Dear customer care, I have booked one ZEST CAR for Rs. 5.05 Lacs from VEER Motors Bhopal against my old car Maruti 800. The on road price was Rs. 6.33 Lacs. As on the day of booking there was an offer which I availed in which Rs. 30, 000 ( Exchange bonus ) + 10, 000 (Extra discount) will be deducted from the aforementioned road price, after deducting the bonus and discount the actual price of the car as written in the quotation (enclosed below) was 5.93 Lacs which was round off to Rs. 5.90, It was told to me that the value of my old car is Rs. 80, 000 which was raised to Rs. 85, 000 on my request. So, the net payable value in presence of two authorized person of Veer Motros was 5.05 Lacs (quotation) out of which I have given 5, 001/- as booking amount & booked the car ( dated 27 march 2015), and it was decided that the remaining 5 lacs will be financed by Bank & old car to be handover on day of delivery. On 30 march 15 the loan was sanctioned and Rs. 5.00 lacs was transferred to dealer account by SBI, even one installment/ EMI (Rs. 8420) was also deducted from my bank account but on the very next day i.e. 31 march 2015 I got phone call from dealer stating that "Madam, there is some calculation mistake on our part so, please pay Rs. 30, 000 more otherwise car will not be delivered." After paying the full amount & on the last day of the offer i.e. 31 March 15, the dealer tells me to pay an extra sum of money (i.e. Rs. 30, 000) which I was not previously told. Such an act of mischief and fraud shocked me as despite of paying the full amount decided/ agreed by us the dealer is trying to harass me by telling me to pay an extra amount of Rs. 30, 000 or else car will not be delivered. If the dealer finds a calculation mistake after paying of the whole amount clearly shows mistake on the part of the dealer and hence I should not suffer because of the mistakes and carelessness committed on the part of the dealer in calculating the amount. At the date of booking whatever amount was told to me we agreed on that, If I would have known such hidden amount is there I would have never booked this car. Secondly it clearly shows the fraudulent and mischievous act on the part of your dealer which caused and will cause me serious Financial Loss/es as well as mental harassment in the whole deal. Being a Lady, I request you to resolve this matter as soon as possible or else I would not be left with any other remedy then to move consumer forum. Looking forward to hear from you.     Attention Tata Motors, Myself Dr. Raja Agrawal S/o Dr. Suman Kumar Agrawal resident of Mhow district Indore purchased TATA Safari dated Jan 24, 2015 from authorized distributor of TATA, Veer Motors Bhopal.Unfortunately it has been a nightmare since we made this purchase as I observed series of irregularities in legitimate sales documents and unprofessional customer engagement with TATA motors and its distributor (Veer motors) which is being summarized as follows.1. The vehicle was purchased on Jan 24, 2015 but the sales invoice is dated Feb 11, 2015.2. The insurance policy is dated Jan 26, 2015 and the cover letter is dated Feb 11, 2015.3. Form 22 and form 22A which is a compliance certificate from engine manufacturer and chassis manufacturer respectively, was not provided at the time of delivery of the vehicle.4. Form 22A was delivered later to my residential address on Veer motors letter head and signed by unknown person. As per norms, it needs to be issued by chassis manufacturer and not by a distributor. 5. I tried registering my vehicle with the RTO, and noticed Form 22 has not been provided which is a mandatory documentation for registration process.6. On making a request to Veer motors, they assured to make it available within few days.7. I tried following up few days later and never received a satisfactory response from them.8. I finally approached TATA motors Customer support on their toll free #[protected] and lodged a complaint # 1-[protected] dated march 20, 2015.9. I was assured that the matter will be resolved within 5 working days.10. I made a follow up call on March 27, 2015, and was informed my request was closed on Mar 25, 2015 stating that Form 22 has been dispatched to my residential address and will reach me in few days.11. I demanded clarification on closure procedure of the company and lodged second complain # 1-[protected] dated Mar 27, 2015 as I had not received the document by then.12. I insisted to escalate my complain to higher authority as it was almost 2 month I was struggling to get a piece of document which will help me to get the vehicle registration13. Thereafter, several calls were made to requesting me to withdraw complaints with reassurance to resolve matter on priority. I was told that the original Form 22 has been misplaced by them and a request to issue a duplicate copy has been raised with the company.14. My vehicle temporary registration has expired on Mar 13, 2015 and since then I am not using it. Till date, I invested a lot of efforts and valuable time to get this rectified so that I can have a permanent registration and utilizes the vehicle.Now I am seeking your intervention in this matter to get this sorted and make a social awareness to avoid such incidents with other consumers.       et me write again to remind you what has happened, this is informed to you in person by me earlier, which please note. I purchased a Tata Nano LX from Pandit Auto in the month of July 2014. I had come to inquire about Tata Nano where I was shown Tata Nano CX (I was offered CX for test drive), LX and Twist. I was told that, I would get Rs. 30, 000/- discount plus Rs. 5, 000/- against Brand Ambassador bonus and I got some value against buy back of my Tata Indica Petrol. In none of the conversations it was clarified to me that, the LX model which i bought was manufactured in the year July 2013 which was 1 year back. I have demanded to submit the document (before selling the car to me) where it was mentioned. After I purchased the vehicle, the Tax was paid after two days after the vehicle was handed over to me. Also, I didnt get the Insurance Papers, AMC Papers for many days. I was following up for the registration number, I was given many false commitments by the Sales Person, Mr. Rohit. In the mean time, I was informing that, i had completed 200 kms running, which is against the RTO rules, still I didnt get the number. I got the number after I followed up many times, and finally spoke with someone in RTO who gave me the number of the Agent who works on behalf of Pandit Auto, Mr. Raju Lavate, where Mr. Lavate informed me the number, in the mean time, the running of the vehicle was 500 kms. I was not allowed to meet any senior person in between. I was supposed to get a refund of Rs. 2100/- and which was also not given to me in time and when I followed up and finally came to meet Mr. Amol, Branch Manager, I was told that, refund was Rs. 1500/-. I had informed all what had happened in the past to Mr. Amol, where you were available but never intervened in the matter. When I left Pandit in after informing to Mr. Amol that I will be taking legal action against Pandit and the next day You called me and asked me to come to meet you where I informed you all the facts which you agreed. Now, a week back, I received the Registration Smart Card from RTO, Pune, where I was surprised to see that, Date of manufacturing of vehicle was July 2013. I called you, and came to see you where, you kept some documents in front of me to explain me that, I knew about it and I had signed a Vehicle Order Form, You are claiming that, its your internal formality but had a customer signature space where I could find that, that paper which was in duplicate or triplicate, had some fake signature instead of mine. I complained about it and you spoke with your Owner Mr. Gokhale Siddhartha about this, he spoke with me over phone and said that, you return the vehicle and we would return your money, and I wasnt ready for that as I was never intending to sell Nano which was bought 2 months. I wanted a copy of Order Form where Pandit Auto employee had done fake signature of mine but I didnt get it .. (and you informed me last week that, you have sent it to your admin department!!!) I requested Mr. Siddhartha to intervene personally and meet me at the showroom which he agreed initially and then after your discussion with him again over phone, he denied and clearly told me over phone that, his admin and legal team at Pandit have told him that, there was no strong proof with me and hence Pandit is at safer side and told me to take legal action and he will see what to do. In the mean time, you again intervened and said that, you will speak with Mr. Siddhartha's father who was in the US and let me know what to do, on Tuesday. 16 August 2014. I visited on Tueday, along with my father where I didnt get any positive response. You said that, the person from Tata Finance named Sagar told you that, he had informed me about the manufacturing year of said Nano. I spoke with him after I left the showroom where he clearly said that, its not his job and he never informed me this, which please note. Sir, I messaged you a couple of times and I havent yet got any solution to my problem. This is a clear Fraud case and I have been patiently waiting for your positive response.. which I am not getting. I have submitted an application to you requesting to give me a copy of the Order Form on which Pandit Auto employee have done my fake sign.. and that is the only document on which the year of manufacture is mentioned. Also, I have raised a concern over the current value of the 2013 vehicle and need not write in detail in this email.

        Dr.M.Jayabalan, SCTIMST, BMT Wing, Trivandrum -695012. E Mail: [protected]@gmail.com I am the owner of Tata Indica DLE Diesel car (KL01 T 5296, Chassis number 600131JZZP44543). Since the warranty period is over, I gave the car to M/S Kumaran Automobiles (Nagercoil) Pvt.LTd, Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu 629 003 an authorised workshop of Tata motors on 23rd December 2014 for routine service viz change of oil filter, fuel filter element, engine oil with cleaning of engine with baroil additive and cleaning of AC duct and for attending some vibration and noise from the body (Job card No.JC-Kum AuP-NC[protected], 23.12.2014). They, replaced the routine service parts. For attending the vibration and noise from the body, they replaced several items. When I took the car test dive, I found more vibration with the entire car including the dashboard and heavy cracking noise in the front left wheel side. I complained about the increased vibration and noise comparing to the initial condition. They told that the noise is due to damaged engine bed at the left side and replacement of the full unit with Rs 8500/-is required. When I complained that there was no such heavy cracking noise in the front left wheel side when I gave the vehicle for servicing on 23rd December 2014, they changed the diagnosis and told that the noise is due to faulty left side drive shaft and suggested replacement with Rs 5000/=. Though I have not faced any difficulty in driving, still I agreed for the replacement of drive shaft and the drive shaft was changed as per the Job card No.JC-Kum AuP-NC[protected], 16.01.2015. Still, the cracking noise in the front left wheel side did not disappear; only the intensity of the noise was reduced. When I registered this complaint again, the workshop has refused to attend and left me in lurch. I have paid Rs 9942/- for the first job and Rs.4705/- for the second job with total amount of Rs.14647/-.Ultimately, I am left out with no option except approaching trained non-Tata workshop personnel for correcting the cracking noise in the front left wheel side. The non-Tata workshop personnel diagnosed that the engine B Bed is faulty and replaced it in half an hour with the cost of Rs. 904 (Rs 634/- for the spare and Rs 270/- for labour). Now all the cracking noise in the front left wheel side and vibration in the dashboard have disappeared. The car is completely fit for running. In this context, I complain that the approach and motive of the M/S Kumaran Automobiles (Nagercoil) Pvt. LTd, Nagercoil is just to exploit the consumer by forcing to agree for wrong replacement of total part though it is not required. If the consumer does not agree, they will be forced with irrelevant replacement with other parts so that they can sell their spare parts for good commission from Tata motors. On the whole, I am cheated with wrong diagnosis of fault and irrelevant replacement of parts which has caused me monetary loss. Dr.M.Jayabalan

          We have got delivery of our vehicle TATA ZEST XT (Diesel TOP) from Berkley Chandigarh on 31/10/2014. Mr Lovejeet Singh sales man had committed RAIN cum Dust Cover worth Rs. 1999/- at the time of booking. Till date TATA staff has not honored their commitment. The matter was escalated to TATA SALES cum Grievance MANAGER Mr Bhanu at their ZONAL OFFICE in chandigarh (Sector 34). Even after 45 days to TATA Company official now, he has also not reverted. They are not attending our calls even now. Is this the service level of TATA MOTORS established by Mr RATAN TATA for whom commitment and customer satisfaction was much more important but these people are making fool of customers now a days. Once you have given full payment on their commitment then why they are not bothered to even speak on phone. Please revert to me on this why even company officials are not responding to our complaint.               Sir, This car is not running smoothly from the beginning and taken to RF Motors cochin workshop several times within this 9 months time. Sound from under body 4 times, AC complaints, and now coolent pump complaints etc/ etc. When ever we are taking to RF Motors they are not giving any proper service also. This is our second NANO car. Tata is manufacturing several types of car and commercial vehicles and there may be some mistakes in some vehicles. But you were attending very promptly to the complaints. Now RF MOTOERS-COCHIN is taking complaints very lighltly and not attending properly. This may not be knowing to the management but staffs are not attending properly attending the complaints. I may request you to please look into the matter and do the needful. I wants to replace this car with new car, for which, what are the formalities we have to do please inform us immediately.                   I wish to complain about the first free service of my car (TATA Zest Revetron 1.2L 90 ps XMS - KL 52 H 1863) that held on 19th and 20th of March at SkyHigh Motors, Perinthalmanna. I am complaining because no issues were resolved by the service held on the mentioned date. The detailed issues are given below: 1.Issue with power delivery: [protected][protected]- I am experiencing an issue with the power delivery of my car. The power delivery not seems to be linear and the performance of my car degraded considerably on acceleration aspect. I mentioned the same before the service and no actions were taken to resolve this. 2. Issue with AC Blower Fan : [protected][protected]---- As the AC fan was noisy, I complained and it got replaced on 20th March 2015. Still the fan is making noise. 3.General feedback of Service [protected][protected]------ I am not at all satisfied with the service provided by SkyHigh Motors. When I first learned of this problem, I complained this to SkyHigh Motors service manager by E-Mail on 21 March.But still I didn't get any replay by E mail. He assured me that experts from tata motors will take care of thist within 2-3 days. But no actions were taken till date. Finally he called and told me to wait for one more week . I believe that this response is unfair because I am still experiencing the problems and your company is responsible of taking care of this .

                      1. I bought an Indica Vista Aura petrol in Apr 2010. The registration number is DL 10C 1647. 2. The vehicle has had a few problems which include failure of the fan leading to a panic situation because smoke started to emanate from the engine. 3. Latest is non functioning of the AC on account of failure of control panel as also leakage of gas. 4. These are pointers to lack of quality assurance. Would you kindly look into it. A reply would be appreciated.

                        I have tata nano car(2012). Car no is GJ7AR-5714. I visited your services station at last sunday for taking the benefits of warranty. But your warrant executive Mr. Jignesh Mevada told me that you are not eligible for it because I had not done services in your service station. Any his atitude to wards the customer is very rude and aggressive. And this all things he gives me in writing. My car completed 30000 km. I hope positive response from your side.

                          I am K.Suriyakumari. I have Tate Aria Car Reg.No: TN 69 AV 0797. In my car, clutch damper-kit cut in fly wheel side on 21.02.2015 at Kovilpatti. At that time my car was repaired at Kumaran Automobiles, Tirunelveli. Then i take off my car after some a days from the sevice centre. After four days some noise come from joint side and check engine problem igniation icon is came and suddenly car is stopped at while the driving. Because they are not repaired well during the service. Again i went to Tirunelveli Kumaran Automobiles for service on 20.03.2015. They are not know the problem of Check Engine icon. They arrested the noise but some vibration from the body of the car. Some noise is come from the car at the time of speed in 100 km speed. Before the repair problem that noise is not came. I am not satisfied in my car repairing. I have afraid to drive the car while long driving. If these problems will come in my car at future what can i do? I am very feel about that problem and also very feel for buy the Tate Aria Car. Please solve my problem.

Dear Sir, It is my pleasure to introduce myself as Mr. Deepak Kudva belongs to a small town near Mangalore. I purchased TATA ZEST KA.19.ME.5722 as on 8th October 2014, wherein I got full satisfaction with its performance. On 8.02.2015 my vehicle met with an accident. On 11th of Feb 2015 car has been kept for repair with your dealer in Mangalore M/s. AUTO MATRIX –MANGALORE. On 26th of same month Insurance Company has given the approval for repair of vehicle. But I regret to say that from 26th of Feb to till date my vehicle is not been touched. There is no progress in the work. The reason behind in the delay is floor and side wall of the vehicle has not been dispatched. Rest of the parts has been sent which of no use unless Auto Matrix receives the side wall and floor. They cannot start the work without these two. It is getting delay in-spite of several requests. It’s been 22 days now, and TATA MOTORS is not showing any interest. I am highly disappointed with the service you are providing to the customer. Hope you understand my concern and also hope you will support me in this issue.                                   Dear Sir I have purchased Tata Safari EX p White delivery as per subject From Dealer A B Mehta Motors P Ltd. Jandialla Bypass.Amritsar. Finance amount was paid by HDFC Bank Ltd. and other balance payment along with RC Charges was paid to dealer. For which dealer is liable to pay Road tax on our behalf. the car met an accident on 28/12/2014 due to which a major loss arise equaling to total loss. Unfortunatly dealer has not deposited Road Tax amount. The claim has been repudated by Insurance company. The car was insured by Future Generali Insurance Company Ltd vide policy no 2014-V3416058-FPV dt 21/11/15. I am very much annoyed with care less attitude of dealer. I have visited/requested many times to dealer staff to look way out to solve issue. But all my efforts has gone in vein. Hence I request you to please ask your dealer to pay me damages or what so ever possible to provide me car in order.

                                    Sir, I went to Raghvashi motors G T Road Shahadara, auth. Service center for tata motors for wheel alignment & balancing on[protected]. There wheel alignment machine is not working still they open the job card & did it. When I asked them if there machine is out of order why didn't they told me that there machine is not working & they will do it manually. I will get the job done some where else. Doing manually they did not do the job properly steering wheel is still not aligned properly. Is this is the way tata service centers fools there customers.
