Hi,
I am vandana bhadlikar. Recenly i purchase tata tigore in feb 2018 from panchjnya automobiles, bhosari, pune. I have completed 2nd servicing of car. I observed that, the portion of diky is not properly pasted with body. I feel that the pasting work is not done by tata motors. It looks very shabby. It doesn't feel that, pasting work is completed by tata motorshop. So i brought this issue in notice to service manager of panchajnya. He told me that this is not our issue, only tata motors will resolve this. Panchajanya will intimate to tata motors, whatever be their solution will intimate to u.
Now my question is that what is the responsibility of qc dept of tata motors?. Why panchjany takes time to intimate solution from tata? Finaly i want to be get finished work of pasting what ever i descried in above para under proper supervision without any cost.

      Dear sir,
      I have a tanker no. Pb23t5697 modal 3718 chasis no. Mat541006g3f13398 engine no.61e63524474.
      The tanker was breakdown on dated 29.06.2018 at nearby motihari (Bihar). I complaint your coustomer care no. Immideatly complaint no. [protected].
      Gm motor motihari call me for this complaint. But no action taken by him, after 6 days by many call by me they took the tanker to there workshop. Your coustomer sarvice maneger mr. Atul jha also know this matter.
      After taken to workshop, they open the engine after 3 or 4 days and they told me that is a major fault in engine and they replace the engine after concerning to cummins and waranty department.
      On dated 23.07.2018, i again complaint you by complaint no. [protected]. But till date there is no satisfactory work done.
      Bitween 29.06.2018 to 26.07.2018 my tanker hault in gm motor motihari workshop and i loss approx 4 lack (Driver salary-15000/-, driver food expencess-15000/-, instalment-73332/-, insurance and rto paper-15000/-, depretation-30000/-, income in one month-200000/-app, demrage of goods loded in tanker-50000/-app etc).
      So that i want to know and complaint you who bear this loss?
      Please help me.

        I bought a tata tiago on 12th july, 2018 and i was very disappointed that the a/c of my brand new car stopped working only a week later on 19th july, 2018. At the service center, we were told that the gas had leaked from the a/c as a result of the suction pipe getting damaged and cut because of improper gap between the pipe and the gear mounting. I bought the car from malwa motors, prashant vihar, delhi. Though the issue has been sorted now but i am thoroughly disappointed with the product and the dealer too as they were constantly delaying my request. Their consumer handling is also very slow because of which, i ultimately had to get the pipe changed from other tata service center (Concorde motors, peeragarhi, delhi). Also the dash board of my brand new car was leaning towards one side and was not being closed properly. Is this what tata has to offer in a brand new car? This was my first tata car as i have always bought maruti and i bought tiago on it's face value and believing that it's a tata product so it would be good. But i was thoroughly disappointed much to my regret. I faced these problems within the first week and even after getting them fixed, i am not convinced that the same problems or any more problems will not reappear.

          I purchase nexon car worth rs. 11l from dealer aditya motors, jamnagar, gujarat. Recently while travelling to rajkot on highway, car tire got flat & while i take car to safe place, whole tire damages.

          First i go to service center, mr. Taufik, (Sm) given goodyear tire complaint details. I also register complaint, engineer visit but asking tire not covered in warranty without checking & given type any justify reason.

          I also complaint to dealer, area office, head office, pune & as well as pune manufacturing unit, pune. But everybody given careless reply & same reply that, go through consumer forum, they will find out the reason.

          From area office, ahmedabad, as per mr. Saurabh goel reply that if you got puncture, every time you pay rs. 8000 for tire. So we have to spent rs. 8k of every puncture. They could not tested tire on road.

          Aditya motors & goodyear dealer ask don't wasted your time.

          In tata motors, each & every persons are careless. They only want to sell their product, than they are not responsible.

          Now i am asking that how to drive this risky car???
          What is safety of this car???
          Is it tata motors not tested this car???
          How to it's passing design with this type of risky tires???

            tata nexon - jerk, steering hard, wobbling, shaking and pickup issue

            The above car was purchased from m/s Aadya Motors in the year 2013. The developed problem (Loss of Pickup) was within a period of 2 yrs 4 months... i.e ( August 2015 ) well within the Warranty period. I had taken the vehicle to Aadya workshop and given all the required details to attend the problem and rectify it. But each time I gave it for service, the problem was not attended properly and rectified which I had brought to their notice also. Yet nothing was done and the problem has aggravated. This shows the negligence and inefficiency of the service technicians. Probably, I felt the have waited for the completion of Warranty period to rectify this with Paid service..
            Now they are giving me the offer to pay 50% of the repair cost with time validity on the purchase of Reckon Part (Turbo Charger not the new one), I object to this as I had already brought this matter to their notice much within the Warranty period and they have failed to rectify it on time. They used to convince me with their technical words which we never understand.
            I was constrained to bring this matter to the notice of Tata Customer Care and General Manager Mr.Anil Francies, of Adishakti Motors.
            I request your Intervention to repair and set right the fault in the car to my satisfaction without recourse to the cost from me.

              Sir/madam

              I have bought a tata zest xm on 05 jan 2015 from your showroom ashok auto sales ltd, with an utterly great trust over tata, as it has such a great and renowned name in our indian market.

              The subject vehicle was serviced always on time. From the very first month i have been reporting about the misfunction in break unit while the vehicle is put to service. Everytime when i reported this problem i have been told that such problem occurs while you use your vehicle as break oil leaks a little as on use. I was not aware of the technicalities of this and they convinced me that a top up of break oil will solve my problem.in almost every service they were adding a little break oil for this problem.
              Even in last january i. E jan2018 when the vehicle was serviced i was again told the same by your service manager, i purchased break oil and it was filled in vehicle.
              Now when i went for regular service of my vehicle your authorised workshop service manager is telling us to get the break unit replaced as the warranty for this unit is over and it is not working fine.
              Sir from the very first time i faced this problem i have been reporting it with your workshop they never bothered and was resolving this issue temporary and now when the warranty is over they are asking me to purchase the unit.
              You can understand the use of breakunit in any vehicle, how much crucial that unit is for a vehicle. By the grace of god it's ok that nothing wrong has happened, despite of my regular reminders this problem was not resolved, i guess tatha would have taken responsibility for any mishappening if happened.
              Sir, i request you to please look into this matter and advise your service manager to consider this unit as if in warranty as this problem has been made aware well before when the vehicle was in warranty.

                1st complain:- i booked tigor buzz from r d motors (Kamarhati) on 26.06.2018. After 1 month i. E. 21.07.2018 sales person mr. Suvrodeep saha told me that your car is deliver today. On that day i goto showroom and seat, wait whole day for delivery. After whole day waiting in showroom salesman mr suvrodeep saha told me that your car is ready for delivery on 6 pm evening. When go for paper works, insurance paper & invoice papers address are wrongly entered. And he told me that my rc book will also come with same mistake. Then he assured me that he will change those all but never tell me the exact time for this work.

                2nd complain:- after that pathetic service i see the invoice, the invoice amount (Include road tax, insurance, gst, accessories etc) and my total money i given to r d motors is mismatch. I told mr. Anik saha that my all money receipt which is given by r d motors and invoice amount is mismatch. Mr. Anik saha told me loudly that if you want this car then agree with this invoice otherwise you go home. It is very pathetic for me and never expect this rude & cheap behaviour from tata showroom.

                3rd complain:- i paid all amount in advance on 26.07.2018 on booking date (Before 1 month from delivery date) include accessories, on that delivery day not installed a single accessories. Mr. Suvrodeep saha promised me that you come to showroom 23.07.2018 on that day he will install all accessories.

                4th complain:- on 23.07.2018 i go to showroom for accessories installing, the whole day i seat on r d motors showroom sofa and enjoy the fake promises from r d motors, all sales persons. The time is running and now the time is present for showroom close (7 pm evening). A lady madam who is incharge of accessories department she told me that please wait sir the fitter is coming and she went for her home after this fake promise. Now the time is 9 pm night, i stand outside the showroom and call her continues she replied fitter is coming sir with fake excuses (Fitter on bus, fitter on car, road is jam and so on). After 9 pm i decide to go to home with out any vehicle deposited receipt.
                So, that is very cheap and pathetic service from r d motors showroom (Tata motors),

                The biggest mistake of my life is purchase tata car and bigger bigger mistake than that purchase to r d motors (Kamarhati, sodepur).
                All phone call is recorded to my phone with proof. If tata motors needs these please contact with me on [protected]. Hope that tata motors team call me and explained this pathetic service.

                  I purchased tata tigor xt petrol in oct 2017.
                  I have been told that under any condition the milage will be 18 to 20 kmpl.
                  But even after 2 services, i am getting milage of 11 to 11.5 kmpl.

                  I even complaint about this at service center but did not get any concreate solution on this.

                  I think i made mistake by purchasing tata brand.

                    I had booked a tata bolt xe commercial vehicle in mar 2018 with 40% down payment. The balance was processed through a loan with tata finance in april 2018. The emi for this loan started right after the loan was finalised. At the time of booking the dealer had confirmed that we will receive the offer letter in 3 days (Which is a requirement for commercial use) after which the car will be handed over to us post conducting the final checks that might take another 10 to 12 days. So, we were expecting all the mandatory procedures to be completed and to get the delivery of the vehicle with all the required documentation by 20th april. However, that has not been the case. To our utter dismay the entire experience with this dealer of tata motors has been extremely disappointing. Till this day (4 months) they haven't been able to secure the offer letter while we have been paying our emi every month. They have been giving us illogical and baseless reasons and justification for their inability to meet our expectations. When we reached out to tata motors they have clearly stated that it is only the dealer who should be held responsible and not tata motors.
                    We have reached out to almost every level from the sales representative to sales manager to md. However, all of them have failed to keep up to their words and to the assurance that they had given us. They are unable to provide us with a genuine answer for this lingering delay and cannot even give us a date when the offer letter will be available. We have been visiting the showroom every week with the hope of being able to get some kind o[censored]pdate but they keep giving us false hopes.
                    At this point they have confirmed that they will not be able to give us any date for receiving the offer letter and that we have to keep paying the emi as it cannot be withheld under any circumstances. They are not even ready to cancel the booking.
                    Under the above circumstances, we have been bound by these irresponsible people and are completely in a helpless situation. We do not know what step to take next. We need support.

                      Tata motors /dealers didn't keep their promise. I have tata tiago, mh 30az0227. Complaint nos. Are 1) 08/05/2018 — [protected], 2) 19/05/2018 — [protected], 3) 15/06/2018 — [protected]. These are my complaints raised against jaika motors amaravati. Related to these complaints i got call from tata motors on 15/06/2018. As per their promise they are agree to give new ecu unit with free of cost and without any labour charge. As per company promise they will send the part to satish motors, akola and they will call you. But nothing happened like that. I did call to know the status of my complaint. I discussed three times with company. They were told we as soon as the part reaches to the dealer they will call you. But from 15/06/2018 to 22/07/2018 i didn't get any call from the dealer and didn't get ecu unit from the dealer. From company helpline i got a no. Of mr. Dinesh (Spare part department) i called him and asked about the matter. But he said to me that he don't have any information about this matter. I was shocked. I don't know what is going on. So unwillingly on 21/07/2018 i raised one more complaint no. Is 1-[protected]. Company didn't keep its promise. My complaint is not solve yet. Please don't hurt customers. Keep your promise.                       Following are the complaint nos. 1)08/05/[protected][protected] 2)19/[protected][protected] 3) 15/06/2018---[protected] 4)21/07/2018--[protected] these are my complaints .One month before I submitted my complaint.i saw today complaint resolved. How possible this? Complaint is not solve yet. Related to this complaint got a call from Tata motors on 15/06/2018 .According to the call they promised me that they are sending new ECU unit to Satish motors and they will call you. As per the promise they will do it free of cost. But from 15/06/2018 to 21/07/2018 I didn't get any call from the dealer or from the company. During this period I did call 3 time to company. Every time they told me that part was not reached to the dealer. Also they gave a no.
                      Of Spare parts department person. I discussed with him also. He told me that he don't know about this matter. Now this is too much. This is a last chance .After that I am going to consumer forum.

                      Dear sir, I have Tata tiago Revotron XT. Chasis no. is MAT626282HKB09124.My contact no. is [protected].I raised complaint against the dealer Jaika Motors, Amravati. They delivered the car with ECU in hanging position. It caused wiring damage. Details are as mentioned before. I'm waiting since 29/03/2018 to clear that issue. But the problem is as it is.

                        I got email from tata motors ltd for recruiting under skill india program in tata motors company.they conducted a telephonic interview as well for me and then they said that i am selected for jr. Engineer designation in production department with offering salary 2.8 lac per annum at pune
                        They used the name Niharika Arora hr head
                        Akshay kumar mankad dgm
                        They also send me the confirmation letter and then adked me for depositing 5000 rupees as security money.
                        What is this..many innocent job seekers can become victim of this stop this..

                          Hello,

                          I had just buy the TATA TAIGO yesterday. and its brake is not working properly.
                          I already told the seller that brake is not working properly ( issue in brake oil) so he told me to fix it by yourself.

                          But the problem is that I had buy the car (TATA TAIGO) yesterday and the brake issue occur that was fully careless mistake from the dealer.
                          So please give some attention on this point and please try to fix my problem as soon as possible.

                            I am from past 1 month following up with Tata service center located at Eluru, SATRAMPADU area, West Godavari, Andhrapradesh .My vehicle is TS16EK2650 Tata Bolt .I have been telling to replace the seat belts but they are not taking my requirement seriously and I am not getting proper reply .They keep.Telling today, Tommorrow like this
                            words i am fed up with this kind of behaviour from service personnel of reputed company like TATA.

                              POOR servicing experience with KRISHNA MOTORS, Dombivli East, authorised workshop of TATA MOTORS.
                              MY CAR TATA TIAGO XZ, MH05CV8807 was handed over to KRISHNA MOTORS, plot no b-55, MIDC, New Kalyan Road, Dombivli east Email:[protected]@yahoo.com, for the issue of Hard Steering on 28th Jun 2018. Job card was prepared for 28th Jun'18. The car problem was not detected on the same day. Contacted Krishna Motors on 30th June 18, i was told some part related to automated steering may be faulty and tobe replaced.
                              They had registered order wz Tata Motors for replacement of faulty part related to the Steering. Approval was sent by Tata Motors because the aforesaid car was in warranty period.
                              But problem for steering jam was not resolved.
                              Krishna Motors kept my car till 17th July 2018, meanwhile every day or two i was enquiring about the status of my car, but the answer was they are not finding the fault, may be wiring issue.
                              on 17th July '18 I was suggested to take the Car to the Dealer Fortune Motors, Thane where I purchased the car by Krishna Motors workshop Manager Mr.Yogesh Rajput.Because they can't find the actual solution for Hard Steering issue of the car. I was really shocked for such suggestion!!
                              Helplessly I took my Tiago Car to the Fortune Cars, Thane where the car problem was resolved within an Hours Period. It was an issu with the Relay Part .WoW!!

                              So i would like to suggest the Tata Motors authorities to train the technicians of the so called authorised service centres, who can;'t detect the simple issue of Hard Steering.
                              Sir what I want to ask Tata Motors authorities that when Fortune Motors, Thane can detect the problem and replace the faulty part within an hour then why Krishna Motors, Dombivli took almost 20days to detect what was the problem wtih the car?????? and ultimately failed to resolve!!!Great!!
                              Very disgusting...I visited Krishna Motors almost 10times within 20days which is quite far from my house, in heavy rains also...It really demoralised and depressed me a lot.

                              Please give proper training to your authorised service center technicians and advice them tobe well equipped.

                              I thank Fortune Motors, Thane for their excellent and prompt services.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I bought TATA TIGOR XM in Jan 2018 from Panchkula Automobiles, and since last 6 months I am facing problems.

                                1. Rear wind screen have distortion, making image distorted. Issue raised in Agency (Panchkula Automobiles) but not resolved yet.
                                2. Digital meter showing mileage of 20km/ltr but in actual recorded mileage on highway is 14km/ltr. Why so much variation...?
                                3. Problem in opening the fuel lid as it gets stuck and the lock of rear boot space does not open with key. (design fault). My luggage got stuck inside at some out station and faced a lot of problem.

                                Expecting that my issues will be resolved soon.
                                Therefore, I am very sorry to say TATA TIGOR is really is failure model, please make some improvements.

                                    Hello Care,

                                    I have purchased TATA TIAGO XT on 11th July, 2016 in Nagpur from A K Gandhi showroom.

                                    I have serviced my car everytime as per the dates provided in manual from authorized service stations of TATA only. Last Wednesday 3rd July 2018 my car met with an accident. This accident was caused due to breakage of rear-right wheel from car. This caused lots of damage to car. I am not sure why this is happend as I have serviced my car on regular basis. As per me this is caused due to ignorance at the time of servicing by garage or it is the manufactuting defect. I need clarification as this is the serious issue.
