I purchased my Tata Tigor in 2018, and from last year its been having this issue where the accelerator stops responding during drives and it stops.
along with it the car also fails to pick up after restarting and we have to wait for an hour for it cool down and start again.
This especially happens during summer, and have also shown it to service twice but hasn't resolved my issue.
They say it's fuel pump issue but the replacement is costly at almost `12K and being already serviced twice on same complaints hasn't done anything.

    I have recently purchased the top model of tata nexon I.e. nexon kaziranga automatic model on 28th April, 2022 from SAGAR MOTORS, Noida, sector-5

    iRA app is continuously showing service due reminder. It is very surprising to see that why newly purchased vehicle is showing service reminder at this early stage. I have also sent my vehicle to look into the matter but no one is explaining the exact reason.

    Now I am fully exhausted with the response of tata motors.

      Have booked Tata Nexon XZA+ (petrol) White colour from Oberoi Motors Kotdwara, Uttarakhand on 07.01.2022 for an advanced booking amount of Rs 10, 000. The concerned sales person and the manager promised that I will get the delivery of the car within 2 months but it is more than 4 months have passed since then and I have neither received delivery nor any intimation regarding the same.

        I have purchase the tata cars in 1st september, till now 8 months completed but in these 8 months I am just complaining the issues of tata Motors. I purchased tata tiago cars. from starting car has the engine lock issue. car does not start sometimes they have taken my car service centre 7-8 times but still did not resolve the issue and they also create more issues in car somtimes removed music system of car. sometimes audio mounted controls issue. really Tata Motors Service is worst in india. I have tired from my Tata Tiago car till now they have not fixed the issue. and Arvind Tata Motors Service center of Agra is india's worst service center. They never fix the issue. and Service Manager their Ram Naresh is very worst. He doest not even care about complaints, he wasted my 7-8000 money only in car pikup and drop service.

          Hi,

          I bought a TATA HARRIER XZA + on 20.10.2021 from your vellore dealer SAYAR MOTORS VELLORE, TAMILNADU .
          (CH NO : MAT63154MPJ84140)

          I had a problem on my front right brake from the beginning and whenever I take this problem to them, I got only one answer that is we have adjusted and you will not have this again . But it lasts for only another[protected] kms and the problem appears again .

          Now last time when I took my car for some body work to their service centre, The painting was very bad, showing some wavy effect on the rear number plate area and also said the same brake problem and got the same answer from them that we have adjusted .

          Now as mentioned before after 2000 kms the problem occurred again and at last I got a different answer this time today that the brake pad is gone and need to change it .

          Now my question is

          1) If the brake pads had gone because of poor driving, As far as my knowledge both sides should have gone but only one spoiled .

          2) Does the brake pads used for Your TATA cars last only for[protected] kms ?

          Moreover This is my 6th TATA car from 1999 and I never had this problem with any of your other cars and also cars that I have used till now from other manufacturers .

          Hope someone will look on to this issues and get back positively .

              Very Good Afternoon
              Sir Myself Saroj Kumar Chand booked TataNexon Automatic at Dulichand Motor, Kolkata West Bengal from September 2021. As per commitment the car I should get in January 2022. But till now its around 8months still I am following up them. Till today I am not able to get engine number.
              Sir I am really frustrated to get a engine number almost take 7-8 months still no suitable answer from them.

              Please suggest me what should I do?

                Dear Sir,
                I got delivery of TATA TIGOR ICNG 2022 from Dada Motors ludhiana on 24 March 2022
                As per Instructions I visited the showroom on 9April2022 for 1st Service after completing 2000kms run. After few days I saw that AC of my car was not working So due to this inconvenience I visited the showroom again to make a check where they made me know that the
                *An AC pipe was damaged due to rubbing with some wire of battry
                That they repaired and handed over me the car on the next day
                *Later again I experienced a loud annoying cabin noise (water boiling like sound) from Ac vents .For which I again approached the service head
                *So this was the adjacently 4th day of this harrassment, while I got my Car back after pipe fitting

                The AC issue that was occured due to
                *A manufacturing defect where wire was not checked even in first service that was touching to the pipe and causing friction
                *A weak PDI was done while delivering my Car

                NOW A NEW ISSUE HAS ARISE :-
                The driver side window has stuck without any reason
                It is opening from inside but not from the outside which is again causing me to go through the vicious cycle of harrasment again
                That would un bearable for me.

                Through all this hassel:-
                * I had to take leave from my work to take the car to showroom again and again which costed me huge (while AC issue)
                *A harrassment being faced by me due to NO MISTAKE done by me but only by TATA
                *This is a pure in-just done to me as a First time TATA customer

                  I have purchase new Altroz XZ Diesel Red from Aditya Tata Motors Nagpur on dated 21/03/2022.It have following manufacturing defect;
                  1)Manufacturing colour defect on left side back seat door.Faint colour on specific part of left side back seat door.(issue highlighted in photo)
                  2)Roof finishing issue on left side front door.Roof is coming out on the left side front door(Issue highlighted)
                  3)Rust on both front wheel disc from the date of purchase and minimum rust on last two wheel disc(issue highlighted).
                  4)Scratches on left front door from date of delivery(issue highlighted).

                  This unexpected product delivery from one of India's reputed auto company Tata motors.I am unsatified customer of Tata now due to there lethargic approach about product manufacuturing quality.I have paid complete amount can not expect such product.I need replacement of product (Car) with compensation.

                    A car was booked in February 2022 but the delivery was delayed by 3 months.now the dealer is asking for current price and the hike which isn't fair..We already paid the advance.

                        We booked Tata Tigor XZ+ from ABC Autolink Vadodara with an assurance of delivery in 6-8 weeks. The dealership has taken the booking amount on the grounds that they will deliver the car latest in the 7th or 8th week. We have now been told on the last day of our waiting period limit to wait for one month to get the delivery of our car. Over an above that, the dealership is asking an extra charge in the name of hiked prices in the present month. Does the booking agreement and booking amount confirmation holds no value in this case?
                        This is absolutely unacceptable from a reputed company as Tata. I need an urgent resolution to my grievance and speedy delivery of the car.

                          I have booked my 1st car tata puch adventure rhythem @19/01/2022 on kropex tata motors koramangala, bangalore. They said car will get delivered in 12 to 16 weeks of time but now it got crossed more than that but still car itself not allotted to me and getting poor response from dealer as no update from tata motors.if you not able to deliver 4 months car itslef why taking new booking. Car is dream for many and you are destroyed our dreams.

                                Hi team,

                                I own a tata nano cng + petrol car.
                                I would like to bring in to notice to the company about the faulty cng pressure regulator issue.
                                My car has running of 60000kms any after that my cng pressure regulator started showing issues. I have checked it from nearest tata sevice station. But they say your pressure regulator has to be changed.

                                So i would like to highlight some points and urge company to kindly look in to it.

                                1- how long an cng pressure regulator runs from the purchase of the car.
                                2- why company is offering so high cost for the pressure regulator.
                                3- if the engine itself is made to run for 3lkh kms.
                                Then why the pressure regulator is giving issues at such a low run.
                                As its creating a huge price dump for customer for his small dream car.
                                If the maintainance cost is high how can a common man afford this car.
                                3- what should be the next step to resolve this company fault.

                                  I had booked tata tiago on 27/1/2022, Its been more than 5 months now the vehicle is not still allotted by gurudev motors arumbakkam branch. They have the very worst customer support, no Proper update from them. Why do you commit something when you dont follow this, My vehicle loan is also got approved now and i dont know what to do next.

                                    I have booked Tata Punch Date on -13/11/2021 but I got a call today date -07/05/2022 that your car has arrived but now the price has gone up so you have to pay a new price, if I booked the car six months ago then why should I wait so long and pay more It makes a difference of forty thousand rupees so, I think so much money from Tata group so that doesn't have definitely but makes a difference to a common man like me because car is my dream and if you really book but pay more then why these benefits of your stop?

                                      The Authorised TATA motors Dealer committed to give delivery of New TATA car booked at his showroom, but is unable to deliver the car in committed time and has no idea on how much more time it would take to arrive the Car.

                                      Non-delivery of booked car in given time of 6 to 8 weeks and getting response from TATA authorised Dealer that there is nothing in their hand and can not give time on when the Car would arrive.
