Dear sir/madam,
I had purchased a tata tiago xm 1.2 rtnbs4 from asl motors adityapur having registration no. Jh05bu2325. Although i got calls for service reminder for 1st and 2nd service but i did not got any calls for 3rd service. When i realized about 3rd service because i was facing few common problems while driving the vehicle, the asl motors service department told that your third service date has expired. I was totally shocked and enquired that why did not i got any reminder call. Then the service department rudely told that its your responsibility. I further told please do not confirm the date, i will call you further.
Next day i got call around 10:36 am from vehicle pick up person ([protected]) for picking my vehicle. He told me that i have come to your area for picking your vehicle for servicing.
I told its okay but according to my conversation while booking she told that your free service has expired. He told no problem sir date can be managed and its not a big issue, i will manage it.
I again got call from asl motors ([protected]) around 12:04pm regarding vehicle complaint and he clearly told me that your free service has expired and you will have to pay the whole money for labor charges and others. I told him that i did not got any calls for third service reminder, please discussed this with your boss and try to resolve it.
Again he called me at 03:19 pm and told me that boss has refused and told that i need to pay the all amount. He told that it is written on your service book, and its your responsibility.

Here i want to highlight few important things:

1. If i have purchased a car from dealer than is the dealer or tata motors should have no responsibility that how my vehicle is running or does i am facing any problem while driving. I have not got any call regarding feedback.
2.in these busy life is it possible that i will regularly check service book and see when my service date is expiring.
3. Is the asl motors service department have no responsibility for service reminder and is this not possible to send even a sms if my service date is expiring.
4. I remember when my vehicle insurance date was expiring, i was getting calls 4 times a day, sms & whats up and everything from asl motors but when my free service date was expiring i got not even a sms or any calls.

Here i want to clear one more thing that although earlier ownership of the vehicle was in the name of pratap narayan singh but he is my own uncle and a part of own family member and he even did not got any call or sms for service reminder.


Please look at this serious issue and do needful as quick as possible. Right now my car is in service center from last 2 days and i don't know what they are doing with my car and created a long drama.

I got few phone calls during this compliant period, i also called number of times in tatamotors complaints helpline number[protected]. also they managed few consolations. finally i paid the money and took my car.
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY TATAMOTORS CAR AND DUE TO THIS POOR SERVICE THERE IS DEGRADATION IN TATA MOTORS CAR MARKET.

ACCORDING TO THEM EVERY TIME CUSTOMER HAVE TO SUFFER.

    It's been 11 months when the vehicle was purchased from your dealer tc motors rajarhat kolkata.
    Mileage has been very poor and the same never improved after getting it addressed for more than 5 times.
    I have checked myself also the way it was explained and it has never been more than 10 km/ lt which far below 16km/lt which was minimum assured.
    Service department of the concerned dealer may be is not competent to address and resolve the same.
    I have lost a lot of money till date with no solution.

    The current Test drive happened on the 18th.
    The earlier Test Drive report shared - Avg Km per hour 17 Mileage 15.5
    Current Test Drive report shared - Avg Km per hour 28 Mileage 12.5

    SOLUTION SUGGESTED - They want me to improve my driving skills with so many parameters which is impossible for a human being to comply in city drive and one of them is to drive at an average speed of 40 to 60 in 5th gear and then Mileage will improve further.

    With the above 2 test report from them, it looks little contrary to what they are expecting me to improve.

    As everything is Automatic in the Car, they can do nothing on improving the Mileage but to suggest to learn driving and improve road condition and maintain constant speed and gear which is not possible anywhere in the country.

    I am not all satisfied with the support provided and if this is the way a problem is addressed and resolved, either you should stop advertising about Mileage or take a test of the owner of his driving skills along with the route he would be driving before committing on Mileage and selling the vehicle.

    FRIENDS - Please study the above parameters for your own understanding before selecting your next vehicle.

    Mileage advertised ( Attached ) says 24 km/lt.

    The solution provided was a BIG GYAN and not a SOLUTION of POOR MILEAGE.
    They have Big Talks but NO SOLUTION as They can't do anything as all computerised.

      I have Tata Tiago car from swan motor last year. When I bought my car than I Found some fault in my car. Like tool box rubber not fixing due to which my tool box not close and some scathes on desk board. I complained these thing in showroom they said we solve on service time but after three service they don't solve my problems . Wo har bar ghanto beete hai or phir APNI problem bata dete hai sir ye hamare stock mei Nahi hai.They provide very bad service.They don't solve any problems which we register only give aashwasan.They also not cleaning vehicle properly inside or outside.please take necessary action on them.They also give us unnecessary expense which we don't want they said if we don't these then ur warranty goes and ur not claim any thing from Tata motors.pls solve our these problems everybody not knowing ur online I'd due to which they don't know where they complained .pls place ur complained I'd, pH no on board in every service station

          I purchased zest xe on 5th june.2017. It is full vibrating& dashboard and seats & chasis vibrating on 1st gear when movement. I visited tata showroom at sree venkateshwara motors, nizamabad. I raised complaint no. [protected] and informed to servise manager. Iam waiting here since 12.00am but nobody take charge. And vehicle kept a side and many technician available free but nobody respond on my vehicle problem.

                I have bought one tata ace from trupti motors, cuttack, odisha. my driver took the vehicle to tangi for 1st servicing. for that i booked oned day prior also. but inspite of my driver told the mechanic that a unusual sound coming from the engine, the service center people did not do anything. they also did not washed the vehicle and told that the person suffering from fever.
                the service center is around 20 kilometers away from my house. as you know i just burnt around 3 liters of diesel which costs around Rs.225/-.driver fooding Rs.100/-. But the condition of vehicle is as before. i could have changed the oil and filters in any garage on payment basis, as was done in your service center. if this is the case with tata motors, whom we will blame? if repeated will go to consumer forum for redressal.

                  My vehicle is not starting from the morning and from the morning i am trying to reach out to get a service immediately as oil is leaking out from the vehicle. I have not idea how many times i have called them but nobody responded properly.
                  Still i have not got a technician details. Such a poor customer service i am receiving in a state of emergency. Even my vehicle covers under warranty.

                    Mr vishal working at your moradabad branch has been contacted at least 10 times to request him to tell the closure amount of the loan but he did not corporate at all. Sorry to say the services and co-operation of your staff here is pathetic. A stringent action should be undertaken to set an example for the others so that a customer is not taken for granted. I have often heard about the working method of these agents and it has hardly been satisfactory.

                      माझे नाव ज्योती दीपक पवार असुन. माझी कार टाटा झेस्ट पेट्रोल असुन तिचा नंबर MH 07 AB 0289 असुन गाडीची वाँरंटी २४/७/१८ ला संपली पण एक्सटेंडेड वाँरंटी चालू आहे.
                      *मुद्दा असाकी* माझ्या गाडी ची काचवरखाली करायची केबल तुटली, मी दी.२५/०६/२०१८ ला युनिटी कोल्हापूर ला फोन केला. तेथील व्यक्ती म्हणाला आमचा सबडीलर आँटोक्राफ्ट, ओरस सिंधुदुर्गये�... आहे. मी त्यांच्या जवळ गाडी घेऊन गेल्यावर तुम्ही गाडी आमचेकडे घेतला नाही आम्ही या गाडीचे काम करणार नाही असे सांगितले. बर त्यांच्या गँरेजवर युनिटी मोटार म्हणून.ठळक बोर्ड पण आहे. म्हणजे युनिटी मोटर टाटांच्या ग्राहकांना फसवते का?
                      कोकणातील मुसळधार पाउस, कोल्हापूर बंद, नदीला पाणी, घाट बंद या सर्व परीस्थीतीतून मला टाटाचे अधिक्रुत युनिटी मोटर कडे जायला. वाँरंटी नंतर ४दीवस उशिर झाला. माझ्या लोकेशन(घरा पासुन)
                      युनिटी मोटरने कस्टमरना फसवण्या साठी सिधुदुर्ग येथील आँटो क्राफ्ट वर युनिटी मोटरचा बोर्ड सोडला तर कोल्हापूर १६० की.मी. व रत्नागिरी १८० की.मी. आहे.
                      मी कोल्हापूर युनिटी मोटरला गेल्यावर तुमची वाँरंटी संपली यात हा पार्ट बदलून मिळणार नाही. तुम्हाला पैसे द्यावे लागतील. मी म्हटल माझी एक्टेडेड वाँरंटी आहे. तर म्हणाले नाही. हा पार्ट एक्टेडेड वाँरंटी मध्ये येत नाही. आणि माझ्या कडून पार्टचे पैसे व लेबर चार्ज लाउन बिल वसुल केले.
                      तरी मला तुमची एक्सटेंडेड वाँरंटी नको आहे. माझे पैसे व्याजासह परत द्यावेत. अन्यत: मला न्यायालयात दाद मागावी लागेल.
                      टाटा मोटर घेतल्याने पश्चाताप होतोय. मारुती चे निदान ४० की.मी. सर्व्हिससेंटर आहेत.

                        My self nikhil kumar and last year i buy tata tiago from basudev auto hazaribagh jharkhand. Car performance was best in 1 year. Company emplyoee ask before buying that i will gave you the best service as compared to other company.
                        First and second servicing of my car was good but during 3rd servicing mobil and filter was changed by company. But after serivicing mileage of my car decrease suddenly.
                        Before 3rd servicing my mileage was 19_20km/l but after, mileage was 15.5km/l.
                        And also there were one more problem that when we start the engine the car will vibrate or starting sounds.
                        Sometime fuse of multimedia will suddenly off.
                        There were a very bad exprience with tata motors.
                        I am very disagreed or disappoint with tata motors and their service. Next time i cant trust on this company.
                        And also i tell my friends and family that they dont buy any tata vehicle becoz of their product and servise.

                          i too have been defrauded with a defective HVAC and the car is fogging up on all windows, makes it lethal and downright unsafe to drive. contacted the dealer and the tata reps in Thane and apparently they have no replacement policy for defected vehicle. pl help with your details to serve as an example of Fraud policy of the so called Tata after sales service in Thane, Mumbai.

                            Myself Sachin Mutha, I have been happily buying and using new TATA cars right from Indica to indigo to indigo manza being always very happy about the delivery and quality, I booked a New TATA NEXON XM (White Colour) Model from your Concorde Motors Showroom situated at Pune Satara Road, Bibwewadi, Pune.

                            So to make space I sold my indigo manza for new NEXON which was to be delivered on Friday I.e. 27-7-18. But to my surprise I was not allowed to get the car out and check rather was forced to do the auspicious Pooja in the basement. After much argument when I got the car out in the parking I was disappointed to see that it was not a new car but a refurbished car. Adding details of the refurbished parts n pictures of the same.

                            1.The Rear Bumper had Boils/Bubbles which were very much visible to the eye.
                            2.Both the Rear side Bumper and even front side Bumper Paint shade did not match the Body Paint.
                            3.The alignment of the Rear Bumper was not in tune (not matching) with the body of the Vehicle.
                            4.The Fuel Tank Door also was not properly aligned to the body.
                            5.Some chemical had been sprayed on the screws and hinges of the Dickey to remove the Rust. The same had not been cleaned.
                            6.Rust/Dust near and around the Dickey beading was not cleaned and it looked like the Vehicle was in stock from several months.

                            All these points are clearly visible in the photographs attached herewith for your reference (Please zoom the pictures and have a close look)

                            Due to all these above points its looks that the Vehicle is accidental and repaired before delivery. Hence we did not accept the Delivery of the Vehicle.

                            We would like to clear you one thing that we do not intend to pursue or highlight the matter further more but just expect that a New Vehicle in good condition to be immediately delivered to us.

                            Our Business is such that we required Vehicle daily and due to such problem we are using Tourist Vehicle which causes losses to our Business.

                            Also a sincere request to all of you that the Tata Passenger Segment is in a mode of Big Growth. If such incidents happen and necessary care is not taken it will malign the image of the Company and the Sales will definitely get hit. As a Share Holder of the company I request you to look into the matter and act accordingly at the earliest.

                            This is with ref to mail received from Concorde Motors and response we got from Concorde Motors, we are very much disappointed from your end. Despite repeated follow up with Mr. Bharat Mone and with Mr. Vikrant Shinde who promised us that he will give us firm commitment about New Car Delivery on 07.08.2018 till 11.00 am, but to our disappointment there is no call from Vikrant Shinde and Bharat Mone despite we tried to call Vikrant Shinde after 1.00 PM but he not picked our calls. We repeatedly request from our end to deliver New Tata Nexon, you are still repairing the damaged Vehicle and pressurizing us to take the same.

                            Today we called Bharat Mone of Concorde Motors and he pressurized us to take the delivery of the same vehicle because they have registered the vehicle on our name without showing the vehicle to us

                            We booked New Tata Nexon on 10.07.2018 and were called for delivery of the same on 27.07.2018. On giving a look at the vehicle, we found it to be a Refurbished Vehicle so we rejected the same and are insisting from that day onward about a new Tata Nexon from you but from last 12 days we are still getting the mail of the same damage vehicle being repaired and telling us to accept delivery of the same Vehicle.

                            Please note that there are multiple issues in old Vehicle and not only Bubble issue as per your mail. We have already mentioned all the issues in our earlier mail with attached photos of the same.

                            We once again request you to please look into this matter and resolved our problem at the earliest

                              I purchased nexon xz+ petrol last month nd from the day of purchase it always lags in 2nd gear.. when i took it to hilly region it couldn’t make it through the steepy roads ... pick up issue is same in all driving modes... but I haven’t given it for service as service date is about to come.. lets see if these issues can be fixed after servicing

                                  As per the instructions on the booklet, the company was to provide the time to time services on the Nano for the payment which was made to the tune of Rs5910/-.But Every time I went there for service there was no records of the payment. Hence I had to pay for the service out of my own pocket. Upon complaining I was told I must make a complain to the Tata motors, with a copy of the payment made. This I am about to do depending upon what action You are going to take and the result of the action. Also the person who received payment on behalf of the company is no longer there. Evidently he pocketed the money and vanished. But this is the responsibility of the Company(Tata Motors ) (Siliguri, Bajla Motors).I also enclosed copy of the money receipt when I complained yesterday. TaraMani Chhetri.

                                      I got call from Tata workshop for mansoon free check up from SAB moters mohan nagar ghaziabad. I am going to service center on 21 july saturday. They did check up after washing they handover my car . I saw engine check alarm due on dashboard. I think this is due to moisture. From my home 1 km far from workshop. I parked vehicle in my coverd parking. Today on (26 july) i used my car and feel car not pickup and frequent stop. I go to workshop and they test and tell me that 2 injection valve got faulty. Around 26 thousand total cost required for repaire. I socked that i have no problem when go to working after service how 2 injected valve fauly. They say electrical item can faulty any time, we can not do nothing. I go to other workshop he told me that valve got faulty due to water insert in it. I saw when tata workshop employee wash my car, they spray water in engine.

                                      This is the main reason for valve got faulty.

                                      Why should i pay for workshop employee fault.

                                        I am vandana bhadlikar. Recenly i purchase tata tigore in feb 2018 from panchjnya automobiles, bhosari, pune. I have completed 2nd servicing of car. I observed that, the portion of diky is not properly pasted with body. I feel that the pasting work is not done by tata motors. It looks very shabby. It doesn't feel that, pasting work is completed by tata motorshop. So i brought this issue in notice to service manager of panchajnya. He told me that this is not our issue, only tata motors will resolve this. Panchajanya will intimate to tata motors, whatever be their solution will intimate to u.
                                        Now my question is that what is the responsibility of qc dept of tata motors?. Why panchjany takes time to intimate solution from tata? Finaly i want to be get finished work of pasting what ever i descried in above para under proper supervision without any cost.
