Hi, My self sandesh, iam running a construction industry in trivandrum.iam writing this mail in deep concern for my indigo which had met with an electrical short circuit which led to wiring kit damage i had given my tata indigo regno:KLO1AZ 5530 for some repair works (insurance work- wiring got burnt) in tata dealership kulathunkal motors at 12.05.2014.as per the service advisor biju he promised me delivery within two weeks as the wiring & related parts needs only two days of work.i contacted him several times and he keep on changing the delivery time, At last when i went and contacted biju on 08.07.2014 at kulathunkal motors trivandrum almost two months later he said he had not received the parts still now and he needs another two weeks more for arranging the parts. i am stuck up for around two months now, i have another brands of cars and any problems like this even major repairs for another brands are not taking more than two weeks, then why in my case it is getting delayed for around 75 days as they have only two days of work to do in my car and the dealer is waiting for parts for two months? Does it require two months for parts to transfer from pune to trivandrum? Can you take up the issue in priority and arrange to give the vehicle to me by 22.07.2014 as last promised date by the service advisor.as many of the customers i met in the workshop told me that tata customer care service is one of the best, so i thought of lodging a complaint.     dear sir, i am ANITA CARPENTER user of TATA INDIGO ECS MP-41-CA-2146.Sir my problem is that my vechile`s rear mirror is broken few months ago which has been repaired at krinshu motors indore (m.p) and now when we have complaint them so they are saying that it takes 2000rupees for repairing and the pasting of is not properly thats why the leakage of rear mirror come to the back seats and it totally get wet by rainy water and it is so problamatic for us because we cannot be able to go any where because of these problem so its my humble request to you to solve my problem fastly.

      I am owner of Indica Vista Regd.no.PB10CX7672 and having 2+2 yrs warranty.Today I visited M/s Dada Motors, Ludhiana for Service & having problem as Hard Clutch, Hard Steering, Loose Diggi shockers, Head & Fog lights not working.Ur Dealer has refused to change these under warranty.Earlier also on 9/8/12 Inv.05825, they have charged Rs.4200for replacing Front Shaft beside in warranty & saying that amount will be adjusted in future bill.A complaint has already sent U in Aug12.Please advise ur Dealer to refund the old amt.4200 and replace the Clutch set, steering drum, diggi shockers, Lights.         I am a owner of Tata Indica Vista 2012 Model. When ever i have given my car for service at Tata concorde service centers in chennai, i have not reached home with a happy face as their sales after service is very poor. I have taken chances at 3 different location of their facility namely Maduravoyal, Injambakam and Ambattur with poor customer service. Tata is the most reliable and durable brand thats the reason i opted for it but i am no blaming the product its their servcie which is pathetic.

          Dear Sir, I have owned a NANO car [Registration No. AS 01 AW-3255 ) and due some technical problem I had to give the same to your service centre M/s. SBM Motors at NH-37 Guwahati-3, Assam. Accordingly I have registered a booking on 5/7/2014 with the service centre and reached the centre at 10.10 AM on 6/7/2014 [ Time given by service centre executive on 5/7/2014] . At around 10.30 AM the service centre executive recorded the problem with my car and handed over the job card copy to me. My car was parked outside the service centre all the time and I had been waited there upto 12.45 PM . During this long period no one of your service centre approached me or asked me about the problem. I have observed that the key persons were busy attending those cars, which needs huge spare changing due to accident or whatever and the costly cars. Even, when I asked my car's key back to come out from your service centre, they did'nt even ask me why I am not wiling to get my car service done. I had returned from the place at around 1.00PM without the job being done. At last I had to go to a road side garage to reset my car's problem, and same is done within half an hour time. I don't know how to explain my bitter experience, but just can say that I have spoiled my day being with your service centre.. Thanking You Tapan Chakraborty [protected]

            I'm using Tata Nano Lx from 2013 july onwards.. Vehicle number. KL-43 E-8661. I am unhappy with Tata motors becuase of, In your advertisement you people told me Tata Nano gives 25.3/kmpl... So i took Tata Nano and i used the vehcle, normally I'm getting the same mileage(25). But after the second service onwards the issue started, Mileage getting only 14/kmpl and also A/c is not working properly nope also. I don't know what happened in my vehicle? whats done your servicing people in this vehicle.. I took this Tata Nano only the reason you people told me the mileage 25.3/kmpl. Now what should i? I checked 2, 3 times for mileage but the same problem is facing till day... I'm waiting for your reply. I think you people will take care of my problem. Please do necessary option..

            I have been a satisfied customer of Tata motors and this is the first time I have encountered a problem with regard to mileage and AC of my Nano Car.
            I have lodged a complaint on 05/jul/2014 with regard to this. As per my complaint a driver from M/S Concorde Motors came on 08/Jul/2014 and I have explained to him in detail all the issues I am facing. At that time the meter reading of my car was 11591. Its only 20 kilometers from my home to M/S Concorde Motors. On 11/07/14 I again went to M/S Concorde Motors, Mr Jayan(service manager) advised that they could accept my complaint only after a Join Test Drive.But when I enquired the details of my vehicle complaint to Service executive Mr. Nikhil and Join test drive executive, they told me that they have done the general checkup and have cleaned the air filter.they also added the AC complaint was not completely resolved.They updated me that, after the Join Test Drive we could get the details of last 10 drives only.Unfortunatly they erased my drives and only showing the details of service center executives drives.When I have done the Join Test Drive the kilometer reading was 11626.This was done by Mr.Jayan(service manager) and the same was accepted by the Join Test Drive executive. After the Join Test Drive the mileage was 23/km without AC and 18/km with AC. With this my complaint was grounded and informed that this is the mileage that the TATA NANO would get. I was threatened at the showroom and was asked to sign in an unfilled application and when I was reluctant to sign, with physical force I was asked to sign in the blank application that the mileage has issue has been resolved. Without giving back my vehicle I was asked to go from that place and they told that they would give a call in my mobile. I was also asked to pay the amount for the check-up at the time Join Test Drive.On the next day I was traveling to Chennai, and when I reached to Coimbatore I got a call asking me to take the vehicle.Because of this issue I was forced to postpone my business commitments for two times and repeatedly told that without resolving the complaint I would not take my vehicle.
            The mental agony and physical strain I have faced at the showroom is really pathetic and unbelievable. i pray that let God not give this kind of experience I had to anymore else and also let people not get mislead with the advertisement that 25.3/km
            If my issues are not resolved, I will be forced to discard my vehicle as an unwanted thing and say "Tata"(goodbye) to my vehicle.Please make sure that atleast personnel in service centre do they duty with responsibility commitment.
            I am really disappointed for having taken a TATA Nano.I will look forward to hear from you and to resolve this problem.
            Sir, I purchased Tata zest XMS Patrol car from Dealer name fair deal Ltd jammu, Buyer name Mrs.Monika Sharma purchased date 21 oct 2014. I complaint many time to the dealer and your company engineer that car heating too much during travel in that duration AC failed .And petrol mileage is 9-10km in city and long distance mileage is 12-13km.In highway.
            in that case i want to sell my car becouse i am tired please help me as soon as possible .

              I have purchased a Tata Indigo ECS on 29/05/2014 from Malwa automobiles Panipat. Engine no is 475idt14dvyp15820. Sir I was going to Haridwar with my family on 7/06/2014. But on the way my car had a breakdown due to radiator problem.The radiator was having a leakage due to some manufacturing problem. And I tried to contact the dealer M/S Malwa automobiles PVT ltd but there was no response from the company. A complaint was also lodged with Tata customer care [protected], complaint no.[protected] also there was no response for towing and another complaint was again registered on[protected] complaint no.1-[protected] for radiator leakage which also had no response. Whole of my family had to face torrid time due to this.No help was received from your side and lastly we have to tow my car at my cost(Rs.4200/-) to the nearest dealer in Roorki city IS MOTORS authorized Tata Dealer.It is further brought to your notice that radiator of my car was got repaired at IS motors Roorki and Rs.6700/- was paid wide invoice no.ISMotr-RK[protected] dated 09/06/2014 not considering insurance and falsely claiming it to be accident case which is not the case. Further car was got inspected at Goel Motors Patiala who also confirmed that there is some manufacturing fault in the radiator.It is here by requested that the Tata Motors should take note of the complaint and the harassment faced in due course should replace the car and refund all the expenses I have to bear (repair of radiator Rs.6700/-, towing expenses Rs.4200/- and undue stay at Haridawar waiting for towing from Tata Motors Rs10000/-).                 Sir, we are well established driver training centre in Tenkasi, Tirunelveli dist, Tamilnadu state, 627811.We are purchased a TATA INDICA eV2 in 2012Feb. This car runs 40800. In beginning from the car runs in a/c we press the clutch to change the gear the engine becomes. off. we ask the service point from first service they did not find out what is the reason for.They did not rectify still.Again we met another compliant when the car is running all warning lamps are flashed and RPM of engine increased. We ask the service point KUMARAN AUTOMOBIES TIRUNELVELI (NAGARCOIL) and avail service But still the compliant not rectified..                     Mr. From the date 30 october 2013, i got an an small accident, i come to ur service center( focuz automobile service center thiruvanathapuram), ( before i have done 2 services from your center) accident in dickey damage, i accepted the insurance claim, you have given bill amount 12445, invoice no[protected]. but still not received your insurance claim . I inquired insurance office, they are give me report that there is no accident claim at that period for this insurance.I am going to take legal action against your company with in two days if i will not get proper reply. Also services from ur company is very poor as that period of time, because for one servicing your people filled acid water in my wiper water, after 3 days ball my wiper blade damage, and paints become colour lost. after one month my engine repairing come because no oil changing...                       I had bought a Tata Sumo Gold Cr4 Gx on 20.03.2014. There appeared a news on 18th February that Tata would reduce the price of Sumo on the basis of the Excise tax revision by the Central Govt. But when I got the Sumo I had to pay more than the price on 18/02/2014. More over Mohandas Motors Trivandrum fail to give any details of the revised rate.                         My car Tata Nano had a breakdown on the 26th Of June. After so many requests and after speaking to so many people at the Tata motors Injambakkam chennai centre, they agreed to pick up my car for service on 27th June. While giving the car for service, i had told them many times that i have a function on the 30th of June and i need my car at the earliest. Even after regular requests, they did not start the car service until the 28th of June. After completing the car service, they called me in the evening on the 28th of June, saying they can deliver the car only on the 30th. I had requested them n-number of times that i need the car by 30th morning, please deliver on time. Today, 30th of June, at 2:00 PM after regular calls i am told that no driver is available for the drop service. I have been torchered by these people for just fixing my car. In all this, i told not to do any other service apart from the breakdown fix alone. I am surprised and now i understand why people of India do not want to trust Indian brands! Thank you Mr. Tata for completely eliminating the trust on Indian car makes!

                        Hi my vehicle number is AP23N1926. I done service in hyderabad (tadbund) Tejaswini Motors on 13 april2015 . I explained clearly the problems but they didnt rectified even single issue but I paid 18K. To sort out my issue I went again to show room after a week they asked me to sit for whole day but end of the day they sorted nothing and wasted my time . Again I raised issue so they collected vehivle from my house on 29th april 2015 and they delivered on 1 may in morning hours . Again this time they didnt done nothing when I called manager and asked he replayed they didnt had electrition.

                        I got all proof even with my vehicle job slip and payment slips

                        Now my issue is they cant do anything so I need my money back which is 18 K .

                          Reference- Complaint No.1-[protected] Respected sir, I have purchased your company’s Indica DLS V2 car (MH 17 AE 3882). The car is developing frequent grave problems in its ECU system. After buying the car, just within six months the car developed a problem in its ECU. So far four times the same problem occurred and we got it rectified. Still the car is having similar fault. Now for rectifying this fault, I left the car at Pandit Auto Workshop, Bhosari.Actually, this car is having manufactural fault. I am tremendously mentally harassed due to this faulty car and I have to bear the financial losses for no fault of mine. Moreover, in case of the similar problem I left the car at Pandit Auto, Tilak Road, Pune to get it fixed but without any reason they worked on gear and clutch inflicted 13600 rupees on me. I want my car to be replaced by the new one otherwise I have to avail to consumer court.

                                To, Whom so ever it may concern This is to draw your kind attention towards your poor service at Malwa Motors - Delhi. Today i.e. 26/06/2014 went for serviving of my car and other technical issues done.My earlier experience with malwa motors hasnt been good, so this time just to ensure spare parts used at the time of service are genuine I made a condition to stand in the workshop during the course of all activities and advisor allowed me for the same. Later, staff of Malwa motors were delaying again and again in my work of no use and inspite of several reminders to the G.M (Service) Mr. R.K. Singh, there was no action taken, Later, A white colour sumo driven my mechanic name Vikki hitted me by the car in the workshop and argued for making me realise that it is my mistake as I am standing in workshop. G.M. (Service) also misbehaved with me, as he told me I only know how to shout when i told him that there is too much delayed of work here again. I also had a talk with CSM (customer support manager) Mr. Yakshu who told me in the evening at 19:00 hours that he will call me back in an hour as he was driving that time, but there was no response from him too. I would request the concerned person to take this complaint very seriously and revert me back soon else I have to for legal action against them.                                   In my area Arivazhagan collection rep, He is talking too much, he is coming on my home morning 6.30am, really this is discusting because my Mama and Papa not well both are heart patient's. He always Drunk and spoke to my sisters and my parents, he is shouted near my home, all peoples are sorrounded and saw what he spoke? Unfortunately three month due is pending, but i 'll clear all the dues within next month, But the manager and the rep both are not understanding and mentally they are giving torchure every day even 11.00pm, i have paid 20, 000 one month but that rep have entered amount 11, 120 i don't know what both the manager and the rep are doing? they are not responding our call. he spoke bad words also. I request pls tell them to handle respectively or else i'll move this to cyber crime, they will tell what both are spoke to my number and my aunty number.ls take severe action. .. . They didn't give the due Statement also ...

                                  Today morning 26/06/2014 the manager of Tata Motors Collection Department Mr.Ramesh speak with me regarding the due pending and he ask "Why you are not attending my phone calls yesterday(25/06/2014) and I replied im a too busy in my work and having meeting sir and also im having proof for meeting happened in my company. Then he rudely speaking Are you doing Collector Job? then why you are busy?. How he can ask about me like that. Then i said im a medical representative so im having to drive my bike always. Then he replied you are just doing medical rep job and you are always free. how can he speak about my job like that. is that my medical rep job is so bad. Take legal action regarding this...

                                    We purchased a new winger for our hospital services so that we should not get any maintenance problem for 3-4 years . buying was a dreadful experience and we felt as if Tata Motors is doing a great favour by selling their product.After paying 10 lakh rupees we waited for 1-2 months by getting answers like it will come in the afternoon, or tomorrow and so on.atlast we got the vehicle on 11th December. The starter of the vehicle was not working properly with in 3 months of purchase( as per work order NO 0598 ON 5/3/14 of Bafna Motors, CHIPLUN). Vehicle was taken to service center Bafna Motors on many occasions. He showed that starter is jammed and even a slight knock on it make it work. so our driver took his advice seriously( wrong on his part). Now when the problem increased, and we asked for replacement of starter, Company asked for the Rs.4500. And the behaviour of all the workers as well as manager MR Rajeshirke was awful.AND as the part was not availabe it took long time for replacement. Now the question is- IF THE STARTER IS GETTING SPOILED WITH IN LESS THAN THREE MONTHS, WAS'NT THAT A FAULTY PIECE. IF THE SPARES ARE NOT AVAILABE, WHY YOU SELL THE PRODUCTS TO PUBLIC. WE CALLED MANY TIMES TO CUSTOMER CARE, GIVEN COMPLANINT ON LINE, BUT OF NO USE. THEN WHY CANT YOU REMOVE THIS PAGE FROM WEB. WHY CANT YOU LIKE OTHER MOTOR COMPANYS TAKE A FEED BACK.                                       Dear Concern, This mail is in regards to the complaint occurred with my new indigo Ecs TDI (TAXI - Vehicle num: KL-43-F-5054) which was delivered on[protected]. My vehicle had done just 13000 km and started to experience gear shifting issues. Now when i took my vehicle to Focuz Automobiles, Cochin (authorized service center for tata) the authorities are telling that this kind of gear box happening for this new model indigo is very rare so they need more than 1 month time to get it done.. Please let me know how am supposed to pay the EMI of my vehicle when it is not running?? It is the source of my family earning... And for what they need one month time.. the vehicle is in warranty period.. i had tata vehicles before, but this kind of issues is happening with me for the first time.. Will anybody believe that the gear box got damaged in just 13000 km????? Please help me in getting my vehicle repaired and delivered as early as possible... than forcing me to go legally against it...
