Your recruiters from Mumbai told me to deposit Rs 1800 for the registration and after that they took total RS 45500 in form of security deposit, accomodation deposit and HR commission and when i cancelled the process they asked me to pay GST charge of RS 9000 and they didn't refund my amount and now demanding RS 10000 as refund commision.     I own a tata nexon xz+ mh 47 ab 0109. The so called premium car in the segment. A product full of manufacturing defects. Car under warranty.
    Water seeps into the car due to cheap quality beading. Knobs of the ac vents just comes off. Water seeps into the head & tail lamps. Frosting occurs, due to which visibility at night is difficult. Bonnet stopper hook made of plastic broke. Petrol cap lock made of plastic. Refuses to lock at times unless forced. Huge rattling noise & engine knocking on a petrol vehicle.
    The service center team are the most difficult people to understand a customers problem.

    Sir previous Tuesday may vehicle was breakdown KL-04-AC-1360, LMV-GOODS CARRIAGE . At a time we swiftd the vehicle to popular Mega Motors, Vlll/123A, kappakkada, punnapra North, Alappuza, 688004,
    But no response from the exiqutives

      jerks in amt and pick-up issues

      I bought diesel amt model and it has been 3 months now. Even i do experience jerks typically when you are pressing accelerator while rpm is around 2000 rpm. My car literally dances back and forth without moving further. This frustrates you in traffic when you want a better control on car. The worst is vehicles from behind honk at their worst and sneer at you. It may lead to collision any time if vehicle coming from the rear doesn't apply...

      I m not satisfied of tata tiago car and service of tata service station of roorkee. I have purchased a tata tiago car on jan 18. From that day, a problem of ac and starting has noticed, this car has already 4times repaired on show room in these 6months. But problem not rectified. Moreover no positive response received from show room or tata care.
      Now i am going to plan for case in consumer court.

        My storme in under extended warranty. The macro motors which has been closed now have done the service on sunday. Due to technical issues, they didn't open job card and done the service which is not showing in online system. I get the ac fan replaced under warranty after that too. But now i am facing tight steering problem and the mohali motors guys are denying to change the hydraulic steering because as per them i have missed one service. I have get all the services in time and also carrying extended warranty.
        If they are saying due to warranty violation rules (Not getting done on e service) they cant change the steering, then y they have changed ac fan under warranty??

        I am looking for positive esuport as i am getting mentally harassed..

          Dear sir,
          I have purchased one tata ace jip on the name of radhey krishna technologies which registration number is uk06ca9811 registration date is 17.02.17 in urttarakhand

          Vehicle purchased from amit auto wheels pvt ltd rudrapur (Uttarakhand (Pin code 263153)

          Said vehicle gone frequent breakdown several time (06 times in last 18 month from stating - just ignition off / engine stopped)

          Every time toed to dealership and they tried to explain an exceptional case and coul't explain the reason/ root cause following remedial action they have taken to start the engine and repair

          1- battery changed (Stated - one shelf could not charged dueto some error in harness
          2- alternator changed
          3- some relay has been changed
          4- harness has been scanned thru some some software etc

          I am fail to understand why such issue is with this vehicle and why root cause not being eliminated by dealer/ service, why dealer not providing clarity about the issue
          I have requested to them to provide the details but they are not updated, i feel they are just killing warrantee time period to come out from their responsibility

          I want to justice why i bear defective product for which i paid 100 % hard earned money

            Really feeling ashamed of owning a tata car, i'm owning a tata bolt commercial car from february 2018, from the beginning itself i'm complaining about clutch in tata truesai service center salem. But they didn't accept, in 15000 km running i had fought with truesai service center and then they accepted the complaints and said flywheel is the problem and then they replaced flywheel and clutch plate. But after that also it is not cleared, the clutch jerking problem continues, again i made a complaint. Second time dismantled and said flywheel should be faced and mounted again, but the problem not solved. For the third time they again changed the clutch and clutch release bearing and flywheel and cylinders also, but now also the same problem repeats. Now they are not taking any action, they are very irresponsible and bad behaviour. Tata product is so bad.. I'm going to take legal action against the company.

              Dear sir,
              I, from srinagar (J&k) owner of 4th tata car vista bearing registration no. Jk01s 0664. There is always non availability of spare parts at fair deal motors srinagar and even though having spare parts in gowdown the office bearers don't bother to deliver the same. I am in need of some rubber pipes viz turbo pipe etc, but keeping me 10 days date they say parts have arrived but are lying in gowdown and can't be delivered this time, wait for another 10 days. I am a govt. Employee and can't visit again and again. I was planning to book a tata hexa and all formalities are almost finalised, but keeping in view the work behaviour of fair deal motors srinagar, i may change my decision and opt for any other company.
              Moreover the service here is most poor. Nobody is to monitoring mechanics. They are either gossiping or busy on mobile phones.

                On 25.06.2018 advance payment given to manikbag automobiles, hubli, karnataka and vehicle delivered on 18.07.2018. Passing of vehicle done on 25.07.2018.
                Even till today the original invoice, credit note and other documents have not been received. We have taken vehicle for tata hitachi construction machinary co. Pvt. Ltd. When you are treating a tata group company like this, what will be the fate of others?
                We have given advance payment, now we had to capitalise the car and close the bills. It is already too much delay happened. Kindly give the hard copies of documents within 2 days.

                  Engine is not operating well and taking lot of load. It's making lot of noise and even the dashboard is getting heated up. Service centre guys are saying that it's normal and tiago is like this only. It's only 7 months old car hardly 6000 km run and everytime i take vehicle there they say the same thing. Even they asked me to take video of the car if any problem comes. Tata motors are cheating people giving faulty cars and not even giving proper device after sales.

                    Date of purchase of vehicle -31/03/2018, lodge a complain vide complain no-[protected] for tata lpt 1613 model vehicle bearing registration no-od05aj7631 on date 14/08/2018 & contact nearest tata service centre (Sheela engineering works, hemgir, sundergarh, odisha) on date 14/08/2018 for supplying of spares for the breakdown vehicle (Fuel bye-pass pipe & its connectors broken at engine nozzle so leaking of fuel). Sheela engineering works agreed to collect &supply the spares so that the vehicle breakdown is rectified. After 2 to 3 days &till date when i try to contact manager mr. Sumeet contact no-[protected] who agreed for supplying of spares not received my call at all. I also frequently touch with customer care of tata motors for the solution but they also not capable or responsible to arrange the spares. The vehicle is still under breakdown.

                      Dear sir,
                      This is in regard with the tata tiago purchased by me on 21st june 2018. I reached the showroom at about 3:00 pm but in order to cheat me by delivering me a defective/accidental vehicle, they purposely delayed the delivering time and brought the vehicle in front of me at about 7:30 pm and before this they did not show me my vehicle also. I was delivered the vehicle at about 8:00 pm. After that i took the vehicle and next day i found that there were double painting marks over several places on the vehicle. Than after that i stared visualizing my vehicle deeply on which i found several problems in it.
                      1. Painting marks are visible at several places and it can clearly be seen that vehicle has been painted more than once at those places.
                      2. The car's bonnet was irregular in size and shape.
                      3. There are also double welding points visible with double painting at welded places in the vehicle.
                      4. The vehicle has power steering as well as power steering, but several times the vehicle loses its power and power steering becomes hard as if it is a manual one. The same thing occurs with brakes too. Sometimes, suddenly brake becomes hard as if it is a manual one.
                      5. While driving, the vehicle sometimes loses its power suddenly although the engine stays in the starting position.
                      6. I bought it as it is having engine of 1200 cc but on driving it feels of having much less power than my previous vehicle alto which was only of 800 cc.

                      After visualizing all the problems (May be many more are there which i might have not noticed) i complained the same to ss motogen, dhanbad on 23rd june 2018 but no result was found to my complain. After that also i complained several times to ss motogen, dhanbad but when no action was taken, i complained tata motors through their toll free number on which i was given complain number 1-[protected] dated 26th june 2018.

                      After this i was called at ss motogen, dhanbad where a person whose name i was told as shri madhukant started misbehaving with me. After that when no solution came i started going to barwadda police station for complaining forgeries of ss motogen, dhanbad on which shri madhukant told the staffs of ss motogen, dhanbad to snatch my vehicle keys and his staffs obeyed his order and my vehicle keys were snatched from me in a very bad manner. After that they took the vehicle to their workshop. After this i decided of going to barwadda police station for filing case on ss motogen, dhanbad but i was not getting any mode of transport of reaching there from the showroom.in the mean they repaired my vehicle without my permission and i was hurt badly due to the cruelty done with me by ss motogen employees and during that time i was undergoing treatment of hepatitis c also and in that, medicine reacts with the body such that it makes the body and brain weak and on applying little mental pressure also, i used to feel ill which was common side effect of the medicine. The medicine name was velpanat and common side effects of this medicine can be easily seen on internet. The same thing happened with me that time too. I suddenly started feeling ill after which i went to my home.

                      After that i complained the above matters through email on [protected]@tatatrust.org, [protected]@tata.com, [protected]@tatamotors.com, [protected]@tatamotors.com, and [protected]@gmail.com after which i got reply from ss motogen that i have paid rs 40000 only to the ss motogen and i am not paying the rest amount by making excuses that the vehicle is defective from 23rd june 2018.in the same mail, ss motogen has also replied that i have complained about the vehicle after 7 days. From this mail, it can clearly be proved that ss motogen is doing forgery with me as in the same mail it is said that i am complaining about the defectiveness of the vehicle from 23rd june 2018 which is 2nd day after the delivery of vehicle and in the same mail it is also said that i have complained after 7 days of delivery of vehicle. The falsity of this statement can be proved in one more way, i. E., the complain done through toll free number. Even complain has been done on 26th june 2018 with complain no. 1-[protected] which is also less than 7 days after the delivery of the vehicle.

                      Other than all these things, i am not being given my sale letter too. I have requested several times for the sale letter of my vehicle from ss motogen, dhanbad but they are not giving me my sale letter by saying that i am having dues of my vehicle at ss motogen, dhanbad.
                      But the total amount paid to ss motogen is even more than the on road price of the vehicle. The total amount paid to ss motogen, dhanbad are as follows:

                      1. Rs. 5, 001 dated 15th may 2018, through cheque.
                      2. Rs. 40, 000 dated 21st june 2018, receipt no. 1294.
                      3. Rs. 4, 774 dated 22nd june 2018, receipt no. 1090.
                      4. Rs. 2, 141 dated 22nd june 2018, receipt number 1314
                      5. Rs. 10, 000 dated june 22, 2018, receipt no. 3957
                      6. Rs. 9, 000 in cash to shri abhishek shikdar, employee, ss motogen, dhanbad.
                      7. Rs. 3, 89, 788 through car loan from tata motor finance.

                      On totaling, the amount comes to be rs. 4, 60, 704. But even the on road price of the vehicle is rs 4, 45, 402 which includes registration, insurance and other charges also. But i have not taken registration of vehicle from the dealer and also during my purchase, there was an offer of insurance to be given for re. 1 only as tata motors completed their 150 years. So, on reducing the registration and insurance charges the vehicle price comes to be rs 4, 11, 525 at dhanbad but the total amount taken for a defective/accidental vehicle is rs 4, 60, 704 which is rs 49, 179.

                      I have complained several times to tata motors about the matter and i was going to file case on ss motogen, dhanbad. But today i came across www.consumercomplaints.in in which i see that many cases have been solved and i would also like to give a try.
                      It’s my request to make my vehicle get replaced with a new one and take appropriate action on shri madhukant, ss motogen, dhanbad who cheated, mentally torchured discriminated and even made to snatch the keys from a handicapped person.

                        I have posted so many times the issue of my car as mentioned in subject.
                        I'm retired government servant.
                        But still no any action taken by tata motors.
                        I have purchased tata nano xm cng variant,
                        By the initial time it starts to autoswitching from cng to petrol while accelerating and now i'm sick of it as i'm retired.
                        2 times i have given the car in service centre to resolve the issue and now my warranty period is finished.
                        And still the issue is not resolved.

                          Dear all,
                          This is to inform you that i 'dalwinder singhg gave my car for servicing on 20 aug 18 at tata crest motors, t. T. C industrial area, rabale, navi mumbai. Apart from general service, i informed them about defect that 'check engine' indication is coming during running of car which is serious issue as far as car engine health is considered. They carried out all repairs and general service and mr. Girl service representative informed me that all defects rectified. To complete all defects and services, service centre took two days and gave me delivery on 21 aug 18. They charged me rs. 22115 for service and rectification of defect. After receiving my car, on my way back to home 'check engine' indication again came on car panel and i gave my car to service centre on next day i. E. On 22 aug 2018 morning to rectify the defect. Mr. Giri service representative informed me on 22 aug 2018 evening that they are unable to rectify defect and asked me to take delivery of the car informing me that there is no problem with engine and it is false alarm. I asked them to give the same in writing to me which they refused to do. Mr. Giri then informed to leave the car for one more day to which i agreed. On 23 aug 2018 evening i again got a call from service center that they are not able to rectify the defect and i should collect my car as car engine is perfectly fine and there is no issue. Till date i. E. 24 aug 2018 friday (View weekly off) my car is lying in service centre and defect is not rectified. Its almost one week passed and service centre has now asked me to come on saturday to check car status. This is really very poor services offered by tata crest motors. This speaks about non-professionalism of service centre. I request you to kindly intervene to resolve my problem. My car no. Is hr26 y 1711.

                            मैं अपनी कार को कल सर्विस सेंटर लेकर गया लेकिन वहां पर जो मेरी कार में प्रॉब्लम आई थी बैक कंप्रेसर की वहां पर workshop मैनेजर और मैकेनिक ने यह कहकर हमें वहां से वापस भेज दिया की बिना coolant अगर 40-45 km चलती है तो इंजन में बैक कंप्रेसर की problem नहीं आती सर क्या रियल में ऐसा ही होता है कि बिना coolant के इतनी दूर चले और इंजन में कुछ भी प्रॉब्लम ना आती हो सर मैंने उन्हें बताया कि मैंने Tata Motors की मेल ID पर कंप्लेन की है लेकिन उन्होंने यह कहकर यह बात टाल दी कि हमें पता है हमें क्या फीडबैक भेजना है तुम्हें जहां कंप्लेन करनी हो आप कर सकते हो सर प्लीज अगर इस प्रॉब्लम का कुछ समाधान हो सकता है तो सर प्लीज बताइए मैं सर्विस सेंटर गाड़ी को लेकर चार बार जा चुका हूं लेकिन वहां पर कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई और उन्होंने अपने मैकेनिक कि कोई भी मिस्टेक को एक्सेप्ट नहीं किया बल्कि हमसे यह बोला की जब क्लच प्लेट चेंज हुई उस वक्त आप वहां पर क्यों नहीं थे इस पर हमने ने बोला कि हमें waiting hall मैं बैठने ko bola tha वहां पर वेटिंग हॉल फर्स्ट फ्लोर पर है उन्होंने बोला कि वहां वहां से भी सब कुछ दिखता है आपने ऊपर से तो देखा होगा कि पाइप लगा है या नहीं बहुत सारे बहाने बनाकर सारी बातें हम पर ही थोपी जा रही हैं अगर सर कोई हेल्प हो सकती है तो बताईए car ragistraition no -uk08t 7233

                              I have purchased a Tata Tigor ( DL-1CW-9431 ) from Concorde Motors India Limited, PATPARGANJ INDUSTRIAL AREA, DELHI 110092, In July 2017.
                              On 1st August 2018, I was driving on a highway ( Eastern Peripheral Express way )from Ghaziabad to Sonipat, Haryana, I was somewhere between 80 to 90 Kmph (Speed ), after driving few km on express way, there was some sound of acceleration from engine ( looks like increased in speed too much ), I stopped the car on road side, after few minutes I tried to start it again, but it didn’t start. So I called your Road Side Assistance service ( that was also very pathetic experience ) ( compliant no. 1-[protected] ), after at least two hours and calling so many times your team was able to understand my location ( for that also I have to search the google for your nearest service centre and took him on conference call so that your customer care can understand my location ).

                              I am attaching the service report for your reference, as per your service centre this is the first case of engine failure in Tigor.
                              Can you please confirm me the reason behind this failure ?
                              Why the service centre has to change all these major components ?
                              Give me a single reason that why should i accept the vehicle with major repair as this has happened at 25, 000 km and a year only. Why should not i demand the replacement of the vehicle.
                              As when we handed over my vehicle at Sonipat Service Centre. Mr. Sanjay Mehta ( Area Service Manager – TATA Motors Ltd.) Promised us in face to face meeting that at the time of vehicle handover to us a assurance letter will be issued to us from TATA Motors for complete performance assurance of the Engine as good as new vehicle. But we have not got yet. Not understanding the reason. This was promised to us.

                              Now I have lost the trust on TATA cars, for sure this is my first and last car from TATA ( despite the resistance of my family members and friends I had gone for this car, all was saying that TATA cars engine are not good )

                                Dear sir,
                                I have purchased a tata nexon xza+ etna orange model on 16th of august from dulichand motors kolkata which i feel is refubrished one with paint job and there are some white marks at corners as there is paint job at that corner edges of the car.. even in the oil tank door.
                                Delivery of the vechile was not up to the mark with paper marks scratches on dashboard and the personel at dealership doesn't let us inspect before signing the deal ..and when we complained about it the solution thry gave was to get it waxed polish to remove scratches and there were many if and buts before the delivery as if we are buying a 2nd hand vechile..
                                We could have bought any other car from any other brand but we choose tata motors as we believed in the quality of servuce you people promise and preach. ..But the service like this is not expected from tata motors.
                                Right now after all this i am disheartened, i fear if i have chosen a wrong car.
                                My request is please verify and confirm me whether the car is refurbished or not.. because of the dealer reckless attitude i feel they have given us a refurbished car instead of a brand new for which we have paid.

                                  I have purchased tata tiago on 14 november 2017 from fair deal motors srinagar. As it was winter here in kashmir, so i did not check air conditioner.in summers, it's a worst air conditioner so far i hv used. It does not cool at all, complained to the dealer but they r unable to find the defect. Secondly the mileage issue i am facing. Just delevering 12kms per per.

                                    People were calling from Delhi and Mumbai asking to join Tata motors on 3rd September and asking a security amount of Rs.900/- first for verification of certificates and then an amount of Rs.8100/- again for seat reservation to different accounts at pahar ganj, Mumbai. I'm so sad that this is happening to me. People offering jobs and fooling.
                                    I got call first saying that they were calling from Tata motors for carrying out a phoning interview and then after two days I received a mail and a confirmation call saying that I received the job and asked me to transfer an amount of Rs.900/- on[protected] and today I again received a call saying that my job is confirmed and to pay an amount of Rs. 8100/- before 3 o'clock in the evening and my brother paid the amount and after that again I received a call from another number asking to pay Rs.7000/- for dispatch of courier containing hard copy of the job confirmation letter from the company but since I had a doubt I didn't pay the amount.
                                    The amount of Rs.900 was paid to the account
                                    KOTAK BANK, PAHAR GANJ BRANCH, A/C NO-[protected], IFSC CODE-KKBK0004596, A/C HOLDER NAME- REHAN AHMAD KHAN.
                                    Then an amount of Rs.8100 was paid to the account
                                    KOTAK BANK, PAHAR GANJ BRANCH, A/C NO-[protected], IFSC CODE-KKBK0000179, A/C HOLDER NAME- KARTHIKEYAN R.
                                    Then they asked me to transfer an amount of Rs.7000 to another account
                                    KOTAK BANK, A/C NO-[protected], IFSC CODE-KKBK0000179, A/C HOLDER NAME- Teriveti pratap
                                    But I didn't transfer the amount. I had to guarantee them to pay back the amount which my relative agreed to pay amounting Rs.8100/- and for the amount transfer they promised to pay back the amount within 6 o'clock in the evening.

                                      Sub : grievances regarding complain no. [protected] dt.04/06/2018, [protected] dt. 11/06/2018 & [protected] dt. 18.06.2018 for receive of vehicle tata ace maga bsiv engine no – 0.8ltdicrailo8gsys72085, chassis no. – mat535001hzg26710 by the tata authorized service station m/s. Sagar motors, at/po. – paradeep, dist – jagatsinghpur, odisha - 754141.

                                      After ledge a number of complain about the engine problem of the above mention vehicle there is no such comfortable solution from the company side. Now the company authorized service station force fully demanding me for paid service,.
                                      It is mentioned here that my vehicle now totally covered 17842kms., it is within the eligible period of second service and under the warranty period.in spite of several complain from first servicing to till yet tata motor authorized service station need not take proper step. So i sustain mentally and monetarily problems from the beginning. Now tata motor authorized service center forcefully demanded to complete the work on paid basis, which is completely violate the basic principle of warranty approval.
                                      Hence i may request you to, please take appropriate step / steps at your end for complete my vehicle engine work under the warranty basis for which i obliged.
