I have booked Tata Punch Date on -13/11/2021 but I got a call today date -07/05/2022 that your car has arrived but now the price has gone up so you have to pay a new price, if I booked the car six months ago then why should I wait so long and pay more It makes a difference of forty thousand rupees so, I think so much money from Tata group so that doesn't have definitely but makes a difference to a common man like me because car is my dream and if you really book but pay more then why these benefits of your stop?

    The Authorised TATA motors Dealer committed to give delivery of New TATA car booked at his showroom, but is unable to deliver the car in committed time and has no idea on how much more time it would take to arrive the Car.

    Non-delivery of booked car in given time of 6 to 8 weeks and getting response from TATA authorised Dealer that there is nothing in their hand and can not give time on when the Car would arrive.

    All Booking details mentioned in attached booking-form.

      I don't have any Tata company car Some customer has entered wrong number Maur I have received at least hundred calls in a month, I have told many times that I do not have any Tata car.Someone has provided you wrong information please do not disturb me again and again

        Sir,
        Myself, Mukesh Vats
        I am from Faridabad,
        On Monday dated 01/05/2022, I visited your ARYA TATA Service Centre Sector-18, Gurguram for my TATA Tiago First service with complaint AC not working.
        They told me for AC Repair (ITEM not in stock) and will be arrange till Wednesday, but till today they told me order in process.
        In the mean time Yellow light blink in my car (Screenshot attached)
        I am not satisfied with service of TATA ARYA Service centre.
        Plz suggest and take a necessary action for customer satisfaction.

            I am chandan Bhowmick from Kolkata, booked a Tata Tiago NRG as on 26.02.2022 ( Opty ID 5-20LD4ZPL) It was committed that the vehicle will be delivered within 60 days. Till 50 days their was no trace of my booking. No email received but after followup TC Motors Rajarhat informed that they have made some typo errors for which I have not received the email and informed that they need 90 days and prices of the vehicle have been increased and earlier customer scheme will not be available and I will also have to bear transportation charges.

            Is it a good business practices?
            Will you pay for my opportunity cost that I have lost if I opt out now?

            Where is customer price protection?

            A customer who have shown loyalty to the brand and waiting since 60 days, how do you justify your failure to meet the deadline of 60 days and why should I bear extra cost for your inability.

            I understand cost of goods are increasing but why you are making it effective on current booking?

            I will choose to opt out rather and paying more and shall share the same about your business practices in all possible platforms.

              Hello sir
              i have booked my car on 21 feb2022 nexon ev dark edition the dealer said it will be delivered in 3 month i agreed and booked the car now its may and still he said my number is 20 how will i get car when called thwy don't answers the call then when we talk to there senior staff then they reply ki sir koi delivery last month sa nahi ha so... isliya delay ha... agar company bol rahi ha 3 months then there should be some logic behind it before a commitment or it has no value... i seriously now have a question on company and on its dealer and there policy over customer and there service... is this the trust for which tata stands?????

              A big question no reply or some sort of clarification to customer on when will car be delivered or any thing...

                Hello, This is Santosh Aher, I've booked a Tata Punch pure from sterling motors Nashik on 11th November 2021. Since then I have contact the sales person for the delivery, but they are unable to commit a delivery date. I had paid 20000 as a booking amount. Now dealer said price protection not valid from 1st April 2022. Then why we invest our money from last 6 month. This is really very frustrating. Not even order tracking is available with dealers. As a Indian we are moving towards local brands as a part of vocal for local, But other companies are ready to give their products but why Tata motors not providing vehicle within given timeline. we are totally dispointed from Tata motors.

                    Within one month of purchase and after a drive of just 400kms the radiator fan that keeps the engine cool stopped functioning and the engine got heated.
                    We gave the car to showroom, and they said they will fit new part in the car. But it has been 9 days and the car is lying with showroom, and they say that they are not sure when the part will be available. Nobody has any idea when the part will be delivered and when will my vehicle be ready.
                    Extremely frustrating experience.

                      Do you Tata motors I have purchased Tata Nexon on eighth of April 20 22 and windshield of my Car has cracked On 11th of 11th April 2022 Without any mistake from my side then I get replaced by filing my insurance as instructed by the service centre of Tata motors That this damage is not covered in warranty so I get repaired by filing my insurance Again the windshield of my car get cracked second time Unfortunately this time is also not my fault but the Tata motors service Centre answer me that it is damaged by getting hurt from something or while Movement of the car all the windows are closed but at the same time we are travelling with to Tata Nexon then how only my car get damage I have given a complain about my sunroof it is also not placed properly and also some gap in between the windshield and the roof but Tata motors does not take any action On my complain I would like to request Tata motors to kindly resolve my problem as we are working in a medical sector you don’t have enough time to spend on such kind of things we Work for nation To protect or provide health emergency facility to the needy one kindly resolve my issue in get my car back in a good condition

                        I booked my first car Tata Nexon XMA(S) on 2nd Nov 2021 and at the time of booking they committed to delivery in max 2 to 3 months (12-14 week).
                        They did revised EDD 17 to 23 week (12th April 2022).
                        Now it has been more than 6 months and whenever I ask the status there is simply no update.
                        This is the most frustrating moment for me with my first car in life which is from Tata Motor.
                        This feels like, I should never recommend this brand to any of my friends and colleague and family.

                        I need a resolution on it as 6 months has already crossed.
                        Looking for a delivery at it's earliest now.
                        Please help.

                              I bought new tata safari from fairdeal motors and Workshop limted jammu. But after buying I noticed there is difference in painting of car. Some parts are very smoothly painted and some are rough. Rough painted parts are like they are painted again. On asking salesman of the said agency he said cars come like this only. Some times some parts are roughly painted by tata motors. It's not there fault but cars are send by tata motors to them like this only. Now I want to hear from tata motors what's the issue behind this. Otherwise I will move to consumer court because I have spent 22 lakhs on this car and this is not a joke.

                                I have booked the TATA Nexon XM model on 21st Dec 2021 with Samarth cars Gwalior.
                                They gave a waiting period of 3 months with a commitment letter
                                after completion of 3 months, I had registered a complaint, and even after that, they didn't deliver the vehicle.

                                  After full payments and promised did not deliver car on time. Being Today is Akshartritya very religious for us and we always bought car and jewelries on this day.
                                  The Car was booked last month and even yesterday they have promised and assured us for delivery on today but refused and saying have sold to another because he has paid more money
                                  For us if they deliver on day after tomorrow as per their words for us its total waste of money
                                  Because of assurance delivery we have choose them ahead of our city dealer and they have just cheated.
