I went to balaji motors rampur up on 14.10.2018 for the query of tata zest diesal. The sells manager kept me waiting for an hour approxy but he did not take my query seriously. He was not paying attention towards me. I asked him again and again but he did not pay any attention. If he is so irresponsible at the time of booking what his behaviour would be after that. He should apologise otherwise i will think about dzire or amage available in the market. These type of employees need to change their behaviour or they will damage the reputation of tata motors also. He should apologise otherwise neither i nor any member of my family will ever go to tata motors. We will think about other options available in the market. From-rajendra singh contact no.       M/s. Banerjee automobiles, asansol, sold me a car tiago bearing chasis no. Mat626201jkh74453 on 07/10/2018 and delivered the car at my house. But did not provide me any exchange bonus against exchange my nano cx car of 2013. Moreover they charged me rs. 5, 000/- extra as temporary registration fee. Why? When i am purchasing a new car from a dealer of tata motors in exchange of an old tata car, how they can charge me any amount as temp. Reg.in addition to fees for permanent registration? Neither any scratch card nor any foot mat has provided in spite of commitment by mr. Tulsi prasad shaw, who dealt with me. Please take appropriate action in this regard.

        I buy tata tiago xm 1.05rtq bs4 i n feb 2018.in sept car running with 10000km where front right side tyre creak so i visit your dealer shree shyam tata moters who decline the warranty and said that tyres are from our 3rd party bridgestone product so we dont have warranty. And they decline the same.

        As i am also a service man so i know what about warranty and service. Your tyre creak as i know when i running car 250km and stop when i wakeup early morning the tyre fush there no vacume and see that tyre creack..

        I want to replace the tyre other wise i take other assistant with court.

        I purchased tata tigore xt few months back
        Few days back i saw a puncher in one wheel, while changing that wheel with Stepney( 5th one ) i found that wheel was 1 no smalller i.e no.13
        But the other company gave that 5th one of same size..like othe 4 wheelz

        Nexon petrol fuel efficiency quoted by company is 16 to 17 kmpl. So might be your driving would be not appropriate so you are getting 10 to 11 kmpl. If you see overall nexon customers get 12 to 14 kmpl max in petrol.
        You could have gone for diesel for better mileage.

            I bought tata tiago xz in dec 2017 and very sorry to inform that my car is giving me trouble right after 5k kilometers travelled. One of the rhs front shocker broke which i got replaced from the service centre the very second one ie lhs front shocker broke before 14k drive which i got replaced today. The ac of the car often gives me trouble which i get repaired twice. Previously from the ac vent was choked and small small chunks of dirty black ice came out from the vent onto my body. Never encountered this kind of things before as i do have my swift dezire 2010 model but never gave such kind of experience. I think my car needs to be replaced by a new one so pls look into the matter and get my car be replaced with a new one.

              My complain when addressed was not resolved as they can not do anything with the mechanism as it is all computerised.
              If mileage is very poor, that is what will be.
              If want better mileage, then shift and drive only in highways with speed of 40 to 50 kmph, which is ridicules.
              I don't know how was my previous complain resolved without providing a solution and justifying the poor mileage of less than 10 km/lt which the vehicle gives against big claims of high mileage 16km/lt in town driving.

                  I am using tata safari dicor kl27- a-2545 for last 10 years, last month the car is showing a missing problem and the service lights are engaged on the instrument cluster. I approached my nearest tata service center focuz motors thekkemala, pathanamthitta, kerala, 689654. I contacted mr. Nelson and sreejith who were handling the service supervisions and they told me to come for the check. I reached there and discussed them about the complaint. This complaint is causing control valve failure in my first injector and i repaired it twice in bc diesels. Without getting the availablity of showroom service i went outside and repaired the injectors. The thing is i begged nelson and sreejith to solve the electric problem which is the cause of my injector failure. But they neglected my request and 13 days they put my car outside there garrage and spoiled. My mirror also damaged from there. I can understand there is some sort of rush in service due to flood. But the thing wonders me is they didnt even check or scanned the car. Just waisted my time. Sir kindly avoid this type of guys from service centers and also give us more support from the service centers. I didnt applied for any insurance for maintanence and my car is not flood affected also. But i am not getting proper service from focuz motors thekkemala which is a gud sevice center in past and now nelson and sreejith is spoiling this name. Kindly take necessary action and please repair my cars open circuit in first injector 0201 error.. Thankyou

                  I have used TATA zest XM, who got an road accident 10Aug 2018, very next day 11 AUG 2018 handover to nearby dealer R KL MOTORS GORAKHPUR U. P. .till date car is not repair, my car no. UP53 CQ 4440.
                  So bad experience from this dealership everybody given false commitment, his renewal is due on 26 Oct 2018 and completed 1st year. 72 days passed who are responsible for the delay and who pannalise for this.
                  Dealership owner commitment 10 Oct then 20 Oct Now avoid to attend phone, .
                  So what problem I faced, given me solution with the penalty and also renewal of Insurance either pay TML or dealership.

                    To start with, I had coolant and Electrical issues as soon as the car was delivered. I also got an annoying "Thud" sound from the Boot area in the back while braking the vehicle and also while driving it over the bumps and broken roads.
                    I can also hear the sloshing of the Fuel in the rear while driving when the windows are completely closed which makes me question the quality of the materials used for sound insulation inside the cabin. Even the Alto doesn't have this particular issue and did not quite expect from an SUV which costs around 14 lakhs on road.
                    I'm also noticing the wobble from the front wheels and the steering wheel when driven hard or driven in low speeds.
                    Today, to my surprise, i had been for a long drive in the night and noticed that the projector head lamps shake and vibrate a lot while driving on the bumps and uneven surfaces which i've never noticed in other cars like Maruti Brezza and Scorpio which also have the similar projector head lamp set up. Not sure if this happens in other nexons also since i didn't get a chance to check this out.
                    The vehicle emits white smoke for 30 seconds at least when i start it every morning. The engine also starts with hiccups rather than a smooth fuel intake.
                    The Transmission becomes too much jerky in low speeds, especially when it shifts from 2nd Gear to 3rd Gear. The engine also shut down in traffic once giving me a nightmare.
                    Sometimes, it doesn't crawl or creep in low speeds and the movement i accelerate, the car becomes jerky which is difficult to manage.
                    I need to slot it couple of times at least to get the reverse gear working.
                    The lights become dim all of a sudden and become bright indicating the issues in electrical system or the battery
                    The infotainment system is too slow to respond, Android auto doesn't work at all when needed and the screen just goes blank, tried with different android phones and Original Cables. Still the same lag and unresponsiveness which is annoying after spending so much on the top end model for these features
                    The mileage shown on the MDI and calculation according to tank full method doesn't match at all no matter how many times I calculate. This doesn't even gives me a mileage of 12 kmpl even when driven on a very light foot. This car is becoming my nightmare day by day.
                    got the attached error sign on the instrument cluster and the car stopped moving which caused me to go through hell by causing traffic and inconvenience to me and other passersby. I had to literally park the car twice in the middle of the rain and traffic until I reached home to cool off the clutch so that the error indicator turns off.
                    After the replacement of the head lamp assembly for extensive flickering issue, there was an issue of water entry into the head lamp assembly. I had visited the adishakti service station and Mr Naveen and Mr Susanta helped me with it and got them replaced. But the problem still exists and it's gotten worse. The latest pictures have been attached as the proof and the previous pics have are with Mr. Susanta already. Also to mention, the assembly has been changed twice already.
                    Off late I'm also noticing few issues in the electricals of the car. To mention few, the infotainment system doesn't shut down after turning off the ignition and opening the driver side door. I have to switch off it manually.
                    just noticed the car overheating and going beyond the mid-level mark on instrument cluster. Not sure if it's sensor issue or the engine actually over heated. No issues like breakdown or steam was noticed but it got me worried in the traffic.
                    The Unlock button on the driver side doesn't work at times and this was noticed multiple times with both peps key and normal keyless entry remote. This might be related to the infotainment issue again that I mentioned earlier.

                    Therefore, as a pained customer and with lots of regrets and miserable experience, I feel I'm cheated by the dealership or the OEM (You guys figure it out). I'm humbly asking you to either replace this piece of Junk with an unused, new and problem free piece or refund the my hard earned money that includes Road Tax, insurance, AMC, First month EMI for the loan, the worthless extras and accessories I've paid for along with the showroom price of the car.

                      I have purchased tata zest xt (Top model) in jan. 2015 from pandit auto pimpri pune with reg. No. Mh 14 eu 0548, in oct 2016 one of alloy wheel (18 spoke) was damaged and immediately i approached to pandit auto pimpri pune to provide me new alloy wheel (18 spoke) and even if repeatedly request made from oct 16 proper response not received from them and always told by them that the said alloy wheel is not available in stock and will be intimated after available of the same. However in july 2017 i approached to panchajanya auto pune since july 2017 they also told the same, that the said alloy wheel is not available in stock and will be intimated after available of the same and till date i have not got the same and since two year i am unable to drive the car for long trip it can be ensure from cars meter reading as the kilometer reading shows on date is 4750 only after lapse of 4 year.

                      In this connection please refer to my complaint no. 1- [protected] dated 02/10/2018 under which i have lodged complaint but till date the problem has not been resolved yet.

                      Due to good looking of alloy wheel (18 spoke) i purchased the top model of zest i. E. Zest xt and now due to non availability of the said wheel purpose of the purchase of the car is not fulfill.



                      It is requested to kindly arrange me alloy wheel 18 spoke as an early date and resolve the problem. Image of the said wheel is enclosed.

                        A commercial new car indigo ecs, in 4 months timing belt fault, 8 days in service center to rectify, in 10 month dynamo fault and many other complaints. Now car is tafe coimbatore for past 1.5 years and no solution... Incident happened before a chennai person had a complaint for his 10 new cars which came in media also. Till today issues continues.                           I buy a tata truck 2518 bs4 in august 2018 from daisy motor prt. Ltd hissar. After complete body making work than began on road. We faced some problems in my tata truck

                          The truck jam on road in running time.

                          Brake leathers jam and abrasion with drums because for that hit generate in tyres.

                          When i buy turck your company dealer tell me truck fuel average near about 4.5k. M/litre but it not more than 2.5k. M/litre.

                            I m facing suspension issue from start and cudnt get solution yet from ur concorde service center tathawde pune. There is zero suspension from my nexon mh12 qf7105.. Please help to resolve my issue due to which i cudnt get relif while driving. Continuesly it's shaking on highway which is no acceptable by consumers because other cars give smoothe suspension n we by keeping trust on tata we r facing this issue which is not solve since 6 month so pls do d needful n solve my issue

                              Wobbling in 2nd slow speed
                              I am experiencing jerking problem with tata nexon xm. I have visited tata service center regarding it for 4 times. I complained about it on their provided app. Still no solution. And today, while driving to pune, the acceleration failed suddenly. Car didn't accelerated even after pressing the pedal 4-5 times. It was very risky, disappointing and embarrassing while driving with my relatives.
                              Overall, very frustrating performance by tata nexon. I trusted tata, but now i'm so much disappointed. I want my car replaced or money back. Help me am waiting

                                nexon sometimes gives jerks and doesn't respond to acceleration

                                I purchased my first car in the month of may 2018. Tata Nexon xm model. The first experience of the drive was seemingly smooth and comfortable. After a period of 2 weeks, the car started giving jerks in middle of driving. First I thought this to be some sort of technical glitch, but then it happened occasionally. On a later juncture, I went to Jabalpur. The jerks were continues and after 200 KMS the vehicle was on the verge of shutting down....

                                I have purchased a Tiago in October 16 since then it is followed by my 10 friends buying 8 Tiago n 2 tigor but as per your assurance there is no service station in our midc n government colony area though u opened ur sale department.we annoyed with ur response. I tell you that in boisar Maharashtra there is every motors service station rather than Tata motors decreases ur 20 % sell in such big market.kindlyfocus on this issue to boost ur sell in responsive market.

                                  We were shown a demo car (Xza+ variant) with many features, the handbook also mentions all these features, but the car does not have them. The features deleted are as under rear fog lamp, rear charging point, rear camera display while driving, sensor switches on central console etc. We booked the particular version because it had all these features shown in the demo car. You showed one car varient and gave a different version without informing anything to us while delivering the vehicle. This actually is unacceptable and unprofessional and almost like a fraud.

                                  My experience is same. I purchased tata tigor from Concorde motors tathawade, pune. Showroom tata tigor xzo model had rear 12v charging socket but same is not present in card deliered to me. Concorde Motors told me tata motors has removed that feature. How can you remove good feature from new models? Generally new cars have additional features but in tata motors case is it reverse way? every month car price increases and every new model missing one or other features. Do you really want to increase your market share or not? I told one of my friend not to purchase tata tigor just because of my bad experience. If you want to contact me, pls call me on [protected].

                                    Heavy vibration on cluth pedal during driving, but even more during ac on.. 1st service done in visakhapatnam, i given the complaint, but it doesn't rectified, the vibration is very irritating and even feel very uneasy and pain on my left foot... Its a new car but still not been good for driving... Will it be rectified.. I am an central government officer on posting to visakhapatnam.

                                      My car number is mh02cr7659 i have never ever defaulted a payment. Last month tata finance had submitted 2 bills to citi bank. One on 1st as usual and one on 10th that was unusual. I never have an amount that bounced past 2 and half year have been paying. 15375 still these cheats last month did twice the transaction. I have an account with citi bank they are witness to this i have my call recordings with citi bank i was charged 350 which got reversed by the bank point it is effecting my credit standing that is what i am fighting against. Also they are harassing me with a charge of 16400 first it was 10000 now they say around 16400 best part is 400 per month asper their stupid interest which comes to 4800 but they have charged me bill of 9000 which means just for gst increase i have to pay 16400 and the rate of interest is also 16%.. It is not worth it to spend time on them. More over a agent of theirs paid 300 for me i did not pay him his money purposely even he says sir return my money it is my hard earned money. Which means money that we are making is easy money? There was no official letter sent by them did not even tell me the exact reason of this price. Only thing is that they say gst had increased they paid additional amount now when gst reduced they have not waved that amount it has been more than a year i have not paid that amount coz i need a written document from them that this is a amount against what?
                                      Also if i have defaulted a payment i understand the interest rate if you applied a charge with out legal papers how can you charge me interest?
                                      I will only pay the base price if it is mandatory but rest is not my look out i need a letter that this amount paid is for what.?
