I have bought tata tiygo xz on[protected] at moradabad up balaji auto wheel when i take delivery of car i was shoked there is no trunk light in car when i take test drive befor some days of buying the such model of car in shahjahanpur trunk light was available there and tata motor repersentative tell and show me that xz model have trunk light. Please resolve my issue

    I have purchased tata tigor buzz, car no. Mh04jm4832 from inderjit motor mira road on 20th july 2018. The sales man name is kartik and rto support executive is chirag. These people made mistake in my name on rc, extended warranty as well as on invoice. On invoice they did the correction. But correction of rc and extended warranty is not yet done. I escalated this to tata motors complaint desk as well, but instead of taking action on sales man their interest to close the case and take my feedback. I register complaint with tata motors twice on call and once on email but instead of taking any disclaiminary action against kartik and chirag, their interest is in to close the case. Now more than 3 months passed i don't have rc, i am driving the car without rc. One and half month back kartik comes at my home collected the incorrect rc and promise me to give the acknowledgement in 4 days which will help me to drive car. But till today i didn't got the acknowledgement. He is not taking my call not replying on sms and also very rude when i call him. I did his complaint to tata motors complaint number is 1-[protected] but they are not positive to take any action. The surprise is i got a call from tata motors today to know the feedback. I scold that guy what feedback he is looking for none of my problem solved and they did took any action against dealers people and interested in closing the case. My question to tata motors is this your customer support? You are committed to customer or to the dealer? Answer me and arrange get me my rc asap.

    Thanks for your email.



    This email is for your future reference and action.



    I booked Car on 7th July 2018 did all payments till 12th July 2018. My test drive was booked for 13th July and time fixed @ 3.00 PM. I called Kartik on 13th that I am coming for test drive. Kartik hold me he is not available there due to health issue but he inform in showroom. I went for test drive found none of them was informed about test drive and even the vehicle is also not available. I escalation this to showroom manager. He arrange the vehicle in 40 min for test drive.





    I purchased the car from Interjit motor on 20th July 2018, and In fact I informed Kartik about the error on 19th July 2018 it self, he told me don't worry you will get the correct RC. When I visited to showroom I came to know that RC will issue with incorrect name then I need to apply for the rectification which Inderjit Motors will do on my behalf.



    Not only RC was incorrect, the Car invoice as well as extended warranty was in correct name. Invoice corrected immediately at the time of delivery. But extended warranty receipt is not corrected Kartik has collected documents and took my sign on KYC for for correct the same.



    Regarding FASTAG, it is also register on incorrect number I am still struggling with PayTM to correct it. Let me explain this case. ( One guy from Inderjit Motors called me and told me that you will get one OTP text me that ) I did that same. Later I came to know he asked it for FASTAG-PAYTM registration and he did the registration on incorrect number.



    On 45th day ( 7th Sept ) I got the RC which is incorrect I called immediately to Kartik and you to collect it for correction. He is a useless executive working in Tata Motors who collects the RC on 20th Sept after so many reminders.



    But after collecting the RC instead of processing it for correction he kept it in drawer and forgot, when I checked online on 22nd of October I saw it is not rectified yet. Hence I called you, after my call you initiated the request and correction was happen online in 7 days.



    But as nobody aware about the correct process of getting smart card not even your agent I didn't received my corrected smart card even after correction happen at online. When I inquire for this you people did check with RTO and now coming with new process. I wish this is the last efforts and Inderjit Motors understand the process well. Today 4 month and 20 days passed I am still waiting for my RC and not sure how much further time it will take. Hope you understand the process well this time and it will sort out the issue. But I will remember this incidence for life time how careless people I met 1st and last time in my life.



    Regarding Kartik hope he learn from this incidence and grow in his responsiveness and customer approach. He is the big liar. Nikhil during our last call in Nov though I told you not to sack him, but after that there is no improvement in him. He is born liar he will not improve. He didn't visited at my home with the papers. If he really went and home was lock then he is suppose to call me or text me but he didn't did that. Now even he inform this to you Ashwini about this, when I escalate this again last week he lie again. Now I am requesting to Tata Motors and Inderjit Motors if you really cares about your customer and don't want to spoil your name is future sack him immediately.



    And last but not the least. at the time my 1st service, Priya from service team was co-coordinating with me she booked my service, schedule for me. I got all the messages about booking. I went to service center as per schedule time, but surprise is that my Name was not their is the list. But the service manager was very co-operative he log the call immediately added my name and take the vehicle for servicing. At the time of delivery I was asking for Priya, but she didn't came out and said sorry, and till date I am waiting for her call. In fact on service feedback report I purposely mention this but no action has been taken. If Inderjit motors/Tata Motors covers there employee like, you will pay for this in future.

      Hello, i have a tata tiago which is just 2 months old and have just done 2200 kms but it is giving vibrations and rattling issues from dashboard which tata service centre engineer or mechanics are unable to find and they just added foam pieces in my car dashboard which removed the vibrations temporarily, the car is also giving door ajar warning when i turn on the headlights since the day i have brought the car. Pls look into the matter because since i have bought the car i have gone 4 to 5 times in the service centre and problems are still there in the car. The car vibrations seems like the car has already done 20000 or 30000 kms so look like the car dealer has given us old car.

        Hi,

        I had booked Nexon xz+ petrol manual variant in dual colour orange and silver by name ibnul moiz rizvi on 18th October.
        Before booking they assured me to deliver the car on 7th October . On 24 October i got their call that this colour will not be available so choose some other colour.

        Before booking i had asked alot of time if they can deliver it or not and always got positive answer with confident.

        I had heard regarding the bad service of Tata motor and now there is live example in front of me.

        I had raised the issue 3 times to customer care and even dropped mail to [protected]@tatamotors.com but they didn't revert till date.

        On calling customer care i am getting same answer "we will look into issue".

        Really its annoying and disgusting.will never suggest anyone to go for tata product.

        Hello sir/Madam,

        My first booking is created at 19th September 2022 for Nexon(D) XM +S (paying 5000 rs phone pay )and getting assured delivered date is 5th October 2022 ( dusshera) from your sales person but due to some reason I have change Color and variant at 26 September 2022 and that time also we get confirmation for delivery date is stay as it is just possibility to postpone 2 -3 days delivery delay. Still did not get any final date of delivery of my car. Prebooking experience is well and good but after booking experience is very terrific.
        Don't buy tata motor cars.

          We booked tata nexon xz+ diesel on 22/09/2018

          Delivery was given to us on 23/09/2018.

          Sub: ref to our complaint on 25/09/2018 of repainted/used/repaired car given to us as brand new tata nexon xz+ diesel (Chassis no. Mat 627162jlb06762).

          We would like to ask few questions from tata motors ltd/yourself as:-
          1. Why such an old car (Feb, 2018 produced) is delivered to us when as per the tata motors ltd, this car is selling very well and people have to wait for delivery for 4-8 weeks.?
          2. Rusted tail pipe (Pic sent by email), very much visible and our i10, which is 9 years old having 70, 000 km on odometer is in better condition and accepted by mr. Gumeet singh and acknowledged on 1st oc, t 2018.
          3. Steering getting locked once fully turned to left side, which was checked and experienced by
          Mr. Gumeet singh, when he himself has test driven the vehicle on 1st oct, 2018. Any incident/accident happens during our driving will be the liability of the go auto pvt ltd and tata motors ltd.
          5. The rear seat back rest is not getting locked, whenever any brakes applied, it falls forward on the person sitting, any injury occurred will be the responsibility of the go auto pvt ltd and tata motors ltd.
          6. The clutch when pressed fully, then our foot comes in contact with the open moving part of the car in the engine compartment….?
          7. The cover of the glove box is bent outwards.
          8. Paint is scratched between the bumper and the fender, which is very difficult to imagine how it happened?
          9. Remote key of the car is old (Pic attached) in the email.
          10. The boot lid is not getting unlocked by the remote key.

          Go auto pvt ltd, d-189, okhla industrila area, new delhi without any special discount for the said condition of the vehicle

          An aggrieved customer who put trust and money on brand “tata motors ltd”
          But cheated out by their dealer ………………!

            Sir, purchased a new tiago xt on19/10/18 from fairdeal motors jammu with the following salient features
            1- heavy vibrations just after start
            2- poor pickup while changing the gear
            3- ac not working properly
            4- too much foog in any environment
            Visited the tata service/workshop 3 days after the purchase with the following solution
            1- heavy vibrations is because of 3 cylinder engine
            2- vehicle takes few seconds to pick up power changing gear
            3- there was 150 gm less gas in the ac.150gm gas filled but still not cooling well.
            Pl. Resolve the problem by changing tiago with other vehicle as i have not registered my vehicle yet. Pl. Respond.

              My old car quoted 60, 000 price.
              After i was paid my downpayment as on 11/10/18...
              Now the manager reduced my old car price to 40, 000, due to that reason i would like to cancelld my booking as on 18/10/18... But still i was did not get my old car... Every time the excituvie tell some reason... And too no propoer responce from the sales manager mr. Thangaraj (Vellore) and branch excituvie mr. Prabu (Tirupattur)...
              Please refund my down payment and my old car and orginal rc book...

                We don't know what is the service level of tata motors earlier but as of now it is worst among the automobile industry.

                There is a issue with co - drivers door, door locking and unlocking. I have visited the service center and show my vehicle to concern team members. They told me, there is no stock for this particular spare part. They told me inform after 4 days. Later on i called 6 six times to data people, every-time they are saying that, spare part under transit.

                This is the second time i have experienced your service levels, which is very pathetic. I have purchased data xenon erroneously. Request you to resolve the issue on priority basis.

                  I have purchased my sumo gold in the month of march 2018 just 8 months have been passed, i am facing frequent problem of injector, poor pick up, engine vibration. Kindly make an arrangement to resolve my issue or either i need the reimbursement for the huge loss as my vehicle is under finance.                     I bought a car tata tiago xz from gwalior samarth cars pvt ltd, in quatation insurance price value is 34000 and 2400 for zero dep insurance but they give me23000 insurance bill including all, so they cheated me with 13000 aprox and in insurance they mentioned car value 506000 while its ex-show room price is 533000, and here also they did fraud with me for amount 27000. Kindly resolve issue

                      This is to inform you that 2 months before i have purchased TATA NEXON XZ+ I was very happy to have it and really i like the features and the design of the car and i thought it will be absolute fine and as per the guidance i was very impress because your guide has given me the introduction of the car in such a way that it was very cool once before i have purchased NANO and it was the worst car i have it The experience of that car for me was very low and then also after that i have trusted TATA MOTORS and go with this TATA NEXON but again the same problem is occuring YOU broke my trust At this momemt i am very sad to say that car has the garing problem 1st GARE is not proper and the BRAKES are also making some annoying noice which they should'nt make it is very inconvience for me to drive the car after so much of trust i have bought the car that TATA MOTORS must have improve but the problem is same I want the resolution of my problem because in this way i can't drive this car. It is only 2 months old car and the problems are coming i think its the defective piece which you jave given to me if possible provide me the new car with proper manner if you want you can check the condition also..Please contact me.

                        We have bought a nexon kraz plus (Limited edition) last week from malayalam tata motors at vytilla, ernakulam. The rear ac vent not working and one of the door is not closed properly. These kind of defects are not expected from newly bought vehicle. Since the dealers are not responding we supposed to file case in consumer court and will give publicity through social medias. So kindly revert immediately and sort the issue...

                          Hello,
                          I had just complaint at the tata sanghi indore branch.
                          I. E.

                          1. My car is not starting at some time there is some problem in the car key (Starter).
                          2. At night in my car there is producing too much fogg.
                          In any environment.
                          Whether environment is clear but the fogg problem is not solved.

                          I already mention both the above issue at the time of 1st serviceing but my problem is not solved.

                          So please give attention towards my conplain.

                            We have bought a tiago xza (Tn 03 y 1462) last month, but within 600km we found malfunction warning with ac not working and heavy vibration while accelerating. Even after giving service twice the same is not resolved. These kind of defects are not expected from newly bought vehicle moreover service needs to be efficient enough to identify the defects. Kindly revert immediately and sort the issue

                              Since i bought tiago i was very happy till i visited your service centre concord motor at uppal. The moment i complained for software problem like indicator issue, it was resolved but another problem of fuel indicator not showing when oil is less. Again i visted for this and it was resolved but again bluetooth issue not working. Overall the software is not properly addressed by the service centre for my vehicle no. Ts 08fh 6692.
                              Now i want to know the resolution from you for proper action.
                              Would you change the software of my vehicle or i would go for another vehicle reserving my right to consumer forum.

                              Please explore so much which you can control.
                              The service quality of your every centre as ascertained from individuals are pretty very bad. Please improve or disapprove your national goodwill.

                                This type of mail also received from this company and at first they call for an resume shortlisted and then they said your telephonic round and next day they call after that they said you are selected and for document verification they said 950/- pay and i paid this after they said the security amount of rs 8, 100/- paid by the candidate only & this is a refundable.                                 Yesterday there was a call from HR Arjun Kapoor he said that there is technical problem in your recruitment process such as your Currier so the team is meet you at your address and complete all the process then I frustrated from that I said I don't want this job I want cancel my application and I want my money back then he said if you want to cancel you have to pay 2500/- for NOC means you are not objection on company about your refunding...then I said I don't have money, please cut that amount on my previous money then he said no there is no process regarding that...and you do whatever you want he said...
                                Everyday new people and when I contacted them for refunding they demanding for any reason and didn't refund my money so please help me sir to and take action on that please ..

                                  Sir, i have purchased tata tiago xta model 2017 amt last year.. But now i m very regreat to say that the car is not working properly break fail two time and break oil totally dry n filled it two time. I m also complain to my nearest tata service center but they told that you need the change the part which creat leakage problem in break oil. I m very to sad to hear about problem of my car because it very new car only running 8000km if you change the part of car in only 8000km and such big problem arries like break fail than it very bad and worse car. But this part is not available at their center they asked me to place order for it and told me that it took near about one month to reach, how i can run break fail car yaa waiting for one month it very poor service provided by tata motors. I m really very regreat about your very low service to me. I want to know that any exchange policy to change the car because my car started problem in 8000km in future i know that it creat more problem. So please give suggestions to me what can i do? I m very sad about your service n car manufacturer by tata motors. Only 8000 km running car created such big problem like leakage n break fail... Please suggest me how can i replaced my car with good quality tata car because tata tiago is very poor car with big problem like break fail problem which dangerous for our life.

                                    I have made a biggest mistake of my life by purchasing a tata product from concord motors, ghodbunder road, thane west.

                                    1. Upon purchasing a car in mar'18 i got a coupon "maximum march offer" (From concord motors, thane) for which i was eligible for a american touriest bagpack now post 6+ months i have not received my gift even after more than 50 follow ups and esclation to concord motors highest matrix as well as to the tata motors officials.

                                    2. At the time of purchase, concord executive made a mistake on home address while applying for rc.
                                    When i esclated the issue post receiving it from rto. Concord guys asked me to submit my rc with them and promised me that they will get it rectified as soon as pissible. Till date it's more than 4 months i don't have my rc back.

                                    At my utmost surprise i got to know that my rc was with them for more than 2 months and they didn't file any request at rto office. Infact they all lying on all the call upon my follow ups on those days by saying that they already submit my request to rto and will get my rc by courier.

                                    I esclated the same to mr noor at concord, ashish (Tata official) but till day no strict action took against anyone... They all are just testing there customer patience.

                                    It's really bad that post 6 months as well i am running my vehicle without rc...

                                    Very bad service by both... No one give the proactive response. All the time it's customer who follow-up. Was never expecting the same from tata and concord.

                                      My Vehicle MH05 DH 1497 Admitted to the Sudershan Moter service centre( Responsible persons: Mr. Lavesh & Mr. Gopal Sonawane) for following problems.
                                      1. Hard Steering wheel
                                      2. Warning lights (AIR BAGS/SEAT BELT)
                                      After first complaint the Car admitted to service centre on 18/09/2018.The Car delivered on same day, but we face same issue again hence the car was taken to service centre on 28/09/2018(job card opened on 03/10/2018).I was informed that the vehicle will be ready in two days.Even after frequent follow ups issue didn't got resolved.The person told me that car is on diagnosis and they are unable to understand the issue. Hence they submitted the query to Tata Motors. After that I was informed that some parts need to be replaced which service centre will receive in 6-7 days and the fitting will be done in one day after which I can take my car back.I After frequent follow ups with the above mentioned persons the service centre called me for delivery of car on 18/10/2018 stating that the car does not have enough petrol for delivery so please pick up the car. After reaching service centre and waiting for 3 hrs the person told us that the parts installed in car are of Tiago XM model and not of Tiago XZ model, due to which now we are facing following problems
                                      1. Music system is completely not working.
                                      2. Central lock not working
                                      3. Issue in power window(driver side)
                                      4. Seat belt indicator not working properly.
                                      5. Light in the car is not working properly

                                      Besides this Toe hook is missing. And the major observation is that the car is misused as the Car running KM at the time of admitting to service centre was 2389km whereas after delivery it is 3864km, the difference is of 1400km.

                                      Also the person informed us the parts for Tiago XZ model will be received by them in 7 days after which they will make the installation.
                                      Even after car lying 20 days in service centre issue didn't resolved.

                                      I request you to take strict action on the service centre.
                                      And help me with the issue to get it resolved asap.

                                      This type of service centres are damaging the image of TATA motors.

                                        Mr. Boloram das of bhagyashree motors, bongaigaon branch (Assam) is a pathetic salesman, a guy who just lied me about delivering a sumo gold on time.
                                        I had an urgent requirement of the car.

                                        I went to the tata showroom of bongaigaon (Assam) named bhagyashree motors to enquire about a sumo gold 13th october, 2018 and met mr. Boloram das, a salesman. At first he said they dont have a car in stock and couldn't deliver me before 20th of this month. That was okay. I went out and contacted kamakhya motors, guwahati. They said they have the car n will deliver me the car. I was happy.
                                        15th oct, i was about to book the car to kamakhya motors and just before that this bongaigaon salesman guy, boloram das called me up and said we have the car please book here, you wont be required to go to guwahti. I said its okay so i went ahead and book the car at bongaigaon as he said he will deliver the car to me the next day.

                                        And then the drama starts as i call him the next day and kept lying me that he will deliver it on the next day, they didn't. I was still not that upset hoping to get the car the next day.
                                        16th morning he calls me up and says our driver have gone to collect your car from nalbari (Assam) and i will get the car in evening, an hour later i asked him what time should i come and he says sir there is a problem,, the car was booked earlier by someone else and the person who booked the car have come to take it, please wait we will figure out something and will give it to you as you have an urgent requirement. I was holding my anger and said okay. He says take the car on 17th morning by 12pm. I still said fine i will wait.

                                        Today moring i. E. 17th october 2018 he sends me an sms giving his managers number asking me to calls him. I did call the manager and he says he doesnt know anything about the delivery. I was shocked.

                                        Kindly tell me what should i do? Is this the way tata motors works? I have all the recording of my telephonic conversation and the sms he send me!

                                        Officials do react, i dont think i ever gonna buy tata the next time if guys like mr. Boloram das works in your company.

                                        Such a pathetic experiance.
