I had recently bought tata nexon xza+ on august 27th 2018. I am having lot of difficulties and challenges in my car.

1. Initially i was shown a car before registration with chassis no. But i was given with a different car of chassis no which was not shown to me before registration which indicates the vehicle has been changed.

2. I am having repeated issues with my car since i bought and had visited almost seven times in last two months for service. Below are the complaints which logged so far.

1. Steering lock issue-visited three times
2. Rust in engine and wheel - two times visited
3. Engine over heat

Steering lock problem still not resolved and i had faced a horrible issue on yesterday as my steering got lock in the highway while driving. Just imagine the risk, i was driving with my family. Service center people had serviced two times for the same issue, not sure what they did??? But my problem still remains same

Spending a lot of money and dissatisfied with the support and assets seems to be a great loss to me. Within a span of two months facing lot of issues doesn't look good to me as well. Am not work less to sit behind tata customer support to explain all my issues. It is highly disgusting.

I m not going to trust any more with the dealer where i bought a car.

Can anyone advice what is next here?

बीते दिन दिनांक 19 3 2019 को मेरे मित्र दिव्यांक सांवरे जो कि अपने रिश्तेदारों को छोड़ने घर से जा रहा था उसी दौरान स्टेरिंग लॉक होने के कारण उसे दुर्घटना का सामना करना पड़ा।
फिलहाल वह मौत और जिंदगी के बीच जूझ रहा है।
गाड़ी अरविंद ऑटो सेल्स आगरा से दी गई थी और दो बार इसी समस्या की जानकारी भी दी गई थी परंतु कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई।
एवं अभी भी अपना पल्ला झाड़ रहे हैं ।

    Dear sir/madam,
    This is bring to your kind notice that, my vehicle no uk-06-ak-7253 was service done on sep-18 on haridwar tata service centre. On november dated11th i got my engine supporting bolt broken and excel broken so i called the tata dealer based on haridwar to see and resolve the issues.. They came and told me they have to take the vehicle to their work shop and see the problems.. I allowed to them to take it in their work shop. After inspection they estimated near about 33k so i asked them to claim through insurance.. They told me their haridwar workshop is not having the facility to insurance claim.. If i need insurance claim the vehicle need to transfer their roorkee workshop and they charged transportation charge 3k to haridwar work shop to roorkee work shop..
    After roorkee work shop on 18th nov. They called your work completed and you can take your car from the work shop.. I went their and paid all bill amounts what they estimated and demanded..

    When i returned back on road my tyre got puncture, so i tried to replace my step in tyre. Where in i got my wheel pana is missing from the tool kits so i called near tyre mechanics to replace the same.. The same time when we tried to check the step-in tyre.. The tyre was old one and one big cut in one side and that was totally scraped one where in my case my step in tyre was totally new, i was never used this before.
    It seems tata peoples how cheating their customers, immediately i called the service manager in haridwar mrs reeta her no is [protected], she replied me in different manner then i tried to mr. Rahul from their roorkee workshop his number is [protected], he told me he will check and revert then after no response..
    We middle class peoples blindly faith on tata brand and service then after service the peoples around are cheating the customers..

    So would like to request kindly take the strict action against them the service centre details are below

    And hope i can get as it is my new step in tyre to further trust to tata motors..

    This is Vidyashree and I have made the booking for Tata Nexon from Prerana Motors, Bangalore, Karnataja in the last week of March 2019 for Tata Nexon XZA+ Blue color 2019 model. I took the vehicle delivery on 13th of June.

    My issue is that I have been delivered a 2018 model although my booking and payment was made for 2019 model and I was promised to get the 2019 model vehicle. The RC is given for 2019 but the vehicle is 2018 made. I have attached all the proof that shows its 2018 vehicle and I cross verified on your website itself regarding how to find the manufacturing year along with the month. I have attached all the photos of my car which clearly shows that its a 2018 model that has been delivered to me.

    I have taken this legally and I will be taking a strict action against prerana motors as well as Tata nexon.

    I hope to hear from solutions from Tata soon.

    Hi,
    I bought a new Tata Tiago at the end of November 2019. After 1500 km of distance covered I have given the car for service at I S MOTORS PVT LTD Roorkee. I have been told for engine waxing and some other services and the total cost for that is Rs 1100, at that time I said yes for that as this was my first experience and I don't want to take the risk for the car. After talking to a friend immediately after 10 minutes I called and informed the service person to cancel my engine waxing and all other paid services and just do a routine checkup. I have been told now it's too late and they have done engine waxing and I need to pay 1100 for that. After arguing for about half an hour they agree for canceling the paid service and I need not pay anything for that.

    I am totally disappointed with the behavior of the staff. I told them about other problems of my car like the gears are too tight and when I am applying reverse gear sometimes it's making too much noise. Also, I told them a couple of other things but none of my problems are solved and my car is in the same condition even after the service. I highly recommend not to buy tata cars. this is such a heartbreaking experience even after spending so much money in the car. The name of a serviceman is Mr. Hem Singh who talked to me over the phone. :(

      I am holding tata manza having regd. No gj - 1-kg-5843. The said car was put to yash motors pvt. Ltd who is authorised by you for repairing work of tata motors car through my husband rajendrakumar d tiwari. The job card issued in name of mr. Rajendra tiwari. While placing the car with with yash motor (Guj) pvt. Ltd., the problem was for leakage of coolent water. However mechanic has told that there is a problem of oil palte and elbow and the expenses will be rs 15000/- if you change it. So we are agree for that as a trust of company’s authorised dealer.
      Even there was no replacement of elbo the bill raise by yash motors was for rs. 14040/ and also the bill is issued in the name of kalpit sunilkumar shah which is totally a fraud. More over the car was kept with them for 3 days for small repairing for a work of 3 to 4 hours.
      However after the car was deliver to me the oil was leakage from front side. The oil plate was not replace from front side it is not understable how such problem has arise. Then after my husband talk with the yash motors people they advice to him you may put the car again in out work shop. Today my husband put the car for said problem they have inform me that oil seal of back side is not working and there is a noise of bearing. For you kind information there is no noise come before the servicing in my car so how it is possible.
      In the above circumstance i wish to beg clarification on the following points.
      (1) the problem sort out by authorised workshop is not proper and harassment made to the valued customer like me.
      (2) i have paid rs.14040/ cash however bill has not been issued in my name making a defaulf to the government and me also. They have argu for regarding invoice the present people mr. Hitesh give the answer that the car is not transfer in your name. So what type of blame he was charged to us. I have a rc book also if you see that the name transfer or not.
      Tata motors having a name and fame in the automobile market having more than half century is appoint such careless workshop service sation who are not able to give satistaction to the customer after paying amount demaded by them.
      Under the circumstances it is my humble request to instruct yash motors to repair my car free of charges and issue bill in my name for cash paid by me for rs 14040/.
      I also request that i have authorized my husband regarding this complaint mr. Rajendra tiwari so you may please contact him on [protected].

      No body contact to me from your side till today. My vehicle still there (in work shop of Yash motors Narol, Ahmedabad). Your customer care people not serious about my complain because no any action taken still 19/11/2018. (I have booked my complain) If you are not interested in complain please tell me so
      I can back my vehicle from Yash motors. Give me reply urgently because there is much time you are consumed.
      I have not satisfied from your servicing because you have not handle the complain. The Yash Motor people harras to me that the your complain has been closed. How it possible. I have Complain to Tata Team people so why yash motors decided about the complain.

      We refer the mail of yash motors have to inform you that the statement made in your mail is totally far from TRUTH. You have mentioned that the trial was taken jointly before giving the delivery which is not totally wrong.

      I do not understand that the authorised service center are escape from accepting the mistake done by them for work carried out by them. It is a gross negligence on the part of the formen for repairing the car.The Yash Motor people harras to me that the your complain has been closed. How it possible. I have Complain to Tata Team people so why yash motors decided about the complain. Dear Sir,

      We refer to your mail have to inform you that the statement made in

      We have complaint to you regarding my query and you have revert
      back to Yash Motors. Why? If customer dis satisfaction with the dealer
      then complain to you and you people not support to customer then what
      will do? They have closed my complain to day. Why you are open the
      customer care if you do not attend the complain? If you are not given
      the satisfactory action then I have go through consumer forum. Please
      give us reply urgently for if your people attend my complain yes or
      no. In one single day the problem come out in any Vehicle after
      servicing, it is possible? Any single trial not given to me they have
      drafting the letter that customer talking the trial after the service.
      The noise problem and leackage of oil problem is not in car. There are
      only one problem that the collen water leacked from car. I asked the
      present officer when put the car at yash motor if you servicing as per
      your advice the aboved problem are solved? They have clearly told to
      me that the Oil and water related problem are solved after the
      servicing the car. Then how it is possible of lickage of oil. The Yash
      Motors people lying with me and also to you. The second problem of
      Invoice copy that is another name if I present the said copy in GST
      Department they can allow this transaction that the payment given by
      Rajendra Tiwari and invoicing on another people. So I once again said
      that I have not satisfied with reply of Mr. Dipak Gajjar Reply.
      Please attend the complain by you technical team. Your Technical team
      can not the contact till to day. What type of service you provide that
      the Tata technical team not contact or inquiry at yash motors. No any
      single reply from your customer team regarding this query still
      pending[protected]. Please give us reply urgenly.

        Subject: Unsatisfactory services by TATA Motors within the warranty period.

        Dear Sir,

        I Avinendra Prakash, a resident of Lucknow, had purchased a motor vehicle from your authorized TATA Goldrush dealership (Vehicle Details: Tata Tiago XT, Petrol Variant, Vehicle Number- UP32 HZ 6750; Date of Purchase- 30th June 2017)

        Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because of several problems from the date of purchase. Initially, I suffered a lot as AC was not working properly and the glove box have the manufacturing defect. I already complaint several times in your authorized workshops but I didn’t get even 1% satisfaction.

        My car battery (Tata Green) is under warranty which will expire in next month December 2018. The battery is almost dead as my car doesn’t start. People had to push my car from the back for getting a start.

        I visited your authorized PUNEET Workshop, Faizabad Road, Lucknow on 11th Nov. 2018 and I was been told that I had to leave my car for 10-12 days for battery replacement. I requested them to provide me a loaner battery as I don’t have any other vehicle and I had to travel on regular basis for very important meetings but it was denied to me stating that TATA MOTORS do not provide such service. You need to leave your car here or take your car without battery (Words of G.M. Mr. Pramod). He also told me that TATA Batteries are not upto the mark and their life spam is maximum 12-15 months

        I also visited TATA Goldrush Workshop for the same and I got the same reply by Mr. Barwa that we don’t have any loaner/spare battery and you need to drop your car here for 10 days.

        I also contacted SRM Motors and they suggested me to purchase a new battery and forget about the warranty period.

        This is really disappointing and disheartening to me that such a big company TATA do not have just one battery in the entire city to arrange. If such things are happening when my car is under warranty then I am really confused about what will happen later. They have created so much of inconvenience and intolerance for me to work. This is a matter of shame for TATA as other companies like MARUTI, HYUNDAI, HONDA, TOYOTA, etc arrange their materials so quickly and give their 100% service to the customer for the best satisfaction. This was my FIRST and LAST mistake and a lesson to trust on TATA.

        I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved on priority, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the Department of Commerce or through the court.

          Hi team,
          I am facing the same issues again n again n hope u people are not taking it seriously. Now i have to take legal action against you people. As it is dangerous for my life. As it's too risky to drive. Before sending my car to your authorised centre it was running fine. N nw i want tata motors to replace my car. Or else i need letter from tata motors in which they gonna mention they are going to take responsibility of my life.
          As we know tata motors n because of their trust we are buying their car. Hope tata motors will cooperate their loyal customers or else will meet in court. Thnks

            Dear tata motors, i purchased tiago xt from bhagyashree motors, nalbari assam on 8th august, 2018 but till today i couldn't register my car due to wrong trc. Regarding the matter i called to the showroom many times, everytime i call they promised to solve the problem but not to avail. Old trc has already been expired. Presently the car is plying on road illegally. I cannot travel in fear of being fined by police or enforcement departments. By the time i bought the car the registration cost was rs 15, 500/-. Our government has revised the tax now it comes to rs 30, 000/- a double to previous tax.
            Now please tata motors suggest me what should i do? Should i just wait no matter how much time it takes or fines slapped on me or should i wait till i meet any kind of accidents and falls on bigger trouble??? The matter is serious now, tata motors should also take i seriously.
            Finally, if the issue cannot be solved by you at the earliest, take the car back and return my money, i will be surrendering the car very soon and off course i will have no other option than consulting consumers court, thanks.

              Sir,
              I have purchased tata tigor xz mh 13 cs 6895 in march 2018, as i took the delivery of car after first free servicing i noticed that the seat covers were not fixed properly they were not stitched properly the fevi quick was used to fix the covers which in hot atmosphere of my place could not last longer and now they are in very bad condition. Despite of communicate the executives time and again but no use. Even they provided scratch card and promised the sure gift but im still waiting for more than six months.in all the after sail service is totally disappointing. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful

                I bought nexon xza+ diesel in june by now i hv driven car for 15000 km.
                Every 1000km car has gone to service station because on long drives car gives heavy jerks n shows cgeck engine light. After buying new car its giving trouble from day one till today tm is doing r&d customer vehicle and customer is suffering is their any end to it or i should leave the car back to show room since its not fit to drive on highways

                  I have purchased a tata nexon car in the month of august 2018 from prerna motors, bangalore.
                  After my first service at prerna (Peenya service centre), i have a ignition light notification of abs.

                  I have taken the car to prerna (Peenya), to rectify the issue.

                  After 4 hours, i got the car back and driving back again the ignition started flashing.

                  I called the service incharge, but in vain.
                  After two days a lady called up for my feedback and for the score.
                  I gave 1 out of 10.

                  I received a message from the service guy that why i had rated so low and henceforth he will not help me.
                  Thats the way the customer service works for tata?

                  Please suggest any other tata service centre.

                  2 days ago another lady called from mumbai to find out my issue and the phone got disconnected, after which she didn't have the courtesy to call back.

                  What shall i do now?
                  Drive the car inspite of the notification light?

                  Who is the senior incharge with whom i can address the issue?

                    I purchase tata nexon car on 05.11.2018 from grover tata motors pilibhit up 262001. Sales man and gm mr. Satendra kumar promised to provide each and every assistant before the purchase of car. But as i purchased car every staff started to ignore me. I paid rs 40, 000 extra at the time of purchase and they promised me to refund amount just next day of purchase of car. But after 11 days of car purchase had passed, they had not been refund my amount, didnt provide temporary registration number or any other document or invoice to my financer. This is a black day for tata motors as its staffs behavior is so bad for customer. I called gm mr. Satendra kumar daily twice a day but maximum times he ignored my call. Whenever picked he tried to keep me in false promises and commitments. Branch manager mr. Tej prakash bisht also made false promises. Each staff tries to avoid me. This is the worst behavior of staff of grover motors of district pilibhit and bareilly branch. How can a company be progressive and developed with this type of irresponsible staff. Customer should be assisted before or after purchase of vehicle. But their policy is to trap the customer anyhow by making false promises but as he purchased the vehicle leave him because our business/target is completed. Kindly take action on these type of irresponsible staff trying to put stigma on the company. Also convey me about the action taken. Otherwise i will approach to consumer forum.

                      Hello my name is pratikpodder.. Am from tripura, agartala.. Last year i buyed new tata tiago xt.. Frm very beggining i was facing problems on it.. It was battery issue.. I went there several times.. They changed my battery wid a new one.. Not even 6months crossed am facing the same problm.. When i went at showroom wid my complain they said it was an issue of software problem nothing else.. They said by updating software everything will be fine.. So my question is that do i need to start my car each n evry day so dat i wont face any problm on it..?? Very very upset with this type of experience am facing wid out any help and solutions from tata faculty... Please help me out or show me a path where i can lodge my complaints even for better result..

I've booked tiago xz with malayalam vehicles ernakulam, kerala on 25/10/18 ch: no.092367 dt: 25/10/18 but i've been denied for the offers mentioned in the advertisement (Scratch cards) when i've taken the delivery on 15/10/18.                               I availed road side assistance back in the month of may, 2018. I was made to pay towing away charges thrice. The pos in the hands of the representative was faulty and so, my debit card was swiped twice. But since i was not receiving any messages from the bank, i was made to pay the towing away charges in cash. Later, i received mails from the bank saying that both the debit card transactions were successful. I contacted tata motors and they kept saying they did not receive any money from the bank. Since i did not receive any refund or positive response in this matter, i decided to take it up to my bank and filed a complaint in the bank.in response to my complaint, recently, i received a confirmation from the bank that both the debit card transactions were successful. This means tata motors has all the excess money that i was made to pay, towards the towing away charges. Again i mailed the tata motors customer service, the recent developments and they have not responded yet! I would like to get my refund and it has already been six months, since this issue!

                                Sos childrens village kolkata have procured a tata winger for the use of parent less children. While procuring, we got more than enough calls before the deal was complete. We paid the amount in full and tax invoice was raised dt-14/09/2018 (Invoice no - ilemaj[protected] from lexus motors after that they have stopped communicating, neither responded to calls. At last vehicle was delivered as on 10th october midnight. After that the person who was responsible for cf, mr. Hrishkesh dutta ([protected]) stopped communicating. Hr didnot bother to contact nor responded to calls. We went to rajarhat office twice but still no one bothered to complete the process of cf. Dis we do anything wrong by paying the entire amount to tata.
                                We really do not expect service from tata. The staffs miscommunicated, misbehaved when we asked for service.
                                We are really skeptical about what is to be done from our part. Our veichle is delivered with scratches, and now without cf we cannot even use it.
                                We want a end to it and justice.
                                Request you to please revert and do the needful to take appropriate action against person concerned.

                                Hi,

                                i have purchased tata tiago 2 moths back, and after 1 month i cam to know that it has water leakage from right side front fender. when i asked to check the leakage at the time of first service they dint checked it, and i have been informed there is no leakage, but again next week i went to service station as i found the water leakage as it rained on the previous day, then they checked and told this we have to escalate to tata motors, as it is manufacturing defect,

                                but later they told they got mail from tata motors that few vehicles of tiago and tigor has got this problem and they will fix it with some sealant.

                                at last they fixed it somehow. but very badly they fixed the leakage problem, i am feeling like car is not at all new one.

                                can you please let me know whether new cars will leak water from fender? how this vehicle get passed water test?

                                if required i will provide pictures of car showing the fix.

                                  I haved booked my tata tiago nrg on 2nd november 2018 by paying rupees 12000 and asked for delivery on labh pancham on 12th november 2018 and dealer agreed and promised for that. Then on 7th november 2018 i submitted dd of amount rupees 5, 70, 000 to the dealer. But now on the day of delivery when i asked that i m coming for my car than at that time company executive told me that we are sorry for not to deliver you car today as we have not received same from company. This is very insulting and unprofessional attitude from tata motors. I requested them to return my money but they are not agreed for that also because it is of no means to get car after subh muhurt. And dealer did not contact me till i call them on the day of delivery. So i ask who is responsible for my image and reputation lost because in my society after i booked tata cars three persons booked maruti swift lxi and they all got their car delivery on 12th november 2018. So i request tata motors management that who is responsible for my insult and loss of status by your dealership' s unprofessional attitude and who will pay for this.

                                    I had bought a Nexon from KHT motors Bangalore 3-4 months back and was charged 5000 for handling charges. Got to know that as per the supreme court it is illegal to take handling charges while purchasing a new vehicle.

                                    Can you check and refund the amount.

                                      I am gowthamachandran from pollachi, i have booked tata tiago xz diesel car on july 2018 in srtanzcars. Pvt. Ltd pollachi, coimbatore district, taminadu. I paid in three installment rs 51, 000 for booking. Due to some financial reason i cancelled my booking past three months i am coordinating with the sales executive suresh who was working in pollachi branch for refund money i feel suresh who was dealing our concern misleading us and giving false information regarding our refund and started to speak very rude asking us to go and compline in consumer court for refund money. He give us false information that the amount was already credited in our account and there was some fault in our bank side for not reflect in my account. I am kindly requesting for strict disciplinary action against the fraud customer executive suresh because of such executive the name of tata motors will be go to customers in very bad way.
                                      After all this incidents we directly compline the issue to the branch manager and after checking our details he found out last 3months suresh who deal our concern not taken any reasonable steps for our refund so branch manager by himself ask sorry for the delay and he ask us one week time for refund but still up to now we not get our refund amount. By keeping our money for more than 3months as per show room managers statement they deduct rs3000 from our booking amount which was too high in case if the refund was processed immediate we will accept the deduction but after 3months we feel it was too much.

I was expecting the delivery of my car on Dhanteras an auspicious day but now I am feeling disgusted with the entire purchase decision
