i just got a fake call letter mail with the name of tata motors limited ..Mail includes tata logo stamp n they are requesting to pay a amount of rupees for interview process..So please take some strict actions because i rescuesd but i dont want to other people get victim of such plans... so please take some action as soonas possible

    It is with great regret that I am re writing this letter to you as I want to bring to your kind notice the extreme trouble and inconvenience, I have undergone due to your negligent & bad services, on 21st March 2013, I had purchased a Tata Safari Storme EX of your company from Maharashtra. The registration no. of the car is MH-04-FZ-6544. Towards this purchase, I paid (Rs 10, 73, 787/- +Taxes extra) to your company.
    concorde motors in ECR chennai took my nano twist for first service on 19/6/15 and suggested that anti rust treatment must be done costing rs.1117/- and i agreed.
    the black material sprayed under the car have spoilt the sides of the car and this matter was reported to them immediately,
    one of the service personnel responded telephonically and suggeted that thinner should be used to clean the paint and asked me to do it myself.
    i said that it is wrong to have sprayed the black paint on the sides and doubly wrong to have delivered the vehicle without without proper inspection. on top of it he is aking it to clean it myself.
    after much request he finally agreed to depute someone to clean up. but there is no furthur response or action.

      We order the spare parts of tata safari DL 3C AC 2011 for changing of Head Lights & Break Booster on Date 02/05/2015 after coming of spare parts I am call on ananda Motors Pvt. Ltd. for changing on today then they told us that yes come we will change your Safari DL 3C AC 2011 spare Parts we reach there after calling with in 30 minutes when we reach agency they told today we will not able to change the spare parts due to this my time was waste and loss of my fuel If they does not want to change our spare parts or repair then they want to told before due to this we change our spare parts on other agency or in private So Please solve our Problem as well as it may be possible Your Regards Jayesh Yadav Mobile no [protected]

          MH 46 N 1833, nano car met with an accident.Driver side door was damaged. Since two days we are trying to report to the dealer regarding some staring probelms, we are anable to contact the dealer.I hope any dealer will contact the customer after the service for any querries regarding the repaired vehicle.But they did'nt contact since today.           AP26TB7107 TATA Zip vehicle kept for repair on 8th october at your dealer varalakshmi Automobiles pvt ltd, nellore, Andhra pradesh. So far no reply from dealer, we are having 5 commercial vehicles and every time we use to repair in the same garrage.But every time they demand advance money for repair and this time also we have paid Rs 5000 advance and they promised to deliver within 3 days, and mechanics also not trained they are repalcing the parts even in the good condition.

          So please see that the distributor should improve

              I am having a tata indica tourist car, I met with an accident, my car was damaged. I have given my car in tata motors authorized service station (wasan motors) Mumbai. So that my work will be done fast. I have given my car in service station on 15th of may 2015. I got an approval from my insurance company on the next day(16/05/2015). But till yet tata motors have not done my work. And their service advisor is giving me pethetic reason that they don't have the spare parts in stock. And now they are not bothered to take my call to answer me what's happening. From last 15 days my car is standing at their place, and on this 2nd June their emi will hit my account. As if my loan is from tata motors finance.How will I manage to pay their amount. Please help me out for the same Regards Suhail kasim

                greetings of the day, I have purchased TATA vista on 28th May 2014 Jai Ganesh Motors, Rajkot. obtain service 1 st service from Jai Ganesh and then after jai Ganesh motors stopped selling cars and service center. I got second service in November 2014 from authorised service center Elite Motors, Rajkot and I told regarding bonnet lock problem. they inform me due to new start of service center they have no stock spares will be replaced within a week. frequently I follow up but they told they have no stock when they receive replaced in warranty. when I put my car for third service on 23rd May 2015, the told it is not in warranty and for replacement will be on chargeable basis. i also agree for paying charge but unfortunately they not replaced. I would like to know from the beginning bonnet opening problem informed and not getting resolved why such promise passed to customer for replacement during warranty? my car number is GJ-3 FD-9010 on the name of my wife Hasumatiben Parekh. request to resolve my complaint in warranty.                     To Tata motors Sub : Faulty gearbox and losses incurred by us due to vehicle being off road. Dear Sir I purchased TATA INDICA V2 vehicle no MH - 12, KN3748 model. 2015 On. 21march 2015 From. NATIONAL AUTO WHEELS PVT. LTD From day one there was a problem with gear and we had informed at the time of 1st servicing and also since problem persisted, sent the vehicle to ur service center but they just oiled and sent back. The problem still persisted and today when again I approached the service center, they said the gear box is faulty and asked me to leave vehicle for 3 days. Sir, mine is tourist business and my cab is registered with ola cabs. Due to this fault, my precious business of 2000/- per day is lost which till date I have lost of 6000/- and further business will be lost from today to the tune of 6000/- to 10000/- depending on the no of days the vehicle is at your service center. In addition, I have to pay my driver 400/- per day... which again will be a loss of 2800/- . My vehicle is on loan from tata motors and because of your faulty part fitted to my vehicle no. MH -12 KN 3748 I am suffering heavy loss and will face difficulty in paying the lian installment on the due date of 11th which is fast approaching. It is hereby requested to reimburse my loses and replace the faulty gearbox immediately at your cost failing which I will have to approach consumer redressal forum and also write detailed review on your website of faulty vehicles sold to customers.                       Tata is the worst company ever.. I request anyone who is reading this to buy any car any random car but not tata... I purchased a tata zest which had a few problems when it was delivered to me. Such as it made sound when the car speed exceeded 40. Its Herman system did not complete the voice commands. There was a bolt loose on the left door. The car used to stop while driving. I have send my car to service for more than 10 times but they have failed to rectify the error. All they did was update my system and convince me that my car won't give me any problem from now on. But they never fixed the real problem. And on top of that tata's pick up and drop facility is a myth. Don't trust that ever. Thank you tata for making me a car enthusiast to give up on cars. Saarang agarwal [protected]

He behaved very roughly with me and his words: "Me nahi yahan teri service hone dunga tu jaha jee chahe complaint karle par teri car ki service yaha nahi hone dunga" I also compaint to agency owner but he did not take any action I have 3 car of your company and its really a shame service from your company side.                               Date: 19/05/2015 To The Customer Care Manager Tata Motors Ltd Hyderabad Sub: Delay in Registration of Vehicle Dear sir, With reference to the above subject, this is to kindly inform you that I Dr.S.RAMU have purchased a Tata Zest XT with engine no.REVTRN01AUYP04408 from your authorized dealer SELECT MOTORS at mancherial on 3/04/2015 on exchange mode. I had exchanged my old car Maruthi Suzukhi Swift Model 2010 bearing Registration No.AP01S7778 diesel . I handovered the old car to the dealer on March 4th week & I had forclosed the loan amount & handovered No Objection Certificate to the dealer on April 25th . But for your kind information my old car was sold & till date the ownership has not been transferred to the buyer's name & the car is on my Name . As you may be aware that as per the rules of Telangana State Transport a person holding more than one vehicle is liable to pay additional tax of 2% on the total cost of the new vehicle. My new car zest of petrol cost is Rs.740000 X 2% = 14800/- Actually I was planning to purchase car after Aug-2015, but your staff (Dealer) has very much impressed me with his attitude & explained the highlights of the car & made me to test drive & finally I agreed to purchase the car & finally purchased it. I am extremely surprised to the attitude of the person after purchasing the car he never responded properly & inspite of my several phone calls, he just postponed the things regarding registration of vehicle. As I am professionally a Doctor practicing at mancherial suggested my collegue dr's to procure the zest car impressed with its features. If this is the way of treatment I am receiving from your mancherial dealer, than how can I recommend your product to others. As I have already submitted the NOC to the dealer on 25th April it becomes the prime responsibility of the dealer to get the old car transferred to the buyer's Name & after that he should have get registered my vehicle within one month & clear the matter. As the dealer has made delay in transfering my old car in the name of buyer & my registration. I am not interested to pay the additonal tax amount of Rs.14800 & get my vehicle registered. As the dealer has delayed the vehicle registration, he should bear the amount for rs.14800/- & get my vehicle registered.It seems your dealer and tata motors are only interested in sale of vehicles and least bothered about customer problems Kindly I request you to look into the matter & do the needfull at the earliest.                                 I am using car Indigo CS eLX MH 14 CS 3497 I claim Ac compressor in extending warranty but according to Pandit Auomotive is not ready to complete this task because according to them one service is missing. But at 94000 KM i was getting the benefit of extended warranty for replacement of power steering rack. Now on which basis they are saying that my 40000 KM servicing is missing. If I am eligible at 94000 km then what happened at 132000 km? why they are not ready to give me facility of extending warranty?

                                    I purchased Tata Zest XT from Concord Motors, Patpar Ganj, Delhi in the month of January 2015. Prior to buying the same I had the test drive and was fully satisfied with the performance of the vehicle. From the beginning the car has missing problem, poor pickup and very high fuel consumption. I reported the problem and they replaced the HT Cable at first and later they replaced the ignition plugs. But unfortunately to avail. The car still have missing problem, very poor pickup, lot of knocking sounds, body sounds and very poor fuel average. I never expected this from a company of national repute.
