Dear Sirs, My Name is Anthony Raj, Living in Dubai. Origin from Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu Chasis # MAT617001ENE03773 - URBAN_BRONZE Registration # TN72 AS 7447, As a customer of TATA motors, after purchasing a new TATA Safari Storme, I am having a bitter experience with TATA customer service by dealer around. I would like to share this information and feedback from you. I have purchased a new Tata Safari Storme recently in the month of June 2014. I really enjoying the car. But I am totally disappointed with the dealers, 1. Tafe Motors - Coimbatore 2. Kumaran Auto - Tirunelveli I purchased the car from Tafe motors Coimbatore, When they approach me for the insurance before registering the car, I advised them to insure in United India Insurance with full cover, that is bumper to bumper including every part of the car and I advised them that I am not interested in any free insurance offers from your Tafe motors. But In the first year itself, they forced me to take up an insurance for some individuals own profit, that if I pay Rs 28500, and their insurance is covered for 3 years!!. Initially I surprised but later by their sweet cunning talks, I have agreed for that, with the condition of that my car should be covered for every part of the car. They agreed. I have paid 28500 Rs, but they paid 19000 Rs to an insurance company and cheated me. Someone from Tafe Motors eaten my money. Now, My car had an accident in July, I have taken the car to Kumaran Auto Tirunelveli, They denied to take up the Job and forced me to take the car to the dealer in coimbatore, I have taken to coimbatore, But the same TATA dealer Tafe Motors told me that my insurance is a very basic insurance and I had to pay from my pocket a huge amount for the repair. I was shocked . Finally after 25 days of repair I was forced myself to take the car out without completing the repair work 100%. As a customer of TATA, I have been cheated by your coimbatore dealer Tafe Motors. I kindly request you to enquire Tafe about my car dealings and reply to me. My next bad experience is, Now my car second free service time, I have taken to Kumaran Auto, Palayamkottai for second free service, They said they cant do the free service and they will charge me for that service. Its just because I have taken the car from different dealer and my car completed 8000KM. This was surprised me. I have brought the car back home without done the free service. So I am in a position to drive my car from tirunelveli to Coimbatore for the service about 1000 KM up and down. This is ridicules from TATA customer service. I expecting an investigation from your side and make me clear, what the dealers done to me was correct or wrong. I am mentally verymuch disturbed about these TATA dealers behaviour against me. Otherwise I have no option other than filing a complaint and criminal case against both of these dealers, Will also file a case in consumer court. I lost more than 3 Laks of Rupees and mentally tortured because of this bad and cunning behaviour of these two TATA dealers.

I V. Madhu Sudan, through your dealer ( Tejaswi Motors, Hi-tec City, Madhapur Branch) purchased TATA SAFARI STORME bearing registration number: TS07ER9597 on 15th October 2015.

Having spent a whopping 14 Lac towards this transaction, my experience has been horrible..

I wish to bring to your notice for urgent action with regards to the defective car that was delivered to me.

My 4 week old vehicle suddenly stopped on the highway while I was travelling to Srisailam along with my business associates which is 200km from Hyderabad.

I alerted the showroom staff besides other emergency service numbers that were given to me at the time of delivery.

I made close to 30 calls for help service, as I was completely stranded in a forest area, but unfortunately I did not get satisfying support which is inhuman on your part.

The response of the emergency break down service staff was more than six hours and other than towing the vehicle to the workshop, they were not equipped with any tools to rectify the defect in the engine.

After reaching Hyderabad, I personally paid a visit to the workshop to enquire the status of my vehicle and to my utter dismay I found it lying along with some other automobiles unattended for more than 40 hours.
They are yet to give a vehicle inspection status to ascertain the root cause of the problem.

In this context, I am in a shattered state of mind and I am not going to accept the vehicle as I suspect that a defective product has been delivered to me.

I will escalate and if need be proceed legally to claim exchange/compensation for the lapses from your end, as quality checks were not done properly, otherwise engine breakdown would have been impossible for a new vehicle.

Although it is a new vehicle, it is evident that I became a victim of the rosy talk of your sales force, who promise and fail to serve the customers when they need your crucial support.

Having been in the IT Industry in a leadership role, I always had loyalty for Indian made cars. I am rethinking this philosophy and shall not recommend your product to any of my friends/colleagues who are contemplating to buy a new vehicle.

Basing on my aforesaid complaint number: 1-[protected], I got an SMS today stating Query no: ‘1-[protected]’ is Resolved (which has not yet been resolved) when I am totally disgusted with my purchase.

    Problem faced : 1)Steering feeling vague and heavy on ceetain points and car not steady on highway speeds of around 60-70-80 kmph 2)Steering too heavy at parking speeds and no auto return to centre Visit 1 on 13/07/2014 : Reported these problems but since it was a sunday i was told these problems being a Sunday cannot be attended today so they did general check up and gave the car back to me . The problem mentioned above remained as is unattended. Visit 2 on 20/08/2014 : reprted these porblems again : Job slip was made : I came back from workshop and had to make many many calls to Service advisor to get an update on what is wrong with the car. Finally i was told that suspension is opened up and work is being carried out and approximate cost will be around 14-16000rs(also posted on teambhp.com). I agreed and requested the S A to be double sure that the problem would be solved . I was assure dthe problem will be solved . Then next day after making several calls again to S A i was told that the work might get completed today and then again after several calls i was returned the car on same day with a invoice of RS 24780/- to which i was shocked. But having trust on Concorde from previous visits i paid and took the car . I informed my S A that the steering has become more hard than previoiusly and i was told ok bring thecar back. I dont understand why did Concorde only work on suspensions and not on steering ? Is it because Suspension is out of warranty and easy to earn money from client whereas Steering has to be covered in Extended warranty ? Visit 3 on 10/09/2014 : Reprted the same problem again . This time i insisted on a test drive . Arrival time at worlshop was 8.20 Am and departure time was around 11 am . I spent 3 hours in worksjhop explaining my problem . gentleman came with me for a test drive and confirmed that steering has problems. I left the workshop and around 2 pm satrted makingcalls to my S A about updates to which i received several contradictory replies . Shocked from what was going on, i decided to leave my office in bandra in half day and visited workshop again . Again there i was given different contradictory statments by various Mr Prabahakar, mr Surve and Mr S A, Mr Abdul . I got very worried by now and and no confidence on Concorde if they will eb able to solve the problem even now . I begged the team at concorde to at least complete the process of extended warranty claim of steering rack by today . today as on 11/09/2014: I am shocked to learn that the warranty claim has still not been put up in the system . they now want me to spend another Rs 9000 on suspension strut . (please note that on 21/08/2014 i have already spent Rs 24780 on the car suspension parts). I still dont know by when will the warranty approval of steering rack come ? and when will the work on my car start? and when will i receive my car back ? and will it be after solution of all the problems ? or the problem will still persist? Can you please help me with proper service to my car and proper feedback system?

        Hi, this is to highlight the pathetic service and fake commitments from the service advisors in Tyal motors, Faridabad. They even don't know how to deal with customer. Long wait for the exact hardware issue. None of the adviser interacts and proactively inform about the problem. i wait till 4 hours to know what exactly the problem. And, then they give me the wrong tentative amount for the part repair and replace. Post that they told me that they don't have any part available. They confirmed me that they will handover the car by next day evening. next day none of the person called me for the update. When i called to the service adviser allotted to me ( Mr. Ramzan). he told that car will not be ready by today. Ask me to call tomorrow. Is this the way to deal with customers.And, top of it when i went there for the delivery today. They have not replaced the discussed part. And, told me that part is not available. why the information is not been shared. i went there post confirmation. pathetic experience. My car was not cleaned and, when i asked for the car wash they told me to pay for that. Where in my car was in so bad position after the service. is this the basic ethics of serving customer. if such things happens in tata motors authorised service work station. then i am sorry to say. i will not recommend anyone for tata cars.           Hi Team, I have purchased Tata Safari Storme LX model on 22 Jun 2014 from Shree Vasu Automobiles, Meerut UP and during my first scheduled servicing (22 July 2014) which happened at HUNDEKARI MOTORS, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. we noticed that the there is a colour difference at left side rear door. We tried to contact the sales person of Shree Vasu Automobiles named Sachin but no convincing response from him. We suspect that the vehicle was damaged and colour was changed during denting and painting at Shree Vasu Automobiles. Please look in to this and help me ASAP.             I buy a aria 4x4 pride in may 2011 from pandit auto pimpri
            I am very much feed up with the experience from that car which undergo repair every alternate month, failer of engine three time, tyre bust 4 time, hande brake problem, senser, timing belt, usb, wiper, and for any other further detail see the history of the car mh-14-cs-7277, now the car is at coimbatore tata service center for engine failer, now i am willing to go to the the consumer court regarding this issue i have already paid many rupees for the repair and got the problem when travelling for long distance

              I had given my Tata Indica for servicing and fixing the problems in the vehicle. They claimed that the problem is resolved but when I tried, problem was still there. Not even minor problems were resolved. I have informed them and they said they will repair it but no action taken yet. I tried 2 dealers Jaika Motors and A K Gandhi in Nagpur but no one could resolve it so far.

                With a heavy heart I am writing this mail. First I would like to introduce myself, I am Rajarajen aged about 44 an Automobile enthusiast, having automobile background, long back worked with a car dealer Now a senior Agent of LIC having a good no client’s base. And also running g a small BPO servicing STAR HEALTH Customers. As I thought o[censored]pgrading my petrol car to a diesel car, I enquired about diesel cars from different manufacturers. As my friend having old Indica for a long time and suggested me to take a Tata car but he also warned about the worst experience in the dealer point. In spite of his advice I stepped into TAFE ACCESS at Pallikaranai Near to my House and had a look at INDIGO ECS diesel. The sales Person who attended me suggested me to go for Indica Vista VX Tech as I am oversized. So I decide to go for Vista and the Process started. He asked me to give a token advance to start the finance process. I also paid Rs.5000/- on 21st Thursday2014 and the finance was processed through Tata Motor Finance. The process was like gentle breeze and I found no hiccups. I also got the loan sanctioned and the finance person asked me to complete the documentation. I called the sales person and told that I have to sell my Old car Maruti Baleno and also I have a customer, after selling the car I will not be having movement vehicle (You know very well how a vehicle is important for person in the insurance service industry). I need the vehicle as early as possible. I also requested him that I want to select the car before making the payment. He also promised that Ican select the car at the time of payment. So I have completed the finance formalities on 26th August2014. I visited the showroom on 28th August ’14 to pay the balance amount. When I enquired about the selection of the car the sales man told me the car has been allotted to me. I was totally upset and made my mind to go with the car allotted to me as I need the car urgently. So I requested that I want to see the car. Sales man told me the car is in the yard which is 40 kms away from the showroom. He insisted me to pay the balance amount in total and I also did the same. Again I requested him for a Pooja Delivery on 29th August ‘14(Ganesh Chadurthi Day) which is the highly auspicious day in the year. He told me he will try and asked me to give a call by 11am on 29th. I called him nearly 4 times and I got vague answers. So I went to dealer showroom and found there are four cars of other customers and other sales man waiting for pooja delivery. I was completely upset. I returned back home and the called the sales person he told me on Saturday 30th he will show the vehicle. On Saturday 30th I went to the showroom once again and they show me the car parked outside of the showroom. The car was totally dirty; lot of greasy finger prints in the seat, dash board, glove compartment door handle and in the door trims, the plastic cover in the rear seat was completely torn out. I was totally upset and I asked for a new car. But again a big shock like thunder blown on my head that the car was already invoiced and insured from 26th Aug 14. I found no other way and asked about the dirt in the car they simply ignored my questions. Again I called the sales person(who will mostly not available in the showroom) he promised me that the car will be delivered to me after doing the cleaning work, and completion of RTO work by 6 pm on 1st September I can take delivery of the car. I also Made a request that after 1st sep 14 the days are not auspicious and again I have to wait for one week till next Monday 8th of sep 14 The sales person also promised me the delivery on 1st sep 14. From the morning I was following the sales person and got confirmation that the car has gone for RTO and will be delivered in the evening. So Based on his commitment I made all arrangements in the temple for new car pooja, I invited my brother family for car delivery occasion they also stared from home when I was on the way do the dealer showroom with my wife. I got a call from the showroom and some female lethargically told that the car was not registered and asked me take delivery on 2ndTuesday sep’14. I was totally out of mood and canceled all my pooja preparations. I am buying this for my own purpose to go and meet clients. As I met with an accident in two wheeler, I can’t ride two wheeler I am spending nearly 1500 rupees as auto fare daily, Who will bear this. Now As by my fate am waiting till 8th of September ’14 to take delivery of the car. In the mean time on 5th of September 2014 I have received a SMS from DM-TATA MOTORS, the body of the message is” Your Indica Vista VX Tech QJ FORREGN is ready after service.PL contact Your service advisor at 42901234 for taking delivery” 1. I want to know why an undelivered car has to go to service station and the job has to be raised in my name and number. Before allotting car to the customer don’t you do the PDI will you book the new car job in customer name ridicules 2. Insurance was taken from 26th of Sep’14 by the dealer without my knowledge and even I do not know in which company I am having my insurance If I am taking delivery of the car on 8th Sep why should I pay insurance for 15 days unnecessarily 3. As per my knowledge the invoice for the car was raised on 26th Aug’14. but the show me the car only on 30th Aug without registration 4. The car was allotted without my knowledge I have been forced to take the car by the dealer 5. I am totally UN happy to buy the car but there is no other go. 6. I am shredding tears now as I made a wrong decision to buy a TATA Car 7. If a customer is handled in way that he will not ever turn back to a TATA dealership. I will definitely tell my horrible experience to all my clients and I won’t allow them to take any TATA CAR What is the use of introducing world level products with 0 commitment and local market dealers? Previously I really thought why Tata cars are not hot cake in the market? But Now I am very clear that with this type of customer support Tata cars will never be in the first position NOW I CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD THE TATA’S STRATEGY IS NOT ‘HORIZON NEXT’ IT IS ONLY’ HORRIBLE NEXT’ N.B: For Your information that one of my friend booked a Maruti swift car on 30th of September and the car was delivered on 1st sep 14 evening after the RTO work completed.                     Let me start by saying that i use to be a huge tata follower n admirer but i want to tell you with heavy heart that i am regreting after purchasing tata vista quadrajet as i strongly beleive that its a defective piece as i have four tata vehicle in my family n nowhere have seen such bad performance n service as given by tata motors n my car. I bought this car with hard earn money and now since two months of purchase i have been facing problems constantly. Clutch noise, heater plug, average, defective tyres, additional noise now its not moving all of a sudden n many more on top of that under warranty thing were considered minor problem till warranty period n once it over they became wear n tear. It sad to feel like this for tata. I know you would not entertain my problem to resolve issues but will call me and then nicely will be dupmped. I want replacement of my car i know it sounds wierd but trust to tegain my trust in tata i would want replacement. I know u guys will say replacemwnt is not possible we will make sure that you will het better service at good price or try resolve the iaaue by looking into the matter. Honestly i am feeling cheated i want new car i have 50k savings i can pay that much is required in order to get new car. Now i know nothing is gonno happen even then as tata admiror wanted to gibe it a shot. I have all possible things available of tata in my life. I cant beleive i will start hating tata because of this. Please keep my faith in tata intact n do something. My car no. Ia MH 04 ET7523 Model 2011. Ran almoat 35k kms.

                    Superb response i got a call from wasan motors saying please call our towing service n send your car to workshop.
                    I fail to understand this how someone tryes resolve problem. Anybody who owns a car knows the process. Please resolve it by replacing it or say no completely dont do things to make your records proper. That we called n did our duty. Or please forward it to higher authority who can take a call.
                    I Bought a TATA Nano Car on 8th February 2015, post buying my car there was no one
                    responsible
                    from the Malwa Motors to get the car Registered.
                    After me calling them everyday morning & evening and giving reminders they got my car
                    registered on the 20th March 2015. till that date I was not able to use the car.
                    on 21st of March when I took my car the AC was not responding I took the car to the service
                    center & till date it is with them only.
                    after every 3 days they bring the car back for a test drive & when again not responding take
                    back the car to service center.
                    the car has completed 500km only in service station. car is still at the service station.

                    I think I have bought the car to be placed at the service center. For the brand new car the
                    engine is not responding & the company is not ready to replace the vehicle.

                    Just screwing up the consumer by giving us the defective product and then not ready to replace
                    the vehicle.

                    My father who has brought the car is a blood pressure patient and have been on the medications
                    since 2 weeks now because of the car tension & depression.

                    Every time I am receiving the car again with its not responding attitude.

                    It’s my humble request to get the car replaced, as I do not want any miss happening to happen
                    with my father just because of this car issue.

                    So from 8th of February till today I have not been able to drive my car, earlier was not
                    registered then the AC was not responding. As per service center they have tried changing
                    every single component of the car like Condenser, wiring, value. I have been suffereing in
                    Auto, Taxi & metro since 2 months without the car. No solution as yet.

                    I would request for a car replacement. I amm not sure as all the components of a brand new car
                    have been getting changed every day still car not responding.

                    Today again i was been called at the service station & Opender Nayyar from TATA motors was
                    also present there. The issue was as it is. i had to call the police & the media as i was not
                    getting the support. The issue is as it is.

                    I have to take a day off every second day to check the car at the service station, i am paying
                    for taxis every day, my work & personal life is getting disturbed.

                      I have given my Tata Indica Turbo model year 2005 bearing registration number DL 3CW 7840 for replacement of AC Compressor on 4th September 2014 at Dhingra Motors Pvt Ltd at Ghurgaon Haryana. I have now been told the estimate for repair of the Airconditioning system will be around Rs 40, 000/ excluding labour charges. The price brake up for the repair is as under : 1) AC Compressor Rs 23, 000/- 2) AC condensor core Rs 5, 618/- 3) AC Setring Celing Rs 4, 500/- 4) Valve Rs 9, 00/- 5) AC Gas 2, 500. My complaint is the following: 1) The AC Compressor is from Subros and even the MRP price is not more than Rs 10, 000/ how can TATA be charging Rs 23, 000/ from the consumer which they procure from Subros for less than Rs 7, 500/-. 2) I asked them to return the car for which they are now asking for Rs 2, 500/ as labour charges.

MAT612240DKK16691 From J.P. Motor (Sarog Bye Pass, Solan Himachal Pradesh), Solan. In this regards, I had got a car loan from HDFC BANK. The loan amount that passed by bank authority is Rs 1, 80, 000/- instead of Rs 1, 65, 000/-. So i have to get refund of Rs 15, 000 from the same dealer J.P. Motor.                           Sir, this is to complain about the fact that I have bought a Tata Safari about a year back, and the rear most window panel has got rusted and it looks ugly.                             The above car was puchased by me through finance given by your Anna Nagar branch, Chennai, subsequently the car was missing and necessary FIR, not traceable certificate from Police/Court were submitted for Insurance Claim. But to my utter dismay I was made to run pillar to post for getting the Insurance claim as I was not getting the support from your Company. Finally, after I made a complaint to Chief Minister Tamil Nadu Special Cell the matter was sorted out and the Insurance company was provided with required details from your Company and now the account got fully adjusted FROM THE CLAIIM AMOUNT.

                            But to my utter dismay till date I have not got the 'NO DUE CERTIFICATE' from your Company, hence I fervently appeal to you expedite the NO DUE CERTIFICATE without further delay.

The car has been having problems since the day i bought it. I had asked for a white colour and was given a yellow colour. I then told the sales executive SANJEEV (who has left the company) the moment i left the showroom that the clutch is not proper and its hard and also the steering was cross and i was told that we can go to the service center and it will be fixed. I did go to the service center and i was told that the clutch is fine even after me insisting that its not and nothing was done. I then sent the below email and after me sending the email SANDEEP the CRM called me and he assured me that the clutch issue and the steering issue will be fixed but it wasnt. To my surprise MR SANDEEP has also left the company. The driver who took the test drive did confess that the clutch was hard but it wasnt fixed. Mr SANDEEP gave me false assurance that he will take care of the clutch which he didnt and instead was forcing me into taking the AMC because the clutch isnt under warranty and TATA motors would have paid from the pocket. This is a clear case of fooling a customer. After i was leaving the service center MR SANDEEP tells me to give a rating of 10 for all the parameters when i get the feedback call as well as to give 10 on 10 when he asked me to fill the feedback form. PATHETIC SERVICE. I went to the service center on the 1862013 with a complaint that gear transition isnt good and i was told its due to the clutch and it will be fixed once we change the clutch. And now recently the car started leaking inside, near the front co passenger seat. I was angry that i had to tell my husband that lets take the car to the service center and show this issue that i am facing. The car was stinking as the water was getting collected on the carpet of the car. It is a shame for TATA MOTORS, to make such a product. Adding to me surprise MR SANDEEP didnt mention about the clutch issue in his report which is discovered on the 1862013 when i went to the service center. And this is the reason i am writing back again. So that this time i get someone genuine and who would do their work correctly without making any false commitments and assurances. On 1862013 when i gave the car for service and when i paid RS 2041 for the second FREE service, i didnt fill the feedback form and i will not till my clutch is fixed. Because, it is insane when you force the customer to fill the feedback form when they are not satisfied with your SERVICE. The car is useless, even the left rear door isnt closing properly and even the window glass gets stuck sometimes. All i want is that my clutch to be replaced ASAP as it wasnt fixed since day one from the time i bought the car. It is quite obvious that if the clutch has issues and if it isnt fixed it will get burnt and will have issues. I AM WILLING TO GO TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL IF REQUIRED WHICH I WOULD HATE TO DO. HOPE SOMEONE IS LISTENING. IF NO ONE IS LISTENING I WILL LEAVE THE CAR IN YOUR SERVICE CENTER AND WOULD NOT TAKE IT TILL THE CAR CLUTCH IS FIXED. MR SANJEEV AND MR SANDEEP were liars and TATA MOTORS SHOULD NOT RECRUIT PEOPLE LIKE THEM. I purchased your product over other cars in the market thinking that TATA MOTORS has value for money.

                                I purchased my TATA Nano on 29th Dec 2012 from “Raghuvanshi Motors, Dilshad Garden, New Delhi”.
                                Since recently we didn’t know about the four year warranty of TATA Nano, on a regular day a Tata personnel Mr. Opender Singh along with GM of Raghuvanshi motors Mr. Praveen Sharma came to our door and asked about whether we owned a TATA Nano or not. We were facing some problems with our car ever since we purchased it long as it used to make sounds when the car turned, and ever since we have purchased the car, the AC never worked. After a checkup, we came to know that the base of car has rusted entirely and the car was not in a good condition at all.

                                The car had only covered a distance of 9000 KMs yet we were facing this problem. of Tata Motors helped us a lot as our car was picked and sent to the service center body shop real soon. After talking to many neighbors who owned other cars since last 6-8 years, we came to know that no one had ever faced this problem and we were surprised why our car was in such a bad shape that all the metal was breaking down.
                                We are really thankful to Mr. Opender Singh from TATA Motors Gurgaon (Phone no. [protected]) who has helped us a lot. He is talking a lot of pain and doing efforts for our car.
                                Sir we will be grateful if all the problems related to our car will be rectified specially the AC and the rusting issue. We are looking forward to deal with TATA in future also as at present we are quite happy with their services and dealings.

                                  I took my SAFARI with complaints to its engine cooling system and Air Conditioner to TATA Dealer in Kannur. The same was promptly attended and the Car was returned to me after 4 days informing that it was a small problem and was rectified. 2 weeks later after about 500 Km the car was again taken to the dealer for repairs of other (4x4 shifting) problems, for which the car was kept there at service centre for about 20 days.I got the car and went on a trip of 1000 Km the same complaints of cooling systems and a/c re surfaced, thankfully I managed to reach home safe even with the problem. I took the car to the dealer again on 22/08/2014. I was again promptly attended but I was bit miffed of and let the service adviser know my dissatisfaction with their last service, I also asked them do other routine checks and replacements and also asked them to change a Fog Lamp, after keeping the car there for 10 working days, I was told to collect the car on 01/09/2014 in the evening after 5 pm. When I reached there, I was told to test drive the same and when I informed them about my dissatisfaction on Power steering, they informed me it was ok, but when I asked them to open the hood, found that the power steering fluid was near the Min mark, they informed us that since it was already closing time, I could drive the car even at the minimum mark of the fluid, when I protested they filled it. When I wanted to check the headlamp Focusing, they informed me that it was not possible, I asked them to give the same to me in writing, they got rough and asked me to wait in the lobby while they discuss. Finally one of them requested me to take the car with me get the focus done some time later, that is when I noticed that the Fog lamp, which I had asked to replace was removed but a new one not fixed, but I was billed for same and I had already paid the bill as they had asked me to do so before the Cashier closes at 5 pm. I finally accepted my car after registering my protest and getting in writing that the fog lamp was not fitted. I proceed on journey 120 Km and on reaching the destination found that the coolant was empty, the same problem of cooling system was still there un solved. I have another urgent Journey of 250 Km to make, which I hope to manage some how by frequent filling of water and reach back home on 03/09/2014. I am not sure whether to take it back to same dealer to get the problem solved since I had already paid him for the supposed work done.

                                    Tata is manufacuting such a cheap standard products that i experience from my car
                                    Along with manufacturing, customer satisfaction department is also zero . I had even done from such a worse experience with i experience after being a customer of tata .
                                    I will never switch again to tata and advice other to switch to tata .
                                    Low standard products with zero customer feadback

                                    So many faults in my car and no one is answerable . As much as my car does to the service station the faults and expenses increase . This time my bumper broke under the supervision of tata motors but no one is answerable .
                                    I called tata motors helpline they provide me capturing vehicle to capture my car and at the time of capturing my car bumper break .
                                    It is the responsiblity of tata motors to give a response and pay for damage because the capture vehicles belongs to tata motors but no assistance is provided to me my tata motors customer care . They just put the call on hold .
                                    Kindly give a quick response and i have set my mind to sue a complaint against the services and performance of tata motors in court of law
