Very furious and disappointed to inform that on 29th sept, 2018 evening 5pm my tata nexon amt mh03cs9864 faced a serious manufacturing defect.

Car was at 40-50kms speed at belapur-uran phata bridge, navi mumbai just before tata motors nerul showroom, where the real left side wheel of the car got loose and made the car skid. As i brought car near to divider to save from disaster in middle of the bridge. The wheel came out with, with the hub, rotating the car and bumped into the side walls. The airbags of the vehicle opened with a slow speed offering no safety and lot of smoke inside from airbag blast.. Making zero visability inside the cabin. I immediately, removed the seat belt and came out of car to save myself from the coming trucks from behind. Have captured few photos of the incident which are attached.
I immediately called the tata motors 24x7 roadside assistance at [protected], where for long time was kept on hold to get my breakdown register. Not only this.. I agreed to their costly toeing service (1800 were asked for a distance of less then 1 kms frm bhatti motors service station) which came late by 6.30pm. And towed my car very unprofessionally making the front left wheel more damaged. Thanx to the rto who helped in meanwhile to manage traffic and even bring the car to the safer side of road.

In this whole issue, the faulty manufacturing defect of a brand new car could have taken my life if i didnt handle the car well. How can a wheel come out in a normal running car?

My car was felicitated while delivering as it was told as 1st amt nexon of wasan motors... Now my image is spoiled and value of car has become zero in the eyes of society and public by getting a faulty vehicle. I hav made a total downpayment and purchased this car without any discount from wasan motors. Feeling ashamed to choose tata car. You might repair the car as it is insured, but you gave me fear of driving and image turmoil. Even i am from automobile industry, authorised dealers of ashok leyland spare parts - chetan motors, kalamboli. This insident has affected my business image too.

Expecting a strict action against the manufacturing defect as well as appropriate resolution to loss caused to me.

I want to enlighten the automobile manufacturing society siam about the safety standards and tests that tata motors are offering in thier new vehicles, making it death friendly for consumers in india.

    tata nexon xz - coolant leakage, heating display, ac knobs broken etc etc

    We have purchased tata nexon xza+ on 29th august 2018 from jamnagar, gujarat csd and got delivered in bhuvneshwar, odisha on 12th september 2018,

    1- our car stopped in the middle of the road due to engine heating issues, my family was in the middle of the road for 2 hours and at 12am our car was towed to service station.

    2- apart from heating issues, several other issues were noticed within two days (Water logging...

      I have purchased tata nexon xza+ amt diesel in july 2018. Till date i jave driven aroun 1620 kms. When ever i refuelled i have made tank full which is 44 lts capacity. The company promised milage of 21 kmpl as per arai standards.in city atleast i have to get about 16- 17 kmpl, but to my scariest dreams my car is just giving only 11 kmpl. The first service has been done and still no improvement. Till date i have driven my car in only city & eco modes. I have brought this car after looking after good reviews about the performance and milage but to god sake i am very dissapointed by the performance. This is my 1st car which is bought with my hard earned money and was very proud to bought one but everything gone up in the air within just 2 months.

      I cannot digest that my 2 month machine is not giving the milage as that of my fathers 8 yr old petrol car which is giving 17 kmpl.

      Dear tata please look in the matter as i am facing very bad financial situation after buying this car.

      2 weeks back I filled my Nexon Tank full .I have driven 95% on highway but i got milage only 14 kmpl. My trip meter showed 556 kms when my Nexon warned me of low fuel then day before yesterday I have refuelled my car Full Tank .The diesel i billed is for 40 lts.Means only 556 kms for 40 lts. Avg around 14. Now after refuelling full tank the odometer shows Range only 615 kms... i.e 615/44 i.e only 13.97 kmpl... what the hell is this...disgusting

              Last few months i purchased a new tata tiago car. After completing 5500 km the car have some problems. While we are run the car right side front tyre have greese leackage problem. Once i see this immediately i approach my nearest tata dealer named malayalam vehicles moovattupuzha. They will say there is issue in the right side boot. The problem has happening not my problem. That is a manufacturing problem. The dealer will say they have no spare parts they will order the parts and it will taken 10 days. Today 15 day finished their is no spare parts and no maintance.15 days i'm not use my car. Tata have no responsibility after they make sale. Very poor consumer preferences that tata taken. I make so many phone calles your representative es. But they have no answer. They every one say we ordered but not come.15 days. Very very poor service that tata provide

                I have purchased TATA ZEST XT (Top Model) in Jan. 2015 from Pandit Auto Pimpri Pune with Reg. No. MH 14 EU 0548, in Oct 2016 one of Alloy Wheel (18 Spoke) was damaged and immediately I approached to Pandit auto Pimpri Pune to provide me new Alloy Wheel (18 Spoke) and even if repeatedly request made from Oct 16 proper response not received from them and always told by them that the said Alloy Wheel is not available...

At this sarvice i write a problem that engine oil is lekd by some where in engine compartment.                   I bought a tata zest xt in july 2016 from concord motors - baner. I got the vehicle for a discounted price because i was told that the chasis is from 2015 and the discount was given to me since i was a tata employee.

                  Today my vehicle had a clutch breakdown for which i claimed a policy for part replacement at a dealer. I was told that the policy (Or any other policy) is not applicable for my vehicle. When asked for the reason i was shocked to know that the vehicle sold to me by concord motors - baner was a test drive vehicle.

                  During purchase of the vehicle i was not informed about this. This was very shocking and disgraceful for me, although being a tata motors employee i was cheated. This better be taken seriously else in the coming weeks concord motors and also tata motors will have to face the consumer court.

                    Hi,

                    I want to bring this in your notice that i purchased tata tigor revotorq xz (O) on july-15-2018 in faridabad, haryana from multitech tata in sector 27 faridabad, i was satisfied with the performance of the car, however my car met with an major accident that took place on september-09-2018, the service centre people promised me that i will get the car back within 10 days, however it’s been more than 20 days and they are unable to tell me the expected date of arrival of the repaired car.

                    Now the big area of concern which put my life is danger.

                    The car was damaged very badly from the front, now the beauty of the tata tigor car is even after a major accident from the front the air bags didn’t opened and i felt the threat to my life, i purchased tata tigor revotorq xz (O) car variant due to the safety features of the car, but now i realized that this car is putting me and my family life at risk.

                    I paid extra money to buy these safety features which actually didn’t worked at all when they were required the most, when i spoke to the person in the service centre on phone number +91-[protected], even they are unable to understand that why the sensor didn’t worked after this major accident and they don’t have any answers why the airbags did not deploy.

                    Now i felt totally un-safe in this car which i paid heavily for, as there is no guarantee that if any miss fortune happens again then the airbags will work at that point of time, i want this car to be replaced, as i cannot put the our life in danger due to the fault in the making of this car which i paid very heavily for,

                    Hi, I want to bring this in your notice that i purchased tata tigor revotorq xz (O) on july-15-2018 in Kindly find below the details of the car. Xz (O) 1.05 rtqbs4, my car met with an accident on september-09-2018 and due to the late delivery of the car, which was promised by the service center, they waived off the amount which was my responsibility and promised me to give an extra service of the car. i recently sent the car to the same workshop for some repair work, however now they are saying till the time i dont pay the amount which they waived off in the past, they will not return my car, i had the conversation with Danny Chowdhary who is the manager of the work shop, and now they are claiming they never waived of the amount. they are also threatening me that i can do what ever i want to they will not hand over my car, even i am willing to pay the amount for this services which they offered. This is clearly criminal to hold customer like this and hold there 8 lacks property.                       mileage problem promised

                      But after driving for almost 12000 km
                      In city with AC I am not getting a mileage of around 6 to 7 km/ lt
                      I just want to know wether it is universal or my unit is having problem

                        There is no complaint however I would like to suggest some points about the fore coming car variants.

                        1. Tata group may use same Tata ago but in different way only for cars.
                        2. For cars which will be introduced in near future, the names like
                        '" SUVEGA", "SWAROOPA" and "HANS" may be given.You will find
                        a different response.
                        3.The review about the performance of dealers regarding sales and services should be taken directly by Tata motors.
                        4. Best wishes for upcoming cars.

                            I bought tata tiago xt model on date 28/05/2018 from sanghi brothers (Indore) pvt ltd indore mp.
                            We took car delivery in night whole day they took in processing.
                            On very next day i found there is a shadow on driver's back gate immediately we contact to dealer and tell them about it, they told me to clear this shadow sort of thing in first service.
                            This thing i told to sales person mr. Ravindra and service executive harshal but nothing happen they deny resolving it.

                            Before few days i call tat care i talk with seema mam they give me reference of mr. Mikail service head he told me wait for few days and now no buddy is answering me, i am feeling cheated and very disappointed from tata.

                            I purchase tata tiago because one of my good friend (Arun gaharwar) refer me he is also having same car and currently purchase tata nexon from same dealer.

                              This is with regards to a tigor xz (O) petrol purchased by me in july 18.
                              I must say that my experience this far has been far from satisfactory; let alone it being good. I feel thoroughly cheated by the dealer from whom i made the purchase. There are multiple issues which are listed below:
                              1. I was taken to the dealer m/s. Deogiri auto by a friend who had purchased a nexon and recommended tata to me. We both saw the vehicle on display and took a test drive. After a few days, i decided to book the vehicle. Before booking, we told the dealer that we wish to book under the referral program of tata motors after which the dealer sales rep took all details of my friend’s nexon including photocopies of documents and mentioned that tata motors will directly contact us for the referral gift voucher. We accepted the same in good faith. Even at the time of delivery, i checked with the sales rep who said that the vehicle was booked under referral program and that principal company will directly contact regarding the same. After a few days on calling the tollfree number, i was told that my number didn’t show in the list of referrals in their system and i was not under the program. I had spoken to ms. Nikita on 4th aug 2018 from the call centre. She said that she would speak to the dealer and get back. I am still waiting till date.
                              2. On record, the dealer has delivered the vehicle on 30th june whereas the actual delivery took place 20 days later. Why was this done? Why wasn’t actual date shown as delivery date?
                              3. I had given my old vehicle in exchange for which i was given a rs. 15000 exchange bonus. When the showroom person came to collect delivery of the old vehicle, the paper on which he asked me to sign, mentioned rs. 25000. He told me that it was by mistake and corrected it in front of me after which i signed the same. When i had gone to take delivery of the vehicle, i demanded copies of all documents that i had signed related to the old car that i had handed over. They flatly refused to do so saying that this is never given to any customer. I then refused to accept delivery after which they finally gave me photocopies. Again, on this the previous figure of rs. 15000 was erased using white ink and changed for rs. 25000. When i demanded the reason, they again said that it was by mistake and again put white ink and made it rs. 15000. I have a photocopy showing rs. 15000. That this change was done willfully as can be easily made out from my above description. Clearly this is to mislead the customer and maybe tata motors also; else why would they take pains to change it over and over again. I am quite sure that the amount has again been changed after me accepting delivery
                              4. My previous vehicle which i gave in buy back had a comprehensive insurance that was taken approximately 3 months earlier. It had 50% ncb on it which i mentioned that i will want to transfer to the new vehicle. I didn’t know that for ncb certificate, the original policy document was required, and i in good faith, handed over the same while giving the old vehicle. Later on when i asked for it back, they refused to give it saying that the person who had taken the vehicle, had taken it basis the comprehensive insurance and that he wanted to transfer it in his name. Since when the value of a car is based on insurance? As it is, the vehicle was sold for a song at only rs. 30000 which is higher than even scrap value. My previous insurer had asked me to deposit the original policy document so that they could cancel it and refund the balance amount to me. I had to forgo the refund as i was not able to provide the original document. I was forced to concede to the dealer at the time as he refused to move an inch and just lay back as the car had already been delivered on paper and he was the delivery is getting delayed on your account only and we cannot do anything. Finally, i only had to budge. How do i get reimbursed for the loss?
                              5. At the time of booking, i was promised free 3m teflon coating and anti-rust treatment along with warranty card for the same. At the time of delivery, i was told that the warranty card is not ready and will come in a day and that he’ll deliver it to me. To my shock, it was some other warranty card with no mention of 3m. On being asked, i was told that products used were to be 3m and that warranty card would be of distributor and that i’ll get warranty from deogiri only. On the warranty card, there is no mention of 3m products being used too! Also, i was promised window visors at the time of booking which later he said was not committed.
                              6. The car brochure given to me mentioned a rear power outlet. This is missing. I was told that they’ll come back to me. I’m still waiting…
                              7. I was given a driver hand rest. This seems to have an issue as its height is more than the gear due to which it’s a slight discomfort. The dealer said that he’d check and come back to me and he’ll remove it and refund it if needed. For this also i have been waiting ever since.
                              8. The quality of the carpet lamination leaves lot to be desired. Just because it is given foc, doesn’t mean that just about anything can be given.
                              9. Some items such as hand rest and fast tag were billed to my company at my request as i wanted to claim gst input credit. On checking the gst portal, i have seen that the same too has not been done. Again i have suffered a loss.
                              10. I was not given any infotainment manual at all along with the car. Also, i haven’t been given any receipts of the amounts paid except for the initial down payment at the time of booking.
                              11. The pricing shown to me shown at the time of test drive and booking included an insurance amount of almost rs. 30000 whereas the actual insurance was only rs. 12000 approx. The illustration included zero dep charges. I got the same after haggling with the concerned person there and later was told that it was given basis a special approval. Why was i misled with rs. 18000 extra shown in the offer? Was something else due and i was given something else? How to find out? Why was zero dep given after haggling and arguments?
                              This entire episode is a story of fudged records, unkept promises and false commitments.
                              I have also logged a complaint with tata motors helpline complaint helpdesk on 12th aug 2018. Reference number is 1-[protected].
                              The only effect of this complaint was that i received a call of a ms. Manisha from deogiri twice. She called and understood all the issues and promised to callback. I haven’t heard from her till date after that. Only thing she sent was; a mail containing unsigned and unstamped receipts which have no standing. I again called the tollfree helpline on 25th aug. The lady on call told me that she’ll try to connect me to the tsm who handles deogiri account, but his number is switched off. If i want, she can raise a fresh complaint. Finally, after much haggling, she gave me his number. I have tried it twice, but both times, it was switched off.
                              I have again raised a complaint from the tata motors customer service app on 31st aug. The reference number is 1-[protected]. Yet to hear from someone on this till now.
                              There are multiple issues for which i feel that i would be very reasonable in expecting a proper resolution.

                                I purchased tata nexon xz + on 24 aug that is last month. Car got accident due to tyre brust. Now service centre is saying that u will pay off 50% of amount. My question is to tata when tyre is brust than wt is my fault and why i will pay. That is ur fault. Plz do needful otherwise i will go to consumer court with all reports.

                                  Hi,
                                  I am rakesh. I bought tata xt in the month of april 2018 from sri venkateswara motors, nizamabad. Till now three services were done. While giving the vehicle for second service, i have informed the service engineer regarding the jerks occuring while accelerating. He told that i am not using the appropriate driving mode as per traffic conditions (Sports/ city). Then onwards i kept the mode in sports mode and even then the problem is not solved. The problem is increasing day by day and i am observing more jerks which seems to be due to interruption in fuel supply. This is a very dangerous problem which may result in accidents. I have also informed the same to the customer care when they called me for feed back. Other issue is, all the three times when i sent my vehicle for service, they told that the guy who deals with wheel alignment was on leave and returned back my vehicle without wheel alignment and balancing. At the time of purchase they charged me additional 15000 rs in advance for servicing.

                                  I am also facing the same issue. Very frustated buying this car. Unfortunately i changed my mind from eco-sport to Nexon. Eco sport wa better deal.
