    I had booked tata tiago (Pearlscent white), the details are given below. The sales order date is 09/april/2017. Now after more than one and half years there is no responce from company or dealership, kindly help to get my refund.
    The sales order no: so-bijjargi[protected]. I talked to talked with tata complaint cell and visited local dealership twice. Talked with their representatives more than 10 times. I have attached the details my online booking. I had informed about booking cancellation of booking via a mail 27/8/2017. Kindly suggest remedies.

      I am mentioned my reason for booking clearly. Its not in my hand anything for this.

      Your knowing my reason for cancelation after that also your detecting my payment. How it possible?...

      This is the way your giving service to affected peoples. If you want any proff i will share everthing.

            It is a very serious matter of concern & raising the question mark on the credibility of the TATA Motors.

                I am mr. J jayalal. This is a complaint regarding a tata tigor that i recently purchased from concorde motors, mavelikkara, kerala on january of 2018. The chasis number is mat629526hkn85538 and engine number is revtrn05n8yk71143. The car was booked on 23rd of december 2018. While booking for the vehicle, i was given a customer copy of a commitment form with "tata motors" as its title. The serial number printed in the customer form is 14295. A scanned copy of the above said commitment form is attached along with. It clearly states that i will be given a reverse camera in addition to free insurance and accessories as part of dec scheme. But the camera was not attached to the car at the time of delivery. I asked the dealer and i was told that camera will be fitted during the first service. After repeated queries and discussions with the dealer and sales manager of concorde motors, the camera is still not provided even after the second service and now they are not picking up my phone. Later, a complaint was made with tata motors on 31st of july. Now it is 16 days and the problem still remains unresolved. Concorde motors is a subsidiary of tata and they cant even resolve a problem with them. I have no idea how they are dealing with other third party dealers. It is now 8 months post delivery. This is a clear betrayal of trust we had on tata motors. This is definitely against customer expectations from a reputed company like tata. We were committed the reverse camera as part of the december scheme. Now it is festive season in kerala called onam and i am sure concorde motors will be using the same unethical strategy to earn more sale. If the problem is not resolved by the earliest, i have no other option but to move legally. I will also be sharing my experience with others through person as well as through social medias so that others are not cheated like this.

                    I brought tata nexon xz+ on july 10th. After 3 days, the gear box started showing little vibrations and also when i put the reverse gear, some weird noise is coming from the gear box.

                    Later i notice water under boot space where stepney is kept after raining. If i wouldn't have seen, my tyre would have been rusted and probably water would have entered into my seats.

                    Mileage they said is 15-20kmpl and im getting nearly 7-9kmpl (Expecting this case to be normal atleast).

                    Finally the delivery date was expected to be on july 9th and one day before just for final confirmation i called them and then they told they cannot deliver it on july 9th and they deliver it on july 10th.
                    1st service date was expected to be 2 months after. Then i got a mail from concord motors regarding the service date right after 18 days, stating as aug 12th as the due date. According to them the car got delivered on june 10th.
                    I have taking only test drive at that time.
                    I was wondering i being the owner to whom they delivered it first or is it second handed.
                    I don't even understand how that was possible and now all my service date is wrongly scheduled.

                    This was my first car and wasn't expecting this many complaints.
                    As a customer i'm really disappointed.
                    I expect a complete repair with no issues after or replace my car.

                      With reference to above please note we had given car on 1st servicing at deogiri service centre andheri w, on delivery of the same we have notice front wheel tata logo is changes and it has been replaced by old one.
                      We have already complained to them and ask them to examine cctv camera on the same day! We wish tata motors to look into matter and replace us with our new original tata logo on wheel..

                      Sir I had brought mega xl and it's time for first sirvising and I had found problem in self of vehicle .
                      When I brought my vehicle in workshop of Tata motors Amravati they are demanding money for that part even my vehicle is in warranty .
                      And it's my first sirvising
                      After sale car staff member behaviour going rude .

                        I bought tata tiago xt petrol variant on 4 july 2018 from hi-tech satluj motor, hamirpur (H. P) when we arrive at showroom car was there as we have booked the car a month ago from 4th july. We were checking the car and noticed that it was already driven 183 km we were shocked at that time as it was a gift we can't just create a scene there. We asked at showroom that the car is already ran 183 km they gave a very lame excuse that we were out of model and we had take this from some other nearby showroom which was 183 km away, the nearby showroom is 80 km but they went to the far one and secondly why the fck we believe you because we have booked a month ago it wasn't like we booked yesterday and they never tell or asked before taking that dumb decision of taking car from other showroom. Then we registered a complaint on 26th july and the worst part is that they [censored] closed the complaint before resolved it on 28th july. Don't you understand that it's feels like a 2nd hand car which already covered a certain distance.
                        So as a car, it's good but as a customer satisfaction you suck guyz seriously. I don't know how but i want a compensation for this and for the record you get to be more presentable when customer is considering to buy a tata car.

                          Sir,
                          I had purchased Tata Tiago on 22/03/2018 with registration no. BR01DR1567, which was breakdown in Uttar Pradesh on 26 July 2018. I contacted [protected] and the vehicle was tow to workshop of Allahbad's GP Motors. I had sent all the necessary documents to whatsapp number given by GP Motors. They informed me that vehicle would be repaired in 'cash' as GP Motors has no tie up with the insurance company i.e. Royal Sundaram. I have raise a complain to customer care (Complain No. 1-[protected]) but I do not get any response from the company or customer care till date.
                          There may be five casualties as vehicle was breakdown due to improper service by service personnel. Kindly resolve the problem or provide me a new vehicle as replacement.

                          I purchased a Tata tigor 1 week ago...the closing cover / lid of the dikki is missing...I was told that the company has discontinued giving it since the past 3 months.i enquired abt it and I found that they were lying...they even denied me to give even a cover worth 300 rs...pathetic after sales service from Tata...

                            Complaining about the questionnaires set in feedback system. The person, taken the feedback, asks the same questions repeatedly at different times during the feedback. It seems to me he is doubting my honesty by checking the continuity of my answers. It takes more then 20 minutes before I told him to stop this tamasha. Even he does not know whether my car under extended warranty.He checked this stopping feedback.
                            A scientific way of taking feedback is expected.

                                Hello tata i am using your tata nexon car and i am not happy with the service and the performance have so many problems in the car and i have given to the service centre but they have not resolve the problem here are the problems

                                1. Fog lamp was out sometimes they work sometimes they dont and my fuse is also getting fuse all the time

                                2. Dashboard lights they go on and off all the time even when the light control is on and also fluctuations is there in the car

                                3. Charging sockets are not working front and rare

                                4. All the doors make sounds while driving and the windows too

                                5. Suspesion are making sound so badly like something is broken

                                6. Power window switch lights are not working

                                7 music system is also not working properly the steering control are not working properly and they are working oppositely like if we pump up the volume it's get mute

                                8 when i am reversing the car the steering is getting very hard

                                9 when you put ac in 18 c in front its getting hot and after that you do in front its ok then

                                Io have given the car 8 time to service center and they are resolving it till now and i have to go 130 km from my home to service center

                                  I've received a call on the behalf of Tata Motors & a telephonic interview has been taken. Now they're​ saying that a letter will be provided to you by tomorrow & 90 days training period is there. Also they've mentioned to submit a security amount of rs 5000, so please help me about this matter that is it a fake one or not.
                                  But after reading all of above experiences, I'm pretty much sure that I've rescued from fraudsters.

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    I had purchased a tata tiago xm 1.2 rtnbs4 from asl motors adityapur having registration no. Jh05bu2325. Although i got calls for service reminder for 1st and 2nd service but i did not got any calls for 3rd service. When i realized about 3rd service because i was facing few common problems while driving the vehicle, the asl motors service department told that your third service date has expired. I was totally shocked and enquired that why did not i got any reminder call. Then the service department rudely told that its your responsibility. I further told please do not confirm the date, i will call you further.
                                    Next day i got call around 10:36 am from vehicle pick up person ([protected]) for picking my vehicle. He told me that i have come to your area for picking your vehicle for servicing.
                                    I told its okay but according to my conversation while booking she told that your free service has expired. He told no problem sir date can be managed and its not a big issue, i will manage it.
                                    I again got call from asl motors ([protected]) around 12:04pm regarding vehicle complaint and he clearly told me that your free service has expired and you will have to pay the whole money for labor charges and others. I told him that i did not got any calls for third service reminder, please discussed this with your boss and try to resolve it.
                                    Again he called me at 03:19 pm and told me that boss has refused and told that i need to pay the all amount. He told that it is written on your service book, and its your responsibility.

                                    Here i want to highlight few important things:

                                    1. If i have purchased a car from dealer than is the dealer or tata motors should have no responsibility that how my vehicle is running or does i am facing any problem while driving. I have not got any call regarding feedback.
                                    2.in these busy life is it possible that i will regularly check service book and see when my service date is expiring.
                                    3. Is the asl motors service department have no responsibility for service reminder and is this not possible to send even a sms if my service date is expiring.
                                    4. I remember when my vehicle insurance date was expiring, i was getting calls 4 times a day, sms & whats up and everything from asl motors but when my free service date was expiring i got not even a sms or any calls.

                                    Here i want to clear one more thing that although earlier ownership of the vehicle was in the name of pratap narayan singh but he is my own uncle and a part of own family member and he even did not got any call or sms for service reminder.


                                    Please look at this serious issue and do needful as quick as possible. Right now my car is in service center from last 2 days and i don't know what they are doing with my car and created a long drama.

                                    I got few phone calls during this compliant period, i also called number of times in tatamotors complaints helpline number[protected]. also they managed few consolations. finally i paid the money and took my car.
                                    I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY TATAMOTORS CAR AND DUE TO THIS POOR SERVICE THERE IS DEGRADATION IN TATA MOTORS CAR MARKET.

                                    ACCORDING TO THEM EVERY TIME CUSTOMER HAVE TO SUFFER.

                                      It's been 11 months when the vehicle was purchased from your dealer tc motors rajarhat kolkata.
                                      Mileage has been very poor and the same never improved after getting it addressed for more than 5 times.
                                      I have checked myself also the way it was explained and it has never been more than 10 km/ lt which far below 16km/lt which was minimum assured.
                                      Service department of the concerned dealer may be is not competent to address and resolve the same.
                                      I have lost a lot of money till date with no solution.

                                      SOLUTION SUGGESTED - They want me to improve my driving skills with so many parameters which is impossible for a human being to comply in city drive and one of them is to drive at an average speed of 40 to 60 in 5th gear and then Mileage will improve further.

                                      With the above 2 test report from them, it looks little contrary to what they are expecting me to improve.

                                      As everything is Automatic in the Car, they can do nothing on improving the Mileage but to suggest to learn driving and improve road condition and maintain constant speed and gear which is not possible anywhere in the country.

                                      I am not all satisfied with the support provided and if this is the way a problem is addressed and resolved, either you should stop advertising about Mileage or take a test of the owner of his driving skills along with the route he would be driving before committing on Mileage and selling the vehicle.

                                      FRIENDS - Please study the above parameters for your own understanding before selecting your next vehicle.
