I booked tata ace HT commercial vehicle at Bafna motors(M) pvt ltd, near ghodbandar road thane on 07/10/.2018. My finance payment credited to the dealer on 15/10/.2018. But still now (06/11/.2018) the vehicle is not delivered to me. Utr no is hsbcr[protected]. Dealer told me that due to r.t.o probulam delevery is expected to 15/11/2018 please note that 15/11/2018 is my 1st emi due date i.e delay of vehicle delivery is one month my problum is that i am unable to pay my 1st installment of loan without vehicle because I purchaging commercial vehicle on loan delivery is too late. I am really unsatisfied please co operate

    I prateek nigam from bhopal madhya pradesh, i purchased tata nexon (Xm model) on 19/10/2018 from veer motors hoshangabad road bhopal madhya pradesh.

    * at the time of car delivery, odometer reading is 492 kms, i asked about that to the showroom executives then they told me that car came from co-dealer from other city that's why reading is 492kms. But my doubt is this that why reading is near about 500 kms if its is 50km or 100km or 200km then it is ok but it is too much. So i thought that they delivered me demo car or test drive car or etc.

    * my second point is that at the time of running condition or state a hissing noise is coming with the engine noise i asked about that also then they told me this noise is of turbo of the car and it is in each and every tata nexon car. So please clear me, is this noise occurs in each and every car or not.

    I called to tata motors customer care also regarding this and got complaint no. 1-[protected].

    * One more issue I am facing, While driving, the car doesn't drive seamlessly and there is a huge noticeable pause while accelerating the car. It happens so many time while driving and that is life threatening as while overtaking the car suddenly stops the acceleration and there is a pause in speed (During acceleration car jerks and feels like fuel supply is suddenly cut off). This is horrible and very risky.

      I have booked a TATA TIAGO on 30th October 2018 and had paid the booking amount also loan is about disburse. As Mr Noor From wasan motors he committed that vehicle will be delivered before 7th of November. After doing everyday follow up he said that u will get the vehicle on 5th November only. When i called him on 5th that means today he said that our car yet to come from gujarat Plant he wont be able deliver it on 7th of November.As we organised laxmi pooja on that day we have done with all the preparations finally he is coming with different statement. My question is when car suppose to reach on 5th of November how come it suddenly get Delayed. I am highly disappointed with Wasan Motors Borivali East Branch. False commitment spoiling brand name. Request tata motors to intervene in this case. they are saying that they have not supplied the vehicle here, when I have seen other Tata Tiago (even of the same colour) that have been delivered here at mumbai. Since the non delivery of the vehicle was due to a delay on part of the company and/or dealer i felt cheated. Now 1. Can I or can I not take the help of the right to information act or the consumer protection act for necessary action. 2. Can I cancel the vehicle booking and get the money refunded with accrued interest. 3. Can i file for mental trauma and for harassment (as i feel that the dealer is knowingly delaying my car delivery) due to non delivery of the vehicle on time.

        @tatamotors need to file a complaint againts sagar motors noida, viz gm vijay taneja, mr. Alam and mr pawan, the car is here for last 13 days. They're doing nothing and when i reached gm vijay taneja to look after the work, he denied to give me anything in written.
        They are denying to do the paint work perfectly, and when i asked to give it to me in written, he asked, "agar mai nahi deta hun likh k to kya kar loge"

          On[protected], i booked a car (Tata nano - white 2017 model) from concord tata motors, kayamkulam, kerala, india. Mr. Ratheesh was the executive and he was very polite and professional at first and i gave rs:5000 as advance amount. Later on his behavior and attitude changed and was very rude when i decided to cancel my booking. I tried to contact him but he kept on ignoring and not attending my calls. Then i went to their office and spoke to the gre and i demanded to meet the outlet manger but to get a reply from her that he is unavailable. I contacted him (Mr. Yasir - manager) on telephone and he promised to refund the amount within one and a half months. I have done followups several times but it has been 4 months now and did not get my advance amount. I have spoken to the customer care executive over telephone and registered my complaint (Ref number[protected] but not to get any serious assistance from their end aswell. This is really disappointing and annoying from a branded company like tata motors.

            Dear sir,
            Following are relevant facts and description-

            1. Right from the year 2001, i am permanent customer of tata motors.in 2001, i had purchased tata indica.in 2010, i had purchased tata indigo maza. Now in 2018 i have purchased tata hexa xt. But this time, deal did not end fairly due to sheer fault on the part of concerned sale executive and the official of authorized agent of tata motors.
            Now it depends on to your company as to how much importance your company gives to your permanent customer in dealing with the situation explained hereto below:
            2. Gola ganapati motors, haldwani (Nainital) has its one show room at rudrapur as well, wherefrom i purchased the tata hexa xt car on[protected] and it was told by sale executive mr. Vanshaj that all relevant papers like sale certificate etc. Will be issued from haldwani head office, the next date i. E. On[protected] and it will be sent by courier service or through staff person at my residence at bhowali (Nainital) but despite repeated requests, papers were not sent to me till[protected].
            3. Due to non-supplying of sale invoice and sale certificate etc. On time, a fine of rs.6694/- was imposed on me while getting my tata hexa xt car registered at r. T. A. Office, haldwani (Nainital).
            4. Ultimately, i had to send my person to rudrapur office of gola ganapati motors and then to haldwani head office to collect papers on[protected] and then only papers were supplied to my person at haldwani office on[protected] at about 2.00 p. M.
            5. On[protected] i applied for registration of tata hexa xt car at haldwani r. T. A. Office and it was informed that 'proof of fitment of fasttag' was not with the papers and then on[protected] the said paper was released from haldwani head office to me.
            6. Since the date[protected] was 8th day from the date of purchase of car i. E.[protected], a fine of rs. 6694/- was imposed on me due to sheer fault on the part of concerned sale executive, rudrapur and the official of authorized agent of tata motors at haldwani.
            7. Moreover, side steps, perfume and car cover were not supplied to me with the accessories items, despite assurance by mr. Vanshaj, sale executive at rudrapur.

            Please do the needful and inform me at the earliest about the action taken by your office and consequential result to compensate your customer.

              Right from taking delivery on 07august 2018 till date the vehicle has given average 10 to 11 km/ litre only

              Even at first servicing at concorde motors (India) ltd, pune, on 21.09.2018, vide their sr no.559, under item 2 of customer request, mention of low average (10-12 km/litre) has been clearly written

              My last two refill / top ups, has resulted in average of 10 to 11km / litre only

              Reading on 27.10.2018, when tank was top filled again, 1077km

              Dear Sirs

              Today, 15th Nov, Mr Sagar (M.:[protected]), Technical Visit, Concorde Motors Pune, came at 10.30 am

              He opened the bonnet had a look; closed it

              Set some parameters on the dash board meter and took a test drive. Driving constant at near 40kmph and maintaining the rpm to below 2000; selected a route with negligible traffic and with practical non usage of brake at speed breakers. After his calculated run of 5kms, he concluded that vehicle is giving an average of 15km per litre

              After returning back, he spoke and reported the above to Mr Amit Salunkhe (M.:[protected]), CRM, Concorde Motors Pune and passed on his phone to me. This is what Mr Amit had to conclude:
              1. Average is good
              2. In city run you can at best get just 12-14kmph
              3. Maybe with extra running on the vehicle, the average will improve
              4. No instrument is available to scientifically check the vehicle average in their garage / workshop
              5. Best way to check exactly the average is fill up the tank, run vehicle for considerable mileage and refill / top up again_ then calculate the average

              My contention is very simple:
              1. If 15kmph is the average obtained on near ideal running condition (as test driven by Mr Sagar), why does TATA Motors claim an average upto 24kmph?
              2. Is city run average of 12-14kmph justified_ as claimed by Mr Amit? and does TATA Motors endorse this?
              3. Doesn't TATA Motors / Concorde Motors have scientific instrument / process / application / methodology to check and verify the exact mileage a vehicle is giving?
              4. The conclusion that my vehicle, MH12QT0877, Tiago XZA 1.2P, AMT, is giving just 10-12km per litre average is based on minimum 5 times tank fully filled condition runs

              I await clarification to the above and necessary immediate corrective measures to solve this issue of low mileage

              Please define / specify the parameters for tomorrow's trail for mileage_mh12qt0887
              1. Where fuel is to be filled / topped up before and after the trial run?
              2. Which route has been selected for the trial?
              3. What other conditions / restrictions are required?
              4. How may km run is desired / decided?
              5. Any other relevant details / information?
              6. What's the expected km per litre at end of trial / test run?

              The above are required latest by this evening

              This same message was also forwarded to Mr Amol Shukla, GM, Concorde Motors, Pune and to

              Later Mr Amit Salunke, CRM, Concorde Motors, Pune, called me to verify the test / trial scheduled for the next day (22nd Nov). I told him very clearly that unless parameters are predetermined / decided and estimated set goal (km per litre) is established / specified, no test / trial can happen. He was not aware of the questionnaire sent to Mr Paigude, Mr Amol and to Mr Abhishek. I sent him immediately the same for details to be filled in

              Till today, 23rd Nov, no details have been forthcoming from any of the three from Concorde Motors, Pune nor from Tata Motors_which increases my doubts / apprehension that:
              1. Both the companies are not sure of their own product
              2. They know, in the back of their mind, that the said vehicle will not meet the desired standards of mileage (km per litre average); that's the reason
              3. They don't want to conduct the test / trial in a more systematic & precise manner or in a manner which is scientific

              Greetings

              After much follow-up, constant insistence and pressure, you finally shared the parameters and conditions for conducting the test for average (km per litre) check

              Thereafter, as per our mutual agreement and acceptance (on 28th Nov.), the testing was to have been done today, Monday, 03rd December, 9.00 am

              It's shocking and disturbing that none from Concorde Motors (marked on this mail) has shown any iota of professionalism to inform if you were not ready to conduct the test. My entire half a day, kept free only for the pre decided Test, has gone totally waste

              Any of your excuses_ that you called but call was not taken; call didn't go through; or line was busy; etc_ will not hold good because there's been no call from you; no missed calls; my mobile was and is working with other calls (incoming/ outgoing) reaching

              Under the circumstances,
              1. I am now no more interested in further communication on the subject with you nor do I desire any other day / date for test
              2. I demand FULL REFUND for my vehicle Tata Tiago XZA 1.2 P AMT, MH12QT0887

                  I purchased the mega xl from kamal motors in january 2018 registration no mh47 y 1406.
                  In the last 8-9 months the vehicle has been repaired 6 times including engine repair, turbo, crank et etc.
                  Now my vehicle is lying in the unitech automobile since last 7 days for change of engine as engine has failed.
                  Now the service centre is saying it will take another 15 days for engine to come.
                  I need refund or replacement as i am fed up with the vehicle else i will be forced to go to consumer court.

                    I am really disappointed with Tata motors service.As i had given my car in service centre of gurugram (Triumph Motors) on 29th oct in a good condition.As they asked me to change the timing belt of car and has changed some part, which were not working and the regular service.And for that they have charged me approx 22k also.And there was nothing wrong in my car before i had given my car to them.I went there office on 30th oct for receiving my car and after that wen i was coming to my flat i have seen there was smoke coming out from my car.And i stopped instant on road only.And informed Triumph motors people.And then two people checked my car.And said now you can go to your place .And i requested them to check again this fault in morning.And as i parked my car today morning.i have seen the same issue.And smoke was coming out.So i informed them and taken my car to there outlet in my working hours.And i asked them to check this properly.And i told them i am facing the issue of pick up.As it was not earlier before i had given my car to their outlet.
                    So i request you to take this complaint seriously.As people are trusting the brand name of Tata motors and with that trust they are visiting their service centre and buying tata cars.After this bad experience i will never recommend tata cars to any of my circle.
                    Request you to refund all my money.I have no Trust on tata motors and their outlet.And i want my car in good condition as it was earlier.
                    Else i am going to take legal action against Tata Motors.

                      I had bought tata tiago in may, 2018 from malwa showroom prashant vihar. It is a authorized tata dealer. A tyre has developed side wall bulge. There has been no accident or any damage to tyre. The car has just traveled 6000km. I have gone to showroom few times but there has been no response/replacement from them. They keep on saying that this is bridgestone responsibility. On going to bridgestone they say that they won't replace it. This shows the poor quality of tyres used and tata's poor after sale services. I have maruti car and hundai car also never ever i have faced such an issue. Kindly address this problem.

                        Sos childrens village kolkata have procured a tata winger for the use of parent less children. While procuring, we got more than enough calls before the deal was complete. We paid the amount in full and tax invoice was raised dt-14/09/2018 (Invoice no - ilemaj[protected] after that they have stopped communicating, neither responded to calls. At last vehicle was delivered as on 10th october midnight. After that the person who was responsible for cf, mr. Hrishkesh dutta ([protected]) stopped communicating. Hr didnot bother to contact nor responded to calls. We went to rajarhat office twice but still no one bothered to complete the process of cf. Dis we do anything wrong by paying the entire amount to tata.
                        We really do not expect service from tata. The staffs miscommunicated, misbehaved when we asked for service.
                        We are really skeptical about what is to be done from our part. Our veichle is delivered with scratches, and now without cf we cannot even use it.
                        We want a end to it and justice.
                        Request you to please revert and do the needful to take appropriate action against person concerned.

                            On march 18 2018 i brought new tata tiago xz diesl top model car no. Mh 24 as 4309 after 3 months from buying the ac system has stopped working after 4-5 days i went to showroom they taken my car to service centre at baramati automotive and they filled the gas as there is gas problem and again after 1 week again same problem is repeated the took my car to showroom at baramati automotive, baramati, pune again the technician in showroom has filled the gas after 3 days again same problem repeated again i have shown the problem to bafna motors latur-maharashtra they also took 6 hrs to do the work on it given by filling the gas again after 3 days same problem has repeated. Complaint was raised to customer care now again they taken my car to service center at baramati automotive and they told that problem is unable to detect so you have to wait for 3-4 days also told that needs to open whole engine outside then and then only it is possible to find-out their any leakage. Again since 8 days my car ac is not working. I am realizing the whistling sound from inside at left side while switching on ac mode.
                            I am feeling like; i am using the 5~6 years old car. This is very annoyed situation leading to my mental harassment, my valuable loss of time also i am unable to manage such situation. Viz. Taking follow of, doing complaints and calls etc.
                            Overall show is very poor, tata motors service centers people are not capable to resolve any problem in 1 time.
                            Hope you will take firm action and solution to solve such repetitive problem.

                                This is to inform you that i was replace my vehicle ecu last year 9th december-2017 and cost for that replacement was rs 14987 (Near about rs 15000), after 10 month this parts again stop working and today i visit the service centre, they are saying you to change the parts again we can’t do anything. I am not a reach man and cannot be pay 15000/- at a time, and cost of this parts not a lesser amount.

                                Request you to kindly look in to this, it’s very critical issue and i cannot afford the amount it’s so high.

                                      I have purchased tata tigor buzz, car no. Mh04jm4832 from inderjit motor mira road on 20th july 2018. The sales man name is kartik and rto support executive is chirag. These people made mistake in my name on rc, extended warranty as well as on invoice. On invoice they did the correction. But correction of rc and extended warranty is not yet done. I escalated this to tata motors complaint desk as well, but instead of taking action on sales man their interest to close the case and take my feedback. I register complaint with tata motors twice on call and once on email but instead of taking any disclaiminary action against kartik and chirag, their interest is in to close the case. Now more than 3 months passed i don't have rc, i am driving the car without rc. One and half month back kartik comes at my home collected the incorrect rc and promise me to give the acknowledgement in 4 days which will help me to drive car. But till today i didn't got the acknowledgement. He is not taking my call not replying on sms and also very rude when i call him. I did his complaint to tata motors complaint number is 1-[protected] but they are not positive to take any action. The surprise is i got a call from tata motors today to know the feedback. I scold that guy what feedback he is looking for none of my problem solved and they did took any action against dealers people and interested in closing the case. My question to tata motors is this your customer support? You are committed to customer or to the dealer? Answer me and arrange get me my rc asap.

                                      This email is for your future reference and action.



                                      I booked Car on 7th July 2018 did all payments till 12th July 2018. My test drive was booked for 13th July and time fixed @ 3.00 PM. I called Kartik on 13th that I am coming for test drive. Kartik hold me he is not available there due to health issue but he inform in showroom. I went for test drive found none of them was informed about test drive and even the vehicle is also not available. I escalation this to showroom manager. He arrange the vehicle in 40 min for test drive.





                                      I purchased the car from Interjit motor on 20th July 2018, and In fact I informed Kartik about the error on 19th July 2018 it self, he told me don't worry you will get the correct RC. When I visited to showroom I came to know that RC will issue with incorrect name then I need to apply for the rectification which Inderjit Motors will do on my behalf.



                                      Not only RC was incorrect, the Car invoice as well as extended warranty was in correct name. Invoice corrected immediately at the time of delivery. But extended warranty receipt is not corrected Kartik has collected documents and took my sign on KYC for for correct the same.



                                      Regarding FASTAG, it is also register on incorrect number I am still struggling with PayTM to correct it. Let me explain this case. ( One guy from Inderjit Motors called me and told me that you will get one OTP text me that ) I did that same. Later I came to know he asked it for FASTAG-PAYTM registration and he did the registration on incorrect number.



                                      On 45th day ( 7th Sept ) I got the RC which is incorrect I called immediately to Kartik and you to collect it for correction. He is a useless executive working in Tata Motors who collects the RC on 20th Sept after so many reminders.



                                      But after collecting the RC instead of processing it for correction he kept it in drawer and forgot, when I checked online on 22nd of October I saw it is not rectified yet. Hence I called you, after my call you initiated the request and correction was happen online in 7 days.



                                      But as nobody aware about the correct process of getting smart card not even your agent I didn't received my corrected smart card even after correction happen at online. When I inquire for this you people did check with RTO and now coming with new process. I wish this is the last efforts and Inderjit Motors understand the process well. Today 4 month and 20 days passed I am still waiting for my RC and not sure how much further time it will take. Hope you understand the process well this time and it will sort out the issue. But I will remember this incidence for life time how careless people I met 1st and last time in my life.



                                      Regarding Kartik hope he learn from this incidence and grow in his responsiveness and customer approach. He is the big liar. Nikhil during our last call in Nov though I told you not to sack him, but after that there is no improvement in him. He is born liar he will not improve. He didn't visited at my home with the papers. If he really went and home was lock then he is suppose to call me or text me but he didn't did that. Now even he inform this to you Ashwini about this, when I escalate this again last week he lie again. Now I am requesting to Tata Motors and Inderjit Motors if you really cares about your customer and don't want to spoil your name is future sack him immediately.



                                      And last but not the least. at the time my 1st service, Priya from service team was co-coordinating with me she booked my service, schedule for me. I got all the messages about booking. I went to service center as per schedule time, but surprise is that my Name was not their is the list. But the service manager was very co-operative he log the call immediately added my name and take the vehicle for servicing. At the time of delivery I was asking for Priya, but she didn't came out and said sorry, and till date I am waiting for her call. In fact on service feedback report I purposely mention this but no action has been taken. If Inderjit motors/Tata Motors covers there employee like, you will pay for this in future.

                                        Hello, i have a tata tiago which is just 2 months old and have just done 2200 kms but it is giving vibrations and rattling issues from dashboard which tata service centre engineer or mechanics are unable to find and they just added foam pieces in my car dashboard which removed the vibrations temporarily, the car is also giving door ajar warning when i turn on the headlights since the day i have brought the car. Pls look into the matter because since i have bought the car i have gone 4 to 5 times in the service centre and problems are still there in the car. The car vibrations seems like the car has already done 20000 or 30000 kms so look like the car dealer has given us old car.
