calling road side assistance service they sent toing for car and there driver said we will not allow to you and your family. You have to manage your yourself. I have to go bhopal urgent for attending seminar. Driver drop the toing van drop th3 vehiclw at dahod on my residence. After that we are conitnuously trying to them for toing my vehicle to showroom for further check up but they are saying that they have no time. I am highly diaappointed by the service of tata motor. We have three tata car in my family but there service is very poor i advise to every body to not to buy a vehicle from tata as they never understood the problem of customer. Within one year this is third time i ma facing the probl by tigor and the service of tata motors.

                                    I had purchased tata tigor xz (d) on 7 december 2018. But it is 2017 august model and they told an offer and i bought. And now they are not giving proper response and details about price of the car on 2017. And they filed current year price and deducting the offer of amount rs125000 on onroad price.pls contact me [protected]

                                      Hi, i had given my tata bolt for a general service at adishakti cars bangalore, the car was running fine before service, but as soon as i pick it up from the service station not even 2 km the car stops and does not start, the service people tow back my vehicle to the service station then inform me that the oil pump has gone, there was no problem before the service but as soon as the service is done this problem arises and now after taking 6800rs for service they expect me to pay 8000rs for the pump, after questioning about the service they say they have not checked the oil pump so it is not their fault then what is the use of paying 6800rs it is just like paying money and getting my car damaged.
