    On the 26th of January 2022, I was very happy because I had to take delivery of my Tata Harrier XZA+ DE.
    (Chassis No. MAT631543NPA52089 & Engine No. 46343841 – 4153918). But after 1 week I noticed that the rubber gasket on the right side door and roof top of my car had come off.
    And the musical system automatically shuts off on its own.So I complained to Parin Motors (Rajkot). So from there I got the answer that all your complaints will be settled
    when your car comes in first service.When I put my car in first service and after service when I went to take delivery of the car, the service engineer told me
    that we do not have rubber parts. We have ordered from Tata Motors. Parts will arrive so we will contact you. About 1 month later I called Parin Motors and asked if the parts had arrived.
    So he said that the parts have arrived. You drop your car in the morning at the service centre. So I put my car in service at 10:00 the next morning.
    He was told that your car would be OK by 3:00 pm. But when I called in the evening at 6:00, it was said that your car has not been repaired yet.
    This work is new to us. So it will take 2 days. I said okay.But when I called the next day at noon, I got the answer that we had the wrong rubber parts.
    So that can't be repaired right now.We will have to order another rubber part and it will take about 1 week. But I took delivery of my new car about 3 month and ago but
    My problem has not been solved till now. I hope my problem is resolved as soon as possible after informing you.

      I boked my Tata Nexon Petrol XMA, AT, Red from TAFE Access chennai on dec 4.2021. i was told 70 dys delivery and now its over 120 days. Till date no delivery and the dealer is clueless and changing dates. The dealer raised a complaint with tata REF #[protected] on mar 17.2022 which does not have any update.
      I raised a direct complaint with TATA Motors on April 9.2022 ref #[protected]. im waitng for a response.
      If tata cannot deliver the cars on time or with +/- 10 % tolerance why are they promising and what kind of Production and delivery schedule plan they have on their plants. Looks like all are inefficient planning People.

        This is regarding the issue for the late delivery of my car- Altroz XT(Arcade grey).
        Showroom- Bhagirath Motors, A. B. Road.

        I've booked the car on 16th Feb, 2022 and was promised a delivery within 45 days by staff. Despite that, I've not received any positive response and was told on the 45th day that the waiting time was increased to 75 days.
        After this I was told that the delivery will be around April 25th which was again changed to May 15th.
        I've also raised a complaint regarding this with complaint ID[protected].
        But I'm still not getting any update regarding the car that I've booked.
        Bhagirath Tata as a dealership was unable to provide me with the correct information in the starting and till now, it had not been delivered nor are they confirming the details or date of delivery.
        This is betrayal of trust in TATA brand name.
        I'm regretting my decision to book the Tata vehicle with this showroom, this is highly unprofessional for such a trusted brand and every day lies.

          Hi,

          Situation: I have done a prelaunch car booking (Tigor CNG, top end model) as the tata showroom guys committed me a car delivery within 4-6 weeks from launch; Basis of his commitment was Tata motors data to the showroom. Accordingly, I have taken loan through showroom also worth 80% of car on road value.

          Concern: As of today, April 8, 2022, over 11 weeks has over, I have neither received a car nor any timelines about car delivery. I have done over 10-15 followups on Tata motors customer care numbers, car showrooms, customer care twitter handles but still no response from Tata motors. Recently I have written again a mail to tata motors customer care which redirected me to showroom guys who again written mail to Tata motors asking the status of my car allotment/delivery but as always no response from Tata motors. On that mail chain, i have followed up for 3 more times but till date no response.

          Complaint: I am now feeling mentally harassed by Tata motors by not delivering my car and delaying it to more than double of initial committed time while car booking; also, now not telling me when I will get my car.
          I have taken a loan on it and now I do not know when I will get my car and how I will close my loan. I request to take strict action against Tata motors and a penalty on them for not delivering my car with such a pathetic customer service casing mental harassment.

            I booked a Tata Nexon XZA+ (Petrol) on November 13, 2021, and paid Rs 4 lakh as a deposit. (All required documents are attached.) According to the commitment document, the expected delivery date was January 24, 2022. But till now I have not received any update regarding the delivery of the booked car after nearly 5 months from booking.

            1. I complained to Tata Motors customer service three or four times (most recent complaint number is[protected]. I was promised that the authorized dealer would contact me as soon as possible. Mrs. Pushpa (Mob No. [protected]), the sales manager of Siva Sankar Motors Private Limited, told me that nothing was in the dealer's hands and that I should contact Mr. Deepak (Mob No. [protected]), the regional manager (Andhra Pradesh region).

            2. I contacted Mr. Deepak and sent an email requesting an update on the progress of my car's delivery. He has not yet given me a response. I called customer service again to inquire about the delivery status, and they directed me to contact Mr Murali (Mob No.[protected]), general manager of Siva Sankar Motors Pvt Ltd, but Mr. Murali did not answer my phone call. Mr Deepak and Mr Murali have not sent me any reply by an email or by telephone.

            3. Meanwhile, I made 40 to 45 attempts to call customer service to get updates of my complaint. Sometimes they disconnected me in the middle of a conversation, sometimes they made me a fake promise to call back later.

            4. And finally, one day, they set up a conference call with Mrs Pushpa (sales manager, who initially told me the dealer had nothing to do with me), this time she requested me to wait another two weeks while they checked the stock updates of the desired vehicle).

            After so much squandering of time and so many false promises, a pledge to wait another two weeks was made. The most important thing is that they did not clarify whether or not I will receive my car after two weeks this time.
            Every day, so much time is wasted phoning customer service to resolve the issue, and I end up floating in the same loop, which is making me more depressed by the day. The experience of purchasing a car has left me disappointed and traumatized.
            Sir, I beg you to free me from the mental harassment of these employees of your organization.

              We have purchased a Nexon Dark edition and got delivery on 2nd April,
              After 4-5 days while driving in a temple premises suddenly the right excel and wheel got separated from the hub, and lost control and it stopped by dash on grade separator.
              When We observed it we found that axels is separated and this was happen due to poor Quality Check of TATA.
              So now the dealer is asking that we have to claim it in the insurance,
              but why we use our insurance when it is clearly visible that it’s a TATA and its dealers mistake.
              car has not driven more than hundred km also.
              So please help us or Will log a legal complaint against TATA and its dealership.

                Goodmorning...i gave my car to tata motors matour in district kangra for repair of my car rear bumper...the staff gave me the time of one week for repair of my car...but they did not start repair of my car since last seven days...when i visited to tata motors kangra...they gave me excuses and not treat well...please take action against it asap...

                  With great frustration I write this complaint for delivery of Tata Punch Adventure Rhythm Grey.

                  I had booked the Vehicle on 25/2/2022 with SP motors at St Inez Panaji Goa. The sales team had confirmed my delivery for 16/5/2022 which is also my parent's anniversary and I had to gift them the same. After a month after following up with the sales team we learnt that the vehicle cannot be delivered on 16/5/22. At the time of booking it was promised that the vehicle would be delivered on time and at the eleventh hour this is really surprising news for me. Other dealers were ready to give me the delivery however trusting the sales team at SP Motor I had booked by initially paying the booking amount. This is my first ever car that I will be purchasing and this deal has been a nightmare for me shattering all my plans. Had it been informed at the initial stage itself that the delivery is not possible I could have planned purchasing the same with the other dealers.

                  Request you please look into the matter and inform me the reason for the delay and request that the vehicle has to be delivered on 16/5/2022 on special occasion of my parents anniversary as per the commitment of the sales team at SP Motors. Despite booking being made If the car is not delivered on a timely basis Will approach the national consumer forum for immediate action.

                    I booked a TATA Nexon XZA+ (petrol) on 13th November 2021. The estimated delivery date was 22 January, 2022. After passing over of 5 months from booking date I did not get my car delivered till now. I asked the dealer multiple times regarding the delivery of my car, but they failed to show me any hope. Rather, they told me they have nothing in their hand, it is only company fault. Even I raised complaints to Tata motors customer care. I shall get informed by dealer on time.
                    For your kind information I paid Rs. 4 lakhs as advance at the time of booking. Required documents are attached herewith.

                        This is to inform you that I have booked a car Tigor XM in the month of October at Pragati Motors Jorhat.Mr Nisad sales personnel was dealing with us.We have exchanged our indica DLS for Rs 60k and paid a booking amount 1lakh.By march there is no news of arrival of new car from the dealer so we decided to cancel the booking. Mr Nisad gave us a, cheque of Rs 1, 60, 000 which was not in the name of PRAGATI MOTORS got bounced due to insufficient amount, he took our car in the month of October and its now April...we continuously followed him for 6 months but he didn't refund the 60, 000 yet. When I asked for refund he keeps on telling that you cannot pay EMI so how can I give you the car...my question is if we cannot pay EMI then how we paid him 1lakh 60 thousand...and also he took our car and sold it to third party without giving us a single amount.we need to begged him for our deserving money. I would like to request to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and also to refund my amount and take necessary actions against these frauds, I have attached the picture of the bounce cheque which I collected from the bank!

                          My brother have booked Tata Nexon (XZA+ - Automatic) - White on 18th December, 2021 in one of the authorized Tata MotorCenters - Inderjit Motors, Boisar (Main branch-Mira Road, Mumbai) with a committed delivery of 2 months.

                          But unfortunately, it’s been 4 months we haven’t received the delivery of car till date.

                          I have been following up with the authorized center and Tata customer service but I’m not getting any response. Every time we call them, we get new delivery dates over and over again.

                          This is really very frustrating for us now.
                          Can you please help me in any way ?

                          Tata motors, please look into this issue on high priority.

                          I am waiting since December 26 th 222. Till now no vehicle allotment. It seems there is a failure in the car (automatic car) system. That's why no delivery. All of you Please think twice/thrice before booking such type of cars. (particularly Nexon). This is my personal opinion.

                            I have booked “TATA TIGOR iCNG XZ+ Magnetic Red” on 14 feb 2022 from “TATA Motors Panchkula” and it was expected to get delivered maximum by first week of April but today I came to know that even the billing of the car is yet not done and dealers told us that it will take 10 days to deliver the car when the biling gets confirmed.

                            As of now, there is no information regarding billing also and I booked it for some special occasion accordingly so that the car get deliver max by 3rd April. It is quiet disappointing by knowing the response of dealers and delayed delivery.
                            Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest .

                              I have booked Nexon XZA+ Daytona Grey model from Rudra motors Wagholi Pune on 17th October 2021 . My original waiting period was maximum of 4 months but now it's almost 6 months but still I haven't received my car .
                              Every time I visit the showroom, I get the same old answers from the executive that they are still checking and trying their best.
                              This is really very frustrating for me now.
                              Tata motors, please look into this issue on high priority.

                                unfortunately, i am not happy with the TATA sales services or the commitment. I have booked the car punch adventure on Dec 03- 2021 and still did not receive the delivery.it's been almost 4 months from booking.. The Bangalore sales representatives messaged initially, that the delivery of vehicle will be with in 4 to 8 weeks from date of booking ..though the said time was long to wait, we agreed..But now after enquiry they are telling it will take another 2 more months to get delivery of the same.

                                I am buying the car for the first time, the funds are arranged through Loan and Emi of the same has Commenced FROM JAN 2022.. this is really frustrating... Being an Indian it's our pride and duty to deal with indian brands..but the said situation, indirectly promoting us to go for other brands.. The same is happening with my colleagues who booked on same date and with same show room. Along with the waiting period there is price hike in purchase value of the vehicle (as informed by showroom representatives) .Further, to the query it was said that only top ends are available with a delivery period of 8 weeks. I am not able to understand, why mid variants are promoted, when it is not available with requirements...
                                I am really inconvenienced with the vague answers of the showroom people regard to delivery and Purchase value of the car...Can you please expedite or confirmation of the car delivery asap. Otherwise myself and my colleagues will for cancellation of orders..

                                    I have recently purchased tata altroz xz+ variant. I was given only single smart key with it.

                                    Duplicate smart key and wearable key is not given.

                                    I tried calling your customer care[protected] multiple times, but no luck.They keep transferring it to complaint department and no one picks up call from your complaint department.

                                    After spending this much money, it is really frustrating to chase you people.

                                    I request you to check and resolve the issue at the earliest. Please share the complaint number over this email.

                                    Also, I was informed by the dealership that there is some key shortage issue from tata motors.

                                      Please read all the point below carefully and you will know the issue:
                                      - Booked Tata Tiago from Adishakti Motors Pvt. Ltd. (herein will be referred to as dealership) on 4th Feb, 2022; provided the booking amount of Rs 11, 000 and in the commitment form the ETA mentioned was 4-6 weeks.
                                      - Sales Personnel(SP) confirmed that vehicle will be delivered on the 1st week of March and accordingly I arranged the loan.
                                      - 1st week came and went but there was no information from them
                                      - The next deadline was March 10th where nothing happened
                                      - The next one was March 15th and to no avail
                                      - Then 20th and 25th March was provided as deadline as the dates approached wherein the deadline of 6 weeks was already over on March 18th
                                      - Finally, the dealership shared the mails that they sent to Tata Motors TSM (Sales and Distributor of Bengaluru, Karnataka) and he had replied on their queries, "Billing within 31st March"
                                      - On 31st March there were no updates.
                                      - On the 1st April, the GM of dealership contacted me informing that they essentially had not heard back from the TSM
                                      - I called the TSM using the number that they provided and he said he would look into it on Monday. Production was less, semiconductor issues and raw material supply shortage.

                                      My question is, why are you giving unrealistic deadlines then? My loan was sanctioned and I have to start paying the EMI from this month. So basically, I have no car and no surity of any car being delivered but I am losing my time and money. I am being harrased mentally by the bank and the TATA motors due to their dishonesty in this regard where they are so non-challant. Kindly provide me repreive from this. I want the car as soon as possible.

                                      I have mentally broken down after repeated follow-ups off my own accord and I need a solution.

                                        Hi
                                        I have booked XZA+ automatic car from Dulichand Motors kolkata but sorry to say till now they have not able to deliver.when booked it was vomited date within 100 days but it’s almost 160 days still no getting proper update

                                        Please look into this
