Hi,

This is regarding my car Tata Nexon (U.P 32 ME 4955) under name MR. AJAY SINGH which I have purchased on 27th july 2021 from SRM Motors Lucknow. Due to the extreme harsh weather conditions the vendor delivered the vehicle at my home. It was working fine for a couple of months but then only the problem started. I live in Moradabad, U.P. and using my car here itself. The first incident happened on 26th January 2022 when I was driving on NH 24 on smooth road and all of a sudden the Tyre bursted. Yes it got bursted not even a puncture beforehand. I got it repair by my own money. 2nd incident happened after a month after that when the battery went on deep and I had to call the service centre who came and take the car by crane to get it fixed. 3rd incident happened on 22nd March when the belt got broken and the car went dead completely. Again I had to call the service centre who came and take the vehicle and charged me money to fix it. And today also the same thing happened with me. Now I just have one question from you guys. Do you really want me to file a case in the consumer court or in an actually court for the embarrassment and problems i am facing after paying around around 9 lacs for this piece of garbage? I am just regretting my decision of trusting this is so called 5 start rated, MADE IN INDIA vehicle which can not even survive 1 year without going to service centre. I am strictly telling you that I will take a legal action if my case is not resolved on priority basis. Am done with this vehicle. If you want to call me do contact me on [protected] or [protected].     I have booked tata Tiago I cng car on 16 Feb 2022 . Company initially told me that we will deliver you your car in March but it has not deliver me car and not giving me proper Answer. They are saying me that we have not got any car from company .

      Dear team,
      I have booked Nexon on 22nd March and till date there is no update on the delivery. I had planned thr car to be delivered in a month for my husband's birthday. However, it does not seem likely that the car will be delivered inna week's time.
      When i call the dealership, they inform me that my car has not even been billed as of yet and there is no definite timeline they can give me. My booking number is 50206226 with cargo motors, ahmedabad. Pleas resolve

        I'm Maya RV from kollam district of Kerala. My vehicle is TATA Tiago AMT version with vehicle number KL 02 BN -0939. The vehicle had approximately covered only 5000 Kms. We had purchased the vehicle on 2020 December from TATA Motors Gokulam Showroom, Angamaly. Its only been one year and four months since we have purchased the vehicle but now that we have faced a problem. On 14/4/22 on our way from Ernakulam to kollam, it was displayed on the Harman screen 'Software update zero percentage'.So immediately we have contacted the servicing centre executive and he told us that you need to update the software and then only it will get resolved.But since we have not booked for the updation none of the servicing centre was ready to attend us and since we were on our journey they told us that you can even contact the servicing centre at kollam . But since they had the vishu and Easter holidays and since that it was not booked prior they were also reluctant to attend it.But they told us to bring the vehicle today (18/4/22) for updation.But yesterday when we tried to start the vehicle it was not starting. If it was a mistake from our side we would have admitted it for sure. But we didn't knew that the software needs to be updated. The servicing centre had not intimated to us regarding the same .We have only updated it once after purchasing the car. But yesterday (17/4/22) when we tried to start our vehicle, we were not able to start it. I think it's because the battery has gone down since the software update was continuosly being displayed on the screen for these days from 14/7/22. So I called the toll free number and they told me to first call the servicing centres and then get back to them. As per that I went to the servicing centre today in the morning and they told us to contact the toll free number. I tried calling the number many times since today morning but the response I got was that the agents are busy, so to they'll get back to me. But none of them called me till evening. So I tried calling them and finally they told me that the recovery service will come and take our vehicle and hand it over to the nearest servicing centre. So by 8.00 Pm the recovery service çame home and took the vehicle. I' m also very sorry to tell you that your servicing is very poor. When we planned to take the vehicle for the first time, many of our friends and relatives told us that the servicing is very bad. But we were satisfied with your safety features and because of the trust we have on TATA we went against their opinion and took the vehicle of our choice. But now that I have also faced the same issue and also I' m confused why this is happening to the new vehicle.I would also like to bring to your kind notice that if there is any problem with the battery you will definitely have to replace it since the warranty period has not expired. So I hope that you will do the needful at the earliest.

          I am facing problem in tata nano company fitted cng. Car is not convert to cng by pressing cng switch. Sone time when petrol is in reserve mode that time car automatically run on cng without changing the switch position

            Tata Motors — Tool kit got stolen during servicing
            I bought a tata altroz car from Puneet automobile Lucknow uttar pradesh. When I was go for first service one month ago, my car's tool kit got stolen during servicing. When I was complaining about that but they don't have taken any action yet. Request you to please take appropriate actions amongst them because they don't pick my phone call now.

              My Tata Tigor since I bought i started facing issue after a year it suddenly stop if the petrol meter is below two stick it suddenly stop. So I went to service centre the issue is in fuel pump.. And many of my friend having the same issue in tigor in tiago.. Kindly help me and look after the matter as it is manufacturing defect.. not only this I have faced so much problem with the car please help

                My Car delivered on 7th Jan-2022 from GenNext Motors, Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands Vide Reg.No: AN01-R0134 (TATA NEXON XZ Plus). A fault has been arised in my car. Since last week I was getting a rumbling sound while driving with AC on. On[protected] I got the sound more louder with severe vibration inside the car. I opened the bonnet to check if anything wrong and I found that the fan infront of radiator broken and falling into pieces and smoke coming out from the radiator. Immediately I informed/lodge complaint to the dealer about the situation with photos/videos. But already four days passed still I didn't get any positive response from the dealer, not any assistance regarding the same.
                Kindly look into the matter and help me to resolve the issue at the earliest please.

                  Hi This is K Sivakumar from Kumbakonam in tamilnadu i have booked tata punch Adventure MT tropical mist colour in jairaj carz in kumbakonam motors on 02/12/2021 at the time of booking they told that 75 days of waiting period Till the date 135 + days went out but till now i did not get my car . I have booked this car for my mother for her transportation she has aged fifty five and suffered nie pain this car to be used for transportation for her treatment . now I have urgency of vehicle i am frustrated with Tata motors and feeling that Why I have booked the Tata vehicle.

                    I faced this problem multiple times on long drives on hot days. Engine stops responding to accelerator and comes to a halt. Removing the keys and restarting engine could temporarily solve the problem. But it keeps repeating. A day before it happened after 50 km drive and stuck in highway. I was taking patient in my car to hospita. I took the car to sevice center on next datThey investigated the problem. As per them, it is fuel pump issue.
                    I am getting my car serviced properly on timely basis and what they are asking to change, i am allowing them to change. Last service done in fev which costs me 12000.
                    Now asking 11850 for fuel pump and auto adjuster for engine noise fix 3350 which is a lot.
                    Car purchased date-29/11/2018.
                    I believe its a manufacturing defect and should be changed free of cost.

                      New car tyre burst while driving

                      I purchased Tata Altroz xz+ dark on 18th feb 2022. On 16 April 2022, I was driving the car on state highway 243 along with my family. All of sudden driver side front and rear tyres got burst even though car speed was in the range of 50-60km/hr and road condition was good enough ( telematic data of Tata’s iRA app). Rear vehicle just slightly hit my car from back and somehow I could control and stop the car. Till date car has just covered...

                      I'm a Doctor Rahul Sarkar.Recently bought Tata Nexon XZ+ Kaziranga Edition from Malda Lexican motor tata car showroom, Westbengal.I had a car loan account of my previous car which was Hyundai i20 Asta 2019.I had a deal with Executive manager of Tata lexican motor Malda that he will Sell my previous car by 6 lakh and close my previous car loan account .After dealing this i agreed with him and booked my recent Tata Nexon XZ+ Kaziranga Edition even i handed over my old car to Tata lexican motor 15 days prior delivery of my new car.But recently they failed to fulfill my deal and they are delaying to close my loan account.i have already paid extra loan amount for previous car loan.please look into this matter.otherwise i have to file a complaint to consumer court.

                        My altroz delivery happened on 7th Feb and it's over 2 months and I haven't received my number plate. Have visited the showroom multiple times but no use. The sticker was missing and they said it will come in 2 days. This was over 2 weeks back. I have already received the RC but no number plate. No one is replying and confirming the status. I'm seriously regretting to buy a car from there and next car would not be from TATA that is for sure.

                          I have a Tata Nexon Car that was delivered to me in Jan 2018. I have ensured that the vehicle was serviced at apt timings as per the Car Owners Manual. However, on 8 April 2022, while I was driving the vehicle, suddenly the vehicle was not accelerating despite putting my foot down on the accelerator. However the vehicle was moving at 20-25 Kmph. At this point I somehow managed to drive it and part it near Shollinganallur Infosys, Chennai. The car was towed (at my expense, 1700 INR) and taken to OMR Lakshmi Tata Motors where the engineers are claiming that one cylinder is not firing. Clearly this is a manufacturing defect but the service folks are trying to dump the whole expenses amounting to INR 40K on me. They are saying that I have to approve for them to take forward the fixing of the issue. However, this is not correct, as Tata Motors is responsible for its vehicles and manufacturing defect. Please help me here. I have asked for all email proofs and photos yet they havent shared anything yet. Its 10 days now with zero progress.

                            I have booked tata altors xe plus car from Roshan motors on 13 April. They told me to take finance from their concern partner. But i have pre approved loan from axis Bank. On 15 april all formalities were completed from bank. But these people does not give car to me as they said payment is not reflecting in account. I showed the statement from the bank. But they refused to accept the statement. They made insurance one day prior. We got mental trauma between bank and dealer. I went twice with my family to take delivery but they refuse. There are very bad staff. They spoke very rudely. N they are not cooperating with us. I request to take strict action against Roshan motor.

                              TATA Safari XZA +2.0L Kryotec BSVI - Diesel from Malik Cars - Hyderabad - Telangana State from Malik Cars.

                              1) Purchases vehicle in the month of August 2021 from that month to till date – facing problem with vehicle every week one or the other issues like as mentioned few things below:
                              a) Recent the car brakes was an issue sent to service center – they have charge and billed us the GST invoice after we have 100% zero Dip insurance coverage for the vehicle – how come this would be possible from your side when the insurance is been covered why you have charge us – its really cheating us – need detailed clarification on it within next 24hrs.
                              b) Last week car got breakdown in the mid-night & immediately called to the emergency service of tata customer care @[protected] on dated: 07th April 2022 – spoken with them for almost more than 1hr and had a big argument with your technical then the technician arrived the location – they are not ready to give the services on spot they made us shout and argued with us and all these things was been recorded and I have proof of evidence on your service with the customer.
                              c) Mileage reading issue every-time
                              d) Left side seat belt issue every-time – as it will be locked but the indicator still shows that sear belt have to keep
                              e) While purchasing the vehicle I have paid the complete 100% payment for accessories but till now accessories are been pending and top of it the accessories I received are not TATA safari in turn I receive HARRIER accessories few of them – as u have my vehicle at your service Centre – please do check n take the necessary confirmation as well.
                              f) The camera will not work properly – every-time we face the issue already been intimated in the 1st and 2nd time service but still it continuous the same.
                              g) If I would time I would be mentioned ‘N’ number of problems which I am facing from the day one with the car I purchased – but still u want to test my patience I am ready over an extent to submit all the issues – before sending any mails to the customer – please do check the issues and then revert it – since u have an email access it doesn’t seems good – its my sincere request.

                              By considering all these issues every-time day to day – we are fed-up with the services with you – I really doubt on the vehicle which you have given to us while purchasing whether it is a DEMO or used vehicle – I am dam sure that this vehicle is not the original vehicle given to us for this I need an evidence proof else I will file a compliant against this to in the court of law to get justice for the vehicle I purchased with my money.

                              We as a customer purchase vehicle for our safety, every-time is we are facing this type of issue why do we need your vehicle – request you to please let us know within next 24hrs to 48hrs – as the vehicle is at your service Centre from yesterday with again a new problem of AC cooling and that part is not available it seems.

                              We trusted TATA only because of RATAN TATA – service which he does to the society but after seeing your services and issues with the vehicle the things got fed-up & we are unable to believe on your services & the purchase of the vehicle. Personally TATA has been CHEATED us badly.

                              Finally, i[censored] have an option to take back this vehicle I am ready to give back as we are literally fed-up with the issues and problems with the vehicle and your services. Need your revert immediately by next 24 to 48hrs else I have to handle the situation legally (I don’t want to threaten anyone) as a citizen of INDIAN have right to do.

                                Dear Concern,

                                This complaint is regarding issue with Tata Tiago Car purchased 4 years back.

                                Recently I was driving back home and suddenly Car stop in between and did not start after many attempts.

                                Somehow i managed to take the car to nearest Tata Motors service center.
                                And after inspection, service engineer supervisor informed me that Car's fuel pump, valves and ECU is faulty and need ro be replaced and the total expense of the same would be approx Rs. 150000/-

                                I was searching about the parts online and found most of the Cars of year 2017 and 2018 have same problem and parts are replaced without and cost by the company.
                                However service center has not offered the same to me.
                                I would request you to kindly guide me how get replacement without any cost.

                                Your help will be mush appreciated as Rs. 150000 is huge amount.

                                  I have booked tata nexon xz+ model on 8th Feb, 2022 from sp automotive delars Udaipur branch.
                                  They committed to provide delivery within 45 days but still after 65 days they are not able to deliver the car.

                                  Still they are asking for few more days don't know when they will deliver the car.

                                      I booked TIAGO-XT on February 10, 2022 at SPARSH MOTORS, Najafgarh, at the time of booking they said maximum waiting time will be 7-10 weeks, But Now, After 10 Weeks they are saying it will take 10-12 more weeks, due to slow production. But we came to know that they are selling pre-booked cars at premium prices to new consumers for fast delivery.

                                      What is this Sir, your company and your dealers are behaving like black marketers and stockiest, it doesn't seems like Tata Group, who thinks for the end user, now you all just trying to make fool of a common man. and if you cannot run manufacturing properly then let customer know that at the time of booking, not after selling booked car to somebody else for higher rates.
