Complaint marked as Resolved Hi, I want to bring this in your notice that i purchased tata tigor revotorq xz (O) on july-15-2018 in Kindly find below the details of the car. Chassis number:- mat629401jfk60490 Engine number:- 1.05lcr02fryw24849 Model no. Xz (O) 1.05 rtqbs4, my car met with an accident on september-09-2018 and due to the late delivery of the car, which was promised by the service center, they waived off the amount which was my responsibility and promised me to give an extra service of the car.
i recently sent the car to the same workshop for some repair work, however now they are saying till the time i dont pay the amount which they waived off in the past, they will not return my car, i had the conversation with Danny Chowdhary who is the manager of the work shop, and now they are claiming they never waived of the amount.
they are also threatening me that i can do what ever i want to they will not hand over my car, even i am willing to pay the amount for this services which they offered.
This is clearly criminal to hold customer like this and hold there 8 lacks property.

We have purchase new Tata ace from Delhi Budhpur pin110036 on 19 Feb 018,
But still not received the Vehicle RC.
We are unhappy this service.
Please take the action and provide the RC copy on immediately.
