Hi, I am Arun and I work for Tata group. I have a car - Tata Indigo CS model which I have encountered problems on the wiring & A/C side and have taken for service. In addition to complaints I have given for regular service that comes in every 10000 Kms. I had given my car for service at Concorde Motors - Injambakkam Branch Service center - Chennai-41 on 28th April by 9 AM. Service engineer named Ramdass attended and noted down my complaints as given below. A/C first point is not working A/C is sending double the speed of air in 2nd, 3rd and 4th pointers Getting bit of a noise in engine Getting bit of a noise in wheels The service engineer noted down the pointers and said if I go with annual maintenance scheme I would be able to do 2 service within 20000Kms of run including the current one I am about to do now. I agreed and paid the fees of Rs.8400 towards the AMC silver plan. The engineer said he would get my car analyzed and summarize the list of issues ASAP. Service engineer called me by 7PM and gave me the summary of problems and also the associated cost towards repair. 1, Oil Pump overoil - Rs - 22000 (Approx) 2. Suspension - Rs 15000 (Approx) 3. Timing Kit Change - Rs.9500 (Approx) 4. Radiator Ores - Rs. 900 (Approx) 5. Wheel Cylinder - Rs 2000 (Approx) 6. Gear Lever Bush Kit - Rs. 900 (Approx) 7. Headlight Fog Lamp Bulb - Rs.900 (Approx) 8. Alternator Overoil - Rs.4500 (Approx) 9. Brake Light Bulb - Rs.100 (Approx) 10. Resistor Rs. 900 (Approx) 11. Brake Kit Check - Rs. 690 (Approx) I agreed to go to line items 4 to 11. The next day evening which is the 2nd day I left for service, the service engineer called and said that the job is all done and I can take the vehicle on the next day 30-Apr-15. he also confirmed the amount as Rs.8608. He also said he had completed line items 4 to 11 except 8 which he said it is not required as line item 1 is not done this will not be o[censored]se even if we do this 8. I went next day and asked if there is any discount for Tata employees. Service engineer said that there is a 5% discount for Tata employees and if I need to avail this I should have said that the moment I have given the vehicle for service and not during payment. (He said he need to write a mail and get approval for the discount which cannot be done at last minute). I paid the amount Rs.8608 towards the service charges and then a supervisor came down to a negotiation that instead of that discount, they can give something like filter/others which was not given though the talks was there. When I got my vehicle and started riding, I could see lot of noise in engine as well as the A/C throughout had gone wild. I asked about that and the service engineer, said all would be under control only if I do Overoil for the Oil Pump. I left the place and started driving. Now I am not able to drive the vehicle due to very huge noise after the service also due to high A/C throughput not able to operate A/C as well. Huge noise in engine A/C throughout is tooooo high Getting additional noise during running condition I thought of getting this again to the service center - Concorde motors, but they way they approached and the service had been done, I am not in a mode to approach them again. I am writing this mail to get a resolution for the following pointers 1. Why though there is a discount available for Tata employees, it had been not give / refused to me before getting the billing done. 2. Vehicle had gone worst after the service and what could be done to atleast bring that to original condition. 3. Why a consumer had been threatened by getting a huge quote for a minor complaint logged 4. Why part of the service components had not been addressed though agreed by me (Component in line item 8 agreed by me) 5. Why a serviced vehicle creates fear with customer while driving.     Respected Sir/Madam, I bought a new TATA SUMO GOLD, which was delivered on 06/01/2015 no. MH01-BU-9809. While taking delivery and driving out, my driver Mr. Madhukar Nare, complained about the clutch. We were told by the delivery officials that after driving an old car one would find the clutch of the new car loose. Taking his words we drove the car till the first service and complained about the clutch problem and the AC leakage inside the car. The care was returned within two days saying that the problem was attended to. Thereafter the clutch problem continued. We gave the car to them on 30/03/2015. After 4 days the car was returned saying that the problem was attended to. Inspite of the assurances the clutch problem continued. The car was again given to them on 22/04/2015 to 04/05/2015. Please note that it amounts to 10 days. On delivery they assured us that they have replaced the parts and the clutch problem would not occur. Again on the 09th of May I m taking the car back to the service center with the same complaint regarding the clutch. Could anyone in the TATA MOTORS COMPANY answer this query. Have I bought the car for my convenience or to keep it at the service center? Please note that I want this car to be replaced by a defectless new car. Otherwise a complaint will be lodged with the Consumer court and we will take it up from there Copies of the works done are attached to this complaint. PLEASE ATTEND TO THIS PROBLEM AT THE EARLIEST.       2627 less.


      Called to customer but the same is not reachable.


      Contract is possible to
      terminate on 17 June 2015 without any additional charges/Amount.

        Dear Sir / Madem, Reg: Cancellation due to delay delevery & unsatisfied service. I have booked my TATA INDICA on 28th April at VST MOTORS, Poonthamalee, Chennai. While booking they committed me you have to pay 1, 29, 845/- by cash, balance amount by loan (3, 71, 000), and delivery will be within 3 working days after receipt of full payment. I agreed. I have settled my amount on 5th May. Now they ask me pay 2000/- more and delivery will be 14th May, Cash paid details as follow. 28th April = 10, 000/- 30th April = 1, 00, 000/- 05th May = 19, 845/- Balance amount by loan (3, 71, 000/-) Loan Appvd on 2nd May. Ref TMFI706954 for INDICA V2 LS has been approved. Nothing delay from my side, iam not happy with their service, So i am cancelling my booking, pls refund my full amount without any cancellation charges, Thanks for understanding, pls do the needful ASAP.           Hello dear this is ratnesh owner of tata safari Storme has purchased the vehicle in the year 2013 in month of may if iam not mistaken then it's still in the warranrty by tata motors i.e. one lakh kilometers or 3 years from the date of purchase. It's my second safari and very disappointing that when the car is in warranty then also service dealer has charged me the bill as at that time I was unaware abt the warranty and no positive response has been given by service dealer point for refunding the money abt the same bcoz if it is in the warranty then they should not charge for repairing and after the repair my car is getting worst in driving as full body and steering is vibrating too much which results in very bad driving comfort .             My TATA INDICA brake disc and pads has changed 2 times in 18000 kms ...This time when I took to service again the service engineer told that he has to replace brake disk and pads as it is worn out...when I checked the history it has covered only 5000kms after the last replacement...when I explained him about it he told that sir ur brake caliper assembly kit has gone and because of that the disk was replaced 2 times before...My question is why the brake caliper kit was not replaced 2 service back itself...if they would have done that I could have saved 3 disc brakes cost + Labour + vat...o am dam sure that both the caliper kit has not gone at a time. May be 1 has gone and because of that I had to change both the kit now...i have encountered a loss of 16000 Rs now...how can i bear this ???? My car got serviced yesterday...if this is the maintenance offered why I should prefer Showroom maintenance from TATA..from past 9years I never taken my car to outside vendor ...I am totally disappointed ... U only calculate the amount for 3 times disc + pad replacement & now brake caliper replacement ...the amount of labour + spare part + tax I have pad... Now i am planning to go for TATA Zest...I think o have to think twice before I invest for that... Vehicle no. KA-25-N-4047 Serviced at Mysore District, Karnataka

                dear sir, hello sir. this is narendra lade. owns a tata indigo ecs, name MH48 A5327. my car is broken down on mumbai -ahemadabad highway on 24 april 2015. while going to my native place due to timing belt breakage. at the speed of 90-100kmph. my car is regularly service in tata motors authorised service centers from last 3 years. as i am very loyal customer of tata motors. then also i faced the problem. n just b'cause of that timing belt breakage i faced the problem of tappit wall breakage. and i am very diappointed from tata aftersales service and taking so much bill amount from us.

                  Dear sir, My vechile no. MH-28-3552 is under maintain ace for engine work in Tate motors show room Kola From 13.04.2015. Till to today no single phone from your office about my vechile.Also i am contacting continuly with the Person name as Mr.Khedkar &amp; Mr. Neeraj. who was not lifting the calls and no reply at Tate Motors end. When i make call to them today they replied 2-3 more days for repaire.This is not good servicing i am waiting for the vechile from last one month.Please do the necessary action.This is not a process of any Tate motors which is adopting by your Akola branch.

                      SUB: - COMPLAINT REGARDING THE UNSATISFACTORY CAR REPAIRS OF INDICA VISTA BEARING VEHICLE REGISTRATION NO.HR-30G-7971 Dear Sir, This is in reference to the subject matter noted above. On 26.07.2014 I took my car to your garage/service centre as it had developed a fault in alignment, which required repair. Your garage/ service centre carried out the repair and the bill for this work was Rs20, 000/- which I paid in full. Since then, the same fault has recurred and I am bound to think that it was not properly repaired. It is so painful to write to your good office regarding the subject matter noted herein above. It is to bring to your kind notice that our above mentioned vehicle was got serviced at your esteemed service centre wherein all the other works pertaining to the same i.e. suspension work, repair of the brake shoes, oil change and front suspension dismantle & assembly was done. Further, the service manager did not check the vehicle alignment of the said vehicle neither it was brought to our notice as a procedure. We are at a loss to find out that the same has no where been mentioned/highlighted in the invoice too. It is so unfortunate to narrate that due to non alignment of the vehicle and total negligence/unprofessional approach of the service staff, the tyres of my vehicle which has up to date not run even 1500 kms. after the said service got totally damaged which has incurred an extra Rs18, 000/- unnecessary burden to me. The condition of these tires has been shown to the Service Staff. As per the Law I am entitled to expect that the work is carried out with reasonable care and skill, and materials used are of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose. I believe that the repairs have failed to rectify the fault due to poor workmanship and/or defective parts and/or you have neither done the alignment of the vehicle after servicing the suspension nor informed us about the future repercussion of not getting the same done from outside and you are therefore, liable to pay the amount of loss incurred to me as mentioned herein above. It is also pertinent to bring on the records that several requests in this regard had already been forwarded/served to you which so far have been unable to bring any positive results. It is expected from you that the clients must be at least attended to and a suitable response is given, which has not happened in the case mentioned hereinabove. I am prepared to allow you the opportunity to rectify the said faults at no cost to me and by reimbursing the incurred amount to me as per the Invoice of Tires (annexed as Annuxure-1) If you fail to do so, I shall be constrained to approach the Court of Law and lodge a suitable proceeding against your esteemed company to take the matter ahead and to beg the justice and off course to recover the incurred cost from you.                         I have gave my car(TATA ARIA) for service in CONCORDE MOTORS(INDIA) LIMITED Ecr, Injambakkam on 28/04/2015 and took delivery on 29/04/2015. Car Reg number : TN 19 E 8842 When I given the car for service, In job slip they have clearly mentioned the spare wheel is in the car, But when I took delivery my car's spare wheel is missing. I checked the same with the service center but they have not given any responsible answer. This is really frustrating me. They saying not having any cc tv camera's too in the service center to check the footage. When we checked the entry book in the gate security My car as been took 2 times for the trail run out of service center. 1. 29/04/2015 - Out time 12 PM and In time is 1 PM but car as ran only 10kms in that time(Almost more than hour car is out of service station) 2. 29/04/2015 - Out time 5PM and In time is 5.10 PM, car ran 5kms. First one looks abnormal, Please take a necessary action. Spare wheel cost is Rs. 12, 000. As a first step I send this email to tata customer care, if I didn't get a solution I will escalate this to your higher authorities else I need to file a police complaint. Contact Number : Mr. J. If I didn't get reimbursement I gonnu raise this is all social Media (offical pages TATA motors and concorde) as well as in the CEO corncer in concorde.

                          A tata safari dicor KL 5 M 1766 broke down due to a cluth damage. Contacted one of your dealers RF motors, Pathadipalam, Cochin, Kerala. Send one pick up truck immediately ( rs 1800 paid then itself to the driver). The vehicle still at the workshop after two days and n number of phone calls they dont have time to check what the problem is, when it will finish. Poor, Pathetic service provided Skoda has the same reputation of bad service now tata too, sadly to say, as i always admired Mr Ratan Tata. Either paye back my 1800 rs so that I will tale the vehicle to an unauthorised workshop as your authorised guys are useless. Not even informing the customer what the problem is after 2 days is a pathetic situation. Or to make them call me atleast to inform about the progress, if atlall any .

                            Offer letter from Tata motors

                            Dear Madam /Sir I received an offer letter from Tata Motors from HR person Mr. S.K. Gupta. I talked to corporate tata motors regarding this and they told there is nothing like such vacancy there and do not pay any money to them. I received such type of mail earlier also. so, Please aap thoda dhyan diji ye is baat par muje aaj ek Motors Limited - fake offer letter aaya hai lekin main abhi tak payment nahi kiya hai aur karu ga bhi nahi...

                            Hi Team, I booked a test drive of Tata Nano in start of April'15 and i was forwarded the no. of Mr. Sooraj Bhandare( #[protected]) by call center stating that the person will be contact. After the first call form call center nobody has contacted and after two days i called Sooraj for test drive, he replied that a person would contact me for test drive and somebody (Don't remember the name of person) did with the reply that currently test drive cars are not available so they would not be able to provide the test drive. When again call center guy called up for purchase of car i told him the whole story and that I am not happy with the services and replies given by tata motors guys. On this the person on phone apologizes and asked for re-booking of test drive. I told him that i would not be available in Mumbai for further 15 days so please call me on 30th April 2015. I received the call from call center on 30th April for test drive, and forwarded the no of Mr. Abdul Rashid Shaikh (#[protected]). Again when nobody called for another 2 days i called Abdul for test drive in response i got to know he has left TATA motors one month back. Afterward when no option left i called Sooraj again he said he would arrange the test drive this time. And it has been two days that again nobody has reverted now even now Mr. Sooraj Bhandare is not picking the phone. I stay in Delhi and I am looking for a vehicle for my wife in Mumbai and this is the response I am getting in pre-sales service of the vehicle... i have doubt post sales services. I also work under Tata group also i owned a tata motor vehicle.                               I AM HARISH KUMAR P N, LOAN A/C NO: [protected]. MY MAIL ID :[protected]@gmail.com. Even after clearing the loan two months back they are asking me to pay again for the NOC & they say they will solve the same over telephone but nothing by mail. I am a TATA MOTORS Dealership employ for more than 10 + years & to me they take this much time and how about the ordinary customer status. Also my Insurance got expired and while renewing should I have to mention Hypothecated to :TMFL, even after completion of the loan two months back

                                This is 5th or 6th time I am complaining to TATA motors about this issues that every time part order takes more than one month and no update is given by Miles motors. Vehicle registration no : GJ 6 HD 7831 Refer my below email and complain logged by me to Customer care department on Toll free number. This time it took almost 2 months and still part is not received. Before two weeks I called and chat with Mr. Joshi @ Miles motor and he updated me that part is on the way and will be arrived in few days. When I called after 5 days I got an update that "will check in store and update you" but then after no call received from him. Again I called day before yesterday and I got an update form Mr. Joshi that "we got a wrong part from Tata motors and we have requested again for correct part". Can I have the details that actually that part is ordered or not? When was it order? ON time or when I called them then after they ordered it. Who is looking into my complaint which are logged so many times in customer care but got no response/action taken? Calling in Customer care as well for logging my complain one more time.                                   I namely, Sunil Kumar S/o Late. Sh.Om Parkash. I have a indica Vista Car (No. HR 20W-5559) Financed from your company (Car Loan A/c [protected] and Customer ID is[protected]. My query is that my car was stolen and Insurance company issued me the cheque and i deposited the cheque in Tata Finance Company's A/c. I have cleared all the installments in relation to the said car financed from your Company and even after Tata Finance co. not issue the Excess amount to me. I went many time in your Company's office for the same reason. Please refund the amount as i am eligible to get from your Company. i will very thankful to you. if there will be another delay in this matter than i have no option except to go to the Consumer Court.                                     M/s. Oberoi Cars A Unit of Oberoi Cars PVT LTD. C-12, Sector-1, Noida. Subject: To remove the material manufacturing defect in engine in respect of TATA MOTORS Car Model TATA SAFARI STORME with chasis No. MAT 617021/DNE 05886 and Engine No. 2.2LDICOR09EWYJ07502 of vehicle registered as UP 16 AP 4120. Kind attn: Mr. Ashish Kumar Gupta / TATA MOTORS. Dear Sir, I bring to your kind notice the following: 1. That I being your old customer purchased Car Model Tata Safari Storme from you vide invoice No. OBR Capt-R[protected] dated[protected]. I may mention here that earlier to this too I had a Safari Car from your company and as such was your old customer and extremely loyal. 2. That on[protected] while going to KASAULI from Delhi near Parwanoo some noise was coming from the engine and the car came to halt. My driver while checking found that oil was leaking and was required to be repaired from the authorized workshop of TATA MOTORS. I on this contacted TATA MOTORS helpline who advised to take the car to SOLAN workshop of TATA MOTORS at a distance of 45 Kms, whereas Chandigarh was near to that place which was at a distance of 25 Kms only and was closer to the place of breakdown. After great convincing and number of calls it was agreed that Chandigarh was closer to effect the repairs. But again I was informed that Chandigarh does not have the service/repair workshop which was not believable. As Solan was very unlikely scenario and most inconvenient and being the resident of Noida so was not practical. TATA MOTORS had said they will take the vehicle at their cost. The car also could not be left unattended at the place of breakdown on the road side there was no alternative but to bring the car by spending Rs. 18, 000/- to Noida workshop where I reside and where the car was purchased and brought to the notice immediately of the workshop owned by the authorized distributor of TATA MOTORS from where the car was purchased. The facts of the claim were explained, but our claim was rejected by the GM service Mr. Ashish Kumar Gupta without any valid legal reason, saying that the claim is not within the warranty. The said rejection is arbitrary without any valid legal reason. The same is also unbusiness like manner, not within the norms of business whereas the claim is within warranty period that is 36 months or 1 Lakh kms whichever is earlier from the date of sale of vehicle and has wrongly and illegally been rejected. The engine block warranty is for 3 years or 1 Lakh Km as mentioned above. At that time the car had covered less than 75000 kms and was within 3 years, I may point out here that earlier to there was some trouble at 44108 with the alternator which required to be changed even then the Oberoi Cars had refused the claim but on the intervention of Mr. Shailesh Sharma of Tata Motors Gurgaon who was per chance present there the claim was cleared and the job was done under warranty. That the last service of the car was done on[protected] at 71187 Kms by Oberoi Cars and nothing adverse was pointed out or was recorded regarding the defect in engine block. I may also mention that all the services had been done as per schedule provided in the manual and the last service was done on 14-03-15. Also the service of the vehicle has no connection with the manufacturing defect till the same come to notice in driving. Upto this there has been no leakage or emission of the oil in engine block. That the block engine defect constitutes and is a manufacturing defect which amounts to deficiency in service covered under the consumer act. The TATA MOTORS is legally liable under the warranty to remove/replace the engine block defect. Besides this the claimant is also entitled to recover Rs 18000/- the carriage charges upto Noida workshop and also the damages and compensation etc for inconvenience and mental agony in this behalf from TATA MOTORS. That under the grounds and reason mentioned above it is requested that the said rejection order be reconsidered, reviewed and set aside and the claim be entertained repair/ replacement of the parts be done as per estimate given by Oberoi Cars without any charge and the claimant be given relief at the earliest because the vehicle is idly standing at the workshop and the claimant is daily suffering.                                       I am Jaininder Garg, TATA safariuser.. I have registered 2 complains 1-[protected]&amp;amp;amp;amp; 1-[protected] but got no result. I have beenin discussion with 1-2 people one ofthem is Mr. Vikas but no use. Just for your brief below is the issue:

                                      I have purchased this vehicle last yearfrom ABS motors. It was a Demo Vehiclewith aprox. 11000 Km reading.

                                      vehicle had hardly run 25000kms when thesuspension kit, rod, Tensioner belt andHLAs.

                                      Due to frequent breakdowns and theperformance of the vehicle with in a runof 25000kms. We Suspecting a foul play by TATA Motors. I enquired the online history of the vehicle and on checkupit was revealed that the vehicle hadalready run 16730kms but the odometer was tampered with and the vehicle was sold at a meter reading of11000kms. I am not sure of the exact tempering but cheating is clearly recorded&amp;amp;amp;amp; evident.


                                      Furthermore based on the informationshared by Vikas the vehicle is coveredunder TMA EW &amp;amp;amp;amp; as per my understanding I should not have paid for the above damages.


                                      1) As I already briefed you that sincethe purchase of the vehicle I have already spent aprox 25k towards criticalcomponents &amp;amp;amp;amp; on top of that two of my Tyers needs immediate replacement dueto alignment issues.&amp;amp;lt;?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /&amp;amp;gt;

                                      2)Further general check up may notresult in finding critical issues that may come up considering my experience.With the current meter reading I expect some assurance or extended warranty toensure that I will not be
                                      paying on such critical issues.

                                      I hope some concrete support on the above two concerns from TATA motors.

                                      I believe I am mailing to the right contact in Tata Motors. If not kindly
                                      let me know where I can escalate.

                                      Hope you understand the criticality of my concerns &amp;amp;amp;amp; extend the expected
                                      support.
